    Already paid up kotak credit card bill with reference number of #[protected] after that also Kotak people are harassing and abusing with bad words that I haven’t paid the amount. Even after getting confirmation from bank text. Inspite of paying on time due to technical issue my transaction got stuck and they charged with penalty for delay in payment even the server issue was from kotak account. People have mentally disturbed me with unlimited calls back to back with some rude people.

      I am working in kotak Mahindra bank from last 2.9 years, I got new offer from reputed company with good hike and due to urgent project requirement they are asking me to join immediately but my current not agree to reduce my notice period ..I try to convince my manager but not no use ..kindly please any one help me on this.current I m in notice period they asking me to join at 19 th April .

        Dear kotak mahindra bank,

        I have been using this account from last
        1 year and my kotak account is 0 balance basic saving deposit account but now i have noticed that my account is keep deducting from rs.23.60 on the daliy basis that too on the same day three times for the atm cw fees-dom. As per my knowledge there are 5 transctions are free in a month and i had withdrawl only once in this month and i had withdrawal on but after that transaction i have charged 5 times till toady, your bank is keep charging rs.23.60 from my account which is not good that means you have charged total rs.118 for rs.500 and the value becomes rs.382 of that withdrawal.

        I just want to know and i need an explanation that why i am keep charging with that nonsense fees. This is total pathetic and that means if i keep my money in the account it will become nill soon from the way you are charging.

          Dear Sir/Mam,

          I am getting calls from Kotak recovery agent from the number +91 [protected] Of Mr.Dhinesh, Chennai. And he is rude on call and severely harassed and created mental disturbance to my family He is asking to pay loan amount which was in CITI FINANCE now its Kotak Bank. He has not provided me the Loan account no on my fathers name Mr.Naragam Bhaskara Rao, Vijayawada.. I tried to reach Kotak authorities on this issue but I could not. He said "citi finance has been closed and now Kotak bank has been took over Citi Finance, so he is calling to recover". And he said the loan was taken long back by my illiterate father by manipulating documents by Citi Finance agents at the time of Loan sanction with out my family members notice and we are not aware of this loan account also as on date. Now after getting this call with harsh argument with above said agent my father & mother literally mentally sick and already they suffering severe health problems from last 5 months and they are under treatment . And he got all my details like email address and home address and my family numbers. He is saying anything on the call. using harsh words and my hospitalized parents literally fear with this call and it leads to another health and mental problems to them. They are not ready to listen anything and also NOT PROVIDIG THE DETAILS TO US after several requests. Could you please check this help here..

              Dear sir,

              I am in need o[censored]rgent help,

              I am regular user and made regular payment of my Kotak Credit Card, But from last few months I was going through some challenges in family due to 2 death happen in family in last 6 months, whereas I didn’t able to manage and checked my card due dates and payments properly and there is some Late fine charges, Over limit charges and Financial charges incurred into my credit card from Aug 2020- march 2021.

              I had paid my card outstanding amount – 12000 rs /

              I had called customer care regarding this and explained the same, despite this I was not provided with any positive response. I have always done my payment on time and never defaulted payments, despite of my financial challenges on priority I had paid my credit card due amount. It will be Great financial support if the bank can consider my request and help me with all reversal amounts mentioned below for my livelihood in this pandemic situation.

              Hence it is Humble request to kindly Waive off my late fine charges, Over limit charges and Financial charges as a service gesture.

              I hereby confirm that going forward I will do my payments on time.

              Following are the charges

              1) March 2021

              Overdue Charges- 590

              3) Feb2021

              Financial Charges-384

              Late Fine charges-590

              Over limit- 590

              4)January 2021

                I have done debit card transactions on 20th March and left my account little balance. On 28th March I deposited 475 rs and checked the balance and it shows in Minus. After checking the statement came to know bank has charged me multiple times for transactions. And they can take your account in minus figures without letting you know. No sms facility for these debit transactions of charges too.

                  I need to change my relationship manager..what to do?

                  My Rm manager is very indifferent from the time he knew that Iam not interested in his investment plans.
                  Since I have an NRE account..he does not release my money and does not even care to answer my queries.
                  I know it is done purposely and I need a new RM manager...

