At the time of eye checkup my power is -.75 for both eye. Before using the specs i can able to see the text with little bit blur. I have used lenskart specs nearly 3 month. broken frame

I bought a frame a few days back, the frame initially didnt fit well and i gave it to them to fix it. They took some 10 days to give me the specs back which is more than the time it takes when i order afresh. After i got the frame. It has been just 4-5 days and one side of the frame snapped and my glass fell and broke off. I dont know what to do now....

frame broken on day 1

Hi team,.

I had purchased two specs under the lenskart guaranteed 999 offer which is surprisingly for members only who have purchased post april 2018 and you need to pay rs.500 additional for it even if you had purchased lenskart specs before and also pay extra for the coating as there is not coating on the basic frame. So i ended up paying 1853 for two frames for orderid - 6706104.
Now coming to the incident i was excited...

I took an appointment on 29.05.2018 vide appt no [protected] at 01.00pm-03.00pm. He checked up my vision and told the eye sight is increased. I show him my spectacles which i am using at that time and told him to order same type of glasses with the increased eye sight. Accordingly, he ordered vincent chase eyeglasses (Two) with short distance power vide ref no [protected] for rs 4, 420/- as per suggestion. I used the spectacles for 10 minutes....

didn't, refund my amount in bank... forcing me to use store credit

Refund in original mode of payment in bank transfer not done yet, instead credit score is provided for future buying.
Kindly check why this type of cheating business they are conducting.

I requested return for the products and refunds in original mode of payment but after return they just gived me store credit i already purchased new lens from lenskart store. I want my money as a cash or in bank....

broken frames. denies frame warranty

I got the lens and frames from lenskart shop in kondapur, hyderabad. The shopkeeper guaranteed on the quality of the frame although it looked feeble. Paid as much as rs. 6000 for the lens and frame.

In just 3.5 months the frame broke and the same shopkeeper now denies the frame warranty.

Really disappointed and lost all hopes with these multi-faceted giants....

The spectacles sold me broke from hinge in just 2 months while i took utmost care of the product. The product was of such inferior quality that it did not last for more than 2 months.
