I am Sudheer B paid all the EMIs regarding my consumer durable loan account number CFB13087931 against Kotak Mahindra BANK on the Kotak Mahindra BANK app but still now they are asking me to pay the EMI again and check bounce charges.

      Kotak mahindra fraud bank didn't open a current account because I opened our company bank account after one or two to three months he had active CMS service without informing the customer and without informing to cut our bank account rs.2300 and I raised the complaint several time but no anyone support to me due to all our Indian citizen we are requested to you don't go kotak mahindra bank and open the account you should go another bank below mention detect amount statement also you can check.

        MY CREDIT CARD IS NOT ACTIVE FROM LAST TWO YRS BUT THEY JUST CHARGES ND I PAID PAID ND PAID THEIR LATE FEES...After paying all un necessary LATE FEES I have not received Kotak credit card noc letter after paying all my amount as per the reversal letter...           Late fee charged incorrectly

          Please waive if the late fee of inr 100 that has been charged on 26th feb as I was sick n hospitalized from 20th Feb to 28th Feb.
          This late fee is hitting my credit score which I cannot afford for just 100 INR.
          I have made the payment in full nd in past as well i'd made the payment on time. I can furnish my docs if req.
          As per Indian law, it can be waived of in genuine case. Kindly waive it off for me.

          This bank blocked everyone account for our benefit of bank
          I am talking about
          Kotak mahindra bank, jasola vihar branch,
          In this bank every employee is rudely talking like he/she is a boss of this bank (lgta hai unke bap ka bank hai aise bate krte hai+ spl tag to Monika), our account is freeze from last Days, I am requesting from to unfreeze it but bank holder called me to close our account, how to close, our credit will be down due to this bank, and get bouncing charge

            On 21 February 2024 (Evening) Kotak deducted 1 times ECS charges 503.99 (INR) and never got any notification about charge deduction.
            They atleast warn us about ECS charge as being a reputed bank.
            I found it when I checked my bank statement. (Same Day)

            Worst customer care support. I tried many times about my issue of ECS charge deduction but they never pick up calls.

            I have paid my EMI on time, there is no valid reason for ECS deduction from Bank.
            EMI was paid on 5th February, and Rajorpay tried auto debit on 6th February, so that ECS charge not applicable I this situation.

            I want my money back, otherwise I will take legal action.

            Tonight I'm starving, I need to buy food, but they stolen my money without any valid reason.

            Please return my hard-earned money.

                    I have been holding my account with this bank for the past 5 years and also have a Home Loan. All of a sudden last month my account was frozen. My closing balance and available balance were not matching. It was showing zero. I called customer care and they asked me to visit the Home Branch.

                    I was told that there was a cyber crime reported against some transactions that happened in the month of August 2023 which never happened and nothing was reported. Also, the account was frozen in the month of December for a so-called incident that happened in the month of August.

                    I am unable to withdraw my own money. I see this is a scam being done by the bank to many customers by holding their money.

                    It's been more than 15 days I have been following up with the bank by visiting the branch, calling the branch, wirting to the grievance Level 3 etc., No response or appropriate action from the bank.

                        Loan amount not getting deducted from account and fines are added to late payment.

                        I am really frustrated with Kotak at this point as they are scamming customers now openly.

                        I had my loan emi amount in my Kotak savings account and I sent several emails to deduct the loan emi. They deducted partial amount from the account after several follow-ups.
