I would like to complain about lg agency in saudi arabia. I get from thim tv 4k after one year i called the company to send technicians to see why there is line in the screen, they came and they changed the screen, but when i wont to use the 4k i can't used to see the football game in the sport channel. I called thim again to see what the problem they said thes tv is not supported 4k and we can't do anything for you. An fortunately i received answer like that. Please i email the lg company to do anything for me cause i get that tv about 2800 usd

    I purchased the above items on[protected] from yes mart kukatpally
    And i am asked to telephone[protected] for any after-sales-service.
    Since this tv is under warranty period the technician says he wont attend the
    Repair directlt, unless referred to him through lg tv co.

    I tried many many times to get the connection on phone to book
    My complant, but i was not able to get any response. I request such co should be black-;isted send back to korea lock stock and barrel forthwith. Thy have
    No concern for any customer or for huge amount of money invested in
    Purchase of their product.

      श्रीमान जी मेरे द्वारा अप्रैल 2017 में मेरे एयर कंडीशनर के ठंडा न करने की शिकायत की गई थी । शिकायत संख्या RNP[protected] इस शिकायत पर आपकी कंपनी के इंजीनियर द्वारा बताया गया की इस AC में गैस समाप्त हो गई है मेरे द्वारा इसमें गैस भरवा ली गई । जिसका मेरे द्वारा 2860/- रुपये का भुगतान भी किया गया । तत्पश्चात मेरा AC फिर भी ठंडा नहीं कर रहा था उसके के बाद मेरे द्वारा मई माह में फिर से शिकायत की गई । दूसरी शिकायत के पश्चात जब कंपनी से इंजीनियर आया तथा उसके द्वारा बताया गया की इस AC का डिस्प्ले व पी॰सी॰बी॰ खराब है । मेरे द्वारा इस डिस्प्ले व पी॰सी॰बी॰ को बदलवा लिया गया जिसका लिए मेने 721+871 कुल 1806/- रुपये का भुगतान किया गया । उसके बाद भी मेरा AC ठंडा नहीं कर रहा था । मेरे द्वारा जून माह 2017 में फिर से इसकी शिकायत की गई । शिकायत संख्या RNP[protected] थी । इस शिकायत के बाद आपकी कंपनी से इंजीनियर द्वारा बताया गया की इस AC का केपिसीटर खराब है मेरे द्वारा फिर से इस AC का केपिसीटर बदलवाया गया । इस को बदलवाने में मेरे द्वारा 916/- रुपये का भुगतान किया गया । कुल मेरे द्वारा अब तक 5582/- रुपये का भुगतान किया जा चुका है परंतु मेरा AC अभी भी काम नहीं कर रहा है। मेरा पैसा भी लग रहा है । ओर मेरा कार्य भी इस LG कंपनी द्वारा पूरा नहीं किया गया जब भी कंपनी फोन करता हूँ कोई संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं मिलता । बस केवल यही कहा जाता है की आपका कार्य जल्दी से जल्दी हो जाएगा। लगभग तीन महीने हो गए है आपसे निवेदन है की इस कंपनी के विरुद्ध शीघ्र अति शीघ्र उचित कार्यवाही की जाए । निवेदक अजय कुमार गौर, गाँव साढ़राणा, जिला गुड़गाँव, हरियाणा । मोबाइल न॰ [protected]

        We are at a loss with the terribly poor service of lg for our refrigerator which we purchased in 2017.

        On 26th may'17, all of a sudden, we found out that the refrigerator was not working fine. We lodged a complaint on 3rd jun, 17 and was given a complaint number and also told that as the refrigerator model is an high-end one so it will get duly attended by the local service engineer within next 24 hrs. The service engineer visited our place very much within 5 days and after checking the refrigerator so came to the conclusion that the pcb is not working fine but the main issue is with one of the parts which they term as relay and he suggested for the repairing of the part. He also raised a requisition to the lg delhi office for the new relay part
        After 15-18 days, another service engineer came to install the new relay thing in the refrigerator and gave us the feedback that the main prob is not with the relay part but with the pcb and then he suggested us to request for a new pcb..
        We are being badly cheated by lg as a company and service center. Very very disappointed and would like to escalate the issue to the highest possible authority.

