Dear team,
I was having Kotak 811 saving account in your bank which was closed due to kyc not done on time limit. There was a balance of amount 9048 rs in my account at the time of closure. As per my last query I came to know that DD was issued at branch level. But due to lackness of branch neither they send DD to my address nor they explain me where that DD go. The branch has misplaced my demand draft and making unnecessary excuses. Also I have requested them my times to provide proper guidance to how I get my money bank. But the behaviour of officials are so irresponsible that they don't even listen to me.
I have very hard earned money and I am not in condition to lose them.
The branch officials even don't know the procedure to get that my back neither they are interested. Also they are not taking my service request.
At this moment I am out of station . I hardly find out the time to visit the branch and I have already explain there carelessness . Also I went to Panipat branch and they said that this can be done only through home branch and the condition of Home branch is already explained by me
Request you to kindly take required action against them and provide proper guidance for refund

    We are charged foreclosure charges on working capital.

    We had approached Kotak Bank for enhancing of our working capital. But they did not take our request seriously. We kept giving reminders, but no response from our relationship manager (Ms. Seema Singh & her team).
    We even warned them that we are exploring other banks but still they did not respond.

    Finally different bank give us a better deal with the same collateral. Now instead of smoothly lettings us transfer our account, they are creating hurdles with foreclosure charges.

    In the first place, they themselves did not want to give enhancement, now we got enhancement with better interest rates they are creating hurdles & giving us stress.

      I opened my investment account through kotak bank mobile application. It then says that it requires a KYC to be done. I went to my home branch (Rohini Sector-8) & submitted my documents along with the filled form they provided. It's been almost 3 weeks, the bank haven't completed that work which usually takes a day or by max a week. The staff there is so incompetent & neglects the customer's requests. I have visited the branch multiple times for the same thing & every time I get is assurance of work completion by the end of the day.
      I want to get it done as soon as possible or else I have to close my account from this bank.

        From the past one year i am trying to Call the customer care of Kotak mahindra bank on their toll free number which never works and no one picks up the call . I was charged substantial amount on my Credit card and was proned to mental agony by doubling my charges within one month . they charged annual card fee of 500+GST when not paid for a month being unnoticed by next month the charges has become 1290/- for which no reason was given and no one to answer the queries of a customer. I want the bank to refund the Amount collected on my Card and give the procedure to surrender my credit card and close the savings bank account too.

        It should be taken to consumer forum about non functioning of the toll free number given in Google. They should be punished for such a blunt mistake, and many more customers should be suffering for such frauds by Kotak bank

          This card is reflecting from a long time and i was following the same with Phoenix and they said that you need to pay the amount as we have purchased the account.

          i Rajesh yadav declare that i have not applied for the same nor have received the card and my documents were used to issue the same(only pan card).

          as there was icici banak and city bank cards were issued on my pan card soboth the banks have called me to the branch at banaglore when i was there and sorted out the matter stating that the cards were not been taken by me, they issued a letter to me and removed the details from cibil report.

          I am actually fed up by following it up with PHOENIX ARC PVT LTD OR with KOTAK MAHINDRA.

          As i got call from kotak team and i requested them to share e-mail id so that i can raise my concern but they never revered on the same.

          i request you to look into the matter as i have not requested nor i have used the credit card of barclays.

            I am Sarad saini, resident of 47 b/1 mandir wali gali azadpur village delhi-33 . I am a Customer of Kotak Mahindra Bank and Model Town, with loan account no.[protected] which is a/an Credit Card loan and I have paid my EMIs without any delay or notices but due to some unforeseen circumstance I was unable to pay my last 7 april 2021 EMIs. After the default, I have already informed the bank regarding my circumstances but the bank did not pay any attention to that. Furthermore, the recovery agents of the bank continuously coerce me to pay me my EMIs and while doing so, they intimated me and my family as well as use abusive language. I tried to make them understand my financial situation but they did not heed any of my pleas and continuously harassed me for EMIs. I have approached the local bank branch office as well the Nodal officer regarding harassment and intimidation by the recovery agent through the mail dated 9 July 2021, which is enclosed with this mail, but the bank did not take any proper action and these agents are harassing us continuously. It is not like that, I do not want to pay back my EMI or loan, it’s just that for the time being I am unable to generate any source income to pay my dues. At the same time I have offered an amount to settle my account, according to my financial condition but the bank is not willing to accept and continuously calling to my house as well as my work place.

