On 28th jan 2018 i went to above address for my eye sight check up n for new glasses n lenses... They checked my eyes and told that my number is still same... After my glasses n lenses came i felt that something wrong with my glasses... Because it was not clear vision... Then i went to local place for eye sight they told this is not my number... My number was increased... They gave me the same numb which i was using previously... The local doc told me to lodge a complaint against them... How these people who r unproffesional can make people fool... They r frauds... They r cheaters... N the way they talk to us very badly... Plssssssssssss do something... They r frauds

    I dont complaint about things happening around but this made me to write one.This might be helpful for those who are purchasing through lenskart. I have have returned "Polaroid sunglasses" costs Rs.2700.I got acknowledgement slip from the courier person as well. I expected the refund but it didnt come. Lenskart customer service informed that their logistics team received a different product and claiming that I gave that intentionally. I keep regular follow up on issue since last week of Jan'18. I have received a substandard/used cooler sent by lenskart and closed my complaint ticket as well. Its very unethical and never expected from lenskart team. I'm planning to return this one. Never knew they would do this to customers.

      The frame boasts of a years warranty but to my sheer amazement yesterday the temple snaps from the hinge out of the blue. I was disgusted but kept my patience and contacted the lenskart guys fahim at drc ghaziabad and informed them about this manufacturing defect. Instead of apologizing for the substandard product and service the center manager had the audacity to blame me as an irresponsible user and not only this, he went a step further pestering me to get it repaired from a local shop. I was completely bewildered and dumbfounded by lenskart's attitude.. A company which boasts so much about service and customer satisfaction. Relevant details with the picture of my frame. Expecting a swift response...

      Dear Dharmendra!! As per our telephonic conversation, we request you to allow us some time so that we can get the images checked with the concerned department and update you with the best possible resolution.
      A half rim frame (Black Red Half Rim Rectangle Vincent Chase Crayons VC 6-1030 Eyeglasses Product id 87544) was purchased in June 2017.
      The rubber part of the lens have deformed.
      Smoothness of the frame is lost.
      Its not even a year but the product has lost its quality.

        Hi,

        I order 2 specs in jan paying around 6500 rs.

        I started using specs almost 1 month after that and realized those are not suiting. So just to confirm, i went to one of local store to check lens power and came to know that power of glasses are far far away from prescription submitted. I called lenskart to re-confirm order prescription and came to know prescription was correct. But big blunder of not giving proper prescription to customer. I talked to karan sawant who is senior person in lenskart and he just read 30 days policy to me. I assured if prescription is correct i am ready to bear all shipping charges lenskart might need to face.

        But no luck.

        If glasses power is wrong it is biggest that can happen, and lenskart should not have second thought to it.

        Worst customer service.

        Dont fall for any promotional offer gimmics.

          I ordered a pair of eyeglasses from lesnkart on 4/4/17. I payed them amount inr 4775 through card. They assured me 1 year warranty on my frame body of the eyeglass. Now i am facing an issue due to manufacturing fault of the product. I lodged the complaint at lenskart store and asked for some assistance from their end. At first they assured mt to provide all the benefit and gave me false commitment and assurance,. They even asked to submit my product to the lenskart store and i did the same as per their conversation. I am holding down the receiving of my order done by the lenskart store.
          Now, lenskart is not even replacing my product, neither giving me my previous order nor providing any compensation to me.. Whenever i try to bring the topic of my product, they try to fool me around with some uncompromising deals. I am really tensed and feel cheated with the lenskart. They are not at all ready to provide any details and information for my product. Can u please help me out from dis.
          Really exhausted both mentally and financially.
          Cheating the customers without even trying to help them.

          The online service of the Lenskart is appreciable as they have really tried their best in providing the solution which can be accepted the customer, but the kind of service your store employees provide seemslike they have no relation with the customer and treats customer ruthlessly and ignorantly.
          Yesterday i.e. 10/03/18, I visited your store regarding issue of my powers which i was facing due to wrong prescription which was given to me by the Lenskart Store (Ambedkar Nagar Ghaziabad). I went there and asked the reason for wrong prescription and they just asked me to ignore the issue and asked me not to question regarding the power issues i was facing, The technician (Neeraj) along with the store manager ( Akram ) didn't provided me any proper explanation and was ready to misbehave with the me. I even warned him about his arrogant and stubborn behavior and requested him to be polite enough and solve my issue along with providing proper explanation for the power mismatch.
          later to this discussion, The allegation which were made by the store manager were not at all acceptable and is not easy for the customer to accept in any way. He blamed the customer for cheating and was ready to fight at that particular moment itself.i know, how i have saved myself from the argument and how i have tried to maintain the peace and decorum of the place. he even threatened me and asked me not to ask anything further otherwise i will be facing serious issues.
          Now, i feel threatened and is seriously looking for the police case now, I am going to lodge a FIR against this Store and lenskart and will try to take this matter further into legal matters.
          Now, I am waiting for the lenskart for any revert otherwise i will go with my own plans and will try to handle every step legally.
          How the hell, this lenskart can threaten any customer and provide this kind of bad and pathetic service for such investment.
          Seriously looking for revert as soon as possible.