          Hi,

          I bought the lg g4 phone when i was in uk in feb 2016. I came back to india in late 2016 and this week i started experiencing the bootloop issue and the phone is no longer functioning. When i contacted the lg customer care they said it is an imported phone and they cannot service it. And their suggestion was to take the phone to uk. I am very disappointed with the response especially this is a well known manufacturing defect which has been acknowledged by lg.
          Please help in registering this complaint and getting my phone repaired.

            All of a sudden phone stopped working and on powering on it went into bootloop. Now it doesnt even show google start screen. Went to lg service centre - they say warranty wont cover the cost and it will take 12k to repair! Later learnt a lot of nexus phones have faced similar issues. The motherboard is faulty in the handset. Was a loyal lg customer. Highly disappointed.

              Greetings,

              This is in regards to a double door lg refrigerator (Model no.: gc-b217wlq) we had purchased approximately 6 years ago. Two years ago, the refrigerator stopped working and we contacted the lg customer service to have it repaired. After inspection, the lg technician informed us that the refrigerator stopped working because the “front display unit” was damaged and it had to be replaced. The technician also stated that, “unfortunately the unit is discontinued and hence this front display unit is no longer available”.

              It is very disappointing to see how a spare part is not available for your lg products. Do you expect customers like us to throw away a fairly new refrigerator just because the parts are not available? Being frustrated, i hit the side of the fridge with my palm and it somehow started to work again. Ever since the refrigerator has been working approximately for the last two years. Clearly, the lg technician had no idea in figuring out the root cause of the problem. Had the root cause been the “front display unit”, the refrigerator would have not started to work after hitting it with my palm.

              Now, the refrigerator has stopped working again. The refrigerator does not cool, as the compressor is not working. I am having an extremely hard time trying to find a technician to fix this. If i do find a technician, they tell me the parts have been discontinued. So what do we customers do? How can you expect your customers to throw away your products that are fairly new just because lg does not supply spare parts?

              There are 47 split air conditioning units installed at our hotel in cochin, kerala, india. If this is my experience in having one refrigerator repaired, i could only imagine the horrible experience i would have to endure with lg moving forward. This disappointing experience would force me to discontinue using all lg products and replace them with samsung or any other leading brand with better customer reviews.

              I have attached a picture of the model number of the refrigerator. I kindly urge you to please look into this matter and do the needful.

                Hi,

                I am a nexus 5x mobile user since 1 year. All was going perfect but recently 1 day ago i face a problem with my mobile that it hang and suddenly off. When i start the phone it's not getting start. "google" came on screen and off then again came and off.

                I have gone to service centre but they are saying that the motherboard has crashed out and to be change with so much of charge.

                When my phone was in warranty period nothing happened but after 1 month of expiry date it happens.

                When i gone through internet, i got to know this issue is facing lots of customer.

                  Im using nexus 5x since 1 year. It was perfectly working. When i update my phone on 9th of june after successfull instalation phone restarted then get paused on google logo. When i contacted customer care they said that your phone is in bootloop so u have to change your motherboard and also said that you will be charged for that. I have done nothing to the phone just updated the official security update.

                  In other country company repair for free for bootloop issue.
                  Kindly resolve this problem.

                  Why Service center is still charging for the same issue ?

                  Yesterday I also face same problem but today when i go the service center they are saying that it's a motherboard issue and will be charged for changing the same.

                  If company is providing the extra 6 month warranty for this issue then why have you not updated the same to service center ? Why they are still charging ?

                    Its regarding lg water purifier purchased on april 2017 & we are experiencing problem within 2 months of installation. However, at the time of purchase only, they said that within 24 -48 hrs, your problem will be attended.& we keep on trying, they come as per their wish.

                    The worst service we have experienced from the lg agents.
                    After registering in the lg web portal also, the service engineer comes on the fourth day and now they are saying that the part needs to be replaced for which they again require four more days to replace it.

                    Do any one of you understand the importance of water. I mean we are really suffering. It was our biggest mistake to go for lg product. How can they have this type of casual approach towards customer.

                      My lg g4 is having a boot loop issue again. This issue came before also in the phone and since it was under warranty, it was fixed. But now this issue has come up again. We went to the lg service center and they said since it is not under warranty, they will not fix it free of cost.

