My BTC ticket is -BTC66721

I have took an offer of BTC "2 Year Additional Warranty AND 2 Year Additional ADP And 1 TB Hardisk" on 24th August 2016. I have got the 2 years waranty but haven't got the 1TB hardisk yet. I have call customer care too many time but no one answer call, also send mail but no reply from lenovo team. Almost 75 days completed still I didn't got any information about my goodies.So kindly solve this and send the tracking number to my mail.I hope u will solve the problem

    I have purchased yoga 300 on 1st September but in the month of October it's showing no boost able device service center is saying hard disk has crashed, I have done the complained in service centre for last 20 days but no response from the service centre they are saying part is not available because of this I am suffering for last 20 days if part is not available then change the device.

      Respect sir/madam :

      I purchased a lenovo mobile 'lenovo k5 vibe not' earlier in the month of october from flipkart. On the first week, i realized the camera quality is blurred and contacted flipkart to help me in resolving the problem, they did advise me to reset and the problem was fixed.

      Now, after a few days the phone won’t power on and i see a red light at the top left corner while charging. I contacted flipkart first and they referred me to lenovo service center as it has crossed over 10 days. I finally reached lenovo service center and there i was told by the executive that the phone has got water inside which i was not aware of and was asked to pay rs.200/- initially for diagnosis. On 3rd & 4th day after multiple attempts to call lenovo i got somebody on phone, i was told in a very unprofessional manner that my phone is dead and i need to come and collect my brand new dead phone, i was advised to buy a new phone instead of getting this fixed. This appeared like lenovo does not value 13, 499/- which i paid less than a month ago. I was told the issue is with the motherboard and the part is not available,

      I can't understand the mobile which was launched earlier in september, why the part is not available with lenovo?

      I emailed lenovo customer team and tried to get help from them (I have email communication with me, lenovo case id : [incident:[protected]],
      They replied at the beginning asking me for receipts and other documents after that it has been over a week i have not received any response from them.

      I request your team to take this complaint since its a new mobile and lenovo should be able to repair.

        My payment was received on 10th october, 2016 but till now i have not received the warranty certificate. I had attached the screenshots of my the payment confirmation and ticket number.

          I have bought Lenovo k4 tablet in Feb 2016.in march 2016 my phone slipped out of my hand and screen got a minor crack but the screen was functional. In later course of time in September 2016 my phone did not start when it went to switch off.i contacted customer care for solving issue.but they r making bahana that there is a minor crack in tablet so they will not consider this phone under warranty.

            I have purchased Lenovo K4 note on May 2016 from Amazon and started facing so many issues in a very small duration.

            1) Crash when i tried to set lock screen wallpaper or clicking on setting-wallpaper- Crash
            2) Default sound app is not working properly. Sound quality is very bad, in background some distortion or unwanted sound comes continously..
            3) Battery performance is very bad. Battery gets down suddenly sometimes.

            I am totally fed up from all these issues.

              I was told by the sales person that i can avail the festive offer by registering online.
              I am unable to register at ur site.. even after putting all the info in ur registration form, i am getting a msg that my serial no. is already registered..
              But having spoken to ur customer care, they have assured that...

              I have recently purchased lenevo vibe k5 note fro flipkart on 12 sep 16. It is informing that since the purchase the battery of said smartphone discharged in a day without using net. The total use of net during a day is less than two hours an average. I am also not using so much apps or talking on phone so long times. I spite of these, the battery drains in a day from 100% to 10 to 15%.

              This is serious issue i am facing as the company say in specification of smartphone. Therefore i need assistance forthwith.

                Hello,

                I've bought a laptop Lenovo G50-80 series notepad configuring 1TB Hard disk, 4 GB RAM and 2GB Graphic card on 20th October from Authorized dealer of Lenovo "Sri computer world, Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh".

                On the 6th day from the purchase date my Lenovo Laptop screen got struck on the Windows login page. I thought it might be a problem with some drivers and went to the dealer where I've purchased this product, They just updated the drivers and gave it back. The very next day i found the same problem and went for a solution on 27th October 2016. Then they have changed the operating system in my machine and again i went home hope everything will be fine. But it wasn't stopped there and drag me to dealer again for the same issue. Then the dealer suggested me to visit the nearest Lenovo service center, there the service guys just updated the BIOS of my machine and then it has worked for some 2 or 3 days.

                Again when i opened it on 2nd November the problem was provoked again and i was dumbstruck with this 34000 worth laptop. I went to dealer and service station there the senior guy told me to replace for the new MOTHER BOARD for a 10 days old LAPTOP. As a customer I've trusted LENOVO that it is really excellent product.

