I had ordered two spectacles from lenskart store, mulund branch on 02.12.2017 and was informed that i will receive the product latest by 12.12.2017-14.12.2017. I wasn't even provided with any updates till 10.12.2017 after which i had to keep asking for status and raise a complaint request. Even after all this i haven't received my order even after the promised date. I have made complete advance payment via debit card and now my money is also deducted and i haven't received my ordered product too.

    I ordered spectacles on 9 dec and now its been 1 week still didn't received my spectacles. And they are giving some lame reasons that they are moving to some world-class manufacturing unit.
    Didn't expect these things from them.
    Most pathetic service.
    Order placed at lenskart.com: vincent chase eyeglasses. Ref.[protected] for rs. 1680.00. Estimated delivery by 16th dec 2017!

      [protected]: Customer order number - delayed delivery with no information, when the delivery was made with wrong power of lens - could have caused serious damage to eyes if it was not for getting that checked independently. Below is complaint mail

      The issue is not closed yet, the spectacles that were delivered were completely wrong. The configuration of lens ordered and delivered were completely different. Find below mail from the store stating the same. It is very disappointing experience to start with receiving the delivery late and no response for multiple queries, order was placed on 21st November due to be delivered on 29th November, after several follow ups and wrong information from IVR or on chat (will be delivered in 24-48 hrs) the delivery finally lands 12 days late.

      The configuration of the lens is completely wrong using the same would have had serious longterm impact on eye, this is the most unprofessional way of treating a personal product delivery that has long lasting impact.

      I am not sure what is the escalation process on this one and who takes the accountability of this. In store they merely mention that they are sales outlet and would not hold any control on delivery.

      Expecting a revert on this from someone who is responsible.

        My review disappeared from my account too!

        Here are my Order numbers over the last 3 months (from 03-Sep till 08-Dec 2017) - [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]

        I have spent almost 3 months chasing them for a quality delivery. After consecutive back to back delivery of 5 pairs(Vincent Chase)+ 1 RayBan - everything had "severe" quality issues(I have all picture and email proofs, not sure if all could be attached here except two). Their Customer Care is usually bad with meetings promised SLAs, however, some of them are good. But all are well spoken and know how to make a fool out of a customer. They play with the index of lenses, that's where they are able to mainly manage their margins in order to provide the discounts that they do. In turn, they play with the most vital organ of the customers i.e. the eyes. I am upset since in the first place they never were able to deliver quality and I patiently invested my time for them to course correct. However, later closed the case with a refund mentioning that they wont be able to satisfy my asks. Convenient. Please understand that they don't ask for the Pupillary Distance for Single / Myopic powers and they have an explanation for that. Please check with an ophthalmologist and you would know the requirement. One would never know the fit of a frame if not worn. Using their app/website, one can make out how it looks on your face but the fit is something you want to try out at a store. Vincent Chase and John Jacobs have no difference in the pathetic quality they are of, however, they are very cleverly created as different brands and categorised into entry level, premium, luxury buckets and priced accordingly. People buy, so these pseudo brands sell and hence a brand emerges. So are with their lenses, British Optics. Lenskart is fooling people with these cheap Chinese made frames and lenses, with inscriptions of designed in Italy. I even wrote to Peeyush(CEO) and Amit(COO) but nothing improved in terms of Quality. Bottom-line: Ask any ophthalmologist and they will NEVER recommend Lenskart. I realized late but I did at least. Go to a local optician, pay for your eyewear and get something healthy on your eyes.

        JUST BECAUSE IT'S CHEAP - IT ISN'T THE BEST :)

          I made a purchase of two spectacles on 8th august 2017 from lenskart (Alaknanda store, new delhi) for rs. 3360/-. (Ref. [protected]). I made the payment instantly via debit card. They told me it will be delivered within 3-4 days, so it was promised to be delivered before 12th august, 2017 and may it will take longer time but not more than 7 days. But they took 9 days to deliver the product. Meanwhile i was getting an sms and email from lenskart as follows “

          Hi mast vedang,

          Given our stringent quality checks, your lenskart order [protected] dated 8th aug 2017 is taking longer than usual. We want you to get the best product and will deliver it soon.

          As a token of apology, please accept rs.1680 store credit in your lenskart account, on delivery, as a token for missing our commitment”

          I received both the product on 16th aug 2017 after 9 days. And also received sms and email regarding credit points. That is mentioned below:

          This is with reference to your order no: ([protected]) with lenskart.com. We are refunding the order value of the product to you by way of credit points which has been credited to your account against your refund/exchange. These credit points can be used on any of your future purchases for absolute value. These credit points are valid for 180 days and can be used only with online modes of payment.

          On 9th dec 2017 i visited the lenskart store to purchase one more spec. But when i talked about the credit points " they said you have nil credit points. When i shown smss and e-mails then they called customer care centre. After some time they told me that your credit points have been deleted as your delivery was on time.

