My lg nexus 5x has become unusable due to boot loop hardware issue. I had submitted it to lg service center (Plot no 36, rama road moti nagar industrial area) for repair. They kept on saying that it is a software issue and kept the phone with them for over a week and were not able to fix it. They are not even acknowledging that this is a hardware issue, which i easily found after few google searches. Also in my case it is clearly a hardware issue as the phone works absolutely fine if i cool it down, but goes in boot loop as soon as it warms up.
It is very disappointing that despite knowing the problem is with there motherboard, lg in not even informing there own service centers about the issue and how to resolve them.

i have now also tried at lg's nehru place service center, there they acknowledged that its motherboard issue and that they will try to get the new motherboard free of cost as they have done some other customers as well. Then they asked me to wait while they get the approval and after 5 days said that they didnot get the approval and now it willl cost 10.000 rupees. They clearly understand that its LG's fault and are yet not repairing the devices.

it is very clear this is an issue with so many people in just last 2 months. LG should either fix these phones refund the phone's cost.
I bought an lg led tv of 43 inch on 1st july 2016 & this got complaint since 13th april 2017.
We put 3 customer complaint & still its not resolved.
Device is under warranty and we are waiting for lg repair service since last 2 months.
Very very bad service from lg and their supporting teams.

    Complaint 1. This is to bring to ur notice the extremely inefficient services being provided by lg at our society ireo uptown sector 66 gurgaon. My flat no. Is c1502. We had paid rs 7000 for shifting d ac by 6 inches. It was not considered feasible by your engineer mr. Rizwaan and ayaz. So they told us not to get it done with an assurance that refund of rs.7000 will b done in two days. For d refund, i have issued 4 cancelled cheques and sent n number of reminders by sms and calls. But even 3.5 months is not enough for d simple refund from ur end.

    Complaint 2:one of ac in my flat (All fitings by lg) was not working. Engineers visited number of times to examine and after 3 visits they said a particular part needs replacement. But then again nobody has come to replace the part after diagnosing d problem 10 days back. And to add your, there is no communication form ur engineers. V have to keep calling them for updates. It is peak summers and v need the ac now. What is d fun of fixing the ac after summers are over. To add to this the engineer had serviced the ac s sometime back but he never reported any problem.

    Today after 6 weeks of complaining they come up with a solution that they will change the machine and not the defective part. (Probably they are not sure what is wrong with the machine)

    Complaint 3: today (2-6-17) they tried to replace multi v3 ac machine with multi v4 machine. The way they conducted themselves reflected their inexperience. They asked us to take a day off. Ayaz and rizwaan said they will start by 10 and finish the work in 4 hours. But they started at 5 pm and have left at 9pm with the acs still not working. They tore apart the gypsum, spoilt the house in all possible manner and couldn't replace the machine. Now they want to replace the frame on which multi v 4 machine will be suspended. The frame has to be custom made. All this reflects their inexperience and inefficiency (Which is evident by the fact that they couldn't reverse the neft in 3.5 months)

    Please replace our machine with a similar machine or repair the older machine.

    I am attaching the service report and other pics which will throw some light on the inefficient service

    Pls resolve the issue at the earliest. Your staff takes no responsibility and is least interested in resolving the problem.

      Our washing machine is top load bought 5 years ago. A few days ago the drum inside was not rotating. We called the hotline no & soon after that we received a call from an Engineer by name Suresh who promised to come that next day (30th May 2017). We waited the whole day, not going out anywhere. Finally by 4.30 I called him only to be told that he wasn't coming that day.
      I called the toll free no again & registered this frustration, speaking to a lady Stella. She had an Engineer (Ashraf )come. After inspecting he said that the Gears need to be changed & he would arrange for pickup to be taken to the works. This was on Tue the 30th May 2017. The pickup came only on the 1st June.
      Today, I get a call from the works stating (nothing to do with our problem) the outer casing is NOT available in stock as it is an old model!!!
      The problem identified was one thing- and what this guy was talking was something else. He did'nt even know the problem!!! HE SAYS YOU HAVE TO GO IN FOR AN EXCHANGE & BUY A NEW MODEL
      Can someone URGENTLY get to these JOKERS that are playing with consumers appliances and trying to make money. When I told them I would complain to LG. Go ahead do so was the answer!!!

