Product id : 119595 dated 22.07.2018 specs form lenskart which was not accurate as per my eye sight and i have raised complaint on your portal immediately but it has been more than a month neither i have received my product nor your store person are ready to revert back my money.

This is not a small thing. how can u ppl play with vital organ "eye". regarding this I called the customer care and filed complaint they said they would get back to me. but they never did. this shows how irresponsible they are. the power which I mentioned during placing order is different in what I got. lens quality

This is very unfortunate 'lenskart' provide very poor quality lens. There is no
Quality control at all. I purchase frame with glass from online on dated 31/08/18 (Order id [protected]) just few days ago, but now i facing my right side lens gradually transform in to "light green shade". So now i think my choice is wrong to purchase from lenskart....

poor quality british optical lens

Last year i bought spec from one of your shop in pune. Last 3 weeks i do observe that it's anti glare coating is piling out, so i visited shop. They did confirmed that coating is piled out and it cased lot of scratches on the lens.
But i just have crossed one year warranty period, they can no do anything. Now new lens is costing me additional rs.3000. My sincere question is do i need to change lens every year?. Do i need to have budget...

On april, i did an eye checkup from lenskart outlet. Based on the reading i opted for the offer buy 1 get 1 free and paid 4500 for a pair of glasses (Including frame and lens). I started getting headaches with the new pair of glasses. Hi team,
I got my specs 1 month ago, the frame size was big.. I request lenskart team to replace my specs.. Almost after 20 days today i recieve different specs with same size.
Very pathetic service from lenskart..
They are providing service for specs... But still dont understand the importance of specs for those who wear the specs full day.
Now i dont wants any service from lenskart... It's better to have a new...

Don't buy from lenskart at all. My shipment was sent to a fake address o[censored]ttarpradesh, etah and the customer support has no idea how the it was shipped to a fictitious address. They take ages to refund money if you return product. The customer support has no clue on what the issue is and everytime there is a new guy who calls and wants to know what happened. Total disaster of logistics, operations and chances are your credit card details...

I went to return glasses and the handover date was manipulated by the employees saying that i can not return it. I just wanted to replace it with a lower cost one because i was getting a bad headache using the bluecoat. They created full drama and blamed me instead. Is this the kind of customer service your shop provides? Blaming your customers... I do not see any future if this is the case.

Hi team,
I got my eyes checked from lenskart as they visited our work place for eye check up.
They told me that the power of both my eyes is 8.5. So, i ordered contact lens with power of 8.5 for both my eyes. But when i tried the lens for one day. My vision was delusional. Now, i got my eyes rechecked from a doctor. It turned out that the power of one eye is 8.5 and other is 8.
I would suggest that improve your services...

My belief of lenskart being a professional optical online store has now gone. I think its better to go to small shop check the quality of the product and then pay once you are satisfied rather than paying on internet without actually examing the quality of the product and paying beforehand.

I purchased a frame from lenskart dehradun store. I had problem with the power aftr the delivery and i was told to wait for 24 to 48 hours. I moved to chennai where i gave my frame for replacement at tambram store in chennai. After 15 days i am told that the frame i ordered is out of stock for now!

I bought pair of spex from you.. Problem is that your team person said that fog can not stuk on lenses. And i found after some days that fog stick on it very powerfully when i come out of ac in the car.. And it will remove after 1 to 2 minutes and i m not able to watch anything at that time. I think it was fraud with me. Give me the permanent solution of it....
