not refunding money

Lens kart andheri west mumbai store manager, floor manager pandey and bhardwaj. All are team. And they fool the customer. While they are wrong or they make mistake. They all are cheater. They all earn money from cheating only. They don't deliver the product what they show you. When i called to call center pandey was on line. Even he was biased.in answering then bhardwaj came on line he is very big cheater he was trying to cover every one....

eyeglasses with progressive lens given duplicate brand

Dear sir/madam, i here by informing you that lenskart a well known eye glass brand has been cheating people with a promotion of free frame.

I booked a fcuk brand frame with progressive lens on 20/06/2017 for a price of 9975/-.

But the frame was very low quality and i had to return it after using for few days. Their bhubaneswar store does not have much stock so they asked me to choose a frame online as replacement...

spectacles ordered on 24th september but not delivered yet.

I have ordered 2 spectacles (#[protected]) worth 8400 from lenskart store on 24th of september 2017 and expected delivery date was 30th september. Received a mail that it was shipped on 30th september. But no updates from them or the courier yet.
Dropped a number of mails. The store also hung up my call and never replied back. Kindly look into this....

Hello team,

I've waited more than 72 hours for refund. Order date was 09/09/2017 and cancelled on 10/09/2017 still not received refund in my bank account.

Kind note that if i haven't received ₹3360 in my bank account then you've to pay double of this amount i. E. ₹6720 to me. I requested you many time through call, chat and now through email.

But the staff there was highly rude and uncooperative... He shouted saying that he cant say when the product be replaced... Had a bad experience with lenskart and will never recommend it to anyone.. It has poorest customer service....

I asled yhere customer team to deliver my order, but they now say it is on hold and cod not available whereas during order they showed cod option. Moreover in betweb this 8 days. I didn't receive the order and I paid already

He said i il receive the order by max 12september... Today i called and asked and he was telling i already received the order... It's really irritating. I purchased 2 spectacles from lenskart franchise, central market, ashok vihar, delhi in december 2016 which had broken down due to manufacturing defect. Both the broken specs were given to the lenskart franchise, ashok vihar for repair but the franchise informed that it cannot be repaired because of manufacturing defect and the company has given approval for its replacement. I was assured that the new specs would be delivered within 7-8 days....

unprofessional attitude of the delivery boy

The delivery man was yelling at the customer on top of his voice. Didn't have the basic curtosy to address the customer. Throw our money back at us and also snatched the package from us. Extremely disrespectful. Name of the delivery man is gaurav singh.
Serious action needs to be taken against him as he claimed that even if we complaint against him nothing would happen to him.
The worst experience ever.
