I had a credit card of kotak bank of a limit of 25000. I used it and paid Rs 10000 but without my permission they reduced the limit to 17000 as soon as I paid the amount due to which I was not able to use the amount that I have paid. Then I could not pay the dues of September 10th which I paid on October 1st 2021 but to my surprise the Kotak bank removed all details from my kotak net account and showing as no card available due to which I...

Dear Sir,

I am asking kotak bank for issuing the EFIRC from several month for the our advance payment against export, but they are rooaming us here and there.

One lady Miss Mamta, i dont know she have knowledge or not but she dont reply politely and most of the time she ignore us. And we dont get any answer from that branch. We cannot submit our export papers until we dont have EFIRC certificate for that transaction.

And we have credit advise but kotak bank still not able to issue the EFIRC.

Please help.

    Dear Kotak team,

    I am writing this email regarding an employee of the Kotak (Name :jakkula mallaiah at [protected]. - jakkula.[protected]@kotak.com) who is harassing me with all kinds of tactics.
    I would like what kind of responsibilities or charges he currently has at Kotak and how he can treat a customer like this.

    It started off with settlement of non payment fees to this situation. I am attaching the mailers received . kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

    I need more information on the passport impounding notice.

    This is the latest one happened today, But the kotak employees keep on calling us using awful words and messages, let me share the screenshots too, I made the total payment till date 1, 10, 000 everyone comes and says we will give you best settlement please pay 5, 000 or 10, 000 that' s what I was doing it from august, I had really bad experience from kotak bank, The recovery agents are worst. Why do they send whatsapp text messages, You guys don't respect women at all, just bcause of you're mental stress and torcher my dad hospilized.

    The customer care is much better, they know the value, but the agents wants money, And this jakkula mallaiah is after my life, though I made the payment still he'z sending mails on passport impound, I really don't understand did I do any scam?

    And also find the attachments of kotak employee messages ever.

    Please ignore, if there was a naveen contact details in the attached screenshot, Bcause he was the only guy, who knows ethics and values.

      Even though i am not a customer of kotak Mahindra Bank, I get frequent messages saying to open bank account. I get these messages atleast once in a day and i kindly ask the bank to stop sending messages

        Stop promotional calls

        Hello Kotak Bank,

        I am getting frequent calls from Kotak Mahindra bank regarding 811 account and credit cards.

        I am not intersted in this and I would like to unsubscribe from bank promotional calls. Please kindly take action to stop it as soon as possible.

        CFB charges

        I took finance loan in Kotak Mahindra Bank due date was 5th of every month,
        1month I paid late that is October, so 975/- deducted from my account on 21st October...
        In November I paid on due date that is 5th November and I have transcation details, Again asking to pay cheque bounce charges...receiving calls everyday and I showing transcation details then they are saying in system showing charges, if not updated in system please...

        Even though I have maintained balanced they are asking to pay Bouncing charge.August month I have paid Rs 4632 extra I don't know why did they collect that amount.Actually my loan amount is Rs4801 but I am paying Rs5027

        My query is failed to resolve by Kotak Mahindra Bank. Paccah Fraud bank.I have maintained balance in my account you are asking bouncing charge. Rs 295 would be charged on March and November 2021.

        I need a clarification regarding EMI amount deducted more ie My actual EMI amount is Rs.4801 but the amount has debited Rs. 5027 for the past 7-month.I have applied for Moratorium but you people were giving only for one month.

        11th March 2021 & 3rd November Rs.295 were deducted from my account. Please give the reason for this.

        Even though amount has maintained on my account you people are asking bouncing charges. Give the correct details.

        15th August through G-pay I have paid Rs.4609.42 why did you charge this amount.I need a clarification.

        My husband lost a job I am only running my family if you people debited amount from the account how come we can run the family. Already my family has affected by corona already suffered a lot you people are giving more trouble.

        Kindly give the waiver and verify the details revert the money.
        Have you understood my question? I have maintained balance my account but you are asking bouncing charge. August I have paid Rs 4632 why would you charge this amount.Again asking Rs15000

            No.1 ### company. They will give you free account and verify all your documents then after several months they will close our account without any information and they don't have branches in all towns. And if we call their CUSTOMER service they just ate our mobile balance that's it, we won't get any proper respons or we can't talk to the representative. I had travelled 33km to know about what happened to my account.

