I have purchased Lenovo K3 note on 11.11.2015 and still phone has warranty period and Lenovo service center has not received my phone yet,

Now I am facing problem in touch screen not working, I am not able to type word in key pad no movement in screen,

I tried to call service center[protected] But service center number was switch off

Kindly request you suggest ahead

I was purchased LENOVO VIBE K5 PLUS Mobile on 3O October 2016 on flipkart online.but it's rare camera NOT working. I am very disappointed. plz take my request into consideration.so plz give me solution for that problem.when rare camera opens, i saw colour bands showing below.
