SUB = AMOUNT COULDN'T CREDIT TO MY KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK ACOUNT

13/ 08 2021 at that time I did online purchase on Amazon.com but unfortunately I canceled my order .my order amount was (₹12060) once I canceled my order I received only( ₹100) my balance( ₹ 11960 )amount was not received. I can attached my order details files in below pls check that and give me a proper response

      I am Aditya Pamulapati holding a savings 811 account in your bank.
      So, few hours ago I ordered an Image debit card in your kotak mobile application and the total amount deducted was Rs.468 which is way higher than the amount that initially showed up as Rs.234. As this seemed suspicious, I called your customer care and got mis leading information saying the extra amount of Rs.234 was an annual charge but thanks to my home branch executive who confirmed that there won't be any extra charges in addition to the amount of Rs.234 and the kotak bank cheated me by imposing an extra charge. In order to confirm legally, I requested your customer care executives for an invoice but those guys were so rude and unprofessional and said there won't be any invoice for the purchase of the debit card. Initially neither the extra amount wasn't showed up on kotak application nor your customer care executives will not be sending the invoice which clearly indicates that Kotak is not at all accountable and don't care about their customers by imposing those illegal charges. I asked the executive to cancel the debit card but that guy confirmed that the refund will not be credited and the card will be not be delivered which is a huge cheating in the current corporate society as the basic privacy policy of any company is to refund the amount to the customer if the ordered product is cancelled.

        Fraud bank, they are charging for credit card for no reason, how many times should I pay. Every month they are charging even though there is no dues

            Last 2 mnths aonwrads iam paying credit cared bill, they are deducting money and saying silly reasons for over due, over limit, over interest liket this . so i stoped paying credit card bill . so today morning i got call from [protected] this num name mikel . so he use to talk abusing langaige . now i need to talk y he talked like that .

              I want to cancel my credit card which is leon with my fixed deposit but every time when i called on customer care number they did not reply properly and everytime they give excusses. i have some financial issues and i need to break my FD but kotak mahindra bank customer service did not support very well. bank cannot take any decision about my money.

                Dear Sir,

                Sub: Credit card No.[protected]

                During the first week of August 2021 I had spoken to customer care of Kotak Bank regarding the balance outstanding in my credit card. I was told it was Rs.28616/- and was also told by her that after that I will not get any payment requests.

                Paid by NEFT ref.No. MUM-N[protected] on 11th August 2021 for Rs.28616/-.

                In August 2021 I got a Kotak bill for Rs.1330/- and this month I got a bill for Rs.2900/- What is this? After making the complpete payment why should I continue to get bills. Kindly clarify.

                      We was received august credit card bill at 27-aug-21and we check but bill amount total is 60000 and bill i was 99000 and we call to customer care and interact to vidyushi madam and she was said we accelerate to my team and solve your query we was wait 2-3 days and we send many mail to kotak bank regarding this issue but not any revert and we fed from they and we was call to customer care in credit card manager marry madam and we explain all over query and we was check all entry by entry of bill and then she was agree that bill has a error or mistake and she was committed me that your query solve within 2-3 days but till date we not received any confirmation from her. she was committed also that you will not pay any late charge but now she is not receive my call and not any revert from bank side we daily call to customer care but daily different person are attain to me and again they want explain issue but solution is 0 till date.

                        Due to lockdown thing my amount has been reached to 35k agent used to call me and give threats to please pay after which I got connected to Yusuf from Kotak bank +[protected] he has promised me that after paying 30k as a reversal amount your account will be closed soon and he provided me a letter I paid fully with emi from feb to June but I miss placed the letter which was given to me by whatsapp as I have lost my phone. But after paying Kotak agent used to ask me show me the letter and Yusuf don’t used to pick my call I told them it has to be in system soon after 3 months they manage me account by informing that sir zero ho jaayga amount aapka but it’s still showing 2k and intrst are growing each month I told them to provide letter as they have promised me at time of payment but there is no response yet just need more money to close the amount I have wasted my 5 months callin here and there please help me as soon as possible.

                          We already have maintain account balance but same issue in the bank site my EMI is not debit on 5th September 2021. but the next day the bouncing charges debit on my account. please check my issue and return my bouncing changes on my account ten we have to pay EMI amount.

                          I am facing the same issue 2 times so please check and revert me.

                            We Had send many mail and call to kotak bank but we not received any revert. we had received august bill of my credit card and after check bill we find that bill has a total mistake and we was call and mail to customer care department of kotak mahindra bank but they not ready to listen ant details and we complaint to others but they not ready understand any excuses and force me to pay bill without confirmation, now i am tire to them and after fad we complaint.

                              I was not able to maintain bank balance !
                              So I missed to pay for sip, after two days I managed and maintained, amount was deducted by kotak Bank, but with no response and reply, I assumed that it will take time to get response but after 10 days, I got transaction in my statement that 499 and 590 has been deducted as a ecs charge, for a student it is large amount, this is not right toh charges this much amount

                                    Bank kept reducing my limit from 60K to 6 k, even after regular but little delayed payment. Then credit card got blocked.
                                    Bank has 5000+ rewards point on my card which got vanished as they blocked the card without prior info.
                                    I have 379 sue to pay to bank. when my 5000 reward points value ~500 rps and I have to just pay 379.
                                    why is it not settled. CRM saying how can bank redeem without customer consent. my answer is same way u vanished there. it give better resolution to us when u settle last due with reward money. Those points we got for purchases done and as per your policy. That was not charity bank does and now decided to take back.

                                      Hi,

                                      I Shiva Krishna CITI Bank cardholder, made 10 transactions of money withdrawal at Kotak Mahindra Bank ATM, Chaitanyapuri-Dilusukh Nagar branch Telangana state on September 08 of 2021 at time 4:30 pm, among all the 10th transaction (Ref:[protected] got failed but still, money got deducted from my account. I had raised a dispute(D[protected]) for that transaction for which CITI Bank gave temporary credit, later after few days (i.e 20 September 2021) CITI Customer care reached me stating my dispute got declined by Kotak bank, they say it was a valid transaction. I did not take the receipt for the transaction. All the proof I have is the security person of the ATM who was monitoring me.

                                      The transaction amount was 10000 rupees.
