Forcefully refunded to store credit

I refund a frame. While choosing refund method i have selected refund to the original payment method. I made payment using simpl app (which is credit card app). But today (23 June) I got refund into store credit. Simply app already have instant refund option. I already two other refunds in simpl app. Then should not i get refund of lenskart. I think it's done intentionally so that I have to buy from their store again....

I am buying gold membership of 600 rupees for one year by using coupon.by the help of coupon I paid only 58 rupees ..in order there showing your membership is activated but in my profile didn't show that the gold membership is get activated..but i pay money for this but unable to get gold membership in my no or lenskasrt profile

    My spectacles broken following an injury. I went to Lenskart shop near me on 19th June 2023. They assured me that u will get your glasses replaced . But after few hours I got message from symbo insurance in my whatsapp that…

    My request for insurance has been rejected and the reason is 'Request From VSM' I don't know why is it so and i am contacting the customer care but there is no response.
    I had a very bad experience with lenskart, I need a solution for this problem...

    I went to the Lenskart store near me for the second time. They had a telephonic conversation with an executive for insurance claim. I got my claim there after for my broken spectacles. And got my new spectacles after 4 days at my home.

      Respected sir / madam
      i have orderd a product from lenskart and then applied for return.
      pick up has been done on 31/05/23 but not received refund till now,
      today one customer support member called me and told that it's taking time to refund the amount in account . instead o[censored]pi they are forcing me to refund my money as store credit.
      please help me to get my money back in original payment source.

        I purchased 2 glasses with frames from a lenskart shop in bhootnath market, lucknow, a few weeks ago and one of the frames broke. It was a john jacobs frame that was worth ₹3200. I took it to the shop but they refused to replace it saying there is no warranty for frames. It has not even been a month since I purchased the glasses and although the service was pretty good at the time of purchase, the service after is not satisfactory.

          Lens power is very high and store confirmed to get lens replaced.

          Specks handed-over to Aundh store but still it is lying there only.
          Am told after complaint gets registered, they will ask me for a password...

          Unable to go ahead with any office work

          Did NOT expect such response LEnskart.

            I purchased Lenskart gold membership last month. Then I placed the order of packets aqualens colored lenses with power and a bottle of lens solution on 22nd of may. It was supposed to be delivered by 25th of may. I went to see my orders on 25th and it was written there that there is some delay in delivery and it will now be delivered on 29th of may. Then on 29th of may, they said that it will be delivered on 2nd of June due to some delay. On 2nd of June date changed to 6th of June. Finally on 5th of June, my order was partially delivered. 1 of the lens box was missing from the order. I again contacted customer support. They took 2 days to process the request. Then they provided me a Lenskart voucher saying that the lens is out of stock you please place order when it's in stock using this voucher. It's been 4 days now and the lens is not in stock yet. If you didn't had the stock, you must not allow to place an order before. I'm frustrated now. The lens packet which is already delivered will expire and it will be waste of my money. I promise I'll raise this concern further if it is not resolved soon.

              Eyeglasses frame broken

              I bought an specs in January month which is of John Jacobs brand. Yesterday my specs was fell of from my head while I'm bending at that time I catched the falling glasses the frame of the glass at left side was broken. I don't know in which quality material it was done. I visited nearby stores and they told it will be taken back or repaired only if it is insured. I bought it at the cost of 3200 Rs where was the quality of the product ? Not...

              I placed an order from Lenskart using my Gold membership. It was Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer. The package I was delivered was complete intact sealed, on opening I found a local toy specs of some local brand inside of it. I contacting customer care, mailed them the images of the package and after 4 days they are claiming they sent the right product and they have images. I asked for the image proof over mail, which they deny to give, clearly which means they have scammed me, that's why not giving the images. I have raised multiple complaints and mails yet no action from there end. Their Senior Supervisor even harassed me to take legal action. I just want my right product or the "proof images" they claim they have. I will not complain again if they show me the proof.

                        One of them is a defective frame . It is a type of frame with detachable sunglass. I ordered a power lens with that frame . The spects I recieved today ( 30.05.2023) has a gap between the frames . Image and vedio is attached herewith .

                          I have ordered one spects from lenscart since i dont like its finishing i return the product ...then they have send me cashfree link to give my refund back but that cashfree link has not work every time when i enter either upi id or account information it says some thing went wrong contact to lenscart then i reenter the details and after putting number of time the otp the link is expired then i requested the customer care for the same thing they told me we will provide u the cashfree link by this day and every time when i request they tell me some different days for cashfree link ...i did not get my refund back till now it has been 10 days already passed my experieced in lenscart is very bad...please dont order anything from lenscart they dont give u ur money back quickly like amazon flipcart quickly give unneccassary we have to become a begger for our own money

                              I have ordered one glasses in which lens power' was selected wrong by an executive of lenskart and they are stating that cannot exchange and giving reasons and they said wait 15 days it will be fixed with eyes and it will be comfortable, but later on we get to know that the power was wrong which was selected, and now they are saying that they will not give an exchange option, now they deinied to give an store credit, lk cash + cash which was paid so, its an executive mistake so they should returns store credit lk cash aditional money which was paid with penalty

                                I ordered for powered lens & they sent me wrong power even when i uploaded the correct prescription. I was travelling so their representative asked me to get back and he had raised a return request too. And since yesterday i have called 4-5 times to their support number their representative tells me they'll connect my call to customer support & it gets disconnected. So I requested a call back and their representative said i'll get a call back in next 10 mins which i haven't received till today. I called 6-7 times again and everytime i have to explain that the call is getting disconnected and yet no one is helping. The customer support and chat support is useless. I have tried multiple numbers but nothing works. Waste of time. Each representative gives false & misleading information and false assurance. Its horrible experience and still my issue isn't resolved or even heard.
                                Lenskart customer support is too bad. Even they lie to customers, give fse promises. I am having the issue of getting wrong product and they have been least cooperative with me. All they want is customer to beg to them.

                                  I bought eyeglasses on may 2nd from lenskart and went to the store on may 6ht statung the fit of one glasses is not good and i want an exchange or refund they said it cannot be done as I have high power then I made a refund request from the app today as Iam getting pimples on my cheeks as the frame falls onto it . But they rejected my refund

                                    I recently buy a pair of eyeglasses from your showroom in kerala Kozhikode on jan 27. In that time they told both lens are scratch resistant and dust resistant. After few months there are scratches lens. I am glad that your team as give warrenty exchange on the product.and scheduled a pickup (return ) on today.the delivery boy came and pickup was successfull.
                                    Now I have a issue with exchange order....
