Improper charges

It appears that you are obstinately determined to force me out of the bank. Despite being a Prima account holder, I have not received any of the promised Prima services, and the decline in service quality during last many years has been appalling. Requesting NOC certificate of my personal loan

My friend transferred fund from his Australia account to my Kotak bank savings account on 20/02/2023 for personal purpose. Bank hold my fund since then. I have visited my home branch three time and took my manager's number. I have submitted FATCA form as well as declaration for purpose. Issue in Credit card cancellation *urgent*

I wanted to cancel my Kotak Mahindra Bank credit card which I'm not using. This month they have added Annual charges of RS. 588.82 in my statement.

I had called customer care number (which is Paid service) and they are very harsh/Loud in stating I need to pay Rs. 90 to close my credit card.

Refund of excess payment

I applied a CREDIT CARD loan from ICICI Bank and they disbursed the loan amount 111000/- to my Kotak Mahindra credit card account.
This loan is taken for my urgent personal need but due to this irresponsible act from ICICI Bank my amount is stuck with Kotak Credit Card Account.
I am amazed that why someone would transfer loan amount to credit card account.
When I see no hope from ICICI I requested to Kotak Bank to refund...

Non confirmation credit card insurance/payment

Withheld of money

I am maintaining two consumer durable loan in your bank. But the Emi for the month of February was bounced due to insufficient funds. I have paid it manually along with bouncing charge. But now kotak bank mobile banking showing 1297 rupees as closing balance and 0 rs as current balance. Why i cant withdraw my money?? What is closing balance and current balance. I have been using this account from last 2 years and my kotak account is CORPORATE EDGE SALARY ACCOUNT but now i have noticed that my account is keep deducting from rs.23.60, 24.00, 29.00 etc. on the daliy basis for the atm cw fees-dom. They hold my balance

I had a ECS mandate with Just Dial and used ho pay my emi online thorough another account so as I cancelled the NACH through mobile banking app on 11th may 2021 but as per the customer care executive still just dial was able to hit my account 6 times so as charges of ₹ 6077.00 have been applied to my account.
