didn't, refund my amount in bank... forcing me to use store credit

Kindly check why this type of cheating business they are conducting.

I requested return for the products and refunds in original mode of payment but after return they just gived me store credit i already purchased new lens from lenskart store. I want my money as a cash or in bank....

I have bought british optics lens from lenskart for better vision but instead in less than 4 days to my use, the lens turned green and causing me severe headache. My complaint against lenskart is, the lens they are selling are might be fake.
It costs around 7200 rupees and the lens they provided turned green in less than 4 days o[censored]se. It might effect eyes and i am getting severe headache if i am using the spectacles even after sending 7200 they didn't provided a good product.

green on the opposite side of visual is usual but green color while seeing is not appropriate.
when I am seeing from my spects of british optics I see greenish all over.

    I placed my 1st ever order on lenskart 3 days ago. After the day i placed the order one guy from support contacted me and said that i gave wrong information about my lens prescription. I checked the info i provided to my order and realized and that i gave wrong info. Now i can login into the account but can't seem to find my order which is what stopping me from re-ordering, however i can track my order still using the link they have sent me when i ordered.

      This is such a bad service provided by lenskart. I had made the payment for my order id [protected] and booked a home eye check up for 2nd june'18 from 9am to 11am. I was waiting for the person to visit but no body came for eye check up. I called lenskart and they told me sir your payment was confirmed bit late so we couldn't booked your appointment for your preferred time slot. They was no confirmation from lenskart for this issue, i called them by my own. After some time i had received a call from lenskart senior person manisha. She apologize me and again set a new time slot 3rd june'18 and she made sure that this visit will happen for sure. And here it is, i am still waiting again and no body came till now. I called them again and they said sir appointment was not confirmed due to some technical issue.

      I request lenskart to close there home eye check up service if you are 'incapable' of providing the service to your customers. You have taken my money and not providing the service as well.

        I ordered for 2 eyeglasses by visiting there offline store in dehradun on 26/05/2018. My order id is : [protected]. Here is the order screenshot : http://prntscr.com/jpy2pw

        I had received the first eyeglass after 4 days and second one after 5 days via bluedart. When i had received the first eyeglass i noticed that its having serious quality issues (Infact the flame is broken) here is the picture of the same http://prntscr.com/jpy3mh

        Then i emailed the same to their support team. After 2 days when i have not received any response i called their customer care number and he said that the same can not be replaced because we do not have stock and in order to refund i need to return both the eyegalsses. I am still writing to their support team ([protected]@lenskart.com) but till date i haven't received any email or call.

        It seems that lenskart is not interested to customer support and they are looking to sell anything. Really horrible after sales support and the quality is really bad. I suggest all to never buy anything from lenskart, it sucks, better you give that money to a beggar.

          I got the lens and frames from lenskart shop in kondapur, hyderabad. The shopkeeper guaranteed on the quality of the frame although it looked feeble. Paid as much as rs. 6000 for the lens and frame.

          In just 3.5 months the frame broke and the same shopkeeper now denies the frame warranty.

          Really disappointed and lost all hopes with these multi-faceted giants.

            The spectacles sold me broke from hinge in just 2 months while i took utmost care of the product. The product was of such inferior quality that it did not last for more than 2 months.

              I had placed an order with lenskart mayur vihar outlet on 20th of april for carrera eyeframe i was just buying the frame when i got convinced of some free glasses that will be fixed and delivered to my residence free of cost by 23rd today is 25th and i went and cancelled the order and asked them for refund they started with there return policy which enables them to keep the frame and the money for another week. I cancelled my order and i got no confirmation of cancellation just a verbal assurance i really dont know what is going on.. If they have cancelled or its another trick verbal confirmation is free anybody can say anything unless something written is given back as cancelled.

                I purchased ray ban eye glasses from lenskart store at laxmi nagar, delhi in september, 2017, order number - 4328632. Now i can't see clear with these glasses, even normal lights from front scatters so much, lenses catch oil and dust just after cleaning it.
                I went to the store for these problems but the person there rudely told me that this is the technology that lenskart follow and he can't help me. He also told me that if problem will not come then how will you purchase other products from us.
                This is complete cheating being done by lenskart. They commit to provide quality product at the time of purchase but at the time of complaint they start giving lame excuses and funny explanations.

                I recommend everyone not to buy any product from lenskart. It would be better if you buy lenses from local store, at least they will listen to your complaint and address it.

