I purchased new LG K 10 phone from Amazon it made shutter noise while taking pic even taking pic in sober occasions like funeral procession it made loud shutter sound in camera I was shocked no way to stop this ugly shutter noise I contacted Company and they did not help and said this sound will keep coming its a manufacturing fault no way u can control this sound of shutter

    I am a victim of famous LG Nexus 5x bootloop issue. The phone keeps rebooting and never starts. This is a well known issue happening globally due to faulty motherboard. When I visited authorized LG service center, they are asking me Rs.10000 for replacing motherboard. Why should I pay Rs.10000 for a hardware issue due to faulty motherboard provided by company?
    LG kindly take cognizance of this issue and I expect my mobile to be repaired free of cost.

      I have lg 42 smart. Led tv with 3 d, smart and so many facilities... But last one and half month... I have complain in lg tv... Last one and half month
      ... But there is no response to me... Worker have come my home and see the tv card problem... It is not available... After that again he had come with card... There is another cable... Worker man told to me... Every day different complain but it can not solve the complain... My complain start in may 4 2017... But till today there is not response to me... Why these type of company wil continuous in india... Those who are not response to any body...

      This second time complain... But??? ¿¿???¿???
      No result no response, no answer, no service man head replay, no head of salesman officer replay... Wha india wha india...

        Hi lg team,
        Have purchased led-22lf480a led tv monitor dated 22nd april2016 from cams corner (P) ltd from the branch 25 garia main road kolkata 84.
        Its just one year crossed, and today morning the picuture is not coming in led. I already logged call in lg customer care vide doc no rnc[protected].
        But i asked a quick service from lg customer care by today. Pl arrange a urggent inspection. Not only this i already have 1yr extended warranty card so my claim need to be addressed asap. Hope u will not loose ur customer. Can i have a prompt response before going for consumer forum.

          My customer care complaint number was RNP[protected].

          I am from Kharar, Punjab. On June 1, 2017, through LG customer care i asked for repair of my Split LG AC. The engineer they sent took 5 days before it got blast in the outdoor unit. In the evening of June 1, they came and said it was power supply unit problem in the indoor unit and they need to replace the part, costing rupees 1300. On June 3, they came and replaced the part. After replacing it, they said there was malfunction in outdoor unit, as they need to fill gas in the unit, check for leakage etc, and change capacitor, and the charge of all which they rounded up to 5500/-.

          On June 4, in evening, they came and checked for leakage and there was none. Then, they said they need to check pressure overnight, so they ll come in morning. Same time, they said should I receive call from customer care, I should lie to customer care and to tell them that my AC is repaired and working and that my complaint should be closed. They said they ll repair it by next morning by all means. I told them there is no need to lie if its just matter of overnight.

          On June 5, next day at 10 AM, they checked pressure and filled some nitrogen gas in morning and left saying they ll come in evening, and told us not to turn the ac on, which we did not. By 1:30 pm, after three hours, there was a loud blast in the outdoor unit AC. All the society people gathered as the noise was so loud. Luckily, no one was near when blast happened, so no life was lost. I called them to check the matter, and they blamed us saying we turned the AC on and its the only reason for blast. This is how they deal. I called head of engineer and he said the same. Then, for three days I called customer care and the regional heads and managers discussing the matter and they are not ready to pay for loss and are blaming on the press of button.
          After all they don't want to pay from their pocket..

          The every neighbor wanted to know which company's AC was it, as I am sure they would now want to avoid buying this company product. I am not hesitating in telling anyone that its LG.

          Firstly, its their part of much negligence and carelessness that they leave such a big blast on the stake of pressing a button. If they knew it could happen, they should have disconnected the wires. Height of shamelessness is they say we alarmed you not to press the button.

          No one in our house pressed that button and to me its quite possible that there could be another fault due to which that blast occurred, but they are not ready to accept. Its obvious they don't want to pay for losses for which they try to escape from the damage done.

            I have bought lg v20 mobile a month back from reliance.in first week itself heating issue started in 40000 rupees cell phone so i have visited reliance store pheonix market city pune to show to the sales person, he told me to visit service center located in
            Swargate and promised that your problem will get solved or you will get noc from service centre for replacement after that i went out of town. So i came back 2days before and decided to show my phone at service centre as a month time gone now phones started getting heated up badly, low single bars, hanging and short battery life. When i went to lg service centre, these people saying mobile is fine but heating issue will be their and they refuse to give me noc. The spoke person their was very rude and spoke to me as if am using smart phone for the very first time. Lg has cheated me, is it a joke that 40000 rupees phone has so many problems in just 1 month... Can you please take out matter into consideration at the earliest.

