Hi, SInce more than 1 month continuously complaining about the display with following complaint numbers :

LG is not replacing the display even after repeated complaints, Even after 4 week of raising the complaint we still have no clue about the repair happening, I recommend LG not to keep customers waiting with false hopes and uneven charges. The TV is still under warranty and I do agree their has been a damage, if I have to pay Rs.25000 for just the repair, that too I still have no update about when is it happening. Its almost crossing 4 weeks. If this is the case with LG I would rather pay 10 or 15 thousand extra to buy another brand Sony or Samsung or any other leading brand, why should I pay Rs. 25000 just for the display replacement.

I don't see any value for the customer with LG Products. This makes me think once again that "IS IT WORTH TO BUY LG PRODUCTS."

Please answer "IS IT WORTH" if "YES" where is the value for our money, If "NO" then thanks a lot and I will rework on all the appliances and look for some reliable brand. There is not sense in celebrating 20 years,

The company has to understand 1 think, Out of nearly 2 billion population, even the 10 % of population purchases LG products, they are not the returning customers and the 10% of people will instruct another 20% of people not to buy LG. Soon this will extinct in india, Your will gradually loose the business nad the company will find losses. They need to simplify and correct their system. LG IS WORTHLESS i think so. I shall never suggest LG products in my whole circle.

    I have lg washing machine cum dryer.
    Model no : f1480yd25alspeil under valid annual maintenance contract.
    Job no: rnp[protected] dated 04/05/17.
    My washing machine was making lot of noise during the wash cycle. I filed a complaint on your customer care service center in jaipur. Mr. Sanjay chouhan (Technician) visited my home and informed that the gear unit of the drum needs to be replaced and he took the machine to the service centre on 04/05/17. He assured me that the machine will be returned after full repair in 2 days time i. E 06/05/17.
    I didnt get any response until 10/05/17. I tried to contact the service manager on mobile no :+91-[protected] and he once again assured me that the part has arrived and machine will be delivered to me on 12/05/17.
    Ince then i m trying to contact the person but unfortunately he blocked my number.
    Today 13/05/17 i tried from another number and he forwarder the phone to ms. Xyz and she was very rude and hung the phone without giving any clarity about my complain. Mr. Sanjay chouhan is also no picking up my phone.
    I request you to kindly look into this matter and send a new washing machine of the same model as i presume this machine seems to be irreparable because of the unavailability of the part. I also demand a refund of charges incurred as i am giving my clothes to the laundry everyday.
    I hope my matter will be taken into deep consideration as otherwise i would have to take a legal action against the company for unnecessary trouble, harassment and unacceptable attitude from the staff.
    I am presently owning 10 high end products from lg but after this incident i dont seem to buy or recommend lg product.

      I have purchased three lg product (Lcd tv, refrigerator and microwave)
      Out of this within warranty tv and microwave repaired. After lapse of warranty tv matrix damaged and microwave magnetron and fuse unserviceable.

      Tell me what type of product you are selling that become defective after warranty. Are you not maintains your product quality. If after lapse of warranty items got unserviceable then please tell me what is your product life.

        Respected sir,
        After the observation of my fridge your technician has comed up with the result that the fan of the refrigerator is not working, the heater viz used to control over freezing of fridge is not functioning, the sensor are not working. Since it has been 2 day no proper attention is given to my complain. Its been only 3 months to purchase my product and your company lg is asking me to change spare parts. What is the use to take such a costly refrigerator. It seems that your reputated company is just selling its name to us. When i called their senior representatives they are not picking my call a representative NIKITA told that she will call but not contact has come. My vegetables and fruits are getting rotted since 2 days when refrigerator was opened by their technician. Now by this complain I am asking to you that will you refund my money or not? If a well known company like you (LG) will give a very very bad experience to there respective customer and will not sort out the problem then we have to move to our respective consumer court and to print and electronic media with all valid proof and all documents.
        So as a customer i am asking to you please refund our money if you are not capable to sort out problem and you are not in the position to take care of your customer care. And also take action against your all employee who is always present their to take benefits like salary and other perks but they are very careless and do not think about the goodwill of there company which is providing them bread and butter.
        So please look on this matter on urgent basis without any delay or fail now. And do needful for your valuable customer.
        I am looking for your support and sure will get positive and immediate response.

