My mobile phone is not getting ON sicnce 5/4/2017.
I shared the complaint to LG service center Saki naka on 8th April, they said that "LG Nexus 5X has motherboard problem. we will will let u know if the motherboard will be availble to us.". They have not done anything as of now.
Registered and submitted my phone on 29th April. Its one month now.

    Purchased an a/c model js-q18spxd split a/c dual invertor on 10-apr-2017. People who had come to install did not have either id-cards or were in uniform. So dont know whether they belonged to lg service centre or not. No demo given till date. They were not knowing how to set timer. We registered a complaint, but till date no one attended. Next please see the electric bills. From 44 units it has jumped to 286 units in the first month itself. Your toll free nos dont work. Very pathetic. Please help us out. Zip file has been attached to show the difference in electricity bills.

      I have purchased lg 282sgsr freeze on 6.7.2016. Till that date my freeze not working proper;y.. I have complaint many times but engineer came and closed my complains by fake reason. Mr dinesh patel who is head of service cnete at ahmedabad is not resonding and diverting my complain to avoid service. Compressure once changed by compny but than also preoduct not working. I have paid 20300 rupee but in few montth i m tired and fristaet by lg product. I want my product repalace anyhow,...         I am Karthik from chennai. I've bought the LG WEB OS Smart TV 49LF6300 from the retail shop named "GIRIYAS" located in chintamani signal at Anna nagar. The TV billed on 06 Jun 2016 and it was promised to deliver on the same day. I said, let me deliver the product mysel[censored]sing my car, but they refused and said that the bajaj finance personnel will deliver the product using the shuttle service which I need to pay Rs.500 at the time of delivery.

        Butwhat happened is different, the agent SARAVANAN and his colleauge delivered the 49 inches TV in a worthless bike gifting me a LED lamps and made me to pay Rs.500. The agent installed the TV with a smile.

        After a couple of days, I checked the quality personally with a doubt, the doubt was clear and the TV they delivered is a TV which is mounted on the wall for display for an year. I took a picture of the two holes with the paint marks. I whatsppaed the agent with this picture. He called me immediately, I said I will put case on you and your showroom. But he interferred and promised me to rectify this mistake by delivering the New TV instead and he had a word with the manager about this and they accepted to deliver. The same day the agent delivered and the problem was solved.

        After 6 to 7 months i mean on 26th April 2015 my TV got flashing issue and fired up my doubt making me to think whether it is an old TV which again I was cheated, doubt still pending. I called the customer service, they said they will send a technician, but its been 5 days I was waiting for the technician, but no one called me ever. Also I paid the EMI perfectly. Since I am a handicapped person, I could not go to and fro always to check whether the technician is available.

        I've lost myself feeling like I was cast away from the world feeling whether will any one.

          This is in reference to my complaint lodged at the LG Service Centre Jammu.In compliance to my complaint, my washing machine was repaired by the LG service centre at HNO-252, Sec-1p, Lane no-4, Trikuta Nagar Extension Jammu 3 months back .However the machine started to give the same problem after 1 month with only 3 times used in this period.At the time of repair, I complaint to the service engineer that though machine has been repaired by you but the sound produced by the machine has still not improved completely and i am skeptical about the occurrence of the defect but the Service Engineer ignored it on the pretext that it is normal.So please intervene and help me to repair my washing machine once for all.

            I had purchased a washing machine on the 13th of march 2017, from girias showroom in anna nagar.

            Within a month the machine stopped functioning, for which i placed a complaint on the 17th of april, 2017 for which the complaint number is rnp[protected], complaint registered under mobile number [protected], complaint given to hitech services.

            First of all selling a defect piece, which stops working within a month for which you should be replacing to a new machine, your technician sivraj [protected]

            Today, when i called sivraj from my number he did not pick up phone for 5 times and when i called from another number he answers the call and tells me parts have arrived but no vehicle to delivery so it will take 3 days? Is he working for lg or some local place? What kind of a behaviour is this?

            And, now when i call the toll free number customer service complaint, they are saying complaint is closed. How can they close the complaint without resolving it and without the customers permission?
            Won't lg confirm with the customer that the complaint is resolved?
            Now i have to open a fresh complaint and start over again?

            I want you to see to it that my machine works today and severe action taken against sivraj!

            If my machine is not replaced to a new one or to whatever parts has to be replaced by today 03.05.2017, a legal action will be taken, and this complaint will be posted on facebook/twitter and will be shared across! I have all the bill details, recorded messages of your service agent, and the complaint number.

            Worst ever experience with lg!

