I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of great concern and utter disappointment regarding the recent experiences I have had with the credit card department of Kotak Mahindra. Specifically, I have been receiving abusive calls from a phone number associated with your organization: [protected]. This behavior is completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and unacceptable.

I would like to emphasize that I have been a loyal customer of Kotak Mahindra for a considerable period of time and have always maintained a good relationship with your institution. Therefore, I am extremely shocked and disturbed by the unprofessional conduct displayed by one of your representatives.

The abusive calls I have received have left me feeling harassed, intimidated, and violated. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, courtesy, and professionalism at all times. The behavior exhibited by your representative is a clear violation of these basic expectations.

I demand an immediate and thorough investigation into this matter. I request you to take the following actions:

1. Identify the individual responsible for making the abusive calls from the mentioned phone number ([protected]).

2. Initiate appropriate disciplinary measures against the individual found guilty of engaging in such behavior.

3. Provide me with a written apology for the distress caused by the abusive calls.

4. Take necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future and implement measures to improve the overall quality of customer service.

I would like to remind you that the actions of your representative not only reflect poorly on the individual but also tarnish the reputation of Kotak Mahindra as a whole. It is crucial for your organization to address this matter promptly and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation.

I believe that Kotak Mahindra is committed to maintaining high standards of customer service and adhering to ethical practices. Therefore, I trust that you will treat this complaint with the utmost seriousness it deserves and take appropriate action to address the issue.

I expect a prompt response to this complaint and request that you keep me informed throughout the investigation process. Failure to address this matter adequately will leave me with no choice but to escalate the complaint to higher authorities and consider seeking legal assistance.

    I have created a salary account with kotak mahindra bank without knowing to me they have issues credit card and that is also not reached to me.

    Now they issued credit card statement with Annual charges of 588 and asking me to pay. Where as i dont even have a credit card with them.

    Please clear these charges otherwise i would like to close my account with Kotak bank as this is really frustrating.

    Please dont go with kotak mahindra bank.it is worst bank ever to resolve customer issues.

      I have sallery account on KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK and i have bought some electronics on the ZEST MONEY app and I made all payment on time on tht app they or debited amount of 1770/-rs TWO TIMES i asked for costomer care executive they are fraud on me and I have paid all the payment before due i need refund it's not my fault I made payment may 5th and June 5th

            Someone has used my wife mobile number 9654746xxx and give it as referencealternative number now she is getting daily so many calls asking to contact that person.How would we contact that person as we dont know that person.
            We are getting daily calls from unknown numbers to re-pay the loancredit card payment. Those guys are talking very rudely in abusive manner. Can you please take action on my request immediately on priority basis otherwise I need to take appropriate legal action on this.

                Lien amount charges refund

                I never got any message from Kotak saying i will be charged for every failed ECS transaction.I found this when i accidentally checked my account summary which i never usually do.I never got any information regarding this charges.                   Multiple deduction of money from my account.

                  I took a payday loan of amount 9613/- from Kotak Mahindra Bank. When my salary got credited on 09/06/2023 they deducted the amount and my balance was 17548. The same amount got auto debited on 13/06/2023 again. My account had a balance of 2300 and it got debited and the remaining amount is showing as -7300. I tried to contact them but no response. I need my money back...

                    My overdraft account number is [protected]

                    when this overdraft account was offered to me, they said there would not be any no-utilization charges. all of a sudden, in May 2023, non-utilization charges of 2627 rupees were charged

                    i went to the manikonda branch and they just sent a mail to the relationship manager. i gave them a written complaint but they not even raised the complaint but just sent a mail saying the relationship manager will call, but no one called me

                    i even tried to reach the relationship manager over the phone multiple times and she not even picked up the phone.

                    please return back the charges levied with immediate basis or close this OD. there is always some sort of trouble with kotak bank with respect to this OD

                      Today I received a call from arepresentative of Kotak Bank regarding pending dues for the past three months. The person who called me provided their mobile number as [protected] and thecall took place at 18:15. When I requested proof of the outstanding dues forthe past three months, the caller avoided the question and gave variousunrelated responses & spoke rudely.They insisted that I visit the Kotak Bank office in Egmoredirectly, but I questioned the need for such a visit. I informed them that Ihad purchased goods from Vasanth & Co and that I would provide statementproofs of payment to the respective branches of Vasanth & Co.
                      In an unfortunate turn of events, the caller informed me that the owner of Vasanth & Co is dead andquestioned how I could contact him. Furthermore, during our conversation, thecaller insulted the late owner of Vasanth & Co.
                      Today I visited the Vasanth co showroom and met a Branch Manger with kotak staff members to register these complaints & his given id also send mail to this id about this incidents said that payments proofs attached in this mail.
                      I kindly request that Kotak Bankand your staff members provide proper training on customer communicationskills. It is important to educate them on how to effectively interact withcustomers. I hope you understand the significance of this request and I thankyou in advance for taking the necessary steps to address this matter

                          This is to bring to your notice that I have never in my life applied for any credit card from Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd and to my surprise today I have received a call from your collection manager Mr. Sachin Rathod – [protected] from Solapur branch that there is an outstanding of Rs.2, 80, 623.31/- on my name.

                          This is a case of fraud wherein my documents have been wrongly used for issuing a credit card on my name. The registered mobile [protected] belongs to me when I used to work with Vodafone Ltd in 2014 but I had left the organization in December 2014 and handed over the number to the corporate since the number was given by Vodafone to me as an employee.

                          I have got the card statement from the collection team and the major transactions did on 16th March’23 were all happened in different petrol pumps but the amount used are way beyond to fill the fuel which clearly indicates that these are fraudulent transactions happened on the card issued on my name.

                          We are registering the Cyber Crime complaint and also registering police complaint to check the CC TV footage on these petrol pumps.

                          Meanwhile please block this card with immediate basis and confirm the same.

                          Also I want to see the Credit Card application received for issuing this card on my name so please share the application form, self attested KYC documents on basis of which Kotak Mahindra has issued card on my name and also the acknowledgment copy of courier service through which the card has been delivered.