            the recovery agent of said bank are continuously calling to my work place and discussing my credit card details with my HR and manager as well as several of my collogues due to this I am facing savior mental distress which resulted in depression. I am requesting you to please stop these recovery agent so that I can focus on my life and try to accumulate funds for this settlement purpose I also want to highlight you that the recovery agents of the bank are at fault for discussing my credit details other people and other than the contacted party which is clearly devolution of right to privacy under RBI guidelines.

            I am requesting you to stop these harassment and intimidation because of these I am currently suffering from mental exhaustion as well as my life’s peace. Furthermore, please instruct the bank to co-operate with me for the time being so that I can fully focus on generating new income source.

            Apart from these, I am requesting you to help me get my compensation from the bank against the loss and injury I have suffered by the hands of recovery agents.

              Dear Sir/ Madam,

              I am drafting this mail due to I keep on harassing and abusing bank loan agents and managers by calls, emails, and visiting near the house.

              I am Thriveni G, I am staying with my Husband near J P Nagar 2nd phase. I was working in Capgemini PVT LTD and My husband self employed.

              I was unable to pay my Personal loan EMI for two months (June 2021 and July 2021), due to the second wave of covid 19, I lost my job. I gave a proper explanation to customer care and we responded to calls also, we shared the current location and a handwritten letter to the bank agent by mentioning Manager Pruthvi in My house that I stating that we need further time to pay EMI on the 6th of Aug 2021.

              But from Manager to agent keep on harassing and abusing me and my Husband by calls and visiting the house.

              I am requesting you please we need further time till 6th of Aug 2021. Because my Husband getting his 1st-month salary. So I can clear all the pending dues in single pay.

                I bought ASICS Men's Metaracer Tokyo Sunrise Red/Black Running Shoes-10 UK (45 EU) (11 US) (1011B075) from amazon on 24th of June 2021

                The product which I received dose not matched with Websites images hence I returned the product on 27 June 2021.
                Amazon india have initiated my refund on 27th of june 2021 but till today 14th july my money is not credited.

                Refund amount is 16, 199. RS.

                Amazon india is also not providing me refreance number for transactions.
                I'm asking them for reference number for refund transactions since last 15 days.

                I have connect with Amazon India customer care counless time till now.
                They are saying we have initiated payments on 27th but we are unable to get refrance number from refund transactions.
                I have spoke with one customer care agent with my bank at Kotak just provide us mail confirmation from Amazon official Address. Will make sure refund is there.
                But later other contact centre agnet at kotak Mahindra bank asking again refrance number.
                I have provided my communication mails with Amazon. Response was very diplomatic. I'm afraid that I lost my hardearn money.

                Since 2nd of July 2020 I'm asking Amazon.in my reference number for refund  Transaction to my Kotak Mahindra Bank account. 

                Amazon completely disappointed me regarding information for reference number.

                I got information today from Amazon.in regrading Transaction ID for refund on 27th June to original payment source which is my Kotak Mahindra debit card.

                 Amazon India playing blame gave toward my bank regarding technical issue for reference number.

                Please help me to get back my Hard Earn Money back in my saving account.

                I have raised a consumer complaint regarding on this Portal on 14th of July. 

                I was looking out for Help to get back my Hard Earn money 16, 199 back into my Kotak Mahindra Bank Saving account.

                Everyday since 2nd July 2020 I ask for Refund reference from Amazon.in they ask wait for more 3-5 days. The response is very negative & they made me feel helpless & robbed for myself as consumer.

                After having follow up with My Bank Kotak Mahindra bank the outcome is also disappointing now. 

                After so much of follow up & request my bank Kotak Mahindra initiate chargback for my transaction with visa debit card with Amazon.

                As per the mail confirmation on 15th july they have initiated & registered my complaint has 

                Reference Number for compliant 
                : Ref#1-[protected]

                I had word with Amazon escalation Manager Mr.Arpreet on Saturday 24th July.

