Savings account NMC

1. The account balance has remained below 20, 000 right through 2022 and also for most periods since 2020. There was no instance of alert or recovery of any NMC. This was started only in Jan 2023 for the months of Nov and Dec 2023.
2. The charge of 6% per month on the shortfall translates to 72% p.a. !!! This is usurious and violative of any sense of natural justice.
3. Such a high NMC should be brought very specifically to...

    1. I had taken personal loan from Kotak bank as usual I was paying my EMI s without delay even if its delayed was paying charges accordingly. For the month of April 2023 I tried making payment on time, but showing as already EMI is cleared and for confirmation from my side I had texted Kotak authority and confirmed as it is already paid. So, ignored but all of sudden they are saying to pay in middle of month saying we don't know nothing there is balance need to paid and threatening will effect your CIBIL score.

    2. Second issue the loan amount they said to me as 5733 intially ( I Had Shared an official mail received from kotak listed amount with 5733) . Now they are taking from me 5755 which is extra of 22/- it is a small amount but Kotak is national bank and India population is 1.5 billion if they collect atleast from 10 crore people it is 220 crore. Which is a SCAM where Reserve bank had to take an action on this activities done by bank.

    Will be sharing screenshots of those information in attachments please check. Requesting central governance to take action in giving not to effect my Cibil score.

      When I received my EMI was 5733/- Now they are making to pay 5755 which is extra and illegal. Moreover in national wise if they collect like this it will go in crores which is a fraud. Where GVT authorities had to take care.

        I Have a Salary account from Kotak Bank. The Kotak will deduct the amount without the concern of the account holder. They say its for account maintaining and other reasons, this is completely FRAUD. They never give me a proper explanation on deductions and no team have information and kept me HOLD ON for 48 MINS ON LINE IN LAST, THE CALL BECAME BLANK. I was in HOSPITAL standing in the line for the emergency purpose for medications and amount which my company had credited Rs.12, 252/- and in fraction of seconds the amount of Rs.1250/- had deducted and I was unable to pay the amount as they didn't accept due to lack of amount. When I called them no response, PLEASE GIVE MY MONEY and as well at the time of personal loan they again charged 1000/- for no reason. Honorable Governance Please Have a Look in this Matter for resolving these issues this literally frauding the poor.

        LETS SEE IF KOTAK MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION ON THIS!!!

          My grandmother passed away and I couldn't make the payment. I received a call from a number on March 11th after making the payment and even shared a screenshot. Please release my lien and let me know why there was no response at that time. Please understand my concern and help me with this problem.

              Respected Senior Management of Kotak Mahindra Bank.
              My name is Mohan Maggo and I'm a credit card customer. I have written this email to notify you that. Since March 2019 I'm jobless and I am suffering from financial situation. I'm not earning well. But there are some executive from Kotak mahindra bank are not understanding the situation. Some of the executive who are handling my case of credit card they are sending whatsapp messages and in that they have written that they are sending my case in legal procedures. I'm already in depression problem and mentally disturbed, if i attempt suicide so I will mention recovery executive names in the letter so that after killing myself i will create lot's of big problems for the bank and there executive.

                I have used the account of Kotak subh saving scheme, and using it since 2 years but i have seen my statement today found three times same amount of money has deducted three times in a day and then i started to go through all months status then found the same, such kind of deduction will make my account blank in near future and they will named it as ATMCW FEE-DOM, i wanna know how it is applied on any account and what is the rate of deduction and which type of service it is

                  AMT Rs 1176 was debited from my account without any prior notice or without any reason and prior to this AMT Rs 600 was debited. I want to know the reason for this money being debited after it being a zero balance account of Kotak 811. Please resolve it immediately.

                          It appears that you are obstinately determined to force me out of the bank. Despite being a Prima account holder, I have not received any of the promised Prima services, and the decline in service quality during last many years has been appalling. Even though I was promised doorstep service, I am constantly being forced to visit the branch for assistance.

                          I continued my account solely because your RM assured me that there would be no AMB charges, otherwise, I would have closed my account long ago. However, I have been charged AMB fees for 4 consecutive months. I transfered account to another branch when your executive assured to reverse the charges at new branch. But, he reversed the charge for 2 months without reversing the GST. I was informed that the GST levied on the fine could not be refunded. He also didn't reverse 2 other AMB charges

                          I find it unbelievable that a large bank like Kotak does not have a proper ERP system in place to reverse GST levied improperly. It raises serious concerns about the safety of customer funds within such a system. Despite ongoing discussions about my account at the new branch, I have been charged AMB fees for another two months.

                          Although account balance is small, my family and I have significant products with Kotak. However, due to this experience, I don't wish to continue in any of Kotak's services. I won't even recommend Kotak for my company's deposits.

                          If these charges are not refunded along with GST, I will be reporting this event to RBI and approach Consumer Court .

                              My friend transferred fund from his Australia account to my Kotak bank savings account on 20/02/2023 for personal purpose. Bank hold my fund since then. I have visited my home branch three time and took my manager's number. I have submitted FATCA form as well as declaration for purpose. Mr. Bhavin Chauhan (Manjalpur branch Manager) gave him number and I send him transfer advice with transaction reference number and bank letter. He stopped talking my calls and replying my WhatsApp messages. Even he is not ready to share any resolution. As reputed bank in India, first time I had worst experience where I need to beg for my own money and they don't even care for it. Kotak Management should take some strick action against such employees just to make sure smooth experience for customers. As a manager he was doing his personal financial advisorary also. When I visited branch to follow up on my transaction, he took 30-35 minutes to explained different financial instruments and asked me to invest in this. He was not bother about my pain, he just want to sell his product and earn extra commission income. Kotak is paying him to address customers requests and to solve it but he is doing something else. Please help me to get my money back.

                                I opened a life insurance code with kotak life insurance having code No KLI60530370.Appointed on: 23 feb 2018
                                I don't know why my code is blacklisted, personally i don't do any wrong business in my code.my code has gone to be misused.
                                Someone may be doing such type fraud to play in my code.please investigate otherwise my career ll be spoil so please take action.
                                I am completely innocent of all these charges.i was not aware about this mis-use.so after knowing it i requested to kotak life insurance to close it but they denied it as the code is blacklisted. I had joined a new company, and they asked me for a NOC for the above license number. So I got a NOC from Kotak Life Insurance Company and submitted the same in my new company then after i ll rejoin.
                                mistake and negligence done by me unknowingly.kindly close the code and requesting u to give me chance to rectify my mistake
                                So I am requesting you to help me come away from this blacklisted issue which was happened might be due to either my negligence or due to my unawareness.
                                Henceforth I ' m requesting you to suggest me a way out from this issue.
                                Kindly take this as a priority and cancelation the code in IRDA portal

                                  Hi Sir/Madam,

                                  I wanted to cancel my Kotak Mahindra Bank credit card which I'm not using. This month they have added Annual charges of RS. 588.82 in my statement.

                                  I had called customer care number (which is Paid service) and they are very harsh/Loud in stating I need to pay Rs. 90 to close my credit card.

                                  I just want to cancel my credit which I'm not using and I don't want to pay any additional...
