Hello,

I had placed an order for vc e 10210-c4 eye glasses on 14th january 2018 (Order no. [protected]) and was supposed to get another frame (Vc 5882-c1) free. Accordingly i was charged 4816 for one frame (With lens) and the other one (With lens) was free. But when they sent the invoice, they have split the bill amount into two and charged for both the frames. This shows that i have paid 2744 for one frame and 2072 for another...

I had ordered glasses from lenskart when i lost my old ones, they had given me a edd of 2nd but now they say the glasses are “stocked out” and it will take another few days to get the glasses and dispatch my glasses. They’ve shifted the edd to 6th. So much for their customer service. I had a similar experience a couple of years back too which i ignored thinking it is just a one off thing but happening again means there is something wrong with their system. I am highly disappointed in lenskart they are the worst among all the options. Won’t order ever ever again.

    Dear team,

    This is reference to our telecom regarding the returned of my order (Order no. [protected]) which was placed on 14th january 2018. I was confirmed by mr. Kartik yesterday the product was received at your end and my power issue was resolved by issuing progressive lances however today it was surprised me after having ward with you that the product returned was not yet updated at your system.

    I have placed the order on 14th and it was delivered to me on 20th january 2018. I have made a return request because of non adjustment of the specks power for the same and it was picked up on 27th january 2018 at 14:35 pm. Yesterday mr. Vikram your representative visited my place again and suggested for progressive lances without antic layer within the my paid amount other wise advise me to pay more around rs. 2000/- for the progressive lances with antic layer.

    I was highly dissatisfied with your service as your representative having no experience for adjusting the right power of the lenses at the 1st checkup itself and hanged me up for last 14 days without resolving the issue.

    Now i am requesting you to refund my amount to my account without any delay.

      I bought frame and lens from hsr layout store as on 05th nov. I did the power testing at the same store and my power was - 0.50 on right eye and - 0.75 for left. I got the product after 15 days. I started using the glasess but started having severe head ache. Later i went to the store on 7th jan and asked the csr to check the power on the glass and it was realised that the power on right eye was 1.50. They apologised and took the product stating will replace with correct lenses and we will get within 4 days. We have been thrice to the shop and called twice till date the product is not received. Every time we have to explain what is the issue and then they realize the mistake and will give 4 days time to rectify.. I feel like an idoit when talking to your people as i have to explain things for a product which i have already paid..

        As on 8th december, i placed an order for a spec, however the same has been received within 4 to 5 days which is having lenses of wrong power. Therefore i had a conversation with lens kart representative about the same and as per same they picked up these specs as on 19th december.
        Around 10 days later when i didn't get my specs back i called to the customer care of lens kart. While conversation they confirmed that the specs has been picked up by their representative and they will order the same again and they gave me reliance for the same, however after few days i called them again and they told me no order has been placed till 9th jan 2018 and even they are not able to process any order and they said they will give me lens kart point in my wallet against my money which has no market value, after more clarification i had a conversation with the senior of that complaint department and they assure me that your order will be placed. Beside this i got a message for refund request for order [protected] (Copy of the same has been attached), however no refund has been processed by them.
        Its 25th january, i called them again, even at this stage they told me that they will place my order very soon. Therefore there might be possibility that the same will not be processed. Therefore in spite of giving them too many chances they are avoiding me and not refunding my money.

        This raises a doubt against the corporate governance of the company.

          problem with the lenses and no help by the company

          I have problem with the contact lenses, i have purchased it from lenskart store from ludhiana. Your online consumer helpline said that please contact the store & when i contacted the store he always tell that the query is raised and i am awaiting for the reply from the company. I have visited the store 4 to 5 times. But there is no solution for me....

          Vcc10299 c+ is model i purchased from lenskart store in electronic city near bhel, bangalore. As the frame msalign was given to the store where i purchased it. Instead of realign it, they broke it. Now they are saying that they don't take the responsibility of damages done while repair. And it's a ​note mentioned which they didn't tell while taking the frame. And now they are saying they have my signature. But they didn't mention it at the time of submission at repair.

