I purchased a glasses of offer buy one get one free from Lenskart and when the glasses arrived I asked them to check for the power there was a difference of 0.25in the power of lenses actually lenses were made of higher power than the required and then they said it will be corrected and two three days later they are saying the frame is out of stock and I am leaving for the out of the station and they are just taking time.it is their fault and they are not taking any actions.

    Rayban frame purchased from Lenskart in September 2016 which over the last couple of months has started fading, it is turning white from brown. It puts a question mark whether the frames being supplied are genuine or not.

    Any original rayban frame cannot loose its polish within 16-17 months of its purchase, lenskart is definitly making a fool of its customers, upon calling them they are asking the customer to check with rayban. They need to take responsibility of the product they are selling.

      I ordered a pair of sunglasses and reading glasses from lenskart about a month ago. On arrival, I discovered the sunglasses were damaged and I immediately initiated a return. They gave me the run around for nearly 2 weeks refusing to give me clarity on the replacement process. Finally, they collected it and then a few days later informed me that the product is out of stock. Then one of their representatives claimed if I gave them time, they'd ask the vendor for the sunglasses, but simultaneously I got an email saying I have been given store credit and I should pick something else. I refused, saying either I get what I originally ordered or they can take back both their glasses. at any rate it is absurd that I should be given store credit for a replacement, clearly, they were always aware the glasses were out of stock and were trying to dupe me. I am being inundated and harassed with calls and missed calls from different people, all giving me conflicting information, they never want to put anything down properly in an email, they don't read emails. As it stands, I have store credit I don't want and no idea if the person who had asked the vendor for glasses is indeed doing that or why the latest email they have today sent me a reverse pick up request for a pair of glasses already in their possession.

        After several emails, lenskart came up with a standard discount voucher of 30%. Ridiculous that they choose not to write back even though this is my third email to them about the issue being unresolved.

        The team would call back after reading this post saying we have done the maximum and does not accept that all issues cannot be negated just with discount vouchers.

        It is sad to understand that the quality of John Jacob was of poor quality and it broke without any physical damage caused to it within 6 months o[censored]sing it. Now the vendor Lenskart doesn't want to take up any responsibility in resolving the complaint. Instead, they choose the option of not responding to such posts which I am repeatedly posting to them. I am very unhappy with the service and the product and would continue to throw the work of mouth to people about why they should not choose Lenskart.

        I had booked John Jacob spects at sea woods mall store. I was promised that delivery will be given by Thursday. No one responded there after until i call. Then i was promised that by Friday night i will be getting it. I had made them understand at the time of booking that i have to go out of town on Friday. Still no response. When i called they started lying that they never promised etc. Had to go through so much pain while dealing with them. So unpolite staff. Will never recommend others to go for it.

            I have ordered Black gunmetal full rim cat eye vincent chase eyeglasses Item No: 11985532 from Paschim Vihar store for my Mother on 7 July 2018 in scheme one plus one.

            I have received the same item first on 11 July 2018 (Wednesday), just after receiving I opened the case found the wrong product which was not mine and not even I ordered, it was not matching the product I ordered. Additionally I found the product was damaged, The eyeglass case was damaged, and the screw tightener also damaged. In summary whole packet was damaged. it is so irritated that Lenskart delivering the wrong product without Quality check.

            I went to the Paschim Vihar store and showed the item, the executive raised complaint in front of me and reordered the product, I accepted the apologies.

            again on 12 July 18 (Thursday) Paschim Vihar store Executive called on my registered number and asked OTP I passed him and he reordered the product 3 time (including the first order).

            on 13 July 18 (Friday) the store executive again called and ask for OTP to reordered the product. I dint pass the OTP.

            I am not suppose to be pass as I already agreed for Lenskart Mistake 2 times and this was the 4 time they failed to ordered the product.

            it is very much painful and irritated.

            Very bad service I experienced first time with Lenskart, I am a regular customer of Lenskart and the service provided me through Paschim Vihar store are very bad third class service.

            One of the store executive is telling me " Sir if you cant help us how do we order the product"
            What I am suppose to do, I should leave everything and play OTP OTP game... Nonsense..

            I already helped by not raising any complaint and allow you to order my product 3 Times... I dont hanve this much of patience... and no one should..

            I have ordered the item for my mother she is helpless as its an eyeglasses not the sunglasses you fools..

            I want compensation on it .. I am not suppose to pay a single paisa for the worst service of Lenskart and Paschim Vihar store.

            I want half of the amount refund in my bank account earliest as a compensation or I wil take this matter to the higher level.

              I had ordered for 1 pair of contact lenses. Order no [protected] dated 16/06/2018. In one box the produst was different. Then I requested to cancel my order and requested for refund.

              I requested to cancel because this is the second time it happend with me. Last year also I requested for 1 pair of contact lenses but I got faulty /damaged product. That time I requested for exchange.