                      First of all i want to know when this issue previously came. At that time why phone was not replaced. Since you made a temporary fix to it. Now it has come up again. This is not user's fault and it is manufacturing fault.
                      You can not make fool out of customers.

                      I have come across many people and they have made it fix even after warranty. I want my phone to be fixed since it related to manufacturing and it was not replaced when it was under warranty. Had it been done that time, i would not have faced this issue now. Its been week my phone is not working.

                      Kindly acknowledge this and revert as soon as possible.

                      I have been trying to contact all possible numbers. some of them given are not valid, some are switch off. Customer Care number is coming busy. What do you think customers are?

                      Are they free for doing all this. We bought phone worth Rs. 50, 000. Had already faced this issue 2 times. Instead of replacing you just provided a temporary fix. You should have replaced the phone at that time only.

                      I have heard many people have got their phone replaced by Service Centres. Shame on LG that they did not provide solution when phone was under warranty.
                      Even there are many blogs that states that phone is fixed free of cost at many Centres as this is the manufacturing fault. In our case it should be as we earlier faced this issue and it was not fixed properly that is why it has come up again. Now u guys asking 20k to fix. What do you think customer is a fool.

                      I have filed a complaint few hrs back and till now have not received any call or mail acknowledging my complaint.

                        I complaint to repair my fridge on[protected] they sent one electrician he changed taimer and baiameter sencer he charged them 1800+900 and vat and service charged 350 but after paying it's not working good. Now he is not interested to come again. Pls do what ever possible

                          We are huge fan of lg, but too disgusted to hear the reaponse from the service centre last week. No, there wasnt any fault with them, but the company. We have been using lg mc8048wr (28l) microwave oven but got stucked with the touchpad. It (Touchpad) need to be replaced. But as the company stopped this model, your technicians says its beyond us. What to do?

                            My lg nexus 5x turned off suddenly and its not turning on. I checked the lg service center they mentioned motherboard issue.
                            I could see many nexus 5x phones are affected with the same issue. During my visit 10 + members came for same issue and the only response is out of warranty and we have to pay 12k.

                            I am not sure whether its a software glitch which corrupted the hardware or vis versa.. Google started giving refund / replacement for such issues which ever sold from google store. Lg has not given any response yet.

                            They simply redirect to check with google or pay 12k for replacement. Whose problem is this? When you have manufaturing defect phones why do you sell it in first place.. How many users are affected what is the remedy?

                            I spoke to LG customer support. like me so many other users also struggling with their phones.. All the motherboard gone bad at the same time. It is the problem created by the company with software patch by google/ LG..
                            End result customer are affected. i am not sure how many such users are affected by now.

                            I could see so many ppl have encountered the problem. i do agree the stand of out of warranty. but whose problem is this? any manufacturing unit should acknowledge the problem irrespective of automobiles or mobiles and retain the customer reputation.
                            We had seen this with Samsung, Apple and couple of car companies.
                            Here LG service center rep asking who has given such replacement. I am sure they know the problem well in advance and supporting phone till 18th months and call it as a extended support for their customer. I got the phone sooner they released and it was 20 months now.. So is that mean am i a fool? or they dont want anyone to buy phones soon as launch it..
                            On top of it 2 leading companies like LG & Google blaming each other like school kids. Very irritating to see such unprofessional behaviors from such reputed companies.
                            we have paid our hard earned money believing LG. And this has to be fixed for all those who encountered problem with your Motherboard/ software bug..

                            Same issue faced by me on 13th June 2017 at 20:00.

                            I think they have done something wrong with the software which has crashed out the motherboard.

                            When I go to the service centre they are telling motherboard issue which will be changed for 12k.

                            I am facing the same issue. My Nexus 5x is not starting. When visited to LG customer service center at sanpada, Navi Mumbai, that guy told me to pay 12k for motherboard.

                            I am facing same bootloop issue. I went to LG service center and they are demanding Rs.10000 for motherboard replacement. I then raised a complaint through LG grievance Redressal link :

                            LG customer support executive called me and asked me about my warranty period. I told him that it is expired. After that he told me very rudely that no free service will be provided and that I have to pay.

                            we will have to file a case and see if that is of some help..
                            Same bootloop issue for my 5x about two weeks ago :/ owned it for a year and one month, so one month out of warranty and was told they can't do anything about it. I believe I had all current updates on the phone but it died out about one week later, I don't know if that helps or not.

