I was guided by a lady executive from Andheri branch (Mob-
[protected]) for kotak credit card against a sum of 15000 rupees FD and
booked it. Which results a lock on period of six months of my money and card not
received yet. Moreover, i had changed my address on 06 Mar 21 and applied for
the card on 12 Mar 21, so card should deliver to my new address rather than old
address i.e THANE, Mumbai. Due to banks mistake and the bad suggestion of that
lady executive, i am locked in FD for six months. Both of them are harassed me
financially and mentally. As a result I hadn't got the card. The card returned to the
bank by blue dart shipment no- [protected]. So, immediately despatch it to my
new address. Otherwise break my FD Rs. 15000 and credit with a compensation of
Rs.5000, totalling Rs. 20000 to my account immediately. The bank and that lady
called me several times for the card and convinced me to do this. Bank have telling
lie and there is no action taken by bank yet. Still now I have not got my card as my address is
updated in my savings account.
Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