                I've requested for D.O.A but dealer said it should be intimated within 7 days but I've been roaming around dealer and service station since the sixth day of purchase. The same has been reported by the dealer to the local Lenovo supplier explaining the scenario.

                Then untill now I've got several responses from Lenovo guys saying different things. Mr.Nagra j N.K ( South region BP- SPOC), Lenovo contacted me about the issue and told me that he cannot provide me the D.O.A of the product as the trail Mail was reported on 3/11/2016. I myself personally spoke to him regarding this and asked him regarding his trust on his product. His answer got me awestruck, because he is saying he cannot guarantee that Lenovo is a trustworthy brand. Also I've asked to visit the service station for motherboard replacement and as a frustrated customer I've asked him what if the laptop doesn't work after the new motherboard installation, for that he is not even supporting your company but keep on saying he can only provide the Service to the machine whether how many times it is failed to perform.

                I was really saddened and got upset with the product and it really effected my ongoing work. I l have brought this laptop on urgent basis for my company needs and it has became problematic from the 6th day of purchase. I need an answer from the company that if i can trust them with the product or else can i recommend this to all the contacts to never to go with the product anymore. Please give me a valuable reply and let me know the further process on emergency basis.

                    Hi Lenovo ! I am using your Zuk Z1 !

                    1) Jio sim not working in it. Jio's data signals never seen and whenever Voice signals comes while using it in 1st slot, voice signals as well as data signals of sim used in 2nd slot (of another mobile service provider) gets off totally.

                    2) Network signals of other mobile service providers even used in any of the slots are not stable. I have to keep on changing the Network type from 4G to 3G and vice versa to get enough signals for my job done.

                    Please guide or advise change of settings to cure out this problem...also advise if any of your Helpline is there for such techhie problems.

                    This is not working in my another Lenovi K3 note but the same Jio Sim works in other low profile mobile phones of different companies...really disgusting.

                      MY smartphone's display got cracked. I went to the service center and ordered for a new display. They said the product will take a week to 10 days time & will cost 3700. They even said that if we order for the parts, you have to come the same day and fix it or else the part will get return. Else pay advance amount for the pay to receive it soon. I even paid an advance of 2000 for the screen and have been waiting from 01/10/16 till date, which is 37 days till date, still there is no information as to when the screen will come and my phone will get serviced. I went 2-3 times to the service center but they don't have any answer.
                      What is the use of paying advance payment also & still keep waiting for 40 days?

                          I bought Lenovo smartphone K5 vibe on 14th October 2016. I used phone for 22 days and now suddenly phone is not working. It got switched off and after 8-10 hours it started but Touch is not working even Camera is also not working.

                          I visited service centre he said motherboard is damaged by Liquid foam, which cannot be covered under Warranty. If the device is so delicate then why are you selling such products. I have not taken phone out of home not even drop in water. Request you to look into this and replace my handset or Refund my money.

                          I really suggest customers Please do not buy Lenovo Products. Company is selling fake products and fooling us. Sservice is also very bad.

                              Lenovo service centre at Mysore is making delay for replacing the display.
                              And the executives are giving reason that no display stocks.
                              How long we have to wait for replacement?
                              If it is not rectified I will lodge a complaint in customer court against your company

                              After one month its hard disk damaged, it like happened more than 7 time.
                              Now its out of warranty we used only 5 or 6 months remaining months it was in Redington Qatar service centre

                                  I used lenovo vibe k5 plus (3gb), IMEI no is - [protected], costmer services is so so poor, i don't want buy again lenovo bcoz not solve my issue, and kurukshetra lenovo costmer care has not knowledge, noone help me, my issue is -heating and hanging, i tell lenovo costmer care that he suggested me go to the nearest care centre then i go 3 times, but my problem is not solve, bad bad product and also the service of lenovo, i suggested the all person with my contact not use lenovo bcoz he not provide good sevice, i calling again costmer care the they talk i[censored] go care centre that talking with me also, i do that bt not solve my problem, or they chg my software again and again and change also my carrier configure, and he don't know how to change, i have another phone then i give also in care they don't give me, he tell u come morning, if i going in morning then he tell, coming evening, i give 28 oct he tell tomorrow i give bt he don't, please solve my issue immediately

                                    I have purchased a lenovo vibe k5 plus mobile on[protected] through flipkart and i got this mobile on[protected] but I used the phone on Dhanteras. after used one day the phone rear camera was not working than i called customer care many time in 2 days but all numbers of customer care was not working than i went to service centre on[protected] they did not tell me any problem and said we will give you phone after two days after one day i called to service centre they said that there is problem in mother board and they will change the mother board and when phone will be ok they will call me what is the garauntee that no problem will happen in phone next time. i want this phone replacement.
