Kotak Mahindra Bank - IMPS Timed Out - Money Debited from A/C

I made an IMPS transfer (Ref. #[protected] of Rs.6000 on 12/12/2014 from my Kotak Mahindra bank a/c # to the beneficiary a/c [protected] of Union Bank of India. I got a SMS that the transaction was Timed Out and to checked with my bank (Screen shot attached). For the same Money got debited form my Kotak account but didn't credited to Union bank account.
