I placed an order from Lenskart using my Gold membership. It was Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer. The package I was delivered was complete intact sealed, on opening I found a local toy specs of some local brand inside of it. I contacting customer care, mailed them the images of the package and after 4 days they are claiming they sent the right product and they have images. I asked for the image proof over mail, which they deny to give, clearly which means they have scammed me, that's why not giving the images. I have raised multiple complaints and mails yet no action from there end. Their Senior Supervisor even harassed me to take legal action. I just want my right product or the "proof images" they claim they have. I will not complain again if they show me the proof.
