I had ordered from 20 th january, but till 13 february, i havenot got my bill, how would i replace? I have complaint 3 times to their central costemer care, i even have returned my product at the store after just 7 days from i received my product, but yet no response, my order no. [protected], my eye power is -5.5 but yet u people are torturing me, i did mistake by choosing lenskart.

    I had such a terrible experience visiting your shop in jp nagar bangalore!

    I want you guys to take action against that person who wasted my 2 hours!

    1. Visited ur shop on 3rd feb 2018 at 6 o clock.
    2. Spent 1.30 hours selecting frame and a free google
    3. Ur representative asked me to take power reading test.
    4. The guy who was taking test was completely mad at some thing the moment i entered that testing room.
    5. He had no manners on how to behave with customer
    6. I had to reply back to him with a bit loude voice to make him shut his mouth.
    7. Done!!! All time spent wasted.
    8. He started acting as if he is testing my eyes and then said i am sorry go take manual test.
    9. He was very polite while talking but his intention was very clear, he took it on his ego and sent me back
    10. This is ridiculous.
    11. I want u guys to take action on this egoistic # sitting in ur j p nagar bangalore shop.

    Now i have spent 15 minutes writting this mail... Lets see what action you guys are going to take.

      I ordered some glasses and prescription sunglasses at a lenskart store in bangalore on 23/01/18 - order no. [protected]
      I paid for international shipping for the order and received it in australia only on 02/02/18
      The optometrist/sales guy who did my eye test got my prescription wrong, and even when i said i wasn’t happy with the prescription in store he told me that it was correct. When i received and tried on both the pairs of glasses they were very distorted and hurt my eyes and my head. I then went to an optometrist here in australia and the prescription they gave me was completely different.
      So now the glasses i paid so much for in your lenskart store are completely useless.
      Can you please fix the glasses or do a refund?
      I will email you the correct prescription upon your response.
      If you can’t do a return or correction, i will have to contact american express and have them talk to you guys.

        My order number:[protected], i have purchased it online on december 5th 2017 for my mother, and received in good condition after 2months o[censored]se it's washers are loosen because it's a rimless lenses so i went to lenskart store in vijayawada on 8th feb 2018, and submitted it for repair the executive in store checked the condition of lenses before he is going to accept for repair, next day evening he called me said the left temple rim is broken, he sent mail to lenskart that he received a damaged product for repair. Now the frame is broken by lab technicians and the replacement is also put on hold. Still now i haven't received any call from concerned department or supervisor. They are playing games with me. I'm dam sure it is in perfect condition at the time of submittion. If the rim is already broken how the loosen washers hold the lens and frame together?. They are not trusting the words of their customers they are trusting the words of their lier store people.         I don't need any gift card I need my lenses back in perfect condition like at the time of my submission. I need resolution within 24hours whether you follow the store team or what ever you do is upto you, I need my lenses back. Breaking lenses is your good will?. Tomorrow I'm going to approach consumer forum according to section 12 to file case on you. For cheating. You people just listening to the words of store people but you are listening to my words. They are saying lens is not broken at of submittion it was broken at lab they said I have the call record data too. But they replied to you that it was already broken at time of submittion they are playing two type of words on two sides.

          On november 18, 2017, i had order a "black full rim small (Size -49) vincent chase teenrangers vc e10352-c3 eyeglasses" product id - 18374"
          One week ago (From the date of complain), when i was wearing sun glass, left side arm of it remained in my fingers and rest of product saved from falling down and i stood astonish that how such a costly product can perform poorly.
          I took this product to place from where i had purchased and they told that this cannot be repaired as it not part of warranty.
          The product cost is inr 2128 and i don't understand that how come such a costly product may have poor quality of materials and service refused.
          This is annoying because for last 10 days; i am not able to use it and shop sales person has told to me that we are helpless unless you pay money for the new frame.
          Inr 2128 matters to me and matters to everyone. My trust with lenskart has gone down as they sale inferior products which are not worth.

