My name is chandrakanth gandhe my concern is that my order is not yet delivered.

Till date[protected] my order was not delivered. Even i visted store (Wakad) couple of time and called customer care.
When i went to store for first (5th nov) time they informed they will raise a ticket. On 8th nov i called customer...

Hi,
As per talked with mr. Karan (Senior supervisor) from grievance department about my issue, he dont want to understand the issue and making unnecessary arguments.
1) i had already choose the frame pid and size before week and company dont want to give positive reply even they said now frame is not available and glasses with 1.67 index not available.
2) by professional i am c. A. And my no. Is very high around 4 nos.
3)
Please try to understand and take necessary action.

I thought and very disappointed after recivend response from company like lensekart.

Dont delay for this matter i am very much suffer without spect since last 10 days.

Otherwise i will go to concern forum to lodge a complain.

    My name is deepanshu kadam my concern is that my order in not yet delivered.
    My product order id: [protected]. It is to be delivered by 7th of november 2017 and its 8 today and yet it not dispatched as i am able to track your order.
    This was not expected from you guys and now i am regretting that i have placed order from your company lenskart. I need my money back i dont want my order to be placed i need my money back you getting me. Its a shame on you that you promised first take the money first and do not stand on your promise.

      2 specs were ordered. 1 was delivered. 1 was not. 1 is still not.

      Order date: 15th march, 2017

      I called up lenskart customer care many times during this time. They said to visit the lenskart store and collect it. When i show that mail to the store people, they say they are not authorised to sell anything without money! This happened twice! I went to 2 different stores - 1 in ascendas park square mall, 1st floor and the other in btm layout 2nd stage (Very close to swadisth aahar restaurant). Without any specs, my power is going to increase now automatically. I have sufficient power and i'm a patient of atypical migraine from adolescence (Without specs, i look at computer screens 8 hours a day - i'm an it professional). I also drive, so any accident due to impaired vision will be attributed to lenskart's negligence. I have paid rs. 2, 500, but no specs is delivered over the last 7 months to me!!!

        Today i visited lenskart patia store in bbsr. I had a really bad experience. The behaviour of the store guys z very harsh. They dont care about customers. The person doing eye test has neither knowledge nor patience to treat a patient. He refused to do my eye test n told me to do check up from a doctor. I would never visit there and wont recommend my friends to visit.

          wrong eye test done and wrongly made specs

          I had ordered two specs and i was told that i had power of -0.5 in left eye and -0.25 in right eye one had cylindrical power and the other eye had spherical power. The delivery i recieved had wrong power in the lens. I was given store credit for the amount of ₹3920 and eye test was done again and power increased to -0.5 in both eyes in just a course of 10 days. Having a doubt in my mind i told them to order the specs withorevious power...

          I bought a spectacle from your phoolbagan kolkata shop on 22.09.2017 but subsequently i found the frame delivered to me is defective. I reported to your phoolbagan outlet. They told me that the frame will be replaced soon as i my warranty exists. But the fact is that till date i am not getting any positive response ftom them. I am yet to get my replaced frame. Everytime i visit the outlet for the frame i have return back empty handed. They are telling me that they have not received the frame from the company till date. I hv paid the price money rs. 6565/- already but not getting any solution.
          I am in big trouble now.
          What should i do now to get back my frame? Please look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.

          I have purchased Vincent chase from lenskart and when i had purchased it was bend and i was not comfortable to wear, i went to store to show them but they said it got loose now they are said you have put something heavy item on it and all.if it is the thing why they didnt said the same when i came with complaint for the first time?

            I am rhyshabh gogna, a resident of chandigarh, this is to inform you that i ordered a couple of products from lenskart, elante mall branch, chandigarh on 17th october 2017. The staff promised me the delivery of the products "maximum in 7 days" to which the delivery was pending by 24th october.

            On 24th october, lenskat official was supposed to call me but i called (+[protected] to track my order (Client no./order no.: [protected]). One of the staff members (Mr. Syed imran) answered my call by promising that he would call me back and provide me the valid details within 10 minutes. But i didn't receive any call's or message regarding whether the product is being delivered or not.

            Today on 25th october, i again have to call, mind you i haven't received any call from lenskart store, and this time mr. Nitin kumar received my call and made me aware that the product has still not been delivered at their store, which is the 8th day from the day of product had been ordered.

            I would like to you please take an appropriate step (S) in order to train the staff to maintain an honest decorum with customers and also to what lenskart can do to wave me off the inconvenience that i have faced.

            Sir, i m sarthak gupta, i have bought a sunglass in August 2017 from kamla nagar outlet delhi 110007 .
            The defect in sunglass is its paint is peeled of from the lens side so i kindly request you to change my sunglass as the outlet is not helping me

            I placed an order [protected], and when it was delivered to me, i opened the package and frame was not there. I was shocked when i saw this thing. I invested 7000 rs and the poor customer support team is not able to answer and i am getting harrased by lenskart. Fraud company, please dont do shopping with lenskart.

              I had canceled an order #[protected] on 24th september and i was supposed to receive the refund in 7 working days. Inspite of multiple follow ups which include 6-8 calls with multiple executives and managers and many mail exchanges and ticket creation, i have not yet received any confirmation on the refund. I am throughly disappointed with the customer service rendered by lenskart. I feel harassed that i have to follow-up so many times to get back my own money. They have stopped replying to the ticket itself. I even tried contacting mr aditya singh who is at a senior position, he is also not responding to me. The product i paid for wasn't even shipped to me as i cancelled at the same time when i placed the order. I placed an order for another product and had to pay for it separately, this product was shipped to me, the other one was not.
              I want full refund in my bank account for which i have already shared the details with the lenskart team.

