I went to return glasses and the handover date was manipulated by the employees saying that i can not return it. I just wanted to replace it with a lower cost one because i was getting a bad headache using the bluecoat. They created full drama and blamed me instead. Is this the kind of customer service your shop provides? Blaming your customers... I do not see any future if this is the case.

I have proof of invoice mail date which has the handover date in it attached in the mail. It was on 19th august. I went to the store to return it without bluecot one on 26 th august.in the store the handover date they mentioned was on 10 th august.

    Hi team,
    I got my eyes checked from lenskart as they visited our work place for eye check up.
    They told me that the power of both my eyes is 8.5. So, i ordered contact lens with power of 8.5 for both my eyes. But when i tried the lens for one day. My vision was delusional. Now, i got my eyes rechecked from a doctor. It turned out that the power of one eye is 8.5 and other is 8.
    I would suggest that improve your services as you are providing services for eyes which is one of the most important organ of a person's body. This incident shaked my confidence in lenskart.

      Hi,

      My belief of lenskart being a professional optical online store has now gone. I think its better to go to small shop check the quality of the product and then pay once you are satisfied rather than paying on internet without actually examing the quality of the product and paying beforehand.

      You guys are looting the customer and i will not leave an inch to tell the whole world via social media about this loot.

      I have ordered 2 glasses on[protected] via order id : [protected]

      It has been hardly a month that one of the frame with prouct id : 119268 and description

      Black full rim cat eye small (Size-50) vincent chase evil eye vc 2006

      Has gone bad.

      This was for my daughter and i know how much she is suffering as the frame has got broaden and slip away from her nose.

      This shows the bad quality of frames you adapt and when i called the customer service the executive told she cannot do anything as it has been more than a month that we have purchased it.

      This is your customer support, you guys know only to sell and lure customer by giving first frame free offer and never bother about the quality of that frame.

        The Lenskart is worst as they hire the employee ehi are professional. I got the sms and emails from Lenskart for Independence offer due to repeatedly reminder I went to my nearest Lena kary outlet which is in United chambers Beside Chennai Shopping Mall, sri ram nagar, chandan agar, Hyderabad, Telangana 500050, and showed the Sms to the person name Aarvind(as said said by them)he was soooo rude said "see I didn't send you that Sms nor from this outlet, it's a Lenskart problem you have to talk to customer care nit to me, in my store this offer is not valid what is available here I place the pamphlet in the front door you go and see it "being patience I said that in sms one link is there for the information of store where this offer is available then this store address is in 1st option then how come you mentioned that you don't know about this offer..., Then he becomes so impatient and aggressive in voice that I told you I will only these offer is valid I paste in my store front door, then one lady came to point him to not to be that much aggressive... Then I went towards desk stopped talking to him. I saw the lady standing in desk watching salwar suits design in whatsapp, when I asked her I want to mention one complain that I received offer sms from Lenskart5 and in that that offer not entertaining by employee... He suddenly came again and said that they do have any such option as I am giving you other options that all offer vaid only if I will thake more than 5000 Rs. Product or Membership cost around 5000 Rs. I said I want to mention my inconvenience as I visited this store but not entertain by store. In simple and normal voice. Then suddenly he said you just go out -Get out from the store, how he can say Get-out of my Store and for what reason... Ridiculous..., Then I made mine video recording I have if required. You can also see the footage from that store CCTV around at 9 pm date 15 august 2018. He is so confidence that nothing will happen against him. His frenchies licence shout be cancelled... Additional information when started recording he threaded me that ok you and me both will go to police station.. how he can threaden any customer and said that to ""Get-out of the store""Rest is available in store CCTV and I want the strict Action Urgently in priority... And that to close that store.Otherwise I will post and will take require action with text and videos.

        Thanks for the update but the response from lenskart is not satisfactory their action is only to full fill the formalities that's the attitude let's to hire these abusive, inhuman employee. They are not willing to take franchise from him as he is the owner of that franchise for that store. We need to proceed to the next level in which if company is not taking the liable action that action we can take.

