Fraud transactions took place on my credit card ending with 5018. Which i do not have in my possession from long time. Transaction amount is 74.26 and 8195.76. Non of the transactions are done by me. And i am not sure how come without any OTP transaction was made.

Please look in to my request. Or i will not promote kotak to any one ever in the future and i will end my relation with kotak from here. Since me, my husband and brother we all have kotak account and we all will close all the accounts that we have with you people.

If issue doesn’t het resolved i will close mine, brother and husband account with kotak. I am highly disappointed with kotak sequrity on customers credit card accounts.

I haven’t received any call from Kotak from fraud resolution team. Since i was advised i can expect a call from kotak team in few days.

    Kotak Bank without seeking approval, without consulting the customer has enrolled the customer into some CPP policy since last year. Customer complained last year about it and till date no resolution has been provided and an amount of Rs. 2199/- is still pending to be credited. Again this year on April 7th, they debited an amount of Rs. 2199/- as part of the renewal process.
    I would like to understand who gave them the permission to enroll customers without permission.
    I want complete refund as Kotak Bank is indulging into fraudulent transactions and looting customers. I want this to be reported to higher authorities as well as this bank needs to be exposed of how it is making money through unfair practices.

    Refund my full amount which accounts to 4398 rs.

      I had a salary account in ING vysa bank in 25 feb 2009. The same account was closed on 26 nov 2011. The tenure was during ING vysa bank.

      I need bank statement 01.04.2010 to 01.02.2011 period.

      Now bank is merged with kotak mahindra bank. They are not entertaining case as it was closed before merger in kotak mahindra bank.

      Customer care also not providing any help and cut the phone calls.

      Please tell kotak mahindra bank to provide the same.

        Kotak bank is not providing bank statement of my closed account. The account was in Ing vysa bank. The same was closed before merger in kotak mahindra bank.

            Not able to generate MPIN

            I have my account opened with kotak bank. I have been issued Debit card and cheque book. My mobile no is registered with bank. It's been 72 hours now and still neither able to generate PIN nor able to operate online banking. I am desperate following with your bank staff but still they are trying ...Pls don't claim to open instant account if you are not capable of it....

            I have not opened any account but everyday i ues to receive sms from kotak Mahindra Bank to open account though im not interested in opening any account. So, please take it into your notice and stop sending sms.

                I am getting wrong message from kotak Mahindra bank to pay credit card amount but name is someone other and i don't have any credit card from any bank. Please take this action, worst behavior to this bank.
                i received 10 more calls and 1 message. i already told, i dont have any accounts in kotak mahindra bank.

                  I have take a car loan AL [protected] or (icx2718) from kotak bank in July 2011, as per my record i have not only paid full amount also paid excess rs.6210.00 after that kotak bank have issue noc to me. it's shocking that after the issue noc how you can active my loan account and not removing cessory from cibil portal..? i have already write email lot of time as well as write email to cibil as enclosed as per cibil record...

                  I was guided by a lady executive from Andheri branch (Mob-
                  [protected]) for kotak credit card against a sum of 15000 rupees FD and
                  booked it. Which results a lock on period of six months of my money and card not
                  received yet. Moreover, i had changed my address on 06 Mar 21 and applied for
                  the card on 12 Mar 21, so card should deliver to my new address rather than old
                  address i.e THANE, Mumbai. Due to banks mistake and the bad suggestion of that
                  lady executive, i am locked in FD for six months. Both of them are harassed me
                  financially and mentally. As a result I hadn't got the card. The card returned to the
                  bank by blue dart shipment no- [protected]. So, immediately despatch it to my
                  new address. Otherwise break my FD Rs. 15000 and credit with a compensation of
                  Rs.5000, totalling Rs. 20000 to my account immediately. The bank and that lady
                  called me several times for the card and convinced me to do this. Bank have telling
                  lie and there is no action taken by bank yet. Still now I have not got my card as my address is
                  updated in my savings account.

                    I monali Bose want to inform that During covid pandemic I had financial issues and notified the same to the representatives of the bank several times.. But once the amou bounces they charges huge bouncing charges and directly claim the amount without any breakup or notification...the representatives uses abusive language and used social media accounts to harrass me and my aquitances without knowing the actual situation. After confronting several times they keep on calling from different numbers. Very very unethical. When I told my parents are hospitalized kindly call later again after 5min another representative calls and talks harshly for the payment.

                        On issuing credit card, I was informed that there is no annual charge on the card but i received information in May statement of my bank acount that Rs 1205 auto debited from my account, thogh in April I have talked to customer care personal about the credit card charges, they informed that we are reversing late fees charges but the annual charges have to be paid and on cancellation of card that will be reimbursed. I believed them that the late fees charges are waived but to utter surprise my next month account statement show auto-debit of rs 1205 without authorization, further I requested customer care to pl close the credit card and the statement of credit card is showing reversal of annual charges of rs 416 which till date is not reflected in my saving account statement.

                        All misleading information provided by customer care they did not inform that amount of rs 1205 has been auto-debited from my saving account instead told me that late charges being reversed in the month of April and I get assured. surprisingly this month seeing the saving bank account statement after recovering from covid I find out how the customer care misinformed me and even annual fees charges are not reversed to date despite being shown in the credit card statement. on-again contacting customer care no satisfactory response given.

                          Kotak Mahindra bank is approving loans to a fraudster name - Sulfath Usman under my pan card, I have also raised a complaint in PAn card e filing Ticket ID 43515 under cyber crime, hence please look into this issue and help me to get it resolved

                            Kotak Credit Card has shared their customers number with third part collection organization.
                            They start calling 10 days before the due date on the pretext of reminder call for making the Kotak card payment.
                            Even though you tell that you will make the payment before due date they keep on calling. sometimes 3-4 times a day.
                            They call from landline numbers as well as mobile numbers and they are 10s/100s of different number.
                            They also send you whats app messages.
                            I was in hospital and I requested them that payment will be made before due date and dont harass me as I am currently not well, still they kept on calling every single day.
                            The do not have internal communication network to absorb the instructions given in the previous calls.
                            Banks should not be allowed to call for promotions from mobile numbers.

                                  my credit card No.is Card no. [protected] in your bank. Kotak is the bank's credit card.Your recovery agents are bothering me a lot. Troubled for money. My father is sick Covid- 19 situation am very upset and they are coming to my home and office giving me mental stress for money. Please stop them, if my circumstances are correct, I will pay the money. I beg you with folded hands Please stop them. I will never have your money, so what will I do after stopping. Please prevent these recovery agents. The money is there, I will give next month only.I am spoken with Miss Use Language. Please do not stop them otherwise I can complain in the Police.I will make full payment in a month. Your service to me was a very dirty recovery agent. Now let's talk rainy. I will never use Kotak Mahindra bank either. Very Bad Service.
                                  My Facebook ID is being hacked and my friend & My Family Members is being called saying that I am a defaulter. I ran away with bank money. Said this.
                                  This recovery agent is defaming me and what about me. I ran away from the bank carrying ₹ 1.19 Lakhs.
                                  Sir i request you You take any concrete action on this man. This man is spoiling the name of kotak Mahindra Bank and is also a speaker for abusing the customer. No action should be taken on this, otherwise I should file a complaint in the consumer court.I get annoyed and misbehaved by repeated calls.Many people call me and abuse me.What a mistake that made me so upset