          I mohammed buyied new lg dual inverter air condition on 18th august of 2016. On 10th may 2017 it was not working only blower fan was working no cooling. So called lg customer care [protected] at 07:25 am karthika received my call and very rudely said due to heavy call flow he cannot take my complain when i asked him about complaint number he shouted at me telling me that when he cannot take my complain can't even provide me complain number. Then again i called at 7:27am [protected] sandhaya received my call and said me the same thing due to heavy call flow she cannot take my complain i asked hem about the feed back email id or phone number so she booked my complain and gave me the complain number rnp[protected]. After that at 12:00 pm two technicians came one name was mubashir and took my outdoor pcb board said that it is burnt due to voltage fluctuations. After three days i. E on 13th may 2017 two another new technicians came fix the same pcb board and said the problem is with the compressor then i called again customer care [protected] at 12:23 rahul received my call and gave me shiva kumar number [protected] and said he is area manager of hyderabad he will solve your problem. I called to shiva kumar at 12:31pm, 12:50pm he did not answer my calls then i again called [protected] at 12:51 pm tanveer received my call and said you wait for some time he is busy with some meeting you call him after some time he will surely receive your call then i again call him at 1:06on, 1:15pm, 3:46pm he did not answer my calls again i made a call to [protected] at 3:47pm ravi receive my call i told him about my problem so he gave me asm number [protected] kishore kumar i made him several calls 03:51 pm, 04:38 pm, 04:39 pm, 04:41pm, 04:53pm even he is not receiving my calls 05:03. I purchased the air condition so that i can use in summer. Worst customer service ever seen. After purchasing so expensive air condition i am facing these kind of problems. While purchasing lg sales man told me that this is the best air condition with best customer service. I request you to please look into the matter.

            I, prescilla dsouza had purchased lg ac (Product model no. Lsn3cr2a; serial no. 108pasl002386) from s. L. Electronics kalina in october 2011. As the cooling was not effective since october 2016 i placed service call no. Rnp[protected] on

            Bhushan electronics (Lg service centre) picked up the ac and informed me that part no. Acg53967408
            Is not available and hence ac cannot be repaired.
            .
            I informed s. L. Electronics kalina and they informed that they will take up the matter with lg since lg company is dutybound to service the customer complaints.
            .
            But now i have been informed by them that they will not replace the ac nor consider my request for discount in purchase of new ac.
            .
            The weather is getting hot and hot everyday. Please help me to get the issue resolved as it is the 6th month i have been pleading with the company for solution.

The company has not called me nor serviced my AC for the last 8 months. The company has also not returned my unit. I am pleading with the company for solution. Please help me.

                Two split AC just 2 years old.

                Jan 2017 re instaled with fresh copper piping and gas recharged.
                Mar 2017 both AC malfunction and when checked by LG service they inform that further expenditure of Rs 19000 required to make both AC functional again.

                LG repair Agency in Jan 2017 was Sai Enterprises, Mumbai, Agency
                in May 2017 LG Agency is Synergie Services, Mumbai they say that they are not responsible for poor service by other agency.

                End result the customer has to bear the costs with no help from Co. Inspite of writing email directly to company there is NIL response.

                My recommendations to Prospective customer and friends never ever buy a LG product, they are poorly manufactured products cannot even last for 2 years,

                  It's almost 5 time i have registered a complaint against the fridge problem what i'm facing is in fridge sec vegetables r getting spoiled
                  First time the tech came to my palace a said to use newspaper to prevent the vegetable
                  No use of it
                  Second time another guy came he said to use a tissue paper that also no use
                  Third guy told to use cotton cloths
                  This all nonsense reason and service is very pathetic technician take 4 days to visit
                  Plz do some need full as we have lost the faith in lg company

                    On 14/04/2017 I purchased LG TV LG LED 43UH650T . I was promised delivery of LG DVD BP250 along the TV. But Bluray player was not delivered along with TV. When asked the dealer informed that the player will be delivered within a week. The Bluray is also mentioned in the bill. Bill is attached for your reference. The Bluray player is not delivered to me so far. Please ensure Bluray player is delivered to me immediately / at the earliest.

