The hsr branch near bda complex people are such arrogant bloody donkey's they will order wrong colour of our glasses and once it is delivered they act as innocent babies and tell you they will exchange it within 3 days and after a month they tell the glass is outdated and ask another 3 day which is a whole bloody month for them. Especially this stupid fat pig by the name of dilip he is the actual bloody criminal. Please remove him from the job or change his branch he is one annoying person.

    I have order spectacles on 21 at on lenskart under order id-[protected].
    It was having two spectacles of 3820 rs.
    So, they divided the order into two of 1910 rs each. But i received the call and delivery for only one part.
    I have asked delivery person as well and he said he got only single part and showed me bill of 1910. I thought that order will be delivered as per my account dashboard online by 28 october, 2018.
    But, when i did not receive i chat with customer care on 29ththey said whole order is delivered. Then, i called them and complain, they said it will take 48 hrs. After that on 30th the delivery status changed to delivered from expected status. So basically my complain was not taken seriously.
    Later after 48 hours, i complained to senior lead and he said it will take another 48 hours. I do not know whether it is going. I am losing my patience.
    I am thinking of taking g legal action, so will need your help to file a case. The courier company was ecom as per lenskart.

    Still waiting.Already they have asked for 48 hours twice.Again they have asked to wait for 48 hours.if not solved, they will order fresh one for the amount 1960.Otherwise, confirmed to send legal notice and go to consumer court.

      I've ordered tokai lens which are premium lens offered by lenskart with approximately 7k value inr for one unit, which has many features like 2x more scratch protection, e. T. C has broken on edges. Which are plastic lens just broken when it fell from just 70 cms height. I'm totally disappointed with lenskart beacuse if we pay for around 7k for premium lens.

      I have used unbranded normal lens which cost around 1k which didn't...

      This is the team with out any guidance.

      Lenskart were suppose to deliver the product with in 02 days but still after two weeks there is no updates.

      Kindly provide an update on this request. I have selected the product :130310

      But it seems lens sellers does not have lenses to see and read the mails and respond to the customers after having 10 follow ups.

        Hi, my name is b. Hemesh. Total cheating, highly irresponsible service. I paid for vincent chase sun glass with power of order id:[protected] & worth of 1999 rs. They are saying the product delivered to another person by name. B. Arathi. When i called customer care about this matter, he said that, i have to enquire about that person to collect glasses, its not lenskart responsibility. There is no person named b. Arathi around my street. So please take my complaint and take legal action against lens kart

        I booked spects on date 06/10/2018 and these were delivered on 11/10/2018. reference number [protected], later these were returned by me on date 13/10/2018 because of dislike of frame . After that i called customer care but got replied it will take 3 to 7 days for refund but today date is 25/10/2018, I have not got any refund till now.
        Poor quality of Glass Frame...repaired twice by your store...but same problem as it is. Eye testing is also not done properly Our Order details [protected], 3 Jun 2018

          I purchased a pair of glasses for my mom, order reference number is [protected].

          Its just 13 months (One month out of warranty) and one leg of the frame came off on its own. Called lenskart twice, visited the store and they are not ready to help in any way.

          Really sad experience, pathetic quality and post sales support. Never expected from a brand like lenskart. Better to go to local opticals shop then lenskart.
          At-least they listen to you and would solve the problem without issues.

            Your Indiranagar 100 ft road, Bangalore, store from where I had bought the glasses had lodged complaint No 6883583 on 9th Oct about mishandling of my glasses by your Jeevan Bhima Nagar Road Store technician. The picture was also scanned to you.

            As per the complaint raised by your store, it was clearly mentioned that it was for resolution of a mishandling by your technician which resulted in breakage of the frame. It is surprising how you could reject my claim treating it as a warranty claim.

            We believe you have trained technicians and it cannot be understood how a plastic frame could be heated in the middle between the two lenses when actually the sides should have been adjusted.

            I had been talking to your Nithin who confirmed me on 19th that the frame would be replaced and he once again confirmed that it would be replaced when I spoke to him this morning. Now the store calls us to say that they cannot help in the matter. On talking to Nithin once again, who escalated to Karthik you are refusing to provide any resolution.

            My glasses are at your Indiranagar store. The least you could do is to fix my glasses on to a similar frame at some decent discounted price and retain me as your customer. At the end of the day it was a mistake by your store.

            You will also note that i have been patronizing Lenskart and also recommending to friends. My other purchase under my Mob no [protected] may also be noted.

            I look forward to a resolution on this at the earliest.

              When you order multiple products on lenskart, you cant return just one product and get back the money. You meed to return all the products and take the money back which is not even clearly mention in their terms & conditions.

              Unlike other online store where we can purchase many product and without any problem you can return a product and get ur money back.

                I visited lenskart outlet for a free eyecheckup in satyaniketan market, new delhi. The person over there seemed disintrested and didnot complete the eyetest. After changing a few lenses he suggested that we visit an eye specialist. Also, the manner in which he was talking was rude.
                It seemed as if he was in a hurry to get rid o[censored]s.

                I am a regular customer of the lenskart and i love the frames and glasses. But, this kind of behaviour was unexpected.

                  fraud store-->don't buy in lenskart

                  Hi,
                  Bought a spectacle with buy one get one offer in lens kart store. The guy mentioned about the spectacle with all the coatings. After few weeks o[censored]sage i got discomfort with the product. So thought of giving the product and asked for refund. I also raised a complaint and they told they wont give refund as the refund duration is over.

                  Also checked the receipt and i was shocked to see the amount split up. The frame...