              But this time I lost my patience and requested for refund. But till date my request not been resolved and not received the refund. They are saying that they received only one packet.
              How can it be possible because in one big box two small packets of each lens were kept and it was packed. Both small packets were already sealed packs as I did not open it.

              It is really harrassment and lot many times I have to take follow for the status of the request.

              I request to resolve the same urgently and refund my money.

                After the team of Lenskart contacted me over the phone, the executive tried convincing me that it was my mistake that I had broken the John Jacob shades broken by applying pressure. He offered a 30% discount offer when I had asked for a replacement as it is just about 6 months that I bought the product.
                It is saddening to understand that the team was in a hurry to close the complaint even without resolving the issue. They drop an email even asking for a satisfactory resolution of the complaint.

                As usual like any other vendor, the blame was thrown out to the customer washing away their hands in the matter. Over that, they also push to close the complaint with a mere 30% discount on their products. Ridiculous that why would an unsatisfactory customer even buy a product at lenskart?
                It is a sad thing to make a choice to buy any product especially John Jacob from lenskart

                    I ordered eyeglasses from lenskart online (Order no:[protected]). Didn't like the quality, so returned it on 27th june 2018 through ecom express, which was arranged by the seller. I haven't got any satisfactory response about refund in the original mode of payment. The only assurance i've got is, it'll be resolved in a couple of days. Now its been more than three days with no updates. I'm worried. Also they were quick in giving me store credit as refund which i do not want. I want refund in my bank a/c, and i've stated that clearly.

                    I was out of town for the past several days and had unfortunately left my phone behind. That's why couldn't pick up your calls. Saw the mail just now. As regards the refund, the status hasn't changed much, except assurances from the support staff. It doesn't take 10 days for the bank to credit the amount. I've been transacting online since long and everytime refund has been credited in 3-4 days of cancelling the order. It's been 12 days now and still I am told to wait another 10 days. This is a clear case of deficiency in service, I'm sorry to say.

                      Dear lenskart,
                      I purchased a high end oakley frame after a lot of assurance from your shop located at hiranandani meadows, thane (Mh). The sales guys told me that this is one of the best frames & will give be completely trouble free. The frame is robust & will last really long & strong. Looking into all this i finally made a purchase of rs.12201.00.
                      But as usually happens at all the point of sales this turned out to be just the purchase initiator, to be forgotten right after the purchase.
                      To the worst of my horror oakley frame gave up. The frame did not had any physical damage but the frame started wearing away. This was my second oakley frame. The first one which is about 5 years old which i purchased from the other branded store is still going strong & looks as if it is new, but the one purchased from lens kart store the frame material has started wearing away. This makes me to think whether lens kart really sells original product or fake products. I went to the shop with the complaint but had got no proper response from them.
                      Now after seeing a lot of complaints about your products on online forum about originality, my doubt is further getting strengthened.
                      I am also attaching comparative images of oakley frame that i purchased from lenskart & the one which i purchased from another branded store.
                      Look into issues genuinely, if a high end frame like oakley develops defect then it is really serious.
                      Dear lens kart please don't kart away people with lenses of false hope & promises.
                      Hope that at least this will not get undetected by your lenses & will get a positive reply...

                      First of all my compliments to your team for false assurances. Now i a 100% sure that not only your stores but your customer care people also take customers for a ride.
                      There is absolutely no reply from your side on how to resolve the issue after some initial calls.
                      Your Customer care person told she will get back to me with best possible solution but still i am waiting for the day when your person will call me & what is going to be the best possible solution to resolve the issue.
                      Again a cart of false promises. First you sell fake products & then you make false promises.

                      Actually you should change your name from Lens Kart to False Kart...Where people can be assured of 100% fake products, 100% false promises & 100% customers care service who promises to come up with best possible solution bu never comes back...

                      I ordered two specs from Lenskart on Thursday and they said the delivery date was 11th July but I recieved one on Friday by mobile no. [protected] in Noida. And they gave me such a big frame it doesn't stay on me. I went to the store on Friday but they didn't listen to me and said they have done it right but its the same..
                      The frames are costly.no warranty. Offers not trustworthy. Customer service poor. I would say it's better not to buy from here.

                        Hi i placed an order with lenskart online, they placed wrongly placed with basic lenses after a long conversation and several calls they agreed to rectify however when i returned the product now they are saying it's not available. They are making me fool from past 3 months. Recently they said that the frame is failed in quality check how is that possible? The person came checked the frame and then took the returned delivery.

                        If they can't provide me the same frame then i want jhon jacob frame as a compensation. They are harrasing me mentally. Please help

                          Ordered two specs on 20th june 2018 from lenskart store, kaiserbagh, lucknow worth 7870 order id: [protected]. With any intimation through mail or message or call. They cancelled my order. After 9 days i contacted customer care and replied that spec frame is not available so they cancelled the order and they cant refund money also as they dont have account information for refund. They also didnt knew when it will be back in stock. And said will get call from store in next two days.