            I am old customer of lenskart and recently moved to banglore but quite get shocked with lenskart service and logistic management.
            I ordered 2 product (Spectacles and sun-glass with power) 1st time i received the product after 15 days which is already too delayed and when i was checking the product then i come to know that nothing has been done in that sunglass then the salesman requested me and again after 15 days the product was ready but not received and finally i cancelled who is going to take the product after 30 days.

            Worst service nowadays and will neither buy any product and ask other also to do the same.
            Titan vision eye is far more better than lenskart.

              I have bought a frame vc 10504 on 28 jan 2018. And i was not comfortable with the frame and it's color. So i generated a refund. And after some days it was taken by the lenskart. But after many i did not get refund. I contacted lenskart customer care number and ask for my refund but i was told that i will be transferred in 2-3 days. But then also i didn't get my money back. And they are showing that refund is completed. I have contacted my bank also which show that they not get any refund request in my account. I have bought my frame for rs 709.00. And i have returned it on 15 feb 18. Order no. Is [protected].

                I had placed a order on 11th february, 2018 at the noida store (Shop no. G6 & g6a, ground floor jo p plaza, sector 18) which was supposed to reach my home address by 19th february.
                I haven't received yet and the staffs at the store are so irresponsible that they don't call back even after i have notified them about the issue. They act smart by making a proxy to my call.

                  So i am a regular customer at lenskart, i ordered my lenses but they were delivered in more than a week and their officer committed to me to give compensation on his own, when i now check my account the compensation is not there, they are now denying it.
                  To me it's not a great deal but they have definitely lost a valuable customer, committing something and not delivering it isn't what u expect from them.
                  They made me call their customer care for 3 days and then said all this. Its very disappointing

                      On july 6th, 2017, i had ordered john jacobs, model no. Jj4424, john jacob shibuya crossing jj 4424 gun metal blue c3 eye glasses, product id 103302, order no.#[protected] half frame power glasses for my son. Last week, when he was wearing the glass, middle part of the rim got broken suddenly. I don't understand that how such a costly product can perform so poorly within 6 months.
                      I took this product to place from where i had purchased and they told that this cannot be repaired as it not part of warranty.
                      The product cost is inr 4500 and i don't understand that how come such a costly product may have poor quality of materials and service refused.
                      This is annoying because for last 10 days; he is not able to use it and shop sales person has told me that we are helpless unless you pay money for the new frame. My trust with lenskart has gone down as they sale inferior products which are not worthy. I totally fed up with services of lenskart.com shop. Don't buy lenskart products

                        I bought this sunglass order no [protected] in dec. I found it broken inside my car 3-4 days back . I had kept it in my car one day before undamaged. I am unable to understand how it broke bcoz nobody enters my car except me. Is the material defective or some fitting problem. I am using specs since last 30 yrs but not seen this problem earlier.                           I have purchased spectacles recently from lens kart. They have delivered a defective piece for which i have returned them for repair on monday i:e 11-02-18. Date of delivery is by 14-02-18.
                          I called to stores on 14-02-18 for receiving them but they said it was delayed out of delivery issues.
                          Today i:e 15-02-18 i called them to receive them for which they asked me come with repair ready form. I went to stores and given them form and they started searching for 20 minutes and took those pair outside and started repairing in front of me. After few minutes they called me and started saying that will take time and asking me to come on next monday to submit. I denied to that and asked me to send that by courier, for which they are denying. I can clearly sense that problem is clearly their negligence.

                            I visited the store today. The people had no interest in suggesting eye glasses or picking out some even though the store was empty. And when i picked a few and asked for their advice, they ended up suggesting a kids frame to me (Being a 30year old).
                            On saying that how can i wear a kids frame they went and got one for me themselves which again was a kids frame.
                            This is their knowledge of products.

                            Also online their is an option for 700 economy glass but they say minimum price for glasses is 1500 plus taxes.

