I had ordered a pair of eyeglasses and a pair of sunglasses with my prescription provided on Sept 13, 2020.
They said the sunglasses which I had chosen does not support my prescription and please switch to magnetic clip-on. I did that and chose one magnetic clip-on. The order processed and I received the package on Oct 1, 2020. I was fine with the eyeglasses. However, the sunglasses (magnetic clip-on) was not the one which I had selected. They selected on their own and did not even consult with me and the magnetic clip-on was bigger in size and therefore loose on my face.

I raised a complaint on Oct 1 and since then I have been suggesting magnetic clip-on of small size or sunglasses of small size. And, every time I suggested any sunglasses or magnetic clip-on, I always received an excuse, saying either quality problem or prescription does not support. And, I don't believe that sunglasses don't come with my prescription, as I did get one 4 years back with the same prescription.

Now, I am simply tired of all chasing. If you guys just take a customer for granted I cannot do anything. But, completely unsatisfied with the service.
Still, if you can address my request, kindly exchange it, at least I can use the sunglasses because I know that wayfarer magnetic clip-on does support my prescription.

      Dear Concern,

      This is to bring to notice that product purchased by me under Order ID: [protected] on 12th Jan 2020, from one of Lenskart store from a Mall in Nashik, was supposed to be replaced.

      With understanding of situation around I have given them enough leverage to delay until now but now they are not replacing but sending returning amount that too in their store wallet, so that I have purchase product from them again and under compulsion

      I went for original purchase because of promotion and offers at store to buy 2 spectacles at Rs. 1680/- (Inclusive of GST). However single spectacle with lenses now at their website will cost me higher.

      Until now, they has been asking to return the damaged product and once in there custody they are least bother to entertain and not even bother to call to understand my grievance, despite of my request to give call rather than raising tickets.

      I can't tell you how many tickets have been raised, for each communication done new ticket used to come up. People might get lost to keep such ticket from May 2020, in my case.

      Would appreciate if you look upon the request, that make such online platforms accountable to revert to customers by interacting at escalated levels as customer representatives don't have enough powers on decision making.

          Different pricing at different platforms for same product

          Dear Team

          I bought a sunglasses from lenskart Lajpat Nagar store on 02/10/2020 for 4130/- rs (Bill attached ) . Also when I asked for the price the sales person told me 2500/- but billed me for 4130/-
          When I asked why the difference she quoted sir by mistake I said 2500/-
          I ignored it and paid 4130/-
          Yesterday I saw this ad of the same sunglasses for 1700/- on john jacobs page(screenshot attached) ....

          I had ordered sunglasses on 15/09/2019 and used it for 6 months. After march 2020 as we all know due to covid we were not able to go out, i did not use the frame and never checked on it. I opened the box on 10/10/2020 and saw the frame covered with rust. The frame for which i paid rs 8000 aprox of jhon jacobs. On raising complaint i am told that your 1 year waranty is over. Rusting can never happen due to mishandling also out of 12 months i did not use it for 6 months. If i am paying rs 8000 for a frame and such product quality is given, i would never recommend to buy from lenskart. I want resolution of the issue as this is not expected from lenskart

            I'm karthick I have purchased pair of glasses one is black half rim and another is gun metal navy blue white rimless in perumbakkam, Chennai. Firstly I have received the half frame one after one and a half week after ordering.Then the rimless one received in end of January after somuch complaints on delay from store and got from another branch they delivered me at the office. The product is delayed more than 1 month it is ok but the fittings are bad quite uneven fitting.I have contacted concern store person and conveyed him about this. They said me to come to store and give that rimless glass for repair and I have done that. But after repair it became very bad the glass looks like bended from center. Then I reported to store they asked to wait then lockdown came for these months. I have returned to Chennai in September. I have no response from perumbakkam store so I went to ECR store to repair the glasses on sep-29 and conveyed all these they said that they'll correct it. Today Oct-11 I received call from ECR store and said that the product was repaired and ready. I went to store around 4 pm while I received the product I noticed the straight crack at lens even a child will notice the crack that much crack on left side lens when I showed it to the store manager he said that they'll complaint at higher level and will give a new one because I have insurance and also said that I have to pay tax for new one. The problem is I'm not even weird the glass after product is ready why should I pay the tax for these glasses I paid around 3000 rupees I'm not satisfied with their service I haven't received the product properly they why should I pay. For the receiving of glasses itself I travelled around 4 times each store's who's gonna pay for me. You guys frustrating too much. I need a solution or I need my money back and for the glasses and for wandering me to the store's

              i recived on oct 9 fully opened package and also lenses boxes dameged ¹ pair missing and i try to return there is no option available, i contacted 2 times customer care support, they said return requested but there are not confirmed my request. i want my refund. immediately.