                            i think you will get 18 mths coverage for hardware warrantry.. Sice its a problem with LG end..
                            Hawiaii 6P was working perfectly fine.
                            I am also facing same problem. It's been around 1.5 years since I bought it.
                            Service center in Bangalore told me to get motherboard replaced for 10.5k, with that he was giving warranty of only 3 months.

                            They should cover your warranty till 18th Months.
                            We should all gather and ask LG/Google to get the devices fixed free of cost. We all have spent our hard earned money and keeping in mind the similarity in the reported issue and the huge no., there is definitely some flaw either in the hardware or software. We should not be made scapegoats. It is totally unacceptable that we get such sub-standard quality products even after spending such huge amount(30k).
                            Let's all voice our concerns to both LG and Google and ask them to get the phones repaired free of cost at the earliest.

                            I got the same problem after spending 32k 18 months ago. My Nexus 5x suddenly went dead on 7 july 2017 and Rajkot service centre told me to replace mother board which is around 13k in GST.
                            I am also facing same issue after an update.I talked to customer care, service center, LG area service manager (Pune) but it does not help.

                            Same issue here!!! Oreo patch update on my nexus 5x and it crashed Lg service centers demand 10.5k for a phone proper in condition. Helpless here.

                              I have complained about my split ac and from last two month but nobody is listening even service center is charging again and again even the worker's are dose't have manner to talk with the customer. Pathetic and worse service.
                              L. G machanic visited 5 to 6 times and everytime he find out new problem but did not find a solution even the service center guy having manner to deal with the customer.

                              My Nexus 5x was repaired 4x in five months and LG refused to give me a replacement. Don't Lemon's law apply to this! I'm tired to send my phone back and forth and never got fixed and this is not acceptable for a brand name corporation to treat users

                                  I got lg led tv dec 2015, as my prior got damaged in chennai floods dec 2015 (Just 1 year old). Now, my tv doesn't work and the engineer charged my 3000/- saying motherboard got fault. I am surprised how can lgmanufacture such a poor quality boards where sony tv stays easily 10 -12 years with absolutely no repairs. Should this be lg's responsibility to replace foc.
                                  I need lg to respond, as i could see many people have similar issues particularly in 18 - 24 months period.

                                    I purchased a lg double door refrigerator feb 2012 (Model lg gl 338 ve5)
                                    The fridge is in excellent condition but requires replacement of broken door handle. On giving complaint to lg the answer given is 'this part is no longer manufactured so nothing can be done'

                                    Basically lg is trying to say that they expect you to throwaway there products after 5 years and indirectly trying to say that you buy new product

                                    So basically life of any lg product is 5 years

                                    Conveniently lg does not display the phone numbers/email ids of any company official at senior level at there website

                                    Once product is sold you are conveniently forgotten
                                    It is desired that a resolution /repair may be done

                                      I felt lg as one of the best service provider and using many of its products as home appliances.

                                      Although i registered a complaint regarding my television issue last one month back, till now no remediation carried out. Even service engineer visited no progress made from last one month.

                                      Tv model: lg 42lv3500
                                      Issue as per service engineer: mother board issue. Estimate provided and agreed.

                                      It's very disappointing and felt unhappy with conversations from local service centres too. No one taking proper responsibility and not guaranteeing any expected date too.

                                      At same time note that the local customer care service person mr. Amar, lg customer service, panjagutta hyderabad talking nonsense when am trying to enquire about status of part.

                                      Hence request you to look into immediately.

                                        My double door lg fridge is not getting cooled. When i lodged a complaint during the first week of april, 2017, one technician had come and given a quotation for rs.2300.00 as he was not able to furnish suitable replies to my questions i had lodged another complaint. This time a new technician had come and given a quotation for rs.6420.00. Why is this so? Is lg cheating the customers? I have sent so many e-mails to your customer care division and also feed back through online survey. Nothing is happening. They are compelling me to pay rs.6240.00. Why i should pay rs.6420.00?

                                        O. K, finally i agreed to pay the cost of the spares but not service charges. Even then your area service manager at chennai is adamant and demaning me to pay rs.6420.00.

                                        Please therefore interfere in the matter and resolve the issue to my satisfaction. Do not leave me disappointed once again.