                          I contacted the store and got to know that it will take another week time. Status online shows that it has been cancelled.

                          I am not getting any proper respond for my order or when i will get it. They have not given anything in writing or mail.

                          Need help.

                          Lenskart had initiated a new order (Order ID: [protected]) after cancelling my original order (Order ID: [protected]) without any intimation. But the pain is, both the spec models in new order are not the same which I had ordered initially.

                          2. John Jacobs, JJ E10963 (Tortoise Golden)

                          New order contains different frames without my consent by the Lenskart (Order ID: [protected])

                          2. John Jacobs, JJ E10963 (Black Golden)

                          Do not change the frame model, I want what I have ordered originally. At least you could consent me before doing any change in order. You are giving me what I have not ordered. Please look into this. I cannot accept this.

                            I purchased a john jacob sunglasses in dec 2017 and it has broken near the frame. After having paid so much (Rs.3500/-) for a branded sunglasses, it appears to be a bad quality piece as it just broke even without falling or physically damaging it.
                            I stay abroad and it was disappointing when i visited the jayanagar store they outrightly rejected my plea saying i need to go to the jp nagar store only for getting my details, wonder in today's digital world why is the information not software based?

                            Due to a family emergency, i am yet to go to the store to show it to them but in the meantime, i thought of writing this complaint as a registration procedure.
                            After having paid so much money i expect a replacement of the sunglasses.

                            Hence i request for an exchange of the same.

Hinge of the specs are very loose & very slippery even I cannot make my face down. The product was of such no inferior quality. I faced several issues with the quality of the frame. I complaint to customer care many times but the problem was not resolved. This was my first purchase of Lenskart for 2 glasses and it was turned out very bad. I never expected...

                              I have purchased a blue vincent chase eye glass with golden membership.but the frame is broken after 2.5 months..I bought it in the rajkilpakkam chennai showroom.when i approached them their answer is not satisfactory.so plz i have warrenty and want to replace the frame. Although the service was good while purchasing new frame..But afterwards for any problem the service is not satisfactory.

                              I ordered 2 frames with glasses, after registering as a premium member. I was told i will get them within 7days, when i visited they told only 1 arrived due to technical error, that too i called them before reaching store to ask if both were ready and they confirmed it. Its been more than 12 days now, even now the second lens didn't arrive.

                                We have purchased 2 specs from lenskart store situated at vip raod zirakpur chandigarh.
                                On friday i. E.22nd june 18, we visit the lenskt store and talk with the store manager mr. Prakash regarding crack in the frame of one spectacle. M. Prakash took the picture of frame and said that he will generate a quey to head office and confirm the credential of order and assured that on monday he will got the status of that.
                                On demand of our he provide me a contact no. And assured that the contact no. Belongs to him and ask to confirm on that no. About the status of the generated query.
                                When on monday we call on that no. That no. Belongs to some amit who transfer to deharadun before 2 month back and after confirmation of store we found that mr. Prakash not send any mail nor generated any query on that case.

                                  All my order details is attached, i had ordered initially for eyeglasses worth 5488 /- which was returned and i got a voucher of 5488/-.
                                  I again ordered the eyeglasses with the help of lenskart customer care gagan sharma who helped me out to order.
                                  Since the prices of the eyeglasses went down from 5488 to 4400 approximate i asked him if i can add a sunglasses to the order which was buy one get one free so that the rest of the voucher money does not go waste.
                                  Since sunglasses was priced at 1499 i paid extra 484 to adjust the amount on delivery.

                                  Even the second time lenskart is sending me defective products, fr which i again returned them.
                                  This orders was split was gagan due to unavailability and lenskart has used the voucher as per their wish inappropriately.

                                  Now this time it did not want a voucher so that i could take it directly from the store so asked them for a cash refund.

                                  Lenskart has been troubling me from almost a month due to incorrect cash refund of just 3236/-

                                  When asked to get the transactions checked there has not been any clarity.

                                  How can i go and buy it from store with 3236/- if they are eating up the money...

                                  I'm totally pissed off buying it from lenskart

                                    At the time of eye checkup my power is -.75 for both eye. Before using the specs i can able to see the text with little bit blur. I have used lenskart specs nearly 3 month. Now i can able to feel i’m getting too much eye power after using the specs. Even i can’t able to see the big text also. I’m feeling like my eye power is getting increased. Please do the needful.

                                      I bought a frame a few days back, the frame initially didnt fit well and i gave it to them to fix it. They took some 10 days to give me the specs back which is more than the time it takes when i order afresh. After i got the frame. It has been just 4-5 days and one side of the frame snapped and my glass fell and broke off. I dont know what to do now.