                  I purchase ray ban frames with prescription lenses from lenskart dum dum road kolkata in Jul 2020. In the month of Aug 2020 i had problems with the frame and the same was deposited back with Lenskart dum dum on 26 Aug 2020. Since then I have been seeking update from the shop but no update is forthcoming so it's been more than month and half that I am without my prescription glasses. Please resolve my issues at the earliest.

                    I have ordered 2 spectacles from lenskart on 24th september 2020 and successfully done the payment through upi worth rs 2183 but the payment is still showing pending and they haven't taken any action.
                    It is the 4th day and still they haven't refunded my money back or have changed the status to paid
                    Now they are trying to ignore it by not replying back and neither i am able to get in contact with them as there lines always gets auto disconnected.
                    Please refund back my money. Please didn't expected such a hassle from lenskart.

                    I have ordered 2 spectacles from lenskart on 19/5/21 and successfully done the payment through debit card worth rs 3580 but the payment is still showing pending. I do not understand what to do. I am very tense. Customer say not receive your money. Please anybody help me.

                      I purchased powered sun glasses vide order number 60080135 for which i innitited return request as er policy of the company. To my surprise till date no refund has been issued though the product has been collected by courier company on 16th spe which isduly updated on lenskart website. Whenever i try to get in tiuch with lenskart they ask for 48 hrs more to enquire. It hs been harassment that they have taken the product lso back and now not issuing the reund also. Lenskart is titaly fraudelent company

                          I had ordered (Ref. [protected]) a pair of eyeglass on 22nd of august, when i came to know i had ordered wrong frame size. I immediately contacted the customer care and asked to cancel which was done at the moment. Now i was told that i will receive the amount within 7-10 working days but i did not. I called and mailed them several times despite them telling me that my issue will be resolved soon but to all in vain. After several attempts and my bank statement being asked for proof, i was told that my refund was processed successfully and to contact the bank as it was already done from their side. After so much harassment i approached the bank and now according to them there's no such transaction in my account from lenskart. Had the refund being processed successfully then where is it going. I'm so fed up with this. They are just making fool out of people like me and luring the hard earned money. I request to all to never buy from this site or else you will regret it later.

                            This is my order no [protected]
                            1st of all eye testing was done by ur staff and recommended progressive lens, i had problems with progressive lens, unable to adjust to my eyes.
                            So i went to my regular eye specialist, said no progressive lens was required, inorder to increase their billing amount they suggested for progressive lens, ... this clearly mentions the unprofessional ethics o[censored]r stores doctor, for which i paid price
                            And i had changed to SINGLE VISION, during replacement ur stores in-charge mentioned regarding refund
                            He said difference amount will be refunded at the earliest (because it was his fault)
                            And now, to my surprise, u have said no refund

                            I made a bill of 6765 for progressive lens
                            I have not been refunded the difference amount .
                            When i called the toll-free no, they asked me to contact store for refund

                            When i asked the difference amount at store, they placed the mail back end team till now there is no response from your team

                            Pl find the screen shot of the ticket raised by the stores in charge

                            Pl look in to the matter and resolve at the earliest,

                              lenskart store employees behaviour

                              I aayush bihani is a gold member of lenskart. And recently i bought 2 eyeglasses from lenskart (Order no.[protected]) after getting an eye test service at home from lenskart on 4/9/2020. (Picture enclosed)

                              And when i started wearing the eyeglasses with his provided powers bought from lenskart. It gave me a lot of headache, eye strain and also caused dizziness. And i decided to see an optician again as such things never happened...

                                I order from lenskart ambience mall gurgaon on 2 september, 2020. The store executive says it will take 4 days. After 4 days he told me a week. Now after a week, he again told me 3-4 more days. My order is of 14000. I need compensation as it is not acceptable for the customer.

                                  Package)
                                  Double vision/axis bifocal lens with two frames
                                  1) vc e11889-c3 eye glass, matte black, half rime
                                  2) vc e10485 eye glass, black, half rime
                                  Lens required features
                                  Blocks blu light, 1.6index thinnest for double side anti glare, smashed&scratch, water& dust repellant, uv420- protection required lens for above two frames. For these frame+ lens i have paid 3528rs. But you offering to me premium bifocal package this is 2500rs. Do you catch my point, that way you trying cheating to me. If you want evidence i will you give the 7th, 8th and 9th orders of screen shots to you how did you modify it. So please cancel my order refund my money immediately