        Where is the update... I received the call regarding that lenskart received the complain and working on it...
        On 20th August... I receive a call from Lenskart to inform me that they are working on it and they will take action against thay employee Name: Arvind they escalate it, they call me to inform me...As I raised a complain in a correct web portal and I will not any action as they are going to and I said I am waiting for that if they will not I have others platform where I can proceed to take action against that the ill legal action of lenskart employee Name Arvind. Do I strict reminder to lens kart that they will work on the action instead of closing the complain without the customer information and acceptance.
        I want the reproductive Response on priority in urgent basis.
        If they are not willing to take action than I am most willing with all legal action against the person Name "Arvind" and his course of action very well accept and confirmed by lenskart.
        Require action updates in priority.

          I ordered a frame 2months ago with the bogo scheme after registering for lenskart gold. One of the product went out of stock as soon as i placed the order and i was asked to choose a new frame and so i did. The other frame that got delivered had scratches on lens and i asked for a replacement. So, i submitted the frame in a nearby lenskart store and they took almost 10days to process it and tell me that this frame has went out of stock as well. I was asked to select another frame and i did select "three" one after the other as every frame was out of stock, although it was in stock in the website.
          Today, i placed a new order with the same frame that is shown on the website and to my surprise, the order got placed. Such magic!!
          I've been utterly disappointed with the service and the mental torture i've gone through in selecting these frames and the time that i invested over selecting them and over the customer care but all in vain.
          Even the customer care girl duped me by saying that she'd connect me with higher authority but she never did it.
          Utterly disappointed with lenskart!!!

            I have placed order for 2 glass in month of april 2018 with gold membership, in 3 months the temples snapped off after normal usage and i call customer care 2 time to escalate and then sent email with snapshot of the frame and no one responds back until i call them to check the status, now the so called escalation team is providing 25% discount on the next purchase, i have paid rs.6000 for the glass and used for 3 months and which idiot would give an idiotic option for delivering a faulty product and wasting my money, pathetic service, u will have to provide a refund or a replacement don't treat your customer like a beggers.

              Hi,

              I have ordered 2 glasses from minakshi mall lenskart store, to get the 2 glasses i had to pay for membership and now as i received damaged product i contacted your cs team to arrange a pickup and provide a complete refund. The person i talked was mukesh sharma, i requested him as i am highly disappointed with the servicing i want to return the products and cancel the membership so the refund amount should be 2270, but he refused to do that.

              I tried calling the person multiple time (From whom i got the glasses), but she did not pickup.

                its been 15 days since i made a replacement and now i am told that the product is out of stock

                I purchased a frame from lenskart dehradun store. I had problem with the power aftr the delivery and i was told to wait for 24 to 48 hours. I moved to chennai where i gave my frame for replacement at tambram store in chennai. After 15 days i am told that the frame i ordered is out of stock for now!

                I am highly unsatisfied with your service!! I want the same frame as soon as possible!!...

                I bought pair of spex from you.. Problem is that your team person said that fog can not stuk on lenses. And i found after some days that fog stick on it very powerfully when i come out of ac in the car.. And it will remove after 1 to 2 minutes and i m not able to watch anything at that time. I think it was fraud with me. Give me the permanent solution of it.

                My mother bought spectacles from aundh pune as from the begining the lenses are not good and fog is on all everytime. scratches are on all over and the response from the store when we revisited was very poor.dont buy anything from lenskart the are very much irresponsible and behaviour is worse

                  Is this a joke that's happening with me. When is it that someone calls me and he is not able to reach my phone no. The order was placed on 15 july if there is some kind of concern left for the customer please deliver it.                     This is regarding query and initiating the refund. My oder total was 3, 034.88 and it seems like only half amount has been credited.

                    As per our last conversation (Ticket number 6150033) you assured that rest of the amount will also be credited. Now they stop responding.