                      Its a very shamefull experience with lg services in faridabad we logged complaint on 1st may even we r call everyday they tild us parts are not available everyday we get status that we rcv motor bulbs and gas issues solved today from 2 days same status yester they promise to solve it on 11may at 7:30 engineer visited but no use they say gas is not available so we finish it in morning but today on 12th may when we contacted them at 11 am they promise that they r rchng but when we again call they update us its solved in 4pm they r very rude and shameless persons

                      I suggest to not buy any lg product in future

                        I have bought two LG fridges and one LG top load 10kg washing machine on 4th May 2017 expected delivery on 8th as Monday. But they called on Monday saying only washing machine n one fridge will be delivered or else Tuesday they will deliver all three items. But then on 9th they brought only the fridges saying washing machine was not in stock. Past three days I am after them to deliver my Washing machine but have failed to do so . I am surprised how irresponsible they can be and the sales person Mr.Vinay and manager ph# [protected], don't even pick up my call or have the decency to address the matter I am left with only a bill of 44000/- n nothing. LG must look into​ this carelessness on behalf of Pai and ensure I get my new product delivered immediately.

                          I bought an lg split ac 1.5 ton himalaya cool. Firstly i had a problem with the ac due to leakage of gas. After the fixture of leakage the cooling of the product is not the same as it was earlier. Also it produces a sound in the internal part of ac. I am using many lg products at my home including ac 's. But this ac disappointed me. Due to which i m thinking of some other brand. I hope the company would fix my problem soon as i bought the ac for comfort but i m facing a problem this summer.

                            Hi with due respect i would like to complaint against LG services in Hoshiarpur city, myself Davinder Singh (Avatar Singh) being as a loyal consumer of LG electronics as i had purchased LP Air condition, LG Refrigerator in 2015/16 and LG Washing machine, LG Microwave on 6 may, 17 with invoice no 40629 Tin:[protected]. I would like to share an incident as on dated 9th May, 17 our LG refrigerator is making some noise from backside due to low electricity supply (may be due to 1 phase only) we called on customer care number around 16:00 and got the reply that LG personals’ will visit on 10th may, 17, suddenly LG personal’s visited our house around 17:30 to monitor/troubleshoot the refrigerator for approx 30 mins and they replied that the compressor got damaged and need to be replaced but we requested them that may be the refrigerator is making noise due to low electricity supply but LG personnals denied and said it is confirmed that the compressor is have to be replaced depending upon the availability of same in their stock, moreover they asked for Rs.250/- as service charges in order to monitor the refrigerator which is not being disclosed earlier while lodging the complaint but we paid and they said it will be deducted from the day of replacement of compressor once it got arranged. They asked us to switch off the refrigerator and said that they will call back after going back to their office to confirm the status of the availability of the compressor. After being waiting for next 24 hrs we got no response and turned on the refrigerator on 10th may morning in order to save our dairy products and it is now working fine and perfect temperature till now.
                            For your acknowledgement, its being 48 hrs now we are still waiting for them or their reply but sorry to say they are least bothered to call back for the availability of the compressor, also we would like to update you that your LG service guys are professionally untrained/ineffective in order to troubleshoot to find out the root cause/fault of the refrigerator and making unnecessary replacement of the compressor which is already working fine.
                            Henceforth we expect some serious action to be taken against these two LG service guys who are delivering negative customer experience in the mindsets. We are happy using all LG products but such type o[censored]nexpected incidents makes us think twice while investing in LG brand moreover we trust all your LG products but currently very dissatisfied with your paid services.