        Nexus phone handed over to replace mother board to apk technology pune in the month of marcht (21st march 2017)

        I have seen very poor response from this service dealer & is not bothered to keep his commitment

        Not answering my follow up call is normal i am surprised how reputed company like lg electronics can continue with such irresponsible service partner

        What are the criteria in selection of such service partner

          Call fr service in March 17. Said replace it with 35%value of old piece. It took mth for registering replacement from service center LG Aurangabad Maharashtra. After depositing amt 25965 Rs on 24/5/17 still not getting AC. People from service center now avoiding and not accepting calls from me. Now I want my money refund. Sending details in attachment..

            Hi, I bought a new LG AC from Reliance digital and within a year i faced alot of problems like cooling issue, water leakage from AC indoor one and too much noise. After calling them since a month none of them are getting this issue solved. i called Ms. Selvi, Mr.Balaji, Mr.Jai, Mr. Prasad and also service center guy(M/s Comfort cool) that fellow just keep on disconnecting the calls.             I purchase a new lg 5 star split ac at a cost of rs.36000/- from sangeeta electronics, patna on 02.06.2016. The vendor stated me that it has 4 years warranty and you are free from any grievance and enjoy ac. Within a year the ac giving problem of non-cooling. I made a online complaint no. Rnp[protected] dated 29.03.2017 and a lg man come next day and inspect the ac and said no problem of cooling though it was very less cooling. After a month indoor system is giving smell again i lodged complain no. Rnp[protected] dated 26.05.2017 but no one turn up to inspect the ac. Again i sent a email for non-attending it was conveyed that your complaint has been transferred to another jurisdiction. Any how a man come and inspect the ac and told that there is leakage of gas from evaporator and remove the indoor from the wall and moved for return. I told him to repair he said that it is not his duty it will be repaired by replacing the evaporator at the workshop with cost which comes to rs.[protected]/- (Change of evaporator, charging of gas, service charge and transportation of ac to workshop and back) as lg gives warranty for compressor only and leakage of gas is not covered under warranty.

            I was completed shocked to know the performance of lg electronics. Last year i expend approx. Rs.45000/- (Rs.36000/- for ac+3500 for stablizer + rs.1000 for fitting brackets, +2000 installation charge+ 2500 for wiring + charge of electrician). All this goes wastage within a year due to worst product of lg electronics.

            I am the badly sufferer so i suggest to other customers not to purchase any lg products and keep away himself from this company as its slogan is good but performance is very bad.

            I am also filled a separate grievance on jago grahak jogo i. E. National portal o[censored]nder the ministry of consumer affairs, government of india for misleading the consumers.

              I purchased an LG AC 1 year ago.The AC has a guarantee of 4 years on conditioner. On 13th June the service center guy changed the gas in the AC and the AC has been leaking and not cooling the room. Now the service center persons are not picking up my calls and are totally ignoring me from half a month and the AC lies in worse condition. They have already charged 2100/-
              INR for the cost so far.Worst after sales services. Please help us from being cheated

                Worst service from LG. My refrigerators was not working I called to customer service center - [protected]. Customer executive also lodged my complaint and told that they will send the service person on tomorrow but from last 1 weeks no one came to my home for repair only service persons are calling and saying will come Visit tomorrow. After a week the person name sadiq ( choor) mob number is [protected] came for a servicing and he took 3800/- for LG refrigerator servicing. From the next day my fridge was totally dead i called so many times to customer care they said will send the person soon but till now no one has come bldyl choor ... now that service person he never lift my call plplplplpl dont for lg product you don get proper service .

                  I had bought LG refrigerator in Oct 16 which is under warrenty currently. Since last one month I have noticed leakage problem. I had raised multiple complaints, yesterday I got call from service center for replacement of my product. Now LG is asking for more money to replace my fridge with the same capacity which I had bought as the same model is not available with them. Its a fraudulent business practice by LG. Why will customer pay extra because of defective LG product. Can any responsible LG representative look into this

                      I have purchased an LG AC and complained to the service centre about it's improper functioning right from the day of purchase but the mechanic from the service is centre could not solve it. They have visited a number of times but could not figure out the problem. Instead they told me to buy a new stabilizer and I did the same but in vain. Mr. Rajesh from the service centre advised me to take a vedio recording of the problem as the problem occurred at midnight or early morning which was sheer harassment. But they were unable unable to solve my problem. After spending 35, 000 for the AC I have to sleep in this hot weather without it.