              I had place request for ac maintenance in april first week. Your representative visit the side and given a job sheet, which was shown the condenser replacement requier. After 2 days ac collected from home for condenser replacement, then my follow up for when it can be reinstall. After 4 days they had install ac with replaced condenser but still ac not working they confirm me will send senior technician for further maintenance. He came after my follow up with service agency comfort point mumbai goregaon after 7 days. And now he informed compressor not working, will send some one to get it replace because compressor is under warranty and even the condenser as well under warranty up to five years. But till date issue is not resolved.
              Date of purchase april 2015.

                Dear sir,

                Re: lg washing machine pcb circuit board to be replaced

                Your service representative observed pcb board is to be replaced, but could not get spare parts from your company. We had taken extended warranty of the machine which ended with 9-4-2013 and thereafter lg did not offer warranty extension. Washing machine is in show room condition but unable to use for want of spare parts from lg. Pl solve the problem.

                Your competitors offer spare parts replacement for 10 years while you are not offering the same industry practice. Is it not a national waste to abandon a fully top condition machine worth rs.40000/- for want of a small part? Is it not the responsibility of lg india to address service issues of customers to their satisfaction. Is it a planning failure of the company to keep inventory of spare parts for at least 15 years.

                Earlier i bought a ifb-bosch machine in 1988 and used it for 20 years with full spare parts support till 2008 and since body got corroded due to mumbai weather, i switched to lg and paying the price for it.

                I have lg products of all ranges in my house from mobile phone, fridge, tv, pc monitor, split ac and washing machine. Do i deserve this treatment from a company which was allowed in india from south korea to operate.

                Please carefully study customer woes let your top management intervene and solve this problem soonest.

                  We had purchased Dual Inverter Air Conditioner 1.5 Ton from one of your dealer Modern Electronics, Khadki Bazar, Pune 411003. Four different installation personnel called up, but no one came to install. I had told them, first come and see and should they want any support, the same can be arranged by us at our cost, so that the installation is done in one day.

                  Later, Modern Electronics sent a private installation vendor, M/s Limra A/c Services, Kalewadi Bridge, Sanjay Gandhi Nagar, Pimpri, Pune - 411017, owner Hasan Shaikh, Mobile [protected], [protected].

                  The work carried out by them is not of any good quality and very unprofessional and we are not at all satisfied with the installation. The anchor fasteners used are some cheap local make. We told them to use some good quality branded ones like fisher make or Hilti make so as to take the weight of 30 Kgs. They ignored our request.

                  You are kindly request you to send your LG representative to see the installation and ensure that a standard good quality work is carried on to maintain your company's good standard "Life is Good".

                    Respected sir / madam,
                    I have purchased lg ¬air conditioner (Ac) online from amazon. It is delivered on[protected], for installation i have called to lg customer care for installation, accordingly i only followed up for installation.
                    Day-1: - on[protected] at 7’o clock evening lg third party technician (Mr. Pothu raju) came from the sri swathi service point. For installation, i requested as per my choice, but technician suggested in different side as per his convenience. (I trusted his suggestion because he said in future there will be a gas leakage on my suggested place).
                    Day-2: - i am getting water leakage problem from vey 2nd day on words. I have called pothu raju i have explained my problem and he committed next day[protected] to visit my place and fix the problem. Till now this is never happened. Every day am calling to his mobile number and he is saying ¬¬¬¬he will come. I have waited 1 week like this but there is no use, sometimes he is avoided my calls and if he responds also his behaviour is not good.
                    I have waited 1 week time and i contacted to lg customer care, and i have explained same thing to customer care and they shared the same contact details of swathi service point. Those number are [protected] / [protected].
                    I contacted swathi service point manager and i discussed about my problem, and he promised he will send a technician to fix the problem. His committed date is[protected]. On 26th onwards i am contacting him and his technician, they are avoiding the calls, and giving the wrong commitments. Nearly me & my wife dialled both numbers more than 100 times.
                    Before registering this complaint, i called him but he is not responded, finally i sent a message to his mobile no. [protected]. Message is “ if the problem is not resolved by today 2pm i will put complaint in consumer court “, but how ever i didn’t get any response from them.
                    If i called technician he is again asking for money, lg technician did the wrong installation and i am asked to correct the his installation straightaway their asking money. Moreover, where he installed ac from that position my room is not colling at all.
                    And i am attaching my images how he installed ac & my suggested place for installation.

                      According i have swiped the card and purchased the product, later 90 days amount has not reflected my account, i have contacted the branch and visited several times and sent the account statement of credit card to dealer but still no proper response (A copy of mail is attached for your ready reference).

                      Kindly look into the issue and do the needful at the earliest.