                              I had purchased an lg tv (Lg uhd led 43uf770t) from vijay sales last year on 01/02/2016. However tv's motherboard had to be replaced on 27/05/2016 after just 4 months. That was covered under warranty. After this, on 28/02/2017, tv stopped working and the motherboard had to be replaced once again. This time it was not covered under warranty so as per lg engineer who had visited cost of replacement is rs. 10, 629 which i refused to pay as replaced motherboard again damaged within 9 months. I had lodged complaint with lg, complaint no. Is rnp[protected]. Also sent mail on 09/03/2017 to [protected]@lge.com and continuously following on mail from last 2 months but no reply from them as whether they are going replacing motherboard free of cost or not. Motherboard which was replaced on 27/05/2016 and damaged again on 28/02/2017 must have warranty of 1 year. Since tv was under warranty period company refuse to issue me warranty of replaced motherboard on 27/05/2016.. Please help me to replace it free of cost.

                              No response from LG customer care team till date. TV is switched off for more then 3 months. I can't wait any more. Keeping in mind Customer satisfaction ratio of LG Customer care services I have decided to repair TV by paying cost of damaged Mother board by keeping my claim against LG Electronics. Please help me.Please do not close my complaint.

                                I had called the lg customer care on [protected] on 15.4.17 and lodged complaint that my AC was not working or cooling.I asked for ticket number of complaint but it wasn't given and on 18.4.17 an engineer aman shrivastav came along with another man from universal services, daryaganj, Delhi.mobile no. Of aman is [protected] and he charged RS 3700 for gas filling, welding and servicing. But from the same night AC stopped cooling and when I complained to the said helpline then said that no complaint is lodged and to give the complaint ticket number. The engineer also stopped picking up phone whereas he had written on bill receipt o[censored]niversal services that warranty is for 6 months and in case of any such cooling problem then they will rectify it without cost.
                                I fail to understand that if my complaint was not registered by lg Helpline then how did engineer come to me knowing my mobile number and address.
                                Whether lg has a fraudulent Helpline which doesn't give ticket no. But send engineer to defraud customers of money without doing any work and shows himself as an authorised engineer of lg and of its authorised dealer in Delhi.

                                  I brought lg smart tv and main board stopped working withi 18 month and now they are asking for money to repair. Such big name but produce many defective products which stop working in less that 2 years. Funny customer care and cco guys are not professional too, if any lg guys read this then call me on [protected] for more details.

                                  Request you please have a look and fix this soon as possible else i ha r to post this post to facebook or linkedin as cheap products from lg like local products

                                    I have purchased LG refrigerator on 26th Sep-16 model no- LG REF FF255L GL- Q282SGSR.EGSZEBN2S from CROMA Sec-22- Chandigarh with invoice no- SLF02A[protected].

                                    I got a problematic product as since last 6 months it has been repaired more than 4 times.
                                    Compressor has been changed by LG still i am facing cooling issues. Every month i am lodging complaint to the service center.
                                    no doubt LG customer care people are sending their representative to solve the problem. but i am quite unhappy with LG product.

                                    As on today -9th may-2017 my refrigerator is still not working properly as ice chamber is not able to make ice and lower cooling chamber is unable to cool the things inside.
                                    i have again lodge a complaint as usual every month but from my heart i don't want to use this product.

                                    i am expecting replacement against this problematic product delivery.

                                      I purchased an lg refridgerator with model code: b772gsph and item description lg ref gr-b772gsph. Asvqebn from snehanjali retail pvt ltd, malad west. I have the original bill (Voucher no: ord5143725 dated 03/05/2014)
                                      The mrp of this fridge was around 70k

                                      I raised a complaint for repair as the fridge stopped working in 2.5 years and lg said they dont have spare parts (Paper heater is the part)

                                      I was told to pay extra money and get a new fridge as they dont have spare parts. The extra money to be paid is 35k. Lg cannot give a bill in the name of customer itseems. Can someone help me as to how i can put a case against them in consumer court. I have a mail trail of all the conversations with the official complaint email of lg.