                  Warrantee repair replacement for defective frame

                  Dear Sir/ Madam,
                  I am getting in touch with you regarding the order No --[protected], eyeglass purchased from H B Enterprises Lenskart store, Faridabad on 18.11.2017. Refer details :Golden Tortoise Rimless Rectangle Medium (Size-53) John Jacobs Supreme Steel JJ 0033-C23 Eyeglasses;Product Id 120041.
                  This is a rimless spectacle the glasses held by 4 pins with a tie bar. Each glass is supported by two pins with the tie bar. One of the eyeglass (left) has developed a problem of moving around the axis of the holding pin . I have taken this to lenskart store, HB enterprises and contacted Mr Mandeep singh and asked for solution.He said maybe one of the pin out of two pins on left eyeglass has come out or broken so it is moving on the axis. I asked him for replacement of frames as I feel It could be manufacturing defect ( improper fixing of tie bar and glass)and not noticed earlier. Also, as all other lenses and point of contacts are in perfect order. Further, It was noticed during examination that the point of contact with the glass and tiebar is very delicate and surprised such was not informed to us during the purchase of the eyeglass.( the actual contact of glass and frame contact neither shown nor impressed upon during purchase)

                  Anyway To cut the matter short I asked him to replace the frame with alternate frame so that glass can be used. He says it cannot be replaced and I have to pay full price ie Rs 4500 and take a new glass.
                  I find it strange that lenskart store refuses to consider repair or to take any responsibility for item sold by them. The responsibility squarely lie with them to inform the design to show the weak points to customers for proper care and if at all only one pin is dislodged or broken could cause total loss of Rs 4500. Also, it does not accept the manufacturing or quality fault and pushes everything to the customer. I think this approach if being propagated by lenskart is wrong.It erodes customer trust on the brand.Lenskart should seriously look into the design if it cannot be repaired at all then it is like some 2mm plastic pins holding the Rs 4500 pair to ransom. I request you direct the store to replace either my frame or the glass under warrantee ( whichever convenient) so I can continue to use it. I also request you to check the strength of such pins or fixing arrgt. holding the glass to keep your customer from moving elsewhere thinking they have been duped either by the store or the manufacturer. I am enclosing the photo of the pin arrgmnt just in case you need clarity. Eventhough it is under warranttee and I expect free replacement I am willing to pay some nominal amount for service charges if you so demand.

                  I request you look into it seriously and looking for expeditious and positive reply.

                    This contact lens causes irritation and also after wearing it my eyes used to get blood red spots due to infection. Mine is monthly disposable lens therefore i tried another lens within a month but still the issue exists in other lens also.                       I have Purchased Specs with Blue cut Coating and at the Time of Purchase they give me warrenty for coating for 1 year, Now i am using my specs and coating is distrubed, I put this matter to lenskart and they told me to send some pictures, when i sent pictures they told it is not distubance of coating, it is scrateched, but actually it is not scratched it is coating disturbance, and now they denied and saying its not cover under warrenty, also at the time of purchased they committed to give cashback of 20% that time they also denied.

                      Please resolve my issue and change the glass, i have paid extra 600.00/- for coating.

                            I ordered ray ban frames from lenskart.The delivery man came at around 4: pm on 18th of may. Only children were home and the scheduled delivery was on the next day[16th]. My son asked the delivery man to come after 5 pm [when we [their parents] are home after work]. The delivery man canceled the order without even asking anyone. please resolve my issue asap...Didn't expect this from lenskart and blue dart.

                              Lenskart dissappoint me as frame gets broken just within 4 months. I really didn’t expect this as i only wore it only one month. I request, plz get my spectacles repaired so that my faith upon lenskart will remain forever otherwise from next time i will buy from any other general store rather wasting money on these brands.                                 I have ordered the product on 18 april 2018. When i opened the product i found the item missing in the box. The packet in which i have got was sealed as it is to be and it was ok. But lens box that was sent by you was empty. I was not expecting this from lenskart. Please guys i want my order either to get exchanged or please refund me the money asap. Lenskart.com they are making fool of their customers.

                                My specs are still under warranty period as its only few months ago i bought them. And few days ago, the specs accidently fell down on the floor and the frames got broken. Now, i m so badly worried about how to get it repaired or replaced as i have spent a good amount in buying them and i think now its lenskart's responsibility too to take charge of it. I want asap reply from your side because i m going through a lot without my specs. I hope you come up with a good assisstance as how much you brag about your services.

                                Dear Vidushi, as we didn't receive the required details form you, which are necessary in order to assist you, we are closing this ticket as of now and it will be re-opened once you will revert us back.
                                I was told I would get my order within 4-5 days.But after 7 days, no news . When I called them, they said order is on hold??! Why was I not contacted about this? The customer care lady spoke very uninterestedly & arrogantly as if doing me a big favour by answering the phone.EXTREMLY BAD & DISSAPOINTING SERVICE. Will NEVER USE OR Recommend Lenskart

                                  Ordered two frames from john jacobs collection. When it got delivered it the frames was not at all what it looked like on the website.
                                  I returned both the frames as the other one had scratch marks on it. Again reordered it but again the same issue. It looked like as if they have packed the same item and delivered to me.
                                  I even went to the store and check the frames are like the ones which got delivered to me or there is an issue. It turned out to be that frames are looking perfectly fine in the stores but the one which i got was completely faded and other one had the scratch mark.

                                  Hi, around 5 months ago I bought spectacles from lenskart. Today while I was normally taking off the spectacles, suddenly the side of the frame broke into 3 parts.
