Payment Issue even after four days.

I had paid an amount of 2251 Rs on 12/04/22.The app is showing as the payment is pending.I contacted the customer care and each day they will say to wait for 24-48 hrs.Today is the fifth day from the payment.Yet they doesn't have a proper reply....

Bad behaviour of an employee named Modh Saqib

This issue is regarding the employee named Mohd Saqib who works in the Kamla Nagar Banglow Road store of Lanskart New Delhi. We went to the store regarding an issue that we were facing after receiving our order. He was extremely rude to us. Taunted us. Didn't help us at all....

Poor quality of eyeglass

My self Mahesh Kumar purchased eyeglass on 13.09.2022 against order ID [protected]. Frame quality is very poor.
Visiblibity is also very poor while using eyeglass. Difficult to use such type of poor quality eyeglass. I want my refund....

Exchange not provided on previous service location (Lenskart)

I have returned my eyeglasses because frame has got rust and corrosion. Lenskart has taken back the eyeglasses. Now when I am ordering new eyeglasses, they cannot provide service where they used to provide service. Store locator is about 90 KM from my location and I need bear the travel expense(about 300-400 Rs.). Now the eyeglasses costing about 2100. They can pick up the old eyeglasses but cannot service the new eyeglasses on same location....

Bad quality frame

I exchange my frame with new frame. In new frame it gets loose in every 3 days. I received it on 28 aug and visited to store 4 time and store representative told me you have to bear this problem or else throw it.

Frame fitting

Address:Orion mall

Had been to lenskart store, one of attender fixed my glasses[loosened frame] horribly.
I went and asked at store for faulty correction. They told me to buy a new pair of glasses, since they can't repair it anymore.
I need new specs, because o[censored]a staff negligence my glasses are of no use now...

Vincent chase Eyeglasses

It was informed to me that after refund i will get Rs:2700. However when i processed refund i got only Rs:2072. This how Fraud works here. Due to there miss communication i went to loss now they are not agree to listen anything.

Please resolve for me....

Lenskart not providing refund

I returned the product and they acknowledged, but i did not get my refund and contacted them multiple times and they always say that someone will get back within 48 hours, but the problem is not resolved.

They are not responding me emails. I need my 5130 asap, its been more than 10 days since they collected their product. very worst customer service.

Wrong / Old - Used Product Received

The Sunglasses are fine

I have an issue with Vincent Chase Powered Glasses that I order. I got the delivery on 27th of August and it was seal opened package. When I opened the package, it was old used and bent glasses which I did not order....

Not issuing the refund

Address:Shop No 8,9,10, Evershine Homes Avenue Global City, opposite Agarwal Complex, Virar, Maharashtra 401303

I had visited the virar west global city 401303 lenskart store on 17th August and there were 2 amounts that were deducted.
The first amount was of 2889rs (last ss of bank statement) and 2nd of 2810rs. The store person told me the 2889 transaction hasn't gone through and no order is place so I should get my money by 3 working days which I haven't received yet.

One employee called and promise free eye glasses or worth of same amount in wallet. But as usual this is cheap employees company who do not worth their word.

Eye glasses wrong power

Address:Lenskart store, Karol bagh, new delhi

I recently bought my glasses from lenskart store, karol bagh delhi. First they provided me defective frames, i exchanged those frames with another frames. Then they gave me wrong power in the glasses. My test for left eye is -1.75 and they gave me -2 test. I have been suffering since last 15 days because of their negligence. I hope this helps.
I just want my glasses to be corrected with the submitted test....

Incorrect specs delivered and customer service no help

I ordered 2 spectacles from Lenskart, one was delivered on 23rd aug.but it was not the one i ordered, it was of someone else. I called customer service of lenskart since 2days, everytime they take all the details, and assure call back within 24hrs but no help. I want my correct spectacles....

Returned product on 6th August 2022. Refund initiated on 8th August. It has been 15 days, refund not credited. I was told refund failed and will be re-initiated. I have not received any re-initiation of refund UTR details. On calling they completely deny and threaten to not give refund. Dont take calls or reply to emails. They are clearly doing a fraud and not returning the money...