              I have purchased the eyeglasses on 25th of december 2017, at the time of purchased i have applied the coupon in which i was supposed to get 50% cashback voucher but in there server it was not reflecting due to which they have suggested me that if i will give the product for the replacement then only i can get the voucher. I agreed and i have given it for the replacement on 9th of jan 2018. After when they have received the product, they are not telling approximate time they required to get the replacement done even i have not received any confirmation mail or message. Whenever i am calling they says that even they don't know.

              Now i don't know when i will be getting back my product. As every time telling me the different things.

              I have been going to the showroom from three months every week to buy avaitor eyeglasses and the employes there are making excuses about the glasses they are not getting it they even had my full payment for glasses and this is going on for 3 months now.                 I purchased a spec with glasses from lenskart, Ranchi, Jharkhand on april 19th 2017 with Order Id [protected]. Within 9 month the glass broked and broke apart, when taken to the store, the person at the store refused to honor the warranty though it was not a physical damage as there were no scratch mark nor any tear marks or any marks of abuse.
                The glass and frame are of bad quality and after sales service is also bad. Store person also said that if it broked in 1day after purchase we can not do anything. Please kindly help me.

                    On 31st of Dec 2017, I ordered a sunglasses with my specific eye power at their store at HSR 1st stage Bangalore and made the full payment . They informed me that the sunglasses would be derived to my residence with in one week. After a week, they delivered some different product.

                    On 6th Jan 2018, I returned that product to their store. Now they informed me that the product which I have choose which they have promised and taken payment for cant be prepared. They compiled me to choose some other product from there store. Again, I choose a different product from their store. Again they promised me that the new spec would be derived with in another one week.

                    On 16th Jan 2018, they called me on my mobile that my spec has been arrived at their store. If I want it to be delivered at my place, I have to wait another 4 days. So I went their store to collect my spec.

                    When I went there they have again given some different product and they told me that the product is bit a late so they are proving a complimentary sec without any power for me. The product is useless to me without any power and when I asked me why they called me to come and collect my product. They causally told me that they do not have any knowledge about the product which is arrived.

                    They just simply asked me with out any guilt that if they could refund? I do not any option left. But what about my trouble which they have made? What about there false promise which they have made twice.

                    It can't be compensate with the return only. There should be a strict action on their store.

                    The compensation should include all my effort and the time which I spend there.

                      We got 2 offers but surprisignly the most lucrative offer we dint get. i.e. 50% cashback. strange na. We have the bill dated 11/10/18.

                        I placed an order for a bifocal and a reading glass on 26 th December 2017. Made full payment as required.

                        Received my order on 6th/7th Jan 2018. Power was higher by 0.25 dioptre. So it was sent back for rework. It is 21 days now since placing of order and payment and I am yet to receive my order. daily telephone calls to the Lenskart Store on MG Road Pune, polite staff, but no answers.

                        Their in-house processes are broken. They are too centralised. They have good customer facing staff, but a third rate back office.

                        Go ahead and use Lenskart if you want to wait 10 /12 days for order fulfillment and repeated vendor follow up. They keep on advertising their low prices, but there are many Stores In Pune who match Lenskart prices and with great service. Maximum 3 days for delivery of bifocals and a day for normal reading glasses. This is first hand information - I ordered a pair from a Sacred Heart Wanaworie shop in Pune as I was having trouble without my glasses, and I got my order executed in 3 days for both glasses.

                        In short. NOT RECOMMENDED

After 15 days i called the outlet and queried them as i didn't received any mail from them.. They said i will take 30 days.. So then i waited again..                             This is bit technical and i hope lenskart team listens to me and acts on it diligently. I recently purchased specs from lenskart pune. While i have no reason to complaint about their service or quality of specs, i have a serious concern on the way they handle customer requests sent on their support email id.

                            Lenskrat has tied up with a customer request management company called freshdesk that has its own tool to track and manage customer support requests. They have taken the system online on the internet.

                            The issue is that with every support mail received, they create a public url that is accessible to any and everybody who knows the url. All information that you shared with them thru support email is then just transferred as online content.