            I am registering this complain against lenskart service. Recently my lenses number is changed so i went to lenskart store to get it changed. Sales person told me that it will take 7 days to get this done. I agreed to it and done payment. Now it’s over 15 days and still i am waiting for my spec to come. Every time i go to lenskart store kalyani nagar pune they give me excuses and the staff there is not supportive. Always their internet fails and they unable to track progress. Lenskart is not doing justice to its brand name. I will never purchase any product from lenskart again or recommend anyone to lenskart.

              Hi,

              I have purchased the eyeglass from lenskart on 25th of december 2017. While placing the ordered i have applied the 50% cashback voucher code for which i have taken the screenshot which i have forwarded them through mail. But due to some ambiguity it was not reflected to there server, so for that i got a call from the resolution officer mr. Suraj verma. He clearly said that if i will go for the replacement for the same product i will be getting the voucher. So i agreed and have done the replacement.

              When the replaced product was shipped that time also i got the call for the confirmation that time they said that i will be receiving the voucher by the end of january 2018. Now whenever i will call them regarding the voucher they used to reply that it will take more 24 to 48 hrs. From past 7 days i am getting the same reply.

              I have also recorded the call once which in that she said that i will be getting a call from there side form the senior supervisor mrs. Asra.

                This is a complaint against one of the employee (Mr. Kumar) of lenskart showroom located in pune on mg road. This person doesn't knows how to talk to his customers. Today i went to the showroom to buy a pair of specs and i requested the employee to see if something can be done to pre-pone the delivery date. But the employee (Mr. Kumar) was rude while stating "i[censored] want to buy, then buy, the delivery date will remain the same. I[censored] want u can wait or can leave" pointing towards a lady who accompanied me.
                I would request lenskart to take this seriously so that other customer doesn't go through the same.

                  I ordered Carrera glasses on 7/11/2017 and returned them on 4/12/2017 since I didn't like them. Order total was Rs.6, 465. It has been 2 months since my return but still refund is not received. I spoke to customer care at least 10 times in this meantime and the only thing I hear from them is to check in 48 hours. After multiple enquiries, they provided me ARN number but the bank is not able to find anything with that number, questioning the authenticity of that number. When I tried to follow up again today, the customer representative said they cannot do anything and they don't care even if I log complaints. Very poor customer service resulting only in frustration every time I talk to them.

                    I purchased two eyeglasses from lenskart jeevanbhima nagar banglaore shop. On 25th january 2018. One is vc e10281-c2 and other one is vc14477-c1.
                    Order id is [protected]. Today i went to collect my eyeglasses at your jeevanbhima nagar shop and found that you people have delivered one eyeglass with different frame and power.
                    I have received vc e10281-c2 correctly. But you have delivered wrong eye glasses for vc14477-c1 with wrong power.

                    Please send correct product (Vc14477-c1 black half rim rectangle glass) as soon as possible.
                    You people have already taken 11 days to deliver this wrong product.

                        Lenskart took my spects promising replacement of glasses and charged me approx 2600/-. As i had paid for the original glasses (Say 3000/-), i owned those and should have been returned to me. Instead lenskart did not return. The vague promise of "additional discount" is not satisfactory even.in effect i invested total 5600/- and got only one good.

                        Lenskart says it does not have any compensation policy.

                        By giving so called "good will gesture" ( as if we are beggers) they force you to buy again from the shameless organization.

                        I urge people to STRICTLY AVOID THEM.

                          Hello,

                          I had placed an order for vc e 10210-c4 eye glasses on 14th january 2018 (Order no. [protected]) and was supposed to get another frame (Vc 5882-c1) free. Accordingly i was charged 4816 for one frame (With lens) and the other one (With lens) was free. But when they sent the invoice, they have split the bill amount into two and charged for both the frames. This shows that i have paid 2744 for one frame and 2072 for another...