          I am very much disappointed. First you missed your commitment, when customer agitated then you give them a lollipop in the form of credit points to pacify them. And when customer approach your store you bluntly said your credit points have been deleted as your product was delivered within the time period.

          It is unethical and unprofessional approach. I made a wrong decision to add with your service and product. Because first i am an human being so un neccessary i am waisting my time and energy being annoyed and producing all the negative energy within me.

          I think it was intentional and to fool customer.

          I hope you understand what i meant to say.
          Please resolve my issue as early as possible.

            Never buy, fake lenses. Chinese frames, worst ever

              The full frame has a faulty one, it has been checked at gulbarga, they did some repaired and said that it will replaced at belgaum it self, when i visited to belgaum they told that, why you have been shown at gulbarga when it is purchased at belgaum, like this they argued with a customer. That's why making complaint,

                Hello sir/ma'am,

                A few months before i bought specs from lenskart from malviya nagar store (Bhopal). At the time of delivery too i could easily make out how delicate and prone to damage the full rim frame appeared to be. But then the sales man assured me that it will work out fine but, unfortunately it didn't.

                When it broke the very next day i got to the store to get it repaired while the salesman then refused...

                I had returned products purchased from lenskart order no [protected] for which the transaction reversal was supposed to be completed within 10 working days but it did not happen.
                After complaining about the same i was told to wait for one more day and than after multiple reverts i got a call stating that the transaction is complete and i will have to contact my bank for the amount.
                I just dont get it i havent faced this kind of issues with any e commerce seller before but lenskart is making me run for my own money.
                Also for filling up the form if the request is valid i will have to bear 100 rs charges which i am not sure i should pay as it is a mistake from lenskart side.
                I am regretting the day i decided to place order wit lenskart.

                  I have recently visited the store then i have ordered two frames with the same power, but the guy has taken the order one with power and the other one without power, dont he have any sense how can i use one with power and the other without power..???, i got to know this info from online chat he has given me the information to contact store, then i tried contacting the store they are not answering properly while i am talking to them they are disconnecting my call again and again... I am really not satisfied with it...

                    I ordered a spec on 19-nov, made payment via online banking.
                    However, as i did not find the prescription, had to cancel the order. This happened within max half an hour of order.
                    However, the amount that i paid while ordering is yet not refunded.
                    I contacted the customer care twice:
                    1. On first chat, i was conveyed that it takes maximum of 10 working days, so would be refunded in next 2 days (I contacted them on 9th working day).

                    2. On 12th day i again contacted them. The chat support showed me a image (Attached), which said that the amount is refunded on 21-nov-2017. Then i told him that i have not received any amount. So please tell me the account number to which the amount was refunded.
                    Now the executive said that the amount will take 24-hours more to get refunded.
                    Its now 12 days and the refund is yet not processed.

                      I bought the glass before 15 days. This glass makes a marks and it is not fit to my face and also am getting pain. I am feeling uncomfortable by using of this glass. I went the store, where i bought. They were adjust but still the same problem is repeat.                         I had placed an order for two eye glasses a) brown tortoise full way
                        B) matte gunmetal black half rim, vide # [protected] dated 22/10/2017 from lens kart rajnagar ghaziabad store & made a payment of rs 11424/- there only.

                        Against the same i recd a mail from the company that the same will be delivered by 3/11/2017. On 3/11/2017, when i didnt recd any information regarding delivery of my order, i called at the store & was told that they haven't recd the product from the warehouse yet.

                        On 4/11/2017, i called at customer support & aired my grievance. The executive assured me that the delivery of the same will be done in two three days. Also she assured me that i will be compensated for the delay. A ticket #4869727 was created by her.

                        On 7/11/2017, i got an sms to collect my order from the store. On reaching there, when i recd my order & upon checking the same, i found problem in vision from matte gunmetal black half rim eyeglasses, (Images were seen tilted) which i informed the staff over there.

                        Upon checking the same he told me that there is some fault in making of the lenses & also assured me to get the same rectified from the company at the earliest, to which i agreed.
                        Next day on 8/11/2017, i called at your customer support & aired my grievance. Subsequently a ticket #4891902 was created by the executive. She also told me that store credit for 50% of the bill value will be given as delay compensation & the same is under approval.

                        On 9/11/2017, i got a mail from your end confirming a store credit of rs 1558/-

                        Within in minutes i got a call from your store asking me to confirm the otp that i must have recd on my phone. I asked the reason for the otp to which he he told me that in order to rectify the problem the eyeglasses are to be replaced by a fresh order & for the same you have recd the store credit & this credit is to be used for placing new order & also told me that the same is their internal process only.

                        Now, i again called the customer service executive to get the status of my pending store credits, but was astonished to hear that the same have been lapsed, reason being i have returned the order that i haven't done.

                        Again after complaining to customer care deptt, they were adamant that since i have returned the order there is no point to issue store credits. However after many calls they confirmed store credits of around 1200 to be given instead of 5500.