                      My tellivision is spoiled.
                      I think the complaint won't help, the LG customer care is least bothered about there customer problem. I also faced similar issue, but did not get any resolution, after providing all the documents also. They say the Cashback slip is not correct, we cannot help, main thing what I observed is the swiping machine problem or the card was not swiped properly for Cashback. In this case I think the LG Store need to be penalized as I am hearing so many issues regarding same. LG company compliance or legal team has to take some actions against these brand LG stores else the LG brand name will be spoiled.

                        I have lodged service repair request on website lg /support /repair for on site repairs. (Reciept no. Cnp[protected]). Technician visited from lg service /ms services, kandivali mumbai office for the inspection purpose and declared that "mother board" needs replacement to make tv operational. Collected rs. 300/- but not given inspection report copy. I agreed to pay additional service charges of rs. 920/ as well as mother board price of rs. 7620/-. However after 2 days called to me and conveyed that the said board is no more available and the said tv model is obsolete. This was very shocking to my knowledge that such a high cost tv is not repairable due to the non-availability of the part after usage of around 4 years and odd months. Please help me out.

                          I had bought a LG front loading model (F1222NDP25) 3 years back for around 45000/-. Now the problem with the washing machine is it is not working and it stopped working while it was in process.
                          There is no mechanical issues with the machine.
                          I called up the customer care and logged the complaint. But your service guy dint turned up.There was no response from your service care department.
                          So We approached private repairing services and we have to pay Rs.5000.
                          My expectation was that the your service guy will respond to our complaint.we waited for almost a week to get response from your side. It was a surprise for me to know that such a big company doesn't provide proper after sales services and uses such cheap product which doesn't have a life in washing machine.

                          Its pathetic that after spending RS.45000 for a washing machine, I need to spend another 5000 with in 3 years for a minor program error.
                          I would like to bring into the notice of the authorities and people about the poor quality of the PCB in LG washing machine
                          and how much the customers are being cheated after spending their money on products like this.
                          You send your service guy I would like to show him damaged PCB.

                              Hi,

                              I have bought 1.5 Split AC of LG electronics from Croma showroom Rajajinagar Bangalore 560010 on 15/03/2015, there were 2 free services for which i have not received any communication from after sales service team.

                              I have called to LG customer care for servicing in April 17 from my mobile number [protected] some one responded and after listening all my query they told in 2 days you will receiving the call from the service guy but no one responded.

                              After that i have followed up couple of times no one is reverting or attending the call i am disappointed with the kind of service which after sales LG is providing.

                              And also people at call center also not bother to talk to the client properly.

                              If this kind of services are provided they customer wont have faith on the products which LG is selling.

                              Request you to resolve my complaint urgently.

                              The LG electronic company gave me a direction by e mail to contact their area manager in trivandrum with mobile number. I did it & he sent a technician. The technician took away the pcb to the service centre and the office directly informed me the company has not been producing spares to repair the pcb. They recommend to to dispose the air conditioner for scrap price. Nobody can repair it.
                              But you see one electronic board repairing man repaired it charging only three hundred rupees one week ago. After that the AC IS Working well.
                              This is the attitude of LG electronics service department and evident to show the quality of LG electronics technicians.
                              I strongly request the company to appoint good, well trained electronic technicians in their centres or close down.
                              Request the public not to get cheated by buying LG products

                                I purchased a LG refrigerator on 3-4 2017 from Pai Electronics, Puttenahalli road, Bengaluru 560076.
                                The mechanic who commissioned the same persuaded me to go for AMC. I gave a cheque and I was told the invoice will be delivered home with in 30 days. I got a message on my mobile also to this effect.
                                I contacted customer care on their toll free number and was told the invoice will be delivered home by the mechanic who commissioned the fridge. This did not happen.
                                I once again contacted the customer care and was given two mobile numbers to contact. Both these numbers are not operational.
                                Hence I want to know what is to be done next.

                                  The service center is denying to provide me service as my location falls between both their Area of Service, The service guy from Marathahalli says this location belongs to KH road and vice versa.

                                  I have raised 3 complaints on the same issue and the first the complaint was raised on 20th of April, I havent been getting a proper response from the Customer care nor from the Service center.

                                        It is big mistake to have bought lg ac of this brand and i am unable to describe issue because many mails are written to concerned person but no action and reply is written to me still let me know once again problem is, i called for ac service on 22 april 2017. Engineer came and serviced it but after that water leakage problem started. I contacted to same engineer but he is not responsible and responsive for this and said to talk another person then another person came and solved this problem as he said and went but under my observation water leakage is not solved that's when i talked to him and he told to another person etc. Now i contacted to service center to abhishek and anju service manager but they never ever pickup the call. I do not know myself that how much call i have made to them when i have lost hope that they will pickup my call then i tried to customer care who always speak your call is forwarded on priority basis.
