    There are 3 Transactions that I made for which the Merchant has sent the Refund. But the Refund amount was not deducted from my main balance nor the EMI was canceled. I have been paying EMI's for an Amount I didn't use for the last 10 months. Summing up to Rs.23, 290/-.
    I have made Regular payments but as the amount never decreased I got suspicious. Kotak CRN[protected]
    I want the bank to correct their mistake and balance the transactions that were refunded by the merchant.

        I have transferred my personal loan to Kotak bank. Got DD from Kotak bank to close my existing Axis bank loan.

        Last week I visited Axis bank to close the existing loan (Rs. 942955) but Axis bank will take 5% i.e. Rs. 55K+(including GST) amount to close the loan. But there is no charge for the prepayment up to 95% pay.

        So sent request email to ajay.[protected]@kotak.com, praful.[protected]@kotak.com, ankur.[protected]@kotak.com, [protected]@yahoo.com to provide new DD with the amount of Rs 8, 60, 000/- and deposit the remaining amount of Rs. 82, 955/- in my account.

        Not received reply for mail. Then visited Yerawada, Pune branch but they do not agree to change DD.

        Please do the needful.

            Kotak mahindra offer me 15 Lakh Business Loan In october 2019
            there was not even a single bounce on my daily payment of Rs.5580 till march 2020

            In covid 19 from march to August only 3 months they gave moratorium & then they took my 1, 05, 000 from account on 5th June 2020

            After that i successfully completed my loan on 31st march 2021 ..after that no call no msg 2nd wave lockdown came lifted up 27th june 2021...

            27th collection team came and threaten me to pay EXTRA EMI with 1, 10, 000 one lakh ten thousand as charges...i begged them but they where rude and forced me to sell everything and pay...i did paid 1, 60, 000 one lakh sixty thousand on 30th of june

            Till now they never gave NOC they are telling me MSME loan charges is there for 11, 000 they will not give untill i clear charges...

            nowadys we dont have money to eat but KOTAK WANTS EVERY ONE TO DIE who took loan from them then have central government support...

            I HAVE TO LIVE OR DIE is my question to kotak mahindra

                    I opened an account with Kotak Mahindra seeing their promotional ad claiming everything will be done online. Account was opened and I transferred money to the account. They froze my account after that citing name mismatch issues. There was no mismatch. The same name in my Aadhar was used.

                    I need them to close this account and refund my money. They are not ready for that. They are asking me to go to a physical branch which is far away and very difficult to approach in this pandemic. And it will be for another fraud. I don't have any hope. They could verify anything online.

                      Please find below the emails that I have been sending them for weeks now. It will portray the level of ignorance I have been facing:

                      I am writing this mail to express my loss of faith in Kotak Securities. The complacency and lack of priority I have faced and still facing for the last 2 weeks are really saddening, I have been a customer for almost 2 years now and the one time I need assistance regarding my trading decision from my dealer I never end up hearing from him.

                      Additionally, 'Customer Care' keeps on forwarding my call from one person to another and ends up promising that I will receive a callback by the end of the day or the next day. It has happened 5 times. Today is the end of the second week and I still haven't got a callback.

                      I really expected better out of the team.

                      This is to inform you that I have been writing emails and contacting customer care for the last 3.5 weeks regarding my grievance for not getting a callback from my dealer. I have sent more than five emails and called multiple times across weeks with no satisfactory response.

                      This is the most pathetic experience! I am utterly disappointed!

                        I visited Preet Vihar Branch of Kotak Mahindra Bank on 17 July 2021, to open a Junior Account, from the start of entering the bank it was an annoying experience.. The Guard at the entrance asked - Kya Kaam Hai.. as if I went there to roam around inside the bank..
                        Afterwards I was directed towards an executive - Preeti Chaubey .. A number of other executives tried to explain about different products available even before the account initiation..
                        I left the bank after depositing cheque & signing the form ( which the lady executive places marked for me to sign ) .. recalled within 1 hour to sign on some more places in the form which were not marked the first time..

                        After 1 week I contacted the same lady executive to know status of the account .. which she is unable to furnish..Any banks should not hire people who are not customer friendly..
                        Also since the day of my visit getting calls regarding different products from Kotak Mahindra Bank..I didn't like it.. I have a salary account with Kotak for last 12 years.. but the kind of services they are providing now a days seems of very low standard..

                                Dear team,
                                I was having Kotak 811 saving account in your bank which was closed due to kyc not done on time limit. There was a balance of amount 9048 rs in my account at the time of closure. As per my last query I came to know that DD was issued at branch level. But due to lackness of branch neither they send DD to my address nor they explain me where that DD go. The branch has misplaced my demand draft and making unnecessary excuses. Also I have requested them my times to provide proper guidance to how I get my money bank. But the behaviour of officials are so irresponsible that they don't even listen to me.
                                I have very hard earned money and I am not in condition to lose them.
                                The branch officials even don't know the procedure to get that my back neither they are interested. Also they are not taking my service request.
                                At this moment I am out of station . I hardly find out the time to visit the branch and I have already explain there carelessness . Also I went to Panipat branch and they said that this can be done only through home branch and the condition of Home branch is already explained by me

                                  We are charged foreclosure charges on working capital.

                                  We had approached Kotak Bank for enhancing of our working capital. But they did not take our request seriously. We kept giving reminders, but no response from our relationship manager (Ms. Seema Singh & her team).
                                  We even warned them that we are exploring other banks but still they did not respond.

                                  Finally different bank give us a better deal with the same collateral. Now instead of smoothly lettings us transfer our account, they are creating hurdles with foreclosure charges.

                                  In the first place, they themselves did not want to give enhancement, now we got enhancement with better interest rates they are creating hurdles & giving us stress.

                                    I opened my investment account through kotak bank mobile application. It then says that it requires a KYC to be done. I went to my home branch (Rohini Sector-8) & submitted my documents along with the filled form they provided. It's been almost 3 weeks, the bank haven't completed that work which usually takes a day or by max a week. The staff there is so incompetent & neglects the customer's requests. I have visited the branch multiple times for the same thing & every time I get is assurance of work completion by the end of the day.
                                    I want to get it done as soon as possible or else I have to close my account from this bank.

                                      From the past one year i am trying to Call the customer care of Kotak mahindra bank on their toll free number which never works and no one picks up the call . I was charged substantial amount on my Credit card and was proned to mental agony by doubling my charges within one month . they charged annual card fee of 500+GST when not paid for a month being unnoticed by next month the charges has become 1290/- for which no reason was given and no one to answer the queries of a customer. I want the bank to refund the Amount collected on my Card and give the procedure to surrender my credit card and close the savings bank account too.

                                      It should be taken to consumer forum about non functioning of the toll free number given in Google. They should be punished for such a blunt mistake, and many more customers should be suffering for such frauds by Kotak bank

                                        This card is reflecting from a long time and i was following the same with Phoenix and they said that you need to pay the amount as we have purchased the account.

                                        i Rajesh yadav declare that i have not applied for the same nor have received the card and my documents were used to issue the same(only pan card).

                                        as there was icici banak and city bank cards were issued on my pan card soboth the banks have called me to the branch at banaglore when i was there and sorted out the matter stating that the cards were not been taken by me, they issued a letter to me and removed the details from cibil report.

                                        I am actually fed up by following it up with PHOENIX ARC PVT LTD OR with KOTAK MAHINDRA.

                                        As i got call from kotak team and i requested them to share e-mail id so that i can raise my concern but they never revered on the same.

                                        i request you to look into the matter as i have not requested nor i have used the credit card of barclays.
