My saving account has been frozen without any intimation, also they have deducted many wrong ATM charges, while i follow branch manager he always say in 2 days it will be resolved, and never got my wrong deduction of around 2500, later i added my wife name in same account with all proof they wanted, and after 5 month they frozed my account, i contacted again branch manager, then he said will do in some days, but after i send all document still not resolved, it has been 1 year, what more, kotak bank doesnt have any complain email section, i reached customer care, they say must visit branch?
why do re-kyc, when i did all? and currently i am not in india, cant visit branch, but they dont hear this and without any intimation blocked my account.
Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