                He said my bank Kotak Mahindra bank have initiated chargeback requests with Amazon on 19th July 2020.

                Amount should be in your savings account by now. 

                Please connect with your Bank.

                In current Covid-19 Pandemic situation loosing or awaiting for this long for this BIG amount 16, 199 is very critical for me & my family. Hence I'm only one earning person in my family now. Kotak Mahindra Bank & Amazon.in only taking time & asking me wait for few working Business days as well guidelines & they fool me.

                Please help me to get this issue resolved as soon as possible & get back my hard earn money back in my Kotak Mahindra Bank Account.

                I'm feeling deeply sad and harrassed because of Amazon India.
                I had connect with them again.
                One Agent gave me FALSE INFORMATION ON 30TH JULY 2021.
                That My refund was stuck due to fault in payment gateway.
                We have initiated payment on 29th july.
                You will get in 3 to 5 days.

                I called today to get refund reference number. I came to to it was FAKE INFORMATION VIA AMAZON AGENT.
                My master ticket for request still in Process.
                They share master ticket link.
                Which is useless because only Amazon staff can track.

                I'm getting Humiliated and Harrassed everyday.

                There is no positive sign from Kotak Mahindra bank as well regarding chargback request.

                Please help me to get my money.
                It's more than month and 4 days now.

                I'm still trying to connect with my bank Kotak Mahindra and Amazon.in customer care.
                The respond is very Humiliating.
                Kotak Mahindra bank is saying we are waiting for update from back end and now Amazon.in claims that refund is clear please it should be reflecting in your Bank account on 5th August 2021

                And today on 6th August 2021Amzon is send me mail we see you raised chargback. Please connect with your bank.

                After receiving such a mail I spoke with my bank customer care but they are saying no update from Amazon.
                This process is mental harrassment for me now. My health and work both getting sacrificed because of this both institute

                Today is 14th 2021. I have raised this issue on this Portal 14th July.
                It's one month. I feel like I lost my Hardearn money.
                Amazon is making me Beg for refund refrance number since 27th june 2021.

                I got mail from Amazon Escalation Manager Ms. SHAILA saying that connect with your bank hence you raised chargeback for this request.
                Kotak Mahindra bank saying they can't Process further till they get Refund refrance number for refund. Bank asking me to wait.
                I'm afraid that I lost my money and there no one to help me

                I have raised the request with Kotak Mahindra Bank on 13 july 2021.
                On 15 th July I got mail from Kotak Mahindra bank that we have raised chargback with beneficiaries bank.

                Amazon is clearly said via mail on 17th August 2021 refund will be Process through chargback.

                Kotak Mahindra infrom me this request will get close by 15 August 2021 but still my request under going.
                I'm not able to get back my Money in my saving account.

                Please relevent take action as soon as possible. It's almost 2 months since amazon started my refund process.

                Today's is 24th August 2021.
                I got mail from Kotak Mahindra bank on 15th July stating that regarding my chargback request they will update status in 35 working days on 15 july 2021.

                It's been clearly mentioned by Amzon Indian customer escalation head via email confirmation that my refund will be flow via chargback. This information shared to them via there payment team.
                They gave mail conformation on 17th August 2021.

                I have personally updated this information to Kotak Mahindra bank officers as well but still there is none action taken by them.

                I'm still waiting for update for my 16, 199 rs return to my back account.

                It's more than 40 days now from Kotak side and 55 days from Amazon india to return my hard earn money.
                Kindly help me.

                  I spoke to the guy told him I dnt have money, I have lost my job and I have a financial issue, the agent is saying he will send a team and a legal team to recover the due through goods from my place...what sort of behavior is this??

