Hi, i am ravi dineshbhai kachhadiya. I am your regular customer in your kreditbee company. I have created account on my mobile no. :- [protected] and email address :- [protected]@gmail.com.

I have taken loan of 8k on 13th november 2018. Loan account no. Is kb181113iwcku. And it's repay date is 28th november 2018.

In my mistake i have payed rs. 8204.21 two times from two different accounts.
Please do refund on any account which repay not confirmed. Please do some on this matter that regards me from this problem.

I have taken 8000 short term loan from kredit bee on 01/12/18 for 15 days. After that i repayment that amount on 15th Dec. When i paid that amount i got confirmation from msg but app is not showing that payment. I talk with kredit bee customer care & mailed him they are telling after24hrs will updated .

While making repayment this morning 08.01.2019 amount of 8204.21 was debited in my account DOUBLE the time...for my LOAN account no KB181227.

Its very worse & they need to refund the wrongly debited amount 10 to 15 working days..

I need immediate help to recover my wrongly debited amount immediately

    Dear sir,

    Past few days kredit bee & o loan is continuously harrased me over phone, they told me i was taken loan from them. They give me threat over phone that they will submit freaud case against me. I have never give them any documents to them for loan purpose but i check my bank account they have credit money to my account. I am a lower class family man & my income is also very small. I have a girl child aged 2 yrs. I am scared about this matter & i have no money to repay their loan amount. I am very poor & i work in tax consultant office & my monthly income is rs. 8000.00, from where i will give money to them, please help me

        Hello sir my kreditbee amount already paid. But again asking me. Please check and confirm me. I will receiveing massages once you check and confirm me sir. I lost my mobile phone so i took another number so before that i paid amount. I will surely inform you sir. Kindly solve my problem. As early as possible. Kredibee people are not responding properly. I did a call to them so many times. The number is always busy with work. My kreditbee app is not opening how am approach to them. Sir kreditbee is short term loans company. They are giving loans but am repayed at the same time. But am receiving the massags from the kreditbee. Please help me.

          I paid on Dec 1st full loan amount but up till now not updated in kredit bee every day charging so much of penalty.so please find and rectify its not my problem please solve it and update soon. I took 3000rs loan.

          Dear Mr Abhishek,

          I would like to bring to your notice that today morning I have visited my Bank and spoke to them in regards with the payment refund and they said that no payment from Kreditbee have been initiated and no where found in bank suspense account.

          The ARN reference number for the refund is :75503728349025349955481 provided by you is forge and no record id been found in banking system.

          Need proper explanation on my payment as I am totally upset and disturbed.

          Please refund my payment as soon as possible.

            I was trying to login to repay loan amount but the app is not supporting and I can't able to login to repay, I sent mails no reply, I tried to call but that number is busy always, I don't know what to do now, I did a mistake by taking loan from kreditbee, I have to repay 5074, i am having money but how to repay, , there is no other option to repay. Please help me to overcome from this issue, my cibil score will affect because of this worst...

              I had taken 8000 loan amount from kreditbee.. On dated 4 and 10th of november. Both time my loan was approved but not transferred to my account. Kindly resolve the problem. When i took loan on 4th november they approved.. But on dated 9 nov 2018. They cancelled. Again took the loan on 10th of november.. Approved but not getting till now... Is they making fool...

                Shri khoda ranka, i had taken rs.4500/= short tearm loan from kredit bee on 28th july 2018 for 15 days. But the payment due date 12th august 2018. But i have paid it on 1st august 2018. After payment total outstanding amount i got a confirmation message & confirmation mail from kreedit bee that payment has been made me sussessfully and it has been credit to their bank and that time, i have talk with kreedit bee customar care, they reply me they have got. But it is still showing due and also overdue for 67 days, i talk since last 15 days and they assuring me, it will be updated with the day end, every day, but nobody updating this, please look at this matter, it's harassing me.

                  I had taken loan of rs 1500 for 15 days. I did paid their repayment fee on 1st november by paytm to their paytm account. But there have no updates in mu kreditbee app and still showing my loan status due in app. I did message and call their customer but they are not giving me any response for that..                     Dear Concern,
                    First time app disbursed payment then I had done repayment on time but when second time i am trying to apply then my loan showing approved but not getting credit. I want to know that why you guys are made complicated for re apply the same. Process get stuck at the stage of DIGIO process. When i applied for first time at that time DIGIO process was not there.

                    So look into that on priority, Awaiting for...

                    Me loan ek din pehle hi paid kar diya hai. Lakin aap ki application me kuch technical problem aa jane ki vajah se error aa gaya tha mene for se try kiya to 48 hours me recovery ho jayegi ya fir 7 working days me account me vapas aa jayenge. Ab muje kese pata chalega ki recovery ho chuki hai ya nahi. Ek din ka panalty charge bhi laga diya hai. Jub ki mene ek loan ka payment ek din pehle hi paid kar diya hai

                      Sir i had took loan on 15th september from kreditbee, the date given to me pay the same amount within 15 days .the criteria given to me that i[censored] not repay the loan amount within given terms and condition, we shall be run penalty of RS10 per day.when i went to log in kreditbee it doesnot accesss .i am unable to log in .when i try to connect with customer care executives through the given no on his site, i didn't got any response, after that when i try to connect through mail also from there i got desparate bcz i didn't got any response .
                      after two months a call came from unknown no. and he introduce himself that i am from kreditbee legal team for loan inquiry and hse told me that i am giving account no to pay your loan .
                      i want to pay my loan through kreditbeee portal not to any of them account or paytm also .
                      support team of kreditbee is totally fek.

                        Kreditbee is a App where you can take short term loan in case of emergency. But this emergency makes ur life hell. They are just fooling us saying that u will get amount in 15 min. From last 3 days the amount is not yet disbursed in my account. There is no reply from kreditbee team through email.
                        If any one has solutions regarding this then let me know....

Regular i got call from kredit bee team and after that same word repeated that as soon as possible i short out this and update app. But no body updating this. So please look at this matter.                           Mein kreditbee se 3000thousand 2 time liya date ke pehele hi repayment kar diya. Uske bad 5000thousand 2 bar lekar v repay kar diya. Lekin mera credit limit nehi baths. Mein help line me call kiya unhone kaha aur ekbar 5000thousand lene ke bad mera limit barr jayega. Aise karte karte 9 time within time repay karne ke bad v credit limit same raha. Ye log 5000thousand loan lene par 4500thousand account me dete hay aur 14days ke bad 5127 thousand lete hay.35 rs. Har din ka late payment charge. Lekin @24% agreement hota hay. Yani 15 days me 1% parta hay. Ye log sab ko loot rahe. Mera job chala gaya mein last wala loan repay nehi karsakta, is liye ye log dinvar call karke paresan karrahe, jabki mein unlogo mera situation written me de diya.

                              assessment statutory

                              I have been repaying the money on time so what's there for this...
                              Is this some kind of joke.. I also maked them mail and they never reply.. Also i tried to call them but their number is always busy...

                              What wrong have i done.. Is that that i have always paid on time... I have taken taken loans almost more than 10 times and this is what they are giving me... It is 15 business days time and 10 business times... And asking...