                    It’s really unfortunate and frustrating writing them again and again for the same query. Every time i call support team they assure me resolution in 24 hours which is a big fat lie. This is going on for a month now and i am losing patience. I even asked customer support team to provide me contact of managers or second level of escalation, on which they denied saying they don’t have such information.

                      Hi.
                      With reference to my order number [protected]. I ordered this at Lenskart, Viman Nagar Store at Pune. I was having a power of -0.5 on both eyes.

                      I had damaged my earlier ordered frame but the lens was intact. So I was requesting the store for a frame only.

                      After discussing with the store manager, the store guy arranged to order same frame with Zero Power Lens and conveyed that he will replace the lens once it arrives as stores.

                      But when I went to collect the frame, my lens was damaged during replacement. I have not accepted the frame with damaged lens from store and asked them to replace the lens . But the store is non responsive on this issue, it is not ready to replace my lens. Then I asked for refund, which the stores denied.Â

                      I request you to look into this issue and resolve it ASAP.Â

                      In case you are not able to address my issue, Please give it to me in writing stating the reason. I will then approach the right authorities to help me with my case.

                        I purchased a glasses of offer buy one get one free from Lenskart and when the glasses arrived I asked them to check for the power there was a difference of 0.25in the power of lenses actually lenses were made of higher power than the required and then they said it will be corrected and two three days later they are saying the frame is out of stock and I am leaving for the out of the station and they are just taking time.it is their fault and they are not taking any actions.

                          Rayban frame purchased from Lenskart in September 2016 which over the last couple of months has started fading, it is turning white from brown. It puts a question mark whether the frames being supplied are genuine or not.

                          Any original rayban frame cannot loose its polish within 16-17 months of its purchase, lenskart is definitly making a fool of its customers, upon calling them they are asking the customer to check with rayban. They need to take responsibility of the product they are selling.

                            I ordered a pair of sunglasses and reading glasses from lenskart about a month ago. On arrival, I discovered the sunglasses were damaged and I immediately initiated a return. They gave me the run around for nearly 2 weeks refusing to give me clarity on the replacement process. Finally, they collected it and then a few days later informed me that the product is out of stock. Then one of their representatives claimed if I gave them time, they'd ask the vendor for the sunglasses, but simultaneously I got an email saying I have been given store credit and I should pick something else. I refused, saying either I get what I originally ordered or they can take back both their glasses. at any rate it is absurd that I should be given store credit for a replacement, clearly, they were always aware the glasses were out of stock and were trying to dupe me. I am being inundated and harassed with calls and missed calls from different people, all giving me conflicting information, they never want to put anything down properly in an email, they don't read emails. As it stands, I have store credit I don't want and no idea if the person who had asked the vendor for glasses is indeed doing that or why the latest email they have today sent me a reverse pick up request for a pair of glasses already in their possession.

                              After several emails, lenskart came up with a standard discount voucher of 30%. Ridiculous that they choose not to write back even though this is my third email to them about the issue being unresolved.

                              The team would call back after reading this post saying we have done the maximum and does not accept that all issues cannot be negated just with discount vouchers.

                              It is sad to understand that the quality of John Jacob was of poor quality and it broke without any physical damage caused to it within 6 months o[censored]sing it. Now the vendor Lenskart doesn't want to take up any responsibility in resolving the complaint. Instead, they choose the option of not responding to such posts which I am repeatedly posting to them. I am very unhappy with the service and the product and would continue to throw the work of mouth to people about why they should not choose Lenskart.

                              I have purchase toric lens and normal lens from lenskart before months...but they irritate me..and my left eye was damage..i have complaint there customer care executive... But nobody give me satisfied answer and give me call back..
                              I had booked John Jacob spects at sea woods mall store. I was promised that delivery will be given by Thursday. No one responded there after until i call. Then i was promised that by Friday night i will be getting it. I had made them understand at the time of booking that i have to go out of town on Friday. Still no response. When i called they started lying that they never promised etc. Had to go through so much pain while dealing with them. So unpolite staff. Will never recommend others to go for it.