                          I had ordered glasses from lenskart when i lost my old ones, they had given me a edd of 2nd but now they say the glasses are “stocked out” and it will take another few days to get the glasses and dispatch my glasses. They’ve shifted the edd to 6th. So much for their customer service. I had a similar experience a couple of years back too which i ignored thinking it is just a one off thing but happening again means there is something wrong with their system. I am highly disappointed in lenskart they are the worst among all the options. Won’t order ever ever again.

                            Dear team,

                            This is reference to our telecom regarding the returned of my order (Order no. [protected]) which was placed on 14th january 2018. I was confirmed by mr. Kartik yesterday the product was received at your end and my power issue was resolved by issuing progressive lances however today it was surprised me after having ward with you that the product returned was not yet updated at your system.

                            I have placed the order on 14th and it was delivered to me on 20th january 2018. I have made a return request because of non adjustment of the specks power for the same and it was picked up on 27th january 2018 at 14:35 pm. Yesterday mr. Vikram your representative visited my place again and suggested for progressive lances without antic layer within the my paid amount other wise advise me to pay more around rs. 2000/- for the progressive lances with antic layer.

                            I was highly dissatisfied with your service as your representative having no experience for adjusting the right power of the lenses at the 1st checkup itself and hanged me up for last 14 days without resolving the issue.

                            Now i am requesting you to refund my amount to my account without any delay.

                              I bought frame and lens from hsr layout store as on 05th nov. I did the power testing at the same store and my power was - 0.50 on right eye and - 0.75 for left. I got the product after 15 days. I started using the glasess but started having severe head ache. Later i went to the store on 7th jan and asked the csr to check the power on the glass and it was realised that the power on right eye was 1.50. They apologised and took the product stating will replace with correct lenses and we will get within 4 days. We have been thrice to the shop and called twice till date the product is not received. Every time we have to explain what is the issue and then they realize the mistake and will give 4 days time to rectify.. I feel like an idoit when talking to your people as i have to explain things for a product which i have already paid..

                                As on 8th december, i placed an order for a spec, however the same has been received within 4 to 5 days which is having lenses of wrong power. Therefore i had a conversation with lens kart representative about the same and as per same they picked up these specs as on 19th december.
                                Around 10 days later when i didn't get my specs back i called to the customer care of lens kart. While conversation they confirmed that the specs has been picked up by their representative and they will order the same again and they gave me reliance for the same, however after few days i called them again and they told me no order has been placed till 9th jan 2018 and even they are not able to process any order and they said they will give me lens kart point in my wallet against my money which has no market value, after more clarification i had a conversation with the senior of that complaint department and they assure me that your order will be placed. Beside this i got a message for refund request for order [protected] (Copy of the same has been attached), however no refund has been processed by them.
                                Its 25th january, i called them again, even at this stage they told me that they will place my order very soon. Therefore there might be possibility that the same will not be processed. Therefore in spite of giving them too many chances they are avoiding me and not refunding my money.

                                This raises a doubt against the corporate governance of the company.

                                  problem with the lenses and no help by the company

                                  I have problem with the contact lenses, i have purchased it from lenskart store from ludhiana. Your online consumer helpline said that please contact the store & when i contacted the store he always tell that the query is raised and i am awaiting for the reply from the company. I have visited the store 4 to 5 times. But there is no solution for me....

                                  Vcc10299 c+ is model i purchased from lenskart store in electronic city near bhel, bangalore. As the frame msalign was given to the store where i purchased it. Instead of realign it, they broke it. Now they are saying that they don't take the responsibility of damages done while repair. And it's a ​note mentioned which they didn't tell while taking the frame. And now they are saying they have my signature. But they didn't mention it at the time of submission at repair.

                                    A lens shop woner kept a Poster in his shop, with headline Bousch+Lomb, Our company isnt responsable for any complaints about our products bought from Lenskart.Theres a lot written against Lenskart by B+L, Which isnt true said by B+L to me by Twitter.He said their products r duplicat, a case is running b/w B+L & Lenskart.B+L asked me photo of that poster, they can take action against them.I cant take a photo, I give his details, please take action.He did it because he cant sell as cheap as Lenskart, to attract customers.This can spoil ur reputation.His derails,