              We had problem in tv speaker, we have called lg service number, an executive came and took our tv and went... After that we dint get any calls or no response from anyone. He took our tv on 30th may... Now that is june 7th someone else is calling to inform mother board and everything is gone. It'll be 7000cost to get it ready or.. You sell it for me we'll give 1500rs. It's seriously annoying and ridiculous. What we need to do now?! Please help us to get our tv back and we feel that there are chances to remove our tvs original tools and give is duplicate one.                 1) we registered complaint no rnp[protected] dated 13.04.2017 with lg on their toll free no [protected]
                2) they sent 2 persons from zen tech services who informed us that they are authorised service centre and will repair the tv.
                3) as the tv was out of warranty, they charged inr 7400 for changing back light led and advised that the same is under 3/6 month warranty,
                4) again on 01.06.2017 the same problem returned and we re-registered complaint again ref no - rnp[protected].
                5) now we are being advised that the same company which earlier did the service of our tv is not a part of lg service and their invoice is not valid due as the same was not sent from lg electronics. The way us to pay for the same which is not acceptable.

                    My nexus is in boot loop issue which was caused due to android update and service centre is charging around 11000 for the pcb replacement. So its not an issue due to me. This issue is because of faulty hardware provided to me on which the android update resulted to a dead phone. Please provide the solution for this problem. I do not want to pay a single buck for the same as this issue is because of handset or android software.

                    I want either a new handset with the guarentee that the same problem will not come or refund to my phone or free of cost fix for the issue.

                      Mother board problem. I am a nexus lover.. I have nexus 5x 16gb variant.. I purchased one year ago and was really satisfied with the set.. But after the warranty period it worked great for more than an year and half. Recently i've updated android nougat. And it worked fine for couple of days and suddenly it stopped working, ive taken it to couple of local phone repair stores and got my battery replaced for the phone and it didnt help. I've then taken it to local lg service station and they told me its motherboard issue and it will cost me 10k rupees.
                      I donot know what to do now. Ive heard if nexus gets this bootload or motherboard problem, lg would replace it with a new phone. But i have not got any information personally regarding this and both google and lg customer service centers are mum about it and tell me that there is no refund and i need to buy a new motherboard.
                      How can someone do that? I mean i have used my phone so delicately and i never ever dropped my phone, its still in mint condition and right after i update to new android version, i get this motherboard issue.
                      What should i do now?
                      I love lg sets all my products are of lg, but now i lost hope from the products they deliver. So i request you to please replace my cell. Thank you

                        This is regard to my nexus 5x device which got soft bricked due to the android 7.1.0 update... I took it to the lg service centre he said the mobile has caused some motherboard damage we should replace the motherboard... It costs 14k and i have no idea y should i pay 14k fr the problem that was created by the android update.. My one year warranty has been expired 2months ago.. And i have no idea what is the problem with the device.!

                              I bought LG TV(receipt attached) from the LG Shoppe store on 2 October 2016. The salesman, Neeraj(contact # [protected]), promised 5% cashback on the amount after 3 months if I paid through HDFC credit card, which I did. There was no cashback after 3 months. When I contacted Neeraj, he mentioned that the issue will be resolved. I called him numerous times/interacted with him on WhatsApp but he kept on giving excuses. I never got cashback.

                              Then he shared contact number of his store manager(Harvinder, contact # [protected]). I also contacted him multiple times and requested to arrange the charge slip(which got generated when I made payment through HDFC credit card) but he kept on making excuses and eventually never got me the slip.

                              Having lost all hope and faith in the brand, I want to escalate this. It's hard to explain how much mental harrassment the store salesman & manager(Neeraj/Harvinder) have caught me over the last 4 months over this.

                              Still hoping to get a solution.

                                  On dated 4.4.2017 i bought an ac model jsq18nrxa. Lg shopee owner sale this ac while promissing a cashback of 7.5% will be refunded to you within one month and amount is ardusted in your next installement. Bill invoice also shows 7.5%cashback. Till date i am not getting cashback. Refund it as soon as possible. I am attaching my bill copy in attachment.

