I have already buy a product but it has a problem so I returned it yesterday but today I attempt to order the same product but it showed me that the item is out of stock. I want the product. Very poor condition of Lenskart. I am very disappointed.

    One year warranty claim

    An exchange order has been created under warranty claim for order id [protected] product id is 143576. I am asking for the replacement of the same product i.e 143576 or 207652 (both are of same price) but lenskart executive Miss Shruti refused it by saying that the price has been increased so I won't be able to get the replacement even with the same product 143576 nor the another and I will have to pay price difference for the replacement...

    Hi,

    Kindly look into the issue because in this case there will be no meaning of one year warranty left.

      I had cancelled order #[protected] on 24th June, 2023. For this the refund of ₹5339 was initiated and when enquired, was told I will get the refund by 29th June. I didn't receive on 29th, then again enquired about it and asked for UTR number, they were not giving it and promised to do the refund within 4th July. Then again contacted lenskart on 4th, they told within 24 hrs you will get the refund. But till now I didn't get either the refund amount or the UTR number. Again lenskart giving me calls to extend the dates, but refund is not processed from their end. My money is being held by lenskart and telling me false reasons for not giving refund.

        We purchased product from ur store on[protected] but till now it is not reached to us we enquire at ur store contacted manager also but there is no reponse from the manager and also no information they r giving simply saying we dont know we already paid amount still product not reached at this stage that manage not giving anmy response then wat kind of service they give in future

          I have ordered lens from offline stroe then on the same day I have cancelled my order but since that day I have not received my refund amount it's been 6days since cancelled the when I try ask them the only answer i am getting is it's intiated from our side.they won't even respond properly

              I purchased one aspect for my son, but frame's color became faded, it is under warranty. As per retailer first they dispatched the aspect to the Head office, they then sent to us and after that it will be delivered. it will take 1 week, and my son remain without aspect till then.

              such kind of issue with lenskart is bothering customers. Please look into this and give proper solution. We trust lenskart.

                After 1 year my specs that I brought from lenskart broke and instead of solving issues store manager is saying I have to buy a new

                I have purchased a specs with lenses and after 1 year it broke when I went to lenskart shop on sector-7 dwarka from where I have done the purchase the store manager instead of solving my problem he told me that he have no solution to it and I have to buy a new one both the frame and lenses. Previous purchase was of above 6500rs and again I have to buy a new one is this a joke I asked him.He said after 1 year lenskart can't do anything to...

                I received notification of order #[protected] being placed and was suppose to receive by June 14th. The money has been removed from my checking account.

                To-date I have not received my glasses nor have I gotten an update on the order. Please either shjip my glasses or provide me with a refund.

                    I refund a frame. While choosing refund method i have selected refund to the original payment method. I made payment using simpl app (which is credit card app). But today (23 June) I got refund into store credit. Simply app already have instant refund option. I already two other refunds.

                      Forcefully refunded to store credit

                      I refund a frame. While choosing refund method i have selected refund to the original payment method. I made payment using simpl app (which is credit card app). But today (23 June) I got refund into store credit. Simply app already have instant refund option. I already two other refunds in simpl app. Then should not i get refund of lenskart. I think it's done intentionally so that I have to buy from their store again....

                      I am buying gold membership of 600 rupees for one year by using coupon.by the help of coupon I paid only 58 rupees ..in order there showing your membership is activated but in my profile didn't show that the gold membership is get activated..but i pay money for this but unable to get gold membership in my no or lenskasrt profile

                        My spectacles broken following an injury. I went to Lenskart shop near me on 19th June 2023. They assured me that u will get your glasses replaced . But after few hours I got message from symbo insurance in my whatsapp that…

                        My request for insurance has been rejected and the reason is 'Request From VSM' I don't know why is it so and i am contacting the customer care but there is no response.
                        I had a very bad experience with lenskart, I need a solution for this problem...

                        I went to the Lenskart store near me for the second time. They had a telephonic conversation with an executive for insurance claim. I got my claim there after for my broken spectacles. And got my new spectacles after 4 days at my home.

                          i have orderd a product from lenskart and then applied for return.
                          pick up has been done on 31/05/23 but not received refund till now,
                          today one customer support member called me and told that it's taking time to refund the amount in account . instead o[censored]pi they are forcing me to refund my money as store credit.
                          please help me to get my money back in original payment source.

                            I purchased 2 glasses with frames from a lenskart shop in bhootnath market, lucknow, a few weeks ago and one of the frames broke. It was a john jacobs frame that was worth ₹3200. I took it to the shop but they refused to replace it saying there is no warranty for frames. It has not even been a month since I purchased the glasses and although the service was pretty good at the time of purchase, the service after is not satisfactory.

                              Lens power is very high and store confirmed to get lens replaced.

                              Specks handed-over to Aundh store but still it is lying there only.
                              Am told after complaint gets registered, they will ask me for a password...

                              Unable to go ahead with any office work

                              Did NOT expect such response LEnskart.

                                I purchased Lenskart gold membership last month. Then I placed the order of packets aqualens colored lenses with power and a bottle of lens solution on 22nd of may. It was supposed to be delivered by 25th of may. I went to see my orders on 25th and it was written there that there is some delay in delivery and it will now be delivered on 29th of may. Then on 29th of may, they said that it will be delivered on 2nd of June due to some delay. On 2nd of June date changed to 6th of June. Finally on 5th of June, my order was partially delivered. 1 of the lens box was missing from the order. I again contacted customer support. They took 2 days to process the request. Then they provided me a Lenskart voucher saying that the lens is out of stock you please place order when it's in stock using this voucher. It's been 4 days now and the lens is not in stock yet. If you didn't had the stock, you must not allow to place an order before. I'm frustrated now. The lens packet which is already delivered will expire and it will be waste of my money. I promise I'll raise this concern further if it is not resolved soon.

                                  Eyeglasses frame broken

                                  I bought an specs in January month which is of John Jacobs brand. Yesterday my specs was fell of from my head while I'm bending at that time I catched the falling glasses the frame of the glass at left side was broken. I don't know in which quality material it was done. I visited nearby stores and they told it will be taken back or repaired only if it is insured. I bought it at the cost of 3200 Rs where was the quality of the product ? Not...
