I am too victim of this fraud, I was open zero balance account 811, In which I don't have to maintain any balance but from months of February I am being charged randomly.

This is informing you that in my account charging like TBMS. and i am given details also, pls resolve and credit amount which you have debit.

I am very unhappy in this bank other wise we have to rise consumer court for this issues.

    Dear customer service team, I would like to report a complaint here. I have been harassed by recovery agents against a loan that someone else taken. The girl name is Divya Sharma(as she claims) is calling me to get to Amit Mallik . further investigation I found that these recovery agents are reaching out to many other employees of our previous organisation (mCarbon Tech Innovation Pvt Ltd) and harrasssing everyone. How can you allow this to happen by your business partners or outsourcing agencies??
    I would request you to take immediate action as it’s damaging your image too. Here are the numbers giving me unwanted calls.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[p... and many others. I am getting volume of calls continuously and disturbed since these people are very very rude and talk with no respect. Looking forward to your support. If I keep getting the calls, will have to file a police complaint. Please help here.. please

        Worst bank, they levied charges for debit card before even physical verification is done and they say that i have applied to the services and i asked they to refund the amount where they didn't say anything about GST charges which will not be returned and after calling them they reverted the amount but took the gst charges they put a SMS back saying this a onetime goodwill service and they closed my debit card on my request by promising a new debt card with the charges that have been levied but now they say gst has been levied and you are short of funds, if you want you need to apply for it you need to add the funds .. the customer care representative are the worst. they don't even know how to handle the customers. this is the worst bank.

            Kotak Pay Day Loan Scam

            BEWARE! Kotak's Pay Day Loan is a company scam.

            If your salary pay day is on the last day of the month, the repayment is auto-scheduled for 5 days before your pay day. THIS AFFECTS YOUR CIBIL SCORE.

            If you take this loan on March 20th, repayment will be on March 26th before your pay day, and not on March 31st.

            In the name of Pay Day Loan, Kotak is cheating and misguiding people to take a micro...

            My name is Sahil I have a Kotak bank salary account which I am not using anymore I want to close this account. but Bnak employees are saying that you have to pay Rs.3500/- maintenance charges which I don't understand my account was maintained from last month I didn't keep it they also deducted my balance from my account for that but still asking for Rs. 3500/- charges that too on call my account is not showing in negative or anything. Please look into the matter and help me. i also called customer case they said we will convert to 0 balance account but still this issue i am facing

                Hi

                I had bought Kotak Life Insurance Policy 9550845 in 2016. I have been paying Rs 50, 000 premium p.a (on a monthly basis). After having paid close to Rs 3.25 lakhs, the fund value has only reached Rs 467, 000.

                Given that it is the market linked plan and markets have grown so much in last 6-7 years, the returns shown are not commensurate with how the markets have grown.

                Kindly look into the matter.

                    I have created a salary account with kotak mahindra bank without knowing to me they have issues credit card and that is also not reached to me.

                    Now they issued credit card statement with Annual charges of 588 and asking me to pay. Where as i dont even have a credit card with them.

                    Please clear these charges otherwise i would like to close my account with Kotak bank as this is really frustrating.

                    Please dont go with kotak mahindra bank.it is worst bank ever to resolve customer issues.

                                I never got any message from Kotak saying i will be charged for every failed ECS transaction.I found this when i accidentally checked my account summary which i never usually do.I never got any information regarding this charges.                                   Multiple deduction of money from my account.

                                  I took a payday loan of amount 9613/- from Kotak Mahindra Bank. When my salary got credited on 09/06/2023 they deducted the amount and my balance was 17548. The same amount got auto debited on 13/06/2023 again. My account had a balance of 2300 and it got debited and the remaining amount is showing as -7300. I tried to contact them but no response. I need my money back...
