Today I received a call from arepresentative of Kotak Bank regarding pending dues for the past three months. The person who called me provided their mobile number as [protected] and thecall took place at 18:15. When I requested proof of the outstanding dues forthe past three months, the caller avoided the question and gave variousunrelated responses & spoke rudely.They insisted that I visit the Kotak Bank office in Egmoredirectly, but I questioned the need for such a visit. I informed them that Ihad purchased goods from Vasanth & Co and that I would provide statementproofs of payment to the respective branches of Vasanth & Co.
In an unfortunate turn of events, the caller informed me that the owner of Vasanth & Co is dead andquestioned how I could contact him. Furthermore, during our conversation, thecaller insulted the late owner of Vasanth & Co.
Today I visited the Vasanth co showroom and met a Branch Manger with kotak staff members to register these complaints & his given id also send mail to this id about this incidents said that payments proofs attached in this mail.
I kindly request that Kotak Bankand your staff members provide proper training on customer communicationskills. It is important to educate them on how to effectively interact withcustomers. I hope you understand the significance of this request and I thankyou in advance for taking the necessary steps to address this matter

      This is to bring to your notice that I have never in my life applied for any credit card from Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd and to my surprise today I have received a call from your collection manager Mr. Sachin Rathod – [protected] from Solapur branch that there is an outstanding of Rs.2, 80, 623.31/- on my name.

      This is a case of fraud wherein my documents have been wrongly used for issuing a credit card on my name. The registered mobile [protected] belongs to me when I used to work with Vodafone Ltd in 2014 but I had left the organization in December 2014 and handed over the number to the corporate since the number was given by Vodafone to me as an employee.

      I have got the card statement from the collection team and the major transactions did on 16th March’23 were all happened in different petrol pumps but the amount used are way beyond to fill the fuel which clearly indicates that these are fraudulent transactions happened on the card issued on my name.

      We are registering the Cyber Crime complaint and also registering police complaint to check the CC TV footage on these petrol pumps.

      Meanwhile please block this card with immediate basis and confirm the same.

      Also I want to see the Credit Card application received for issuing this card on my name so please share the application form, self attested KYC documents on basis of which Kotak Mahindra has issued card on my name and also the acknowledgment copy of courier service through which the card has been delivered.

        I have paid the amount Rs. 14399/- in the year of 2015 itself and no dues are pending. But it shows in CIBIL record that card is alive with PHONEIX ARC with Written OFF status

              I am a customer of Kotak Mahindra bank.
              I have kotak 811 zero balance savings account in which i do not worry about maintaining the minimum balance.
              but yestreday when i credited about 950 rupees in my account then it is holded automatically and did not show in the available balance.
              I contacted to the customer care of kotak bank but they told that it is holded as lein balance and it cannot be refunded .
              Please help me to get back my hold balance.

                I would be paid overdue charges through kotak mahindra mobile app. but that not reflects in actual numbers in application. that still showed as overdue. after one of the person send QR with the name of kotak mahindra bank and after transaction done on that QR, that will work now application show overdue amount 0. But I paid total 4061 rupees for overdue amount 2030 rupees. now that person not receiving call and nor respond on whatsapp.

                  I purchased a refrigerator on April 4 from Reliance Digital in Gurugram where a Kotak representative "Himanshu Tripathi" collected all my details and executed the KYC Process for opening a zero balance account. Till date, I have not received the account information and welcome kit and after unlimited follow ups, my query has not been resolved. I fear KOTAK has been misusing my personal documents and denying me service for the past 1 month.

                    I purchased laptop from reliance digital Asansol branch against finance loan from Kotak Mahindra Bank. My E mandate was successful with appropriate charges deducted from my account. After this also my auto debit feature is not working! Branch is saying it is fault of your mother bank which is Union bank of India, Raniganj branch! Since i had a successful e mandate done, my mother bank holds no fault here! They asked kotak branch of Asansol to mail the head office o[censored]nion bank and resolve the issue as it the fault from the side of kotak bank. The loan account head is not listening about this! After innumerable calls and complaints i have got no help! My emi got bounced twice and because of this my CIBIL score is badly affected! I want my matter to be resolved with immediate effect as it is already 2 months seeking help and solution! Kotak bank is the worst of all and has zero efforts to help and address their customers! Inspite of having all the faults, they are just blaming my mother bank and harassing me for money on the due date! Apart from this no solution is provided! Kindly help!

                      I have actually given unnecessary deductions for no reason where Even I transferred amount for personal loan even KOTAK TAKING EXTRA AMOUNT still i credited but the amount was not taken completely and kept my account with minus balance and unless taking remaining amount deducted for no reason which is not showing in transaction activity which IS FRAUD.

                            Cancellation of Insurance Policy on Free Lookup not supported

                            I have taken a loan on Kotak Mahindra as an OD Account and the agents and the manager assured that they will help to cancel the Insurance taken along with OD during the Free lookup period.

                            I am writing to express my concern about a recent charge on my account. On 25-April, my account was debited Rs 885 for the renewal of my debit card. I was never informed that my debit card was a platinum card and that there would be a hidden charge for this.

                            I am very disappointed that this charge was not clearly communicated to me before I renewed my card. I feel that this is a deceptive practice and it has caused me significant financial hardship. I would like to request that this charge be refunded to my account immediately.

                              I had done transaction of 63000/- on 23/04/2023 at 16:44 and shop keeper had reverted same transaction within 5 minutes ... It about 48 Hours passed and still i have not received my amount back.