            While I contacted the branch directly they told me my account is closed because of the KYC verification was incomplete. But it was completed through vedio call verification. Also they are sending unnecessary sms and emails continues(advertisement to open a new account). Now they told me I have to open a new paid account.

              I had applied for a debit card by submitting a form (signed and stamped) to some lady at Khar West Branch in September-October 2021, as suggested by our RM Priyam mam. That lady did not give any acknowledgement, etc against the form. I had been waiting for the debit card, but later on not receiving it for almost a month, I asked Priyam mam about it. On receiving no proper response, I visited the branch and was told that they are not able to find my form and had misplaced my form (signed and stamped).
              I was requested to submit a new form after a month, when i followup. Also i was being convinced by mr. Jai prakash that it was my mistake and i should have followed up on not receiving it in few days, its a small mistake, wont be misused, etc. I was also told that "jinki galti thi woh toh chhod k chale gaye (liable persons have left the company), now what can we do?"
              Is it my mistake that they have left the company and i have to tolerate such mistakes from such a reputed company?
              Some other person mr. Upadhyay, at the place of that lady, is not at all apologetic and too egoistic to accept the banks or employee's mistake.
              On asking to complain against this issue to bank branch manager, i was told there is no branch manager. Dont know how this bank is running with such a lethargic attitude. This is not the 1st incident of such a pathetic expreience by bank employees. Earlier i did not complain thinking that it was a mistake and wont happen again but such things are happening frequently.
              I want action to be taken against concerned person.

                I would like to activate DND/DNC on my mobile number and email. I do not wish to receive any calls from kotak mahindra bank executives asking me to take credit card or any other schemes.
                I tried to enroll in DND/DNC (do not call), but there is no option to enroll DNC in Kotak website. I found a lolink to enroll DND but is does not work, keep saying "something happened please contact administrator".
                I remember enrolling for DNC few months ago but still I am receiving calls from Kotak.

                    I opened a Savings Bank Account in Kotak Mahindra Bank. For its Full KYC I selected the Video KYC Option...But I don't know why it didn't worked. Next day, someone rom bank called me and asked me that if I am available at home as he is coming for Full KYC I said " Yes, I'm available". He came and while doing KYC, he registered me for Kotak Group Accident Cover Policy, for which I have to pay 811 Yearly. When I asked him I wants to cancel this policy he said You can cancel in 30 days just call and say customer care to Cancel it. Then when I called Customer Care they told me that this policy cant be cancelled once joined. Although its written on Bank website that we can Cancel it. 811 Rupees is deducted from my account for the policy and it will be deduct every year. I don't want this policy and I want to refund my money...Plz Help

                      I have opened my wife's online account of kotak 811 due to missmatch documents submitted online that account status is showing blocked. She don't have physical pan card due to name correction of after marriage that's why we are waiting for pan card...in last month we have received her pan card after that immediately we were submitted all the necessary documents for kyc in pimpri kotak branch. Now 15 days over still account is showing blocked status... No one answered properly on call when we are checking about status. Request you to please check and do the needful.

                        A person pretending the Kotak card employee offering trans deal card and also offering fake discount coupons and hampers as I asked him for detailed link he turned cut the call, please stay alert from such frauds.

                          Kotak representatives call multiple times a day to offer credit to which i have said "NO". DND page on the kotak website is non functional and always asks to contact administrator when the form is filled duly.

                          I have the same issue. Iam not interested in your promotional calls or messages. If customer is not interested, why your executives are disturbing again and again. Otherwise same like other customers, I will be forced to cancel all the accounts with KOTAK.

                              I ordered the product on 9 Oct 2021 from amazon.
                              The price of order was Rs. 6, 174.
                              Product was I KALL K320 (BLUE, 4GB, 64GB) smartphone.
                              The order id is :[protected].
                              I returned the product on Oct 11 and refund was initiated on Oct 12.
                              But still i didn't got any refund till now.
                              The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected].