                              I had ordered from 20 th january, but till 13 february, i havenot got my bill, how would i replace? I have complaint 3 times to their central costemer care, i even have returned my product at the store after just 7 days from i received my product, but yet no response, my order no. [protected], my eye power is -5.5 but yet u people are torturing me, i did mistake by choosing lenskart.

                                I had such a terrible experience visiting your shop in jp nagar bangalore!

                                I want you guys to take action against that person who wasted my 2 hours!

                                1. Visited ur shop on 3rd feb 2018 at 6 o clock.
                                2. Spent 1.30 hours selecting frame and a free google
                                3. Ur representative asked me to take power reading test.
                                4. The guy who was taking test was completely mad at some thing the moment i entered that testing room.
                                5. He had no manners on how to behave with customer
                                6. I had to reply back to him with a bit loude voice to make him shut his mouth.
                                7. Done!!! All time spent wasted.
                                8. He started acting as if he is testing my eyes and then said i am sorry go take manual test.
                                9. He was very polite while talking but his intention was very clear, he took it on his ego and sent me back
                                10. This is ridiculous.
                                11. I want u guys to take action on this egoistic # sitting in ur j p nagar bangalore shop.

                                Now i have spent 15 minutes writting this mail... Lets see what action you guys are going to take.

                                  I ordered some glasses and prescription sunglasses at a lenskart store in bangalore on 23/01/18 - order no. [protected]
                                  I paid for international shipping for the order and received it in australia only on 02/02/18
                                  The optometrist/sales guy who did my eye test got my prescription wrong, and even when i said i wasn’t happy with the prescription in store he told me that it was correct. When i received and tried on both the pairs of glasses they were very distorted and hurt my eyes and my head. I then went to an optometrist here in australia and the prescription they gave me was completely different.
                                  So now the glasses i paid so much for in your lenskart store are completely useless.
                                  Can you please fix the glasses or do a refund?
                                  I will email you the correct prescription upon your response.
                                  If you can’t do a return or correction, i will have to contact american express and have them talk to you guys.

                                    My order number:[protected], i have purchased it online on december 5th 2017 for my mother, and received in good condition after 2months o[censored]se it's washers are loosen because it's a rimless lenses so i went to lenskart store in vijayawada on 8th feb 2018, and submitted it for repair the executive in store checked the condition of lenses before he is going to accept for repair, next day evening he called me said the left temple rim is broken, he sent mail to lenskart that he received a damaged product for repair. Now the frame is broken by lab technicians and the replacement is also put on hold. Still now i haven't received any call from concerned department or supervisor. They are playing games with me. I'm dam sure it is in perfect condition at the time of submittion. If the rim is already broken how the loosen washers hold the lens and frame together?. They are not trusting the words of their customers they are trusting the words of their lier store people. I have all data recorded with me (Voice calls, chats, mails) my lenses are still in vijayawada lenskart store. This is the address of that store. Vijayawada

I need resolution within 24hours whether you follow the store team or what ever you do is upto you, I need my lenses back. Breaking lenses is your good will?. Tomorrow I'm going to approach consumer forum according to section 12 to file case on you. For cheating. You people just listening to the words of store people but you are listening to my words. They are saying lens is not broken at of submittion it was broken at lab they said I have the call record data too. But they replied to you that it was already broken at time of submittion they are playing two type of words on two sides.

                                      On november 18, 2017, i had order a "black full rim small (Size -49) vincent chase teenrangers vc e10352-c3 eyeglasses" product id - 18374"
                                      One week ago (From the date of complain), when i was wearing sun glass, left side arm of it remained in my fingers and rest of product saved from falling down and i stood astonish that how such a costly product can perform poorly.
                                      I took this product to place from where i had purchased and they told that this cannot be repaired as it not part of warranty.
                                      The product cost is inr 2128 and i don't understand that how come such a costly product may have poor quality of materials and service refused.
                                      This is annoying because for last 10 days; i am not able to use it and shop sales person has told to me that we are helpless unless you pay money for the new frame.
                                      Inr 2128 matters to me and matters to everyone. My trust with lenskart has gone down as they sale inferior products which are not worth.

                                        I am registering this complain against lenskart service. Recently my lenses number is changed so i went to lenskart store to get it changed. Sales person told me that it will take 7 days to get this done. I agreed to it and done payment. Now it’s over 15 days and still i am waiting for my spec to come. Every time i go to lenskart store kalyani nagar pune they give me excuses and the staff there is not supportive. Always their internet fails and they unable to track progress. Lenskart is not doing justice to its brand name. I will never purchase any product from lenskart again or recommend anyone to lenskart.