                I placed an order on 30 sept 2 017 with ref [protected] at their showroom in green park. Was given 'estimated delivery by 13th oct 2017...' there has not been any message regarding the order. They wanted my feedback regarding my experience through an online message on 15 oct 2017. I gave my feedback on the same day.
                Though they charged the entire amount of my order, the same has not yet been delivered! There is no email, no sms regarding my order.
                Can my order be delivered at my address given at the showroom (63, gulmohar enclave, new delhi 110049)?

                  I had ordered progressive lens with vc frame at lenskart guwahati on 25 sept'17, i received the product via courier on 4 oct'17, but i didnt find it comfortable due to near vision being very small area. I found difficulty reading near vision as well as computer.
                  I reordered thru lenskart, guwahati on 8 oct but till today i have not received the item. After contacting them through phone, they said today i. E., 17 oct'17 that my reorder have been approved and it will take another 7-8 days. It really disgusting.
                  I recommend people not to order through lenskart bcoz they are slow in delivery as well as fitting is not proper for people who needs power lens.

                    I ordered two specs from lenskart amanora pune. The shop vendor claimed it to be bluecut at the time of order but the ones that i have received on delivery is simple anti reflection lens.in addition, the alignment of lens with frame is just pathetic. It seems as if a non-experienced person has made it. Kindly solve this problem of mine as i have paid a whooping amount of rs.4500.

                        Hi, please have a look to my issue and fix it as soon as possible because its very urgent.
                        The issue is i ordered first on 28th september and i received mail that my order has been shipped on 30th september through dtdc courier. I tried to track the order through the code that has mentioned in the mail but i failed. I complained about the issue to my nearest dealer lenskart nagaon, assam and they told me that due to some courier problem the product unable to reach at the store. They told me that they will order again but due to shortage of the product i had to choose other one and my order has been placed on 6th oct as i received msg and mail from lenskart. On 7th oct i got mail from lenskart that my product has been sent. But again it show the same courier problem and i can't trace it as usual. According to my nearest store lenskart nagaon the latest location of the product is guwahati, assam. But it can't reach at nagaon.
                        How many days i will have to wait lenskart? I ordered twice but i not get my product yet. What are the reasons behind this delay? Please fix it immediately.

                          The lenskart people are providing very cheap quality free frames and are charging twice the market rate for the lenses. My lenskart frame was so fragile that it broke without application of any force. It just fell from a low height and broke. I had pretty high expectations from this brand but i am highly dissatisfied and disappointed.

                          I bought the frame on 17/05/2017, from rani sati associates, approximately 5 months back. The lenskart people are refusing to give a replacement or refund. Highly unprofessional service. Not sure if i would ever recommend it to anyone. Worst brand ever.

                            Lens kart andheri west mumbai store manager, floor manager pandey and bhardwaj. All are team. And they fool the customer. While they are wrong or they make mistake. They all are cheater. They all earn money from cheating only. They don't deliver the product what they show you. When i called to call center pandey was on line. Even he was biased.in answering then bhardwaj came on line he is very big cheater he was trying to cover every one. When i asked for my money. He was showing. All nonsense excuses. Humble request sont buy from atleast mumbai andheri west near bata shhowroom branch

                              Dear sir/madam, i here by informing you that lenskart a well known eye glass brand has been cheating people with a promotion of free frame.

                              I booked a fcuk brand frame with progressive lens on 20/06/2017 for a price of 9975/-.

                              But the frame was very low quality and i had to return it after using for few days. Their bhubaneswar store does not have much stock so they asked me to choose a frame online as replacement...

                              I have ordered 2 spectacles (#[protected]) worth 8400 from lenskart store on 24th of september 2017 and expected delivery date was 30th september. Received a mail that it was shipped on 30th september. But no updates from them or the courier yet.
                              Dropped a number of mails. The store also hung up my call and never replied back. Kindly look into this.

                                Not a professional way to handle and deal with the customer, i had order the rimless glasses order no [protected] which was to perfecting aliment so i had return it on 19th sept 2017 and i had request for the refund on 24th sept 2017 it was credit in the lenskart wallet as a store credit but i had requested for refund in bank account on 25th sept 2017 i had given 10 day tat on 3rd oct 2017 when i had contact them they told me that refund was rejected for same issues god know what the issue is … then on 27th sept 2017 i had order a new glasses after visiting the store i had placed the order
                                No [protected] but when i had got the order the same issue the alignment was not perfect they now suggest me to return and placed a new order again i have pay i had already paid rs.4, 341 still i had not gat the perfect frame.. I had also placed the order last year for my mom glasses around 4500. I was planning a new order for my mom bifocal glasses but now its better to visit a local optician …… thanks you lenskart for all

                                My Query is Still not Resolved, First Time When I had ordered the Frame was Not aligned Fitting was not proper then I had to return it and placed the new order and not waited for the refund, but the same old story repleted the new frame is not is proper shape and not aligned before placing the order I had visited the store and then placed the order and now when I visited the lenskart store at Andheri west the suggest me to leave my glasses for 3 day and there will replace the frame as the shape is not proper means there will repair my new glasses and again i have to wait Thanks For the Service Atleast give a call to customer to resolve the query

                                  Hello team,

                                  I've waited more than 72 hours for refund. Order date was 09/09/2017 and cancelled on 10/09/2017 still not received refund in my bank account.

                                  Kind note that if i haven't received ₹3360 in my bank account then you've to pay double of this amount i. E. ₹6720 to me. I requested you many time through call, chat and now through email.