                        Again, on 21/11/2017, when i went to store to collect my matte gunmetal black half rim eyeglasses, on checking i found the vision blurred from my left eye. I immediately complained for the same to the staff over there. They suggested me to select another frame citing reason that the problem could be because of the frame.

                        I again complained for the same at their customer care executive.
                        She again told me that since i have returned the order then there is no question of any compensation. However after much arguments she offered me a compensation of 300 store credits.

                        The same glass has been returned to the company twice due to company's fault & the company is treating the same as i am deliberately returning the product.

                        Now even after one & a half month i am unable to get my glasses even after paying advance

                        Now can any one please tell, if there is any manufacturing fault in the product & have been highlighted right during the time of delivery, rather the store itself acknowledged the fault & kept the same with them to get it rectified, then where is the question of returning the product arises? Returning means that i don't want the same & would like for the refund to which i have never opted for.

                        One point is clear that i have not returned the product & it is the duty of the company to replace the faulty product at their end, so there is no question to lapse my store credits. The company should give me the same as earlier promised.

                        When the company is at fault then why should i suffer? If i was to return my order then why should i return only one eye glass & order for the same again? The company is obliged to get the fault rectified by any how.

                        In continuation to my above complaint I would like to update that I recd my eyeglasses once again on 2/12/2017, but to my agony I found the vision blurred from my right eye. Now Please note that this is the third time in a row that the glasses are not perfect.
                        I went to the store again on 5/12/2017 & told them about the problem. They spend more than a hour discussing the same & ultimately asked me to leave the glasses there at the store only for the rectification. Would anyone please find a solution to my problem ? Seems I have made a blunder by ordering from lenskart.
                        I want a permanent solution to my problem along with a suitable & respectable compensation from the company.

                        Got a mail from lenskart today only to inform me about placing a new order. Not any mention about action taken for the lapses that happened three times in a row till now & also about the compensation for the agony faced by me as it is around two months to get my order. I have made four visits to their store for the same & have wasted a lot of time.

                          extraordinary delay in delivery of eyeglasses

                          I visited you Lenskart center at Borivali west for eye testing and purchasing a pair of reading glasses.

                          1. I told them that i want to have an eye test and had tested the eye earlier with an doctor

                          2. The guy at the center got in argument with me, and started enlightening me about that how doctor is great and they are less knowledgeable than doctor.

                          3. the girl at the testing equipment was very rude and which hurt me the most was that she was as if forcing me to tell that the letters were clear with the glasses while i was taking some time to figure it out, and she had her voice level high as she spoke .

                          This was very disappointing and a very sad evening after returning from workplace.

                            I purchased a spec with glasses from lenskart for my 8 year old kid, whitefield, bangalore on nov 12 with order number [protected] & delivered on 21st nov. Within 1 week the frame cracked and broke apart, i am thankful to god that it did not hurt his eyes. When taken to the store, the person at the store refused to honor the warranty though it was not a physical damage as there were no scratch mark nor any tear marks or any marks of abuse.
                            The frame are of bad quality and after sales service is also bad. Kindly help me.

                              bad refund service - more than 30 days to refund on returned product.

                              Hi team, i would like to share my very bad customer service with lenskart online service. I had ordered spex online using my credit card. However, the product was not as good and the frame was also so big to my face. When i tried with 3d effect, it was perfect but the actual frame was quite big. Hence, i got to return it within 1 day. This happened apx. Beginning of this month, i. E., 1st week of nov. And till now i wrote so many complaints...

                                I had worked for 18 months and given proper resignation. After taking follow up they had sent me a sheet of fnf calculation and that had recovery amount. Then i had given all document to clear that recovery amount and now 6 months is passed from my last day in company. Then too they are not clear about final amount. Worst company. I have called hr pallavi many times but she dont pick up call so i had stopped calling her now. Finance department had cleared dues and written in mail that company is liable to pay me extra 3459/- but hr had mention the same amount as recovery.

                                Very very poor service---False commitments

                                After lots of follow up, order not delivered.
                                Customer care and store have no idea on the updates and they have been continuously giving false commitments and information.

                                Even bringing up the issue in twitter did not help.Social media officers also gave false commitments.

                                Very very poor service. I will never purchase from Lenskart .

                                  I have purchased the above items from lenskart outlet at chiner park, kolkata, newtown, from the beginning i feel pain after using the 1 & 3 stated above. I have keep this problem along with frame problem to the said outlet, they adjusted the frame and tell me to use some day as it take some time to adjust as new spectacles required and they also told me if it not adjusted they will change those at any time, i agreed, but same problem persist heavily with my eye so i told them to rectify. They first of all suggested me to go for another eye prescription from outside the lenskart.
                                  So i do the same and check my eye at disha eye hospital. Next day when i appear the outlet they took my eyeglasses and sunglasses and advice me to choice a new frame for new eyeglasses to be replace. After 2days they call me and said they will not able to replace the eyeglasses and sunglasses. I want to ask you what is my faults??? I am uploading my two prescriptions, one from lenskart and one from disha eye hospital.