                          I have bought LG 2 TON inverter AC
                          and since installation 3 times gas has been leaked, but everytimes engineer come down and get the gas filled but probelm remain same

                              Dear Sir/Ma'am,
                              We have given complaint for LG Refrigerator for gas filling on 27/05/2017 and your service engineer came on 29/05/2017 for inspection and told there is no gas, we need to fill the gas which he cannot do. And told he will send another person for gas filling tomorrow.

                              As the cost which he told was On higher side I said i will do it outside. For which he was asking to pay for visit charges.

                              My point is I registered a complaint for gas filling and the person neither brought the gas nor done any service. And expecting me to pay visit charges. Why I should pay visit charges now.

                              I would have paid the visit charges if the service person has come with gas and ready to do the service At the same time.

                              I even spoke to his superior and he was so arrogant in talking with me.

                                I baught an LG 43' TV from Qatar with international warranty on July 1st 2016.

                                I took this tv to India by paying customs duty at Cochin International Airport.

                                My device got complaint on April 2017 with In warranty.
                                My brother submited for repair request through LG Android Application on April 2017. LG & their 3rd party maintenance team contacted & promised him that They will resolve it once they got some spare parts, same time they strongly requested him to let them close the Ticket number as it will be problem for them due to delay of resolving. Repair manager promised him that they will resolve it before 21st May 2017. Unfortunately they failed to resolve it till date (29/05/2017)

                                After the 1st complaint, we put other 2 more complaint & they are making us very much disappointed. It is very bad & unluckey situation as we bought and start using a new LG device.

                                Kindly request you to please do the needful for us as we are sitting infront of a high priced 'not working' LG TV with an Inwarranty too.

                                Service centre manager promised us that they will resolve it before 21st may 2017, still not resolved.
                                Service manager requsted us to allow for close the 1st complaint as it goes delay to resolve by they failed to resolve it.

                                  We purchased an split invertor a/c model no jsq18spacd on 8-apr-2017. After lot of phone calls, all made by us, and follow ups, we got a demo on 7-may-2017. It was found that the a/c was consuming more than 1 unit within just have an hour. Again lot of phone calls, multiple follow ups, but this time not a single technician from the lg support team had come to inspect or investigate to find the cause of such a steep raise. Further these extra ordinary [censor] from lg keep on passing the mobile numbers and asking the customer to do the follow ups. Many a times, they dont even lift their phones, and we have to use other mobiles to call them and explain. Kishore, ganpapathi, senthil, are names of highly irresponsible people involved. Earlier raised complaints are cnp[protected] and cn[protected]. Kindly provide a replacement of our ac.
                                  Its not working properly and getting sounds while drying and the circuit board is getting heat sooner

                                  We have a lg led tv 22" purchased in ongole store. Now we have a problem regarding the speakers. Speakers are not working properly. Pls send us the relevant service person to solve the issue. We were repeated customers of lg, pls resolve this asap.

                                      This is to inform you that i have parched a vacuum cleaner through aditya vision, darbhanga, bihar on dated 22nd may’17 and that time they (Someone in shop) confirmed that tomorrow there will be demo call at your residence but still i am waiting for demo. And for that i have contacted several times with soap (Aditya vision) & your service centre but despite of that till now issue is not solved.
                                      Your service centre ([protected]) given me the number of mr manoj ([protected]) and i had contacted with him in between 12 pm to 12:30 pm and that time he confirmed me that i will come approx 2 hours but till now he hasn’t come and for your kind information his behaviour is also not acceptable by customer like me. Then i contacted with hod ([protected]) but again no initiative was taken.
                                      So now you suggest me what should i do on urgent basis, otherwise i will registered my complain in consumer forum.

                                      Note - i won’t be available in darbhanga next 2 days, that’s why i have contacted several time and told him (Service centre & mr manoj) regarding my non-availability but despite of that they ignore.
