I have made an transaction of rs 28, 997.10 through my kotak credit card transaction was failed but amount was debited from my card immediately i called to kokat customer care and raised the complaint they said that it will credited back with in 7days after 7days i called and asked them again they said that it would take 35working days my bill was generated i have paid that bill still not resolved they are telling that our team was working...

unnecessary annoying promotional messages

I am really fed up with the daily promotional messages i receive from kotak asking me to open a kotak 811 saving account. I want to stop receiving such messages. I contacted the customer care & asked the customer care to unsubscribe my mobile number. They said me it is not possible. deducted money for accident cover insurance without my consent

Today an amount of rs. 1300/- has been debited from my kotak salary account with out my consent. This is really annoying. Actually i have not taken any insurance as such from kotak. I want the money deducted from my account has to be refunded to my account. This is one of the worst bank that i have ever seen in my life.

adhoc stmt charge deducted

Ad hoc statement charge ₹52 have been deducted on 01-jul-2019 from my kotak account account without any information.

But i haven't asked for any such statements from bank either by visiting branch or through net banking.
And when i opened account bank said their is no charges of online or statement.

So i need clarification from bank or reverse my ₹52 to my account.

atm cw fees-dom

Dear kotak mahindra bank,

I have been using this account from last 3 years and my kotak account is 0 balance basic saving deposit account but now i have noticed that my account is keep deducting from rs.23.60 on the daliy basis for the atm cw fees-dom. touch screen not working - atm

Received a call from +[protected] asking about all the credit card details. She already got it but again she contact me for cvv number.
