Hi,

An unauthorised credit card is issued linked to my PAN. This was identified during my home loan enquiry in my CIBIL report.
Back in 2019 it was issued with a max limit of 15K. Seems this limit was utilized then and due to default payment has severely affected my CIBIL score.
Whereas I have never applied for any Kotak credit card. Neither there is any communication from bank till now. Even I reached to Kotak branch credit card team, they were not able to trace any CC from my name, dob, mobile, etc. So have asked to reach customer care. But IVR option only allows if I have a Credit card detail or account details.

Now to rectify this, I am lost with no option. Please suggest if somehow, I can trace this card and delist from my PAN. Also request the Bank authorities to look into this issue urgently and fix my CIBIL.

Any leads or support will be really helpful.

    Rem Chrgs: ATM CW Fee-DOM unauthorised deductions.

    I have a Kotak account and a Spendz account from Kotak. I deposited ₹500/- into it and tried to withdraw it from the ATM. But i wasn't able to withdraw 500, because it showed usable balance as ₹475/- . Now when I check the balance on Sep 11 2023 they ( Kotak Mahindra Bank ) deducted ₹24.08/- as " Rem Chrgs: ATM CW Fee-DOM " . I don't understand what is this charge. Why was I charged.

      I got a loan for 30000 payed almost 28000 including fine and over due charges, payed my emi for almost 9 months, they were continually abusing me in calls, what's app and messages through agents sending pics of me and my family creating a big issues coming to my home calling me after 7 pm all kind of illegal things, I even told them to either wait or take legal actions but they didn't listen ! agents are verbally abusing me and my family saying better die i[censored] can't pay the money kind of things I can't pay any more amount
      agents who abused me -[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] it goes on ! like 30 numbers

        I'm unable to repay the credit card due amount because I dont have proper job living also very difficult one of the collection agent today called me doing mental harressment and threatening I informed that agent I taken the loan in legal way I will face it in legal way still he don't understand about it he continuesly threatening me I plan to send a legal notice to your bank head office because unable to face collection agent threatening and mental harressment your Collection agnts not following RBI guidelines plz take appropriate action

          You hire what quality of employees, I really wonder. I receive 20 calls a day after clearing the payment of 3, 591 (dues pending) and the language used is so filthy and they talk and demand money by using obscene language to a female and their family members.
          FYI the contact number is [protected] and person name is Manish, who apparently have taken the payment the kind of language used, if I furnish the chat record, you yourself will be ashamed.
          I understand the loan department has a target but definitely no middle-class person should tolerate on account of their self-respect. I appreciate the people now, who takes crores of loan and leave the country and still have all respect because they don't have to hear the people of such filthy quality and downgraded.
          i am going to file a police complaint against him on basis of harrasment call and torcher he created. You have definetly lost all respect and will no further ever in my remaining years will deal with Kotak ever neither will ask any of my family member to do that

            First of all I inform you that am totally disappoint for banking with kotak bank .

            My issue is one of your insurance related person call me on [9/08/2023] for sale the product of life insurance at approximate time is 4:25 i received the call .
            Then he pitch the product with wrong commitment and generate lead by her self for the business purpose .am completely said I don't need but he said this one is non payable fully free from the government scheme and mandatory for every kotak account holder . Then I getting one Message from kotak in that message amount will be deducted for the purpose of insurance . I need clarification and let get my money back to my account and close that Insurance . this one I don't need . this happened with out my concern so that kindly do my needful with soon as possible .

                Lien removal

                I have taken a EMI option for cult gym from kotak bank and first EMI 967 is debited on August 2nd and another amount of 353 has been debited but not sure why they have deducted that amount first the payment is debited by auto debit option and i have sufficient amount on bank account there is no reason for late payment or shortage of amount from my account. Transaction ref "Ins debit a/c CFB" the customer support of kotak bank is not supportive for reach for issues. Please check and resolve

                    In my credit card i am charged unnecessarily a fine of 500Rs plus GST for exceeding usage. without any information..

                    1. Charged 1% charge for Rent payment without any information

                    2. because of this unknown charge the usage exceeded by 200Rs for which also No intimation given (USUALLY ALL transactions and deductions to come in SMS) but this one didnt come.
                    For this additional 200rs I WAS charged 500RS + GST as fine.. eventhough I still have 6 days to pay and close this outstanding..

                    Even though I had sufficient balance in my account which is linked to the account..
                    The date for the payment is still 6 days to go .. If i had given an proper intimation i could ve paid the amount from account..

                    there is no email to contact and customercare number keeps disconnecting before connecting to agents

                        Hi Ma'am/Sir,

                        The bank has imposed extra charges on my loan account, which is understandable up to a certain extent. However, they neither called me nor messaged me about it. Instead, they directly started troubling my father by giving him calls. I understand that I am the primary person to deal with such matters, but why didn't they call me first? Later, they did call me and we agreed on a deal to pay 650 out of the 1500 amount they claimed, and they asked me to deposit it in the bank. I complied and made the payment. Now, they are saying that I still owe 450 more, but if that were the case, they should have informed me earlier when I had a conversation with them, and I have a recording of it. These Kotak bank people always resort to harassment tactics. Please, can you help me with this situation.
