It started with the order - [protected] along with the insurance cover paid additionally. Products were sold stating that its very flexible and good for kids. As the products were not as promised and with multiple conversations, both were finally returned with amount credited to my Lenskart Wallet, but not the amount paid for the insurance. With the money in the wallet, reordered the different products (Order id - [protected]), but there was no insurance cover in this order, which was then again raised with the customer care. I didn't want to pay for the insurance because I already paid during order [protected]. Customer care officer - Name : Abhishek Agnihotri, very much supportive obliged to the request and assured that any issue with regard to the product like breakage or scratch, they would try to resolve.

Now one of the products in the order - [protected] is broken and when reached to the customer care, they are not honouring the commitment provided by one of their own customer service representatives. Screenshot of the email was shared, but still, they are not honoring to provide a replacement. They are claiming that, scratches or breakage is not covered in their warranty, but the commitment provided by Abhishke Agnihotri to compensate the loss that would have got covered with the insurance I had taken in the earlier order. They claim that they are the escalation department. Whom should I now approach?

They replaced with the same piece and model. But it was huge inconvenience caused for the delay. Do they expect the kids to not wear specs for 1 month due the delay?

    I wanted to order a spectacle and was told that it will be Rs.3752/- and if opt for Lenskart Gold membership paying additional Rs.600/- I will get another spectacle completely free. I repeated asked if it is of the same quality and I was told yes - 2 at the price of one for additional Rs. 600/-.

    As it sounded like a good offer, I chose that. Then the person said as it is progressive lens which is preferred the amount will...

    Request your urgent help as I have lost both the Clip on glasses I have ordered on 5 Nov 2022. I need a clip on glasses for both the glasses I had ordered.

    I am scheduled to travel next week from 6 March and I need my clip-ons to be delivered / suggest me to go to Bhandup West store to collect them . I hope this service is free of cost.       I had orrderred a Sunglass Frame on Lesnkart App and the same was delivered as per expectation. After receiving the frame, I wanted to use the same as my power glass and hence I went to their Store at Subedari, Warangal.
      At first, they refused to provide the services. After a long discussion, they agreed to get the work done and informed me that it would take 6-7 days. I was ready to make the payment through a Credit card, but they refused to accept payment through a Credit card and insisted on payment through Paytm. Again after a long discussion, they agreed to get the work done and then I would be asked to pay.
      However after 6 days, today I got a call to make the payment to start the work at their end.

      My two questions to Lenskart are:
      1. Why you wasted 6 days and then again insisting the payment before starting the work?
      2. Why you refused to take payment through a credit card.

        I've ordered one frame online on your Mobile App vide order Id [protected]. After receipt of the frame, I wanted to convert it into power glass and I came to your shop at Sundari, Warangal. At first, the service was refused. After lot of discussion, later they agreed to provide the service and told me that it will take 6-7 days (more than required) as they had to send the frame to Hyderabad. I was ready to make the payment through credit card. But they insisted for payment through Paytm. Again after lot of discussion, they agreed to send the frame to Hyderabad telling me that once frame would come, I should make payment.
        Today after 6 days, I got a call to make the payment. When I enquired about the status, I was informed that the work will start only after payment.
        My question are
        1. Why 6 days wasted to clarify that the work will start only after payment?
        2. Why it took 46 hours for Lens kary to contact me for payment after delivery of frame at Hyderabad
        2. Whether Lenskart does not take payment through Credit Card.

        Pathetic is the moderate word to describe your service. Mr Piyush Bansal talks about vision on TV but is this the vision you people envisaging ??

          1. First I was given a wrong power glasses. I was finding it difficult to see that more than 5 feet further and would have met with an accident
          2. When I went for an exchanged, I requested if I could one of them till the time I get one, I was told that is not company policy. I had to be without glasses for all these days.
          3. I received a message stating that I can go pick up from the store between 12:00 and 5:00. When I went I was told you have placed only one order and that has not come. Customer service refused to look into and was told we'll get it delivered.
          4. When the glasses was received, I asked them to send it as promised and the person said, the manager is not around we'll let you know when we can do and blocked my call.

          One of the most horrible experience and will never ever suggest anyone. Also, will put all these points I faced on the internet

              Eyeglasses of poor quality

              As per my order no [protected], ( get one free offer ) two products were delivered one on 7/2/2023 and the other on 13/2/2023.
              The original product ordered and recived on 13/2/2023 is of poor quality and was returned to the store at stadium road Palakkad Kerala on 22/2/2023.
              The way my grievance was addressed by the manager was offending and he could not offer a satisfactory solution to get the product repaired or refunded considering...

              Double payment

              I have purchased on 4rth feb of spects for 5800 and due to technical issue double payment happened i have already raised a complaint against on that store but its been 20 days above i have not get my extra amount back still please look after the concern....

              I shouldn't give even one star, very worst service and the customer service personnel did not even have time to attend us properly. They are heavily understaffed.

