I purchased a refrigerator on April 4 from Reliance Digital in Gurugram where a Kotak representative "Himanshu Tripathi" collected all my details and executed the KYC Process for opening a zero balance account. Till date, I have not received the account information and welcome kit and after unlimited follow ups, my query has not been resolved. I fear KOTAK has been misusing my personal documents and denying me service for the past 1 month.