                            So in case i shared my address, order number, name and mobile number in support request mail, everything is now online available for anyone to view at a public url.

                            This is freshdesks stupid idea to allow users to view and track their tickets online without logging in and in fact this is breach of confidentiality.
                            While the url contains hashes and the chances that search engines shall index it is relatively less but cannot be eliminated. Tomorrow search engines might develop more complex algorithms to penetrate such part of the public internet.

                            Lenskart must stop this insensitive practice immediately.

We would like to inform you that the URL created for a specific ticket is only shared to the customer's registered email address. Thus, only the customer will have access to that ticket. Although, the platform enables the customers to write a public note but the details shared in the ticket with the company remains anonymous to others. We would also like to update that based on your feedback, we have escalated the details to our Technical Support team to cross check and enable more secure paths if necessary.                               I am ram, i paid 5800 for sight vision spectacle on 27th dec, i suppose to receive by 9th jan, but send back to chennai by before it reaches me, reason is addresse not found.

                              But on the same day when i was paying, i told them my place is such that only indian post can reach so send it through it, but they did not listen and said no issue we will send through your address.

                              They shared me courier track no after i spoke to them, they told sent back to chennai.
                              Ali & shabbir who is alwarpeta branch now they are not picking my calls also..

                              I have 2 numbers, but no response find here numbers.[protected], [protected].

                              I am leaving india on 13th evening, i was cheated by lenscart & lenscart alwarpet office.

                              See I told you in my 1st complaint that I had 2 numbers but I had given only 1 number to lenaskart, when I have given in Lenaskart alwarpet brach only 1 Jio number how could you peoples were able to call me to my 2 mobile numbers, it seems you peoples never tried to call me simply you are lying to show to others & what is the use when i have not received my Eye glasses, just by calling nothing will happen.

                              And more over I called your Customer care center and they told me they resolve issue in 24-48 hours start from 11th Jan after noon 13 Hours.

                              And more over i spoke to alwarpet branch Guys, they told me they sent in Speed post which will reach me in 24 Hours, after that gone not responding at all.

                              Any How I am thinking to file consumer complaint, i know procedures, I am CA.

                                I placed the above order for three frames on 30th dec 2017

                                Promptly i received a link to enter the power of the lenses which i did. I then received an e-mail asking for the powers, which i did again and uploaded all the prescriptions. I once again received a text asking for my power. Called up customer services on jan 2nd and was 'assured' by the agent that the powers have been received and my order is being processed and i should hope to receive the same in a week or so. I still kept getting messages asking me to submit my power readings. I therefore called up the customer services today and was surprised and appalled to be told by the agent that i have to confirm the powers again - even though i had sent it twice and it has been acknowledged. I was also told on querying that the date of expected deliver would be around 20th jan when the actual date was by 11th jan. I was forced to cancel the order as it was for a specific purpose.

                                I have shopped with lenskart in the past and received good service, but this time, the service was appalling to say the least. I have wasted unnecessary amount of time and effort selecting the frames, placing the order and entering and uploading the power details.

                                I would like this to be investigated. I suggest that no order is accepted without entering the power of the lenses at the time of purchase.

                                  I purchased two boxes of bausch and lomb purevision 2 hd contact lenses online, form lenskart and sadly all the lenses were of extremely poor quality which got me severe eye infection. I had red teary eyes every time i wore the lenses, initially i though it's because of some dry eye problem, but then i realised it's the poor quality lenses. I tried all the six pairs that i ordered thinking that may be this time it will be fine, but sadly every time i got the infection. Later when i tried the same product from a different store, it worked absolutely fine. So it is clearly the lenskart lenses which affected my eyes severely. I am extremely disappointed with the product quality, the pain i had to go through and the price i had to spend on buying the product. Hence i want a full refund of my money without further delay.

                                  Placed order for 2 frames on Monday and was told in 5 days U will get it. It's been more than that but no glasses have been given. There is one standard answer that order is in courier. There is no escalation point. No store manager. And the people in the store are very very rude and arrogant.