                                I have purchase a progressive lens from lenskart, and continously complaint that I have headache but issue not resolved then I shouted at them then the representative come and said lens is ok from out side, kindly check with your doctor, I have checked with my doctor the same & he said lens made wrong by lenskart.

                                I purchased specs from Lenskart bill no [protected] black golden Vincent chase bling VC E11267-C1, dated 27 May 2018. The frame of the eyeglasses got loose within few days o[censored]se. One part of the frame is also damaged. Highly disappointed from Lenskart. Kindly see to the issue of you want to a good customer relationship.

                                  I have ordered Black gunmetal full rim cat eye vincent chase eyeglasses Item No: 11985532 from Paschim Vihar store for my Mother on 7 July 2018 in scheme one plus one.

                                  I have received the same item first on 11 July 2018 (Wednesday), just after receiving I opened the case found the wrong product which was not mine and not even I ordered, it was not matching the product I ordered. Additionally I found the product was damaged, The eyeglass case was damaged, and the screw tightener also damaged. In summary whole packet was damaged. it is so irritated that Lenskart delivering the wrong product without Quality check.

                                  I went to the Paschim Vihar store and showed the item, the executive raised complaint in front of me and reordered the product, I accepted the apologies.

                                  again on 12 July 18 (Thursday) Paschim Vihar store Executive called on my registered number and asked OTP I passed him and he reordered the product 3 time (including the first order).

                                  on 13 July 18 (Friday) the store executive again called and ask for OTP to reordered the product. I dint pass the OTP.

                                  I am not suppose to be pass as I already agreed for Lenskart Mistake 2 times and this was the 4 time they failed to ordered the product.

                                  it is very much painful and irritated.

                                  Very bad service I experienced first time with Lenskart, I am a regular customer of Lenskart and the service provided me through Paschim Vihar store are very bad third class service.

                                  One of the store executive is telling me " Sir if you cant help us how do we order the product"
                                  What I am suppose to do, I should leave everything and play OTP OTP game... Nonsense..

                                  I already helped by not raising any complaint and allow you to order my product 3 Times... I dont hanve this much of patience... and no one should..

                                  I have ordered the item for my mother she is helpless as its an eyeglasses not the sunglasses you fools..

                                  I want compensation on it .. I am not suppose to pay a single paisa for the worst service of Lenskart and Paschim Vihar store.

                                  I want half of the amount refund in my bank account earliest as a compensation or I wil take this matter to the higher level.

                                    I had ordered for 1 pair of contact lenses. Order no [protected] dated 16/06/2018. In one box the produst was different. Then I requested to cancel my order and requested for refund.

                                    I requested to cancel because this is the second time it happend with me. Last year also I requested for 1 pair of contact lenses but I got faulty /damaged product. That time I requested for exchange.

                                    But this time I lost my patience and requested for refund. But till date my request not been resolved and not received the refund. They are saying that they received only one packet.
                                    How can it be possible because in one big box two small packets of each lens were kept and it was packed. Both small packets were already sealed packs as I did not open it.

                                    It is really harrassment and lot many times I have to take follow for the status of the request.

                                    I request to resolve the same urgently and refund my money.

                                      After the team of Lenskart contacted me over the phone, the executive tried convincing me that it was my mistake that I had broken the John Jacob shades broken by applying pressure. He offered a 30% discount offer when I had asked for a replacement as it is just about 6 months that I bought the product.
                                      It is saddening to understand that the team was in a hurry to close the complaint even without resolving the issue. They drop an email even asking for a satisfactory resolution of the complaint.

                                      As usual like any other vendor, the blame was thrown out to the customer washing away their hands in the matter. Over that, they also push to close the complaint with a mere 30% discount on their products. Ridiculous that why would an unsatisfactory customer even buy a product at lenskart?