                      Dear Sir/Madam

                      Due to COVID 19, have availed moratorium (March to August), have paid my March 2020 EMI, but i have been approve only 4 Month Moratorium, which is April 2020 to July 2020, my August 2020 emi was rejected, and no information is been shared, i came to know when collection staff called stating you have an EMI bouncing, then i started to enquiry why its not got approved, no resolution i got from the loan processing office Mr. Raja, then so many collection staff called for following up for repayment alone, but no one came out to solve my issue from October, finally, on the enormous torcher and abuse, i tried and paid two month EMI on April i gave a commitment on Feb month stating by April i would clear 2 month EMI and also i did it, on which Mr. Palani gave a commitment stating that my penal charges would get waived by april 2021 month of 9k and rest would be done in may 2021. nothing had happened, and for full may month i followed him and his manager Mr. Vivek non of them responded to my query either by mail or by whats up, i have proof of the both, then i said if its not resolving i am holding my EMI for the month of June, which i did, and then to no resolution made to that, and gain same collections staff called did the same abuse, and one gentle man informed to pay the EMI and do all the necessary action so that you would have hold stating not skipping the emi, by that same i paid the emi,
                      and for 7 Month delay repayment they have charged me around Rs:32, 000/- as bounce charges and over due interest charges, from May month i tried to sort it out with so many staffs, like Mr. Palani, Mr. Mani, Mr.Vivek, Mrs suganya, and so many others i could recall the names,

                      My complained details for resolving

                      1. i have been charged Rs32000/- ( which was mentioned on my statement) why am i charged so much.
                      2. my EMI date is 5th and every month i have balance in my account on 2 or 3rd of each month, you can verify it on my bank account. why its not getting deducted on monthly 5th, rather on that date it is getting debited on or after 10th of each month why, for which i tried to get an service request raised, but non of them did it, every body said i would check do the needful.
                      3. what is my mistake to take up the bounce charges and over due interest.

                      i have tried to resolve the issue from October and i have paid my 2 month EMi on april since then i am trying to resolve the issue
                      like tired phone banking customer support but no resolution they were to do.
                      tried customer grievance but Oops! Something went wrong and couldn’t process your request. Please try again later. for last two days its says the same thing.
                      tried the loan processing office no use. spoke to him Mr.Mohan for 44 minutes.
                      tried with collection staff no use.
                      tried with mobile app it say site is under maintenance
                      what should i do to resolve this issue, and i am very clear i will not pay the bounce charges and over due interest.

                      like wise let me know what kotak has taken forward to resolve my query

                        My card number was [protected]. In year 2019 I have done settlement with kotak bank and done the payment . They had given me the settlement letter only on whatsapp. I have all the proof of payment but still m receiving the legal notices and abusing calls from kotak bank. Since m heart patient requesting kotak bank to pls check my account from year 2019 to know the details. They are forcing me to pay 65000 immediately. I am writing this content continuously to kotak bank also but they are not replying it

                          हमारे बैंक से ecs cut हूवा है। उसी दिन जिस दिन इनकी emi डेट आती है।

However, never got credited to my beneficiary account. Raised a complaint 1-[protected] through customer support of Kotak bank also went to the bank regarding the same. However, got a message that " Your dispute has been rejected because the transfer was successful". However, that is not the case.

                              I received a notice from an advocate from Gurgaon on behalf of Kotak Credit Cards, asking to pay dues in 7 days.                                   Some fraud transactions happened on my credit card and transactions are saying that "Amazon seller services mumbai" and the total amount they used is 48469 rupees.
                                  I have filed a FIR for these transactions

                                    wherein fraudulent transactions are made in my account merchant name as Paytm Google play recharge noida for Rs.500/- on 18/06/2021 which was debited in my account without my knowledge. I didn't done any transactions from my end which is fraudulent Dispute Transactions. I didn't received any OTP thru message and mail also how was happening what secure provide to my account and customer account also.

                                    Due to this my credit card limit exceeded so your bank has been charged over limit fee along with GST in my account. R.590/-.

                                    This is totally unacceptable.

                                    Kindly block my card and reversal o[censored]nauthorised dispute transactions amount Rs.500/- along with over limit fee charges including GST on urgent basis.

                                      Worst service and customer care service not responding

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I totally disappointed with Kotak bank service, this bank was cheating CUSTOMERs and taking extra money..!!my problem was on Jul 5th EMI was deducted than original amount..!!
                                      My EMI original amount - 1103rs
                                      Extra charges - 234.75

                                      What the worst it is, why you guys taken extra amount..!! When i am purchasing I seen EMI cost was 1103rs only but again extra charges taking..!! This is totally fraud...