                  Hello,

                  Myself GOKUL RAJ and holding Kotak 811 account for past 1.5 years and kotak mahindra has told me that its a zero balance account and charging me lots of money without any prior information or notice.
                  Today again they charged me 550 INR for debit card annual charges and something else and im not using that debit and i said the bank manager to close my account but he refused to close my account and now i was charged by Kotak mahindra again. I want kotak mahindra to reverse the charges immediately.

                    I had invested in kotak flexicap fund through kotak Mutual Fund app and invested in lumpsum amount Rs5000.

                    But somehow the transaction failed

                    And the amount of Rs 5000 also deducted from my savings account, and this transaction was done on 6th of March'21 .

                    Kindly do the needful ASAP .

                          Hello sir,
                          I am Deepak Saini, I was using credit card of Kotak Mahindra Bank card no is [protected]. Last year before lockdown I got stuck and couldn't pay the credit card payment, so I got call From Miss Ritu Gupta kotak card department Noida ( up). I ask miss Ritu Gupta to settle my account she said it would be done you would have to pay 46500 rupees, I was unaware of processor of credit card settlement because I never used it before this one, so I decided to settle my account and I said yes to Miss Ritu Gupta and she send one person, who credit card payment collector, His name is Mr. Ramesh, so he came to me and I paid cash payment to him. They send me message of payment receiving. After that Ritu Gupta told me she would send Noc in two days, I did trust on her but she didn't send any Noc to me so I used to message her and did call many time but I didn't get any response from her side, finally after few months I got message for pay the credit card payment that time I realized I got cheated by that Miss Ritu Gupta.
                          That is what happened to me, after that every month I got message and call for pay the credit card payment I told them what happened with me and obviously I had paid full payment in one shot. Last month one person message me and told me he is kotak bank lawyer from tees Hazari court Delhi and you have to pay the rest of credit card payment, I told him I did it already last year in June, so he said this time if you pay 7500 then I would provide you NOC, so I thought I would have to clear this mess and did payment of 7500rs through online. He told me he would give me that NOC in two days but since I didn't get any Noc, means I got cheated again.
                          I do not understand why the bank system is that much corrupted, everyone just want to cheat customers.
                          Now With some hope I am raising my complaint so please resolve this and Provide me my Noc, I did mention my credit card no. So you can check the all detail when I paid one shot payment to settle account and why I got cheated all times.
                          Hoping for unbiased justice and to get my Noc.

                              This is to let you know I have deposited 100000 amount in the deposit machine, the time between deposit and confirmation by the machine, the machine ran out by the server issue. By which I did not get any confirmation by the bank and by the deposit machine.

                                Account debited without authorization and prior notice.
                                There is no reference number generated for same it states they have credited to my credit card but the amount is debited from saving account and is not credited to credit card.
                                Note: I didn't did any transaction at my end it was done by Kotak bank team without the authorization also there are no dues on credit card.

                                  I ham contacting you with respect to above mentioned subject.

                                  Description :- I oblige and agree that there is delay in payment, however we have not tried avoiding any calls from the team. The above mentioned numbers are harassing us and abusing us, which includes Namratha and her Father who is old.

                                  Also, the agent Nagaraj has threatened us informing that he will inform everyone in the locality I stay and inform Namratha to be fraud.

                                  Kindly note, I being customer of kotak bank since 2016, have never made this mistake.

                                  Messages are very vulger and harrasing someone in this condition is not going to fetch any thing.

                                  I would request you to kindly take immediate action towards such associates.

                                    Fraudulent Transaction Complaint

                                    I have been holding a Kotak Debit & Credit card, since the last 5+years. I wish to bring your notice that an amount of INR 819 (10th Feb 2021) + INR 819 (10th Mar 2021) = INR 1638/- has been debited from my credit card. which was not executed by me.

                                    I requested to kotak, to refund the amount & stop unnecessary transactions on an immediate basis.

                                    And, I temporarily blocked my mobile banking, net banking & other...