              I ordered a frame, and i asked them to place my older lens on the new frame which is as same as the frame I had before, it was done in a hurry in no time and after wearing, I had disturbance in my sight, initially I thought it was the change in frame but I had the same disturbance for 3 weeks and i visited the store 3 times with complaints of disturbance, then I went to an opthomologist and finally she said that the lens were placed the opposite of how it should be. The left lens in the right and the right lens in the left side. I was not even sure that this is a possibility, the lenses were reversly placed .I went back to this store and asked the staff how can they be this much negligent and they didn't even have any regret and the staff said " All this happens, dont mind, I'll change the sides and give you", my question is - If incase I met with and accident or something had gone wrong with my eyesight, will they take responsibility? This store is very highly understaffed Nd they are not even conserned abt their customers, they are a partial - service based industry but they are not responsible enough. I have had a very long customer relationship with Lenskart and it's heart- wrecking to see the standard go down as they have become popular. Ever Have I had this miserable experience at any store lenskart or with any other optician. Lenskart at it's worst.

                  Damaged product delivered and poor customer service

                  On Feb 15 I placed a return request for a spects, which was accepted and returned on same day by shadowfax, now I got a cashfree payments link by lenskart to put my account details for refund which also I did, and within next half hour I received a sms that refund is complete ( screenshots attached) my account number and ifsc code details were right as told by lenskart on mails as well account number is[protected] but I didnot receive any refund, I checked my bank statement and indeed there was no payment there as well, when I approached the lenskart regarding this they assured that payment done by cashfree end and provided a transaction reference number to ask from bank, I asked bank personnel at canara bank branch of sector 55 gurgaon and they claimed they don't have any credit by lenskart in my account, it's been 3 days and everyday some executive just writes the same bot message that they are investigating but they don't do anything about it..very shameless customer service with zero empathy for customers and their hard earned money, I shared all relevant screenshot as well of bank statements and chats with bank and lenskart previous executives but I have still not received my refund

                    On 14 february i placed a return refund request for one of my spects which were too huge on me (Details attached below), the specs was picked on 15 feb by shadowfax and by evening of same day i received a cashfree link for refund which asked me to give my account number and ifsc code, i gave all right details, account number is[protected] and within 20 minutes i received a confirmation on my sms that refund is complete but when i checked my bank statement there was no refund or credit from lenskart, i tried approaching them and they came up with a fake utr / transaction id which they told me[protected] and told to confirm from bank, i called my bank branch employee and asked them to check (Canara bank sec 55 gurgaon) and the lady told me no such transaction credit has occurred on 15th/16th/17th feb of 2912 rupees, i have tried approaching lenskart by raising issue everyday since past 3 days and everytime they send me a bot message claiming that the refund is done, i ask them if the refund is complete, why does my bank have no credit, why is cashfree not responding to my queries, somebody please help, i checked here on consumer forum and saw many such complaints against lenskart, i am shocked such a big company scamming public with fake utr to save a mere 2912... Have shame lenskart and cashfree both are providing worst services, i have shared all the relevant statements, details, even whatsapp chats with bank person, yet everyday lenskart just claims to investigate and at end of day they drop the same old bot message expecting me to not ask for my money again! Why are you stealing from honest people?!

                      I have ordered for spectacles from lenskart through a field agent. 1st time tried theough upi which went to payment processing, the agent told that it failed and I paid again through debit card. Money got deducted for both payments. Now, lenskart is not returning the wrongly debited amount. I keep following up from 6th of February, they kept pushing the resolution late, started with 8th then 10th then 12th then 17th now 23rd. No proper resolution has been given, no proper communication has been shared.
                      Lenskart took my hard earned money and not returning it.

                            Dear Nodal officer,

                            I'm really disappointed with lenskart customer service. I really felt heartbroken as I didn't expect such behavior from Lenskart.

                            Firstly I would like to bring in your notice that I visited lenskart Airoli showroom in Jan 2023. I asked her how much particular glassware with power will cost? She said 4400/-, if I buy 1 eye wear it will cost 4400 and if I buy 2 Eyewear still it will cost...

                            I have ordered a buy 1 get 1 eyeglass from lenskart in January 2023. Then I proceeded for the exchange because the submitted powers were wrong. One eyeglass has been successfully exchanged but the other one was placed an exchange with another frame by lenskart without my consent. Then lenskart customer care said that the exchange will be cancelled but the glass will be picked and I'll recive store credit and with the help of store credit they'll help me place the glass of my choice within the same price range and I won't have to pay. After that the store credit did come but they didn't help me place new glasses. Then I contacted them and then they placed the order but it said that I'll have to pay more 717 rupees. After that I again contacted and cancelled that order and they again placed another order where I didn't need to pay. But the order didn't show up in my account, so I contacted again and they said that this order is placed on another number! They said that another account has been merged with my account and the order placed there! Then I again raised complain they again cancelled it and told me to wait for store credit... Then the store credit also gone at that account! My store credit went to that account which is merged. Then they told me to wait for 48 hours so that my number will be merged with my account and store credit will come into my account... But it didn't happen they're keeping me on wait from many days and my store credit is also now on another person's account and my exchange order is also not placed.

                              I have ordered an eyeglasses on 6th February 2023, and it was delivered on 9th February 2023, the packaging was sealed packed but when i opened the box there was no eyeglasses.
