Lb - life is bad.
We purchased an split invertor a/c model no jsq18spacd on 8-apr-2017. After lot of phone calls, all made by us, and follow ups, we got a demo on 7-may-2017. It was found that the a/c was consuming more than 1 unit within just have an hour. Again lot of phone calls, multiple follow ups, but this time not a single technician from the lg support team had come to inspect or investigate to find the cause of such a steep raise. Further these extra ordinary [censor] from lg keep on passing the mobile numbers and asking the customer to do the follow ups. Many a times, they dont even lift their phones, and we have to use other mobiles to call them and explain. Kishore, ganpapathi, senthil, are names of highly irresponsible people involved. Earlier raised complaints are cnp[protected] and cn[protected]. Kindly provide a replacement of our ac.
We put 3 customer complaint & still its not resolved.
Device is under warranty and we are waiting for lg repair service since last 2 months.
Very very bad service from lg and their supporting teams.