                                    My lg nexus 5x has become unusable due to boot loop hardware issue. I had submitted it to lg service center (Plot no 36, rama road moti nagar industrial area) for repair. They kept on saying that it is a software issue and kept the phone with them for over a week and were not able to fix it. They are not even acknowledging that this is a hardware issue, which i easily found after few google searches. Also in my case it is clearly a hardware issue as the phone works absolutely fine if i cool it down, but goes in boot loop as soon as it warms up.
                                    It is very disappointing that despite knowing the problem is with there motherboard, lg in not even informing there own service centers about the issue and how to resolve them.

                                    i have now also tried at lg's nehru place service center, there they acknowledged that its motherboard issue and that they will try to get the new motherboard free of cost as they have done some other customers as well. Then they asked me to wait while they get the approval and after 5 days said that they didnot get the approval and now it willl cost 10.000 rupees. They clearly understand that its LG's fault and are yet not repairing the devices.

                                    it is very clear this is an issue with so many people in just last 2 months. LG should either fix these phones refund the phone's cost.
                                    I bought an lg led tv of 43 inch on 1st july 2016 & this got complaint since 13th april 2017.
                                    We put 3 customer complaint & still its not resolved.
                                    Device is under warranty and we are waiting for lg repair service since last 2 months.
                                    Very very bad service from lg and their supporting teams.

                                      Complaint 1. This is to bring to ur notice the extremely inefficient services being provided by lg at our society ireo uptown sector 66 gurgaon. My flat no. Is c1502. We had paid rs 7000 for shifting d ac by 6 inches. It was not considered feasible by your engineer mr. Rizwaan and ayaz. So they told us not to get it done with an assurance that refund of rs.7000 will b done in two days. For d refund, i have issued 4 cancelled cheques and sent n number of reminders by sms and calls. But even 3.5 months is not enough for d simple refund from ur end.

                                      Complaint 2:one of ac in my flat (All fitings by lg) was not working. Engineers visited number of times to examine and after 3 visits they said a particular part needs replacement. But then again nobody has come to replace the part after diagnosing d problem 10 days back. And to add your, there is no communication form ur engineers. V have to keep calling them for updates. It is peak summers and v need the ac now. What is d fun of fixing the ac after summers are over. To add to this the engineer had serviced the ac s sometime back but he never reported any problem.

                                      Today after 6 weeks of complaining they come up with a solution that they will change the machine and not the defective part. (Probably they are not sure what is wrong with the machine)

                                      Complaint 3: today (2-6-17) they tried to replace multi v3 ac machine with multi v4 machine. The way they conducted themselves reflected their inexperience. They asked us to take a day off. Ayaz and rizwaan said they will start by 10 and finish the work in 4 hours. But they started at 5 pm and have left at 9pm with the acs still not working. They tore apart the gypsum, spoilt the house in all possible manner and couldn't replace the machine. Now they want to replace the frame on which multi v 4 machine will be suspended. The frame has to be custom made. All this reflects their inexperience and inefficiency (Which is evident by the fact that they couldn't reverse the neft in 3.5 months)

                                      Please replace our machine with a similar machine or repair the older machine.

                                      I am attaching the service report and other pics which will throw some light on the inefficient service

                                      Pls resolve the issue at the earliest. Your staff takes no responsibility and is least interested in resolving the problem.

                                        Our washing machine is top load bought 5 years ago. A few days ago the drum inside was not rotating. We called the hotline no & soon after that we received a call from an Engineer by name Suresh who promised to come that next day (30th May 2017). We waited the whole day, not going out anywhere. Finally by 4.30 I called him only to be told that he wasn't coming that day.
                                        I called the toll free no again & registered this frustration, speaking to a lady Stella. She had an Engineer (Ashraf )come. After inspecting he said that the Gears need to be changed & he would arrange for pickup to be taken to the works. This was on Tue the 30th May 2017. The pickup came only on the 1st June.
                                        Today, I get a call from the works stating (nothing to do with our problem) the outer casing is NOT available in stock as it is an old model!!!
                                        The problem identified was one thing- and what this guy was talking was something else. He did'nt even know the problem!!! HE SAYS YOU HAVE TO GO IN FOR AN EXCHANGE & BUY A NEW MODEL
                                        Can someone URGENTLY get to these JOKERS that are playing with consumers appliances and trying to make money. When I told them I would complain to LG. Go ahead do so was the answer!!!
                                        LG Electronics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
