BEWARE! Kotak's Pay Day Loan is a company scam.

If your salary pay day is on the last day of the month, the repayment is auto-scheduled for 5 days before your pay day. THIS AFFECTS YOUR CIBIL SCORE.

If you take this loan on March 20th, repayment will be on March 26th before your pay day, and not on March 31st.

In the name of Pay Day Loan, Kotak is cheating and misguiding people to take a micro...

I took a payday loan of amount 9613/- from Kotak Mahindra Bank. When my salary got credited on 09/06/2023 they deducted the amount and my balance was 17548. The same amount got auto debited on 13/06/2023 again. My account had a balance of 2300 and it got debited and the remaining amount is showing as -7300. I tried to contact them but no response. I have paid the amount Rs. 14399/- in the year of 2015 itself and no dues are pending. But it shows in CIBIL record that card is alive with PHONEIX ARC with Written OFF status

I have been using this account from last 2 years and my kotak account is CORPORATE EDGE SALARY ACCOUNT but now i have noticed that my account is keep deducting from rs.23.60, 24.00, 29.00 etc. on the daliy basis for the atm cw fees-dom.