                    I have ordered two items from lenskart one of them is delivered to me and another one product if vc 5158, pid 93870 is not delivered to me. On 5th october 2018 i have received an sms that my product is delivered not this time no delivery boy has called like previous one. I thought he knew the address. Next day i inquired in my office if anyone has received product. But i see no product is delivered at my office. So mailed [protected]@lenskart.com about the concern and 6/7 days they are saying that it has been delivered to me and i have received the product. Showing me false signature which was not mine. On that day i was out of station and i have all the proof about it. If i was out of station how can i receive the product. And the delivery boy should cross check any id before delivering the product which payment is already made.

                    Because i had made the payment firts that why these guys are playing with me. Request you to please help me on this.

                      Lenskart recieved a payment on the 19th of september from me via online banking and the transaction was canceled but the amount was successfully transferred to them. I provided them with me bank transaction and details of the payment and they kept asking me to ask my bank to file a charge back which my bank said is not possible as they never refunded the money.
                      My complaint no. Which remains open for the last 25 days is 6802464

                      When i asked lenskart to provide me the details of the refund they sent they were unable to do so. Please help me get my refund. This is fraud at a unbelievable level in our country.

                        I have done purchase at Lenskart store in Coimbatore and paid amount through Paytm. At the end of transaction my money has been deducted but order is not placed at the store. Upon checking with paytm they haved confirmed me with transaction id that transaction bis successful and money has been credited to lenskart account.
                        Now there is no response from lenskart team regarding the issue, team is not at ready to check a transaction at thier end . Ironically even lenskart store team and area managers also failed to get the response for the same.

                        I need immediate resolution from lenskart team on my issue.

                          This is the third time i had bitter experience with lenskart. I had visited their store in gip, sec-18 for new specs and ordered 1 but the product i chose and the product delivered was different in size and it is so lose that i can't even wear them for 10sec.. I tried to get it fixed but no use.. I even tried to check with the person in the store but they denied about having delivered wrong product. What should i do now?? I am not even able to wear the glasses.. They just waste customer's money. Pls lenskart expecting some response to it.

                            Description of incident: since there wasn't any problem with my previous spectacles i gave them my old spectacles for the number.
                            They manufactured my new spectacles with the same number but different axis.
                            This is lead to a lot of distress as they refused to change it since it wasn't in the guarantee period which was 14 days.
                            Now i cant wear those spectacles since they give me a throbbing headache whenever i wear them.

                              I brought pair of glasses for myself. The eye Test was done wrongly at LensKart. They told to wear 1.00 right eye and Left eye 1.25 for left eye.
                              But when they uploaded they did once again mistake. They have done it as right eye +1.25 and Left eye +1.50. Because of this I am getting severe Headache. When I did testing recently I came to know this.
                              How can one be so irresponsible?
                              Can you please replace the glasses. It is not my mistake but when called customer care not getting proper response.

                                Order id [protected] was placed on 23-sep-18, after having multiple communication and commitments from the shop, still i have not got me eyeglasses.
                                It was an urgent order placed on medical ground and that was mentioned at the time of placing order. There was an assurance from the shop to get it by 29-sep-18.in lenskart portal it is showing expected delivery date is 01-oct-18. I am suffering from chronic headache due to this. I had a talk with lenskart support personnel today (Contact no got in the portal) and they are not in a position to commit any delivery date now. I expect some sound steps would be taken against lenskart for this delay and medical hazards which i am suffering now.

                                  Lenskart, being such a professional online optical store, has now grown up to such a level that, they fail to listen to their customers complaints. After referred by brother i had gone to lenskart for ordering eyeglasses for me. But it is my bitter experience and it is better to go to a small shop rather than booking online without knowing and checking the quality of the product and paying in advance. But if you buy from the local shops, you can check the quality and then pay and even in case of any defect they repair or replace the product/accessories. But in case of lenskart, you have to pay beforehand without knowing the quality of the product and after that nobody will listen to you to address any complaints at all.

                                  In fact, i had ordered “ black sea green full rim cat eye, medium (Size-54) vincent chase evil eye vc 6982-c12 eyeglasses-product id:119206 hsn code:"9004" order : # 6557718 order date: 06/05/2018 and it has been hardly a month that spring/frame of both the side are almost big. You are providing service for specs..., but still don’t understand the importance of specs for those who wear the specs full day. This was for me is suffering a lot as the frame has got broaden and slip-away from my nose. Still issue is following. Very bad response from lenskart. I never expect this from lenskart.

                                  This is your customer support, you guys know only to sell and attract customers by giving first frame free offer and never bother about the quality of products and we the consumers are the victim of your fraud business eventually.

                                  I just want to change some other frames or give me my money back. And in the name of change i will not give any extra money, i need a second frame in same cost.

                                  My Specs is not broken, it's still in brand new condition. When the specs were bought then they were very tight but in 15 days they were very loose, and slip-away from my nose. And every 15-20 days I go to fix it. Still issue is following. Your product is faulty and I do not want any discount coupons from you. I think you do not do after sales service. You simply sell the product to the customer and then do not do any solution to the customer's compliant. Very bad response from lenskart. I never expect this from lenskart. I also have a mail ID of peyush bansal, that is CEO of your company. But I do not want to go to them for such a small problem.

                                  And if you do not have a solution to my problem then I will throw these specs. And I will not shop in lenskart in my life.

                                    After 8 times of calling you guys finally picked up the frame for repairing and after repairing what i got is the deformed frame which was shown to delivery guy. He told it will be replaced with the new one. I have called already 9 times for replacement, escalation was done several times for the same but till now no pickup came for replacement. What should i do now??
