Lens kart andheri west mumbai store manager, floor manager pandey and bhardwaj. All are team. And they fool the customer. While they are wrong or they make mistake. They all are cheater. They all earn money from cheating only. They don't deliver the product what they show you. When i called to call center pandey was on line. Even he was biased.in answering then bhardwaj came on line he is very big cheater he was trying to cover every one....

Dear sir/madam, i here by informing you that lenskart a well known eye glass brand has been cheating people with a promotion of free frame.

I booked a fcuk brand frame with progressive lens on 20/06/2017 for a price of 9975/-.

But the frame was very low quality and i had to return it after using for few days. Their bhubaneswar store does not have much stock so they asked me to choose a frame online as replacement...

I have ordered 2 spectacles (#[protected]) worth 8400 from lenskart store on 24th of september 2017 and expected delivery date was 30th september. Received a mail that it was shipped on 30th september. But no updates from them or the courier yet.
Dropped a number of mails. The store also hung up my call and never replied back. Kindly look into this....

I've waited more than 72 hours for refund. Order date was 09/09/2017 and cancelled on 10/09/2017 still not received refund in my bank account.

Kind note that if i haven't received ₹3360 in my bank account then you've to pay double of this amount i. E. ₹6720 to me. I requested you many time through call, chat and now through email.

I bought lenskart spectales few months back.. Its not been a year and the frame has started loosing colour.. I went to the lenskart showroom and complained about it.. But the staff there was highly rude and uncooperative... He shouted saying that he cant say when the product be replaced... Had a bad experience with lenskart and will never recommend it to anyone.. It has poorest customer service....

I have placed order for two eyeglasses on lenskart seeing the cod option at my pincode. Now the delivery time is near and there is no response. I asled yhere customer team to deliver my order, but they now say it is on hold and cod not available whereas during order they showed cod option. Moreover in betweb this 8 days. All of a sudden i heard one sms and an mail from lenskart on 1st of september that my order will be delivered at an later date, so a token of failing commitment they gave a store credit of 3192. He said i il receive the order by max 12september... Today i called and asked and he was telling i already received the order... It's really irritating. I am not satisfied with the service. I ordered item from the store in west mambalam chennai on 25th aug 2017 and till today 8th sep 2017 i didnt get the items yet. I paid the fulk bill value on the same day and i was promised that i will get the items on 31st aug 2017. Nothing happened. I purchased 2 spectacles from lenskart franchise, central market, ashok vihar, delhi in december 2016 which had broken down due to manufacturing defect. Both the broken specs were given to the lenskart franchise, ashok vihar for repair but the franchise informed that it cannot be repaired because of manufacturing defect and the company has given approval for its replacement. I was assured that the new specs would be delivered within 7-8 days....

The delivery man was yelling at the customer on top of his voice. Didn't have the basic curtosy to address the customer. Throw our money back at us and also snatched the package from us. Extremely disrespectful. Name of the delivery man is gaurav singh.
Serious action needs to be taken against him as he claimed that even if we complaint against him nothing would happen to him.
The worst experience ever.

After a week i found that i am unable to see clearly, exclude center part of the area where we see from both eyes, rest of the area is blurry, i cant recognise a face or read what its written if i look diagonally left and right.
