    I am a customer of Kotak Mahindra bank.
    I have kotak 811 zero balance savings account in which i do not worry about maintaining the minimum balance.
    but yestreday when i credited about 950 rupees in my account then it is holded automatically and did not show in the available balance.
    I contacted to the customer care of kotak bank but they told that it is holded as lein balance and it cannot be refunded .
    Please help me to get back my hold balance.

      I would be paid overdue charges through kotak mahindra mobile app. but that not reflects in actual numbers in application. that still showed as overdue. after one of the person send QR with the name of kotak mahindra bank and after transaction done on that QR, that will work now application show overdue amount 0. But I paid total 4061 rupees for overdue amount 2030 rupees. now that person not receiving call and nor respond on whatsapp.

        Hi Team,
        I purchased a refrigerator on April 4 from Reliance Digital in Gurugram where a Kotak representative "Himanshu Tripathi" collected all my details and executed the KYC Process for opening a zero balance account. Till date, I have not received the account information and welcome kit and after unlimited follow ups, my query has not been resolved. I fear KOTAK has been misusing my personal documents and denying me service for the past 1 month.

          I purchased laptop from reliance digital Asansol branch against finance loan from Kotak Mahindra Bank. My E mandate was successful with appropriate charges deducted from my account. After this also my auto debit feature is not working! Branch is saying it is fault of your mother bank which is Union bank of India, Raniganj branch! Since i had a successful e mandate done, my mother bank holds no fault here! They asked kotak branch of Asansol to mail the head office o[censored]nion bank and resolve the issue as it the fault from the side of kotak bank. The loan account head is not listening about this! After innumerable calls and complaints i have got no help! My emi got bounced twice and because of this my CIBIL score is badly affected! I want my matter to be resolved with immediate effect as it is already 2 months seeking help and solution! Kotak bank is the worst of all and has zero efforts to help and address their customers! Inspite of having all the faults, they are just blaming my mother bank and harassing me for money on the due date! Apart from this no solution is provided! Kindly help!

            I have actually given unnecessary deductions for no reason where Even I transferred amount for personal loan even KOTAK TAKING EXTRA AMOUNT still i credited but the amount was not taken completely and kept my account with minus balance and unless taking remaining amount deducted for no reason which is not showing in transaction activity which IS FRAUD.

            KOTAK BANK IS DEDUCTING AMOUNT LIKE NO LEGAL REASONS WHICH FRAUD

              They are frauds hav charged totally wrong plus they are not helping no call from ka assit no toll dree nunber even not getting thru their customer care went to the bank no help to hell with kotak chor i wont b paying to the thugs

                  Cancellation of Insurance Policy on Free Lookup not supported

                  Hi Team,

                  I have taken a loan on Kotak Mahindra as an OD Account and the agents and the manager assured that they will help to cancel the Insurance taken along with OD during the Free lookup period.

                  After the loan was taken, they told that they will check and get back to me on the cancellation and almost towards the end of the free lookup period, they are coming now and saying that they dont have cancellation...

                  I am writing to express my concern about a recent charge on my account. On 25-April, my account was debited Rs 885 for the renewal of my debit card. I was never informed that my debit card was a platinum card and that there would be a hidden charge for this.

                  I am very disappointed that this charge was not clearly communicated to me before I renewed my card. I feel that this is a deceptive practice and it has caused me significant financial hardship. I would like to request that this charge be refunded to my account immediately.

                    Void sale not refunded yet

                    I had done transaction of 63000/- on 23/04/2023 at 16:44 and shop keeper had reverted same transaction within 5 minutes ... It about 48 Hours passed and still i have not received my amount back.

                    Please look into this matter...

                    Savings account NMC

                    1. The account balance has remained below 20, 000 right through 2022 and also for most periods since 2020. There was no instance of alert or recovery of any NMC. This was started only in Jan 2023 for the months of Nov and Dec 2023.
                    2. The charge of 6% per month on the shortfall translates to 72% p.a. !!! This is usurious and violative of any sense of natural justice.
                    3. Such a high NMC should be brought very specifically to...

                      1. I had taken personal loan from Kotak bank as usual I was paying my EMI s without delay even if its delayed was paying charges accordingly. For the month of April 2023 I tried making payment on time, but showing as already EMI is cleared and for confirmation from my side I had texted Kotak authority and confirmed as it is already paid. So, ignored but all of sudden they are saying to pay in middle of month saying we don't know nothing there is balance need to paid and threatening will effect your CIBIL score.

                      2. Second issue the loan amount they said to me as 5733 intially ( I Had Shared an official mail received from kotak listed amount with 5733) . Now they are taking from me 5755 which is extra of 22/- it is a small amount but Kotak is national bank and India population is 1.5 billion if they collect atleast from 10 crore people it is 220 crore. Which is a SCAM where Reserve bank had to take an action on this activities done by bank.

                      Will be sharing screenshots of those information in attachments please check. Requesting central governance to take action in giving not to effect my Cibil score.

                        When I received my EMI was 5733/- Now they are making to pay 5755 which is extra and illegal. Moreover in national wise if they collect like this it will go in crores which is a fraud. Where GVT authorities had to take care.

                          I Have a Salary account from Kotak Bank. The Kotak will deduct the amount without the concern of the account holder. They say its for account maintaining and other reasons, this is completely FRAUD. They never give me a proper explanation on deductions and no team have information and kept me HOLD ON for 48 MINS ON LINE IN LAST, THE CALL BECAME BLANK. I was in HOSPITAL standing in the line for the emergency purpose for medications and amount which my company had credited Rs.12, 252/- and in fraction of seconds the amount of Rs.1250/- had deducted and I was unable to pay the amount as they didn't accept due to lack of amount. When I called them no response, PLEASE GIVE MY MONEY and as well at the time of personal loan they again charged 1000/- for no reason. Honorable Governance Please Have a Look in this Matter for resolving these issues this literally frauding the poor.

                          LETS SEE IF KOTAK MANAGEMENT WILL TAKE ACTION ON THIS!!!

                            My grandmother passed away and I couldn't make the payment. I received a call from a number on March 11th after making the payment and even shared a screenshot. Please release my lien and let me know why there was no response at that time. Please understand my concern and help me with this problem.
