Fake job. They have stolen 33249 amount from me. His mail id is [protected]@accountant.com. His mobile number is [protected]. And one madam is there she is from quikr she also fraud mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. Total amount i have lost is 33249 rupees. This madam jyotika number is [protected]. This madam number is out of service now. Kindly friends please help me to resolve this problem as soon as possible. This amount is huge or bigger amount to my family. Iam from middle class.

    I have loan account with Kotak bank acc. no - SLPN47788, CRN[protected], ,
    Due to some financial issue I was not able to pay my EMI's only 25% loan amount is pending.
    Now Kotak Bank and their agencies are harassing me by calling to my office staff and my relatives. the bank is calling them and threatening them. that they will visit them with the police and took them to police station.
    my office has given the warning to me that they will sack me if this kind of things happen again.
    Now if i lose the job then i will not be able to feed my family and will not be able to give education to my kids.
    the only solution I m seeing is to do suicide.
    As with their continuous calls no body is going to help with and the bank staff is pushing me to borrow money and pay them.
    I asked them that i will do arrange is next month but they are not listening and keep calling and harassing me and my family.

      Loan Charges paid on a call received couple of years earlier of 12370. When asked for NOC the caller blocked me. Today the caller named Rahul abused me and my family female members stating that charges still pending.
      This us a harassment fromnlast 2 years. Even after paying in feb 2022 loan not closed just because I did not take an email.

        Hello,
        I still do not remember the credit card they issued in my name when how but still paid the total due amount to PHOENIX ARC on 2nd April A/C number [protected]
        but it is still reflected in my civil score and ruining my score badly

          I have been using this account from last 4 to 5years and my kotak account is 0 balance basic saving deposit account but now i have noticed that my account is keep deducting from rs.24.78 on the daliy basis for the atm cw fees-dom. As per my knowledge there are 5 transctions are free in a month and i had withdrawl only 3 time month of March 2024 but after that transaction i have charged 3 times month of April 2024 .your bank is keep charging rs.24.78 from my account which is not good.

          I just want to know and i need an explanation that why i am keep charging with that nonsense fees. This is total pathetic and that means if i keep my money in the account it will become nill soon from the way you are charging.

            I am writing to express my dissatisfaction
            with the excessive ATM CW FEE-DOM charge. I was charged 24.78 twice today ( 14/42024) and 4 times this month even though I dint withdraw any amount at the ATM.
            I believe these charges are unfair and
            unreasonable, as I was not informed about the fees before. I request a review of these charges and a refund of the excessive amount.
            I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and raise a formal complaint regarding the unauthorized deduction of charges from my bank account.

              Specifically, on 01 april 2024 & 02 april 2024, there were deductions made from my account in the amount of Rs 316 for ( MENTION BELOW ) without any prior notification or explanation

              ATM CW FEE-DOM = 24.78 INR
              ATM CW FEE-DOM = 4.22 INR
              ATM CW FEE-DOM = 24.78 INR
              ATM CW FEE-DOM = 24.78 INR
              ATM BI FEE-DOM = 10.03 INR
              ATM CW FEE-DOM = 24.78 INR
              ATM CW FEE-DOM = 24.78 INR
              ATM CW FEE-DOM = 24.78 INR
              ATM CW FEE-DOM = 24.78 INR
              ACCOUNT CLOSING BALANCE = 138.29 INR

              I would like to request a refund for these charges as they were not previously disclosed to me, and I did not consent to them.

              Upon reviewing my account statements, I discovered that these charges were for which I did not authorize or agree to. I have been a loyal customer of Kotak mahindra bank for more than 1 years, and I have always adhered to the terms and conditions outlined by the bank.

              I would like to request an immediate refund of the deducted amount and an explanation for why these charges were applied to my account without my consent. As a customer, I expect transparency and fairness in all my banking transactions.

              Furthermore, I kindly request that measures be taken to ensure that such unauthorized charges are not deducted from my account in the future. I value the trust and integrity of our banking relationship and hope that this matter can be resolved promptly.

              Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint at your earliest convenience and provide me with a timeline for resolving the issue.                 Kotak Mahindra Bank opened a credit card for me without my knowledge. And I recently got a credit card amount that needs to be paid by April 12th. I don't even have the account details. And their help-line numbers and customer care numbers are invalid. Kindly help me at the earliest, because they are messing my CIBIL score.

                          Late fee charged incorrectly

                          Please waive if the late fee of inr 100 that has been charged on 26th feb as I was sick n hospitalized from 20th Feb to 28th Feb.
                          This late fee is hitting my credit score which I cannot afford for just 100 INR.
                          I have made the payment in full nd in past as well i'd made the payment on time. I can furnish my docs if req.

                          This bank blocked everyone account for our benefit of bank

                          Kotak mahindra bank, jasola vihar branch,

                            On 21 February 2024 (Evening) Kotak deducted 1 times ECS charges 503.99 (INR) and never got any notification about charge deduction.
                            They atleast warn us about ECS charge as being a reputed bank.
                            I found it when I checked my bank statement. (Same Day)

                            Worst customer care support. I tried many times about my issue of ECS charge deduction but they never pick up calls.

                            I have paid my EMI on time, there is no valid reason for ECS deduction from Bank.
                            EMI was paid on 5th February, and Rajorpay tried auto debit on 6th February, so that ECS charge not applicable I this situation.

                            I want my money back, otherwise I will take legal action.

                            Tonight I'm starving, I need to buy food, but they stolen my money without any valid reason.

                            Please return my hard-earned money.
