company engineer visitef and observed one of part ucb main( mothetboard) damaged, and lick order of that part, but some days later, told me, that part is not available with company, and as per company rule yr tv goes to replacement of only 15% replace value.It mean i have to loose rs 54000 within 4 year time of ny purchase.
Is it justice to custmous, is it not cheating by lg compny, ad they forced customer to purchade new tv within 4 yr by not keeping main part of tv

    Dear Sir,
    I have purchased two nos LG Split type AC 1.5 Ton capacity from Dealer FAIR GROWTH MARKETING SRIKAKULAM on dt 19 Jun 2009. Out of two one is working in good condition but other one is found defective since purchased. After two month of purchase the defect has been come out. According to the technician report it was found that fault is due to gas leakage but till today technician has not found out actual fault from where the gas has been leaked out. As I have been served in defence I could not attend all time to such type of defect in AC. Whenever the cooling effect not found in room we are used to call technician and complaint was given to the service centre. So many times complaint has been lodged but every time technician report says the only gas problem i, e no gas is in the system. Actual defect could not detect by the technician, simply refilling the gas in the system and taken money from my family in the sort cut way. If this type of things happen frequently than what will do the poor users.Till now near about Rs.12, 000 has been paid by me only for gas refilling and servicing cost as the actual fault is technician and LG service people. If the machine is OK than it will not be happened as born by me. It seems the machine was initially defective and forcibly it was sold to me. At last today one tech has come and find out that indoor unit cooling coil is found leakage and job sheet has been prepared accordingly. According to the tech cooling coil has to replace and cost of Rs.6000 to be born by me but my question is why I should pay for replace of cooling coil as the same was defect initially and tech not trace out till date. AC cost was Rs.29000 and already paid Rs.12, 000 for manufacturing defect. If the reputed LG co will sell this type of defective product then coy fame will be reverse in the market. Actually the machine was found defect initially at the time of purchase but Dealer and service centre were fully responsible for that instead of LG Co. LG co should take action on those people who are not taken responsibility at the beginning. My earnest request is to do a favour for replacing my faulty Split AC. As a result It is found that either the technician employed are not fully qualified or it was a bad practice to take lightly to the consumer. After passed 7 yrs, now the technician trace out actual defect which was to be sort out very beginning. Now I am completely fed up and expecting from you for justice. Thanking you.

      Hi,
      This is regarding my lg side by side refrigerator. Model - gr-p247uln of 693 liters.
      This is aquery regarding complaint no rna[protected] which was registered with lg customer care on 13th june 2016. I had again registered the complaint as per the technician - rna[protected] on july 3rd as he said the fan of the freezer is not working and the order has to be placed. It's been over 2 months and there is no response and when i call the technician/ customer care, i get an answer that the part is not available.
      I am very unhappy with the service and the response that i am recieving... I would like you to take an action on this as soon as possible.

        We have taken lg led tv (Model no 42lb5610) on december 2014. Earlier i have reached customer care during may 2016 and complained about the tv screen is not working. Post that service executive visited the place and stated that tv picture tube has lost and we need to go with new picturetube which would cost around rs.36, 000. We have raised the complaint against lg product basis which lg team has arranged a another service executive and he repaired the tv stating the technical issue inside. How can the initial service executive can judge that tv picture tube got spoiled without doing proper check. What action has taken from lg team regarding the service executive.?? I have not received the reply for the complaint raised initially. Within the 2 months of issue again same problem has arisen and tv screen is not displaying. Please revert for the action taken against executive for false commitment given to the customers and also immediate problem has to be solved by repairing the tv. We trust the lg product and basis which we have choosen lg tv but it is sad that tv got repaired within 1.5yrs. We are using washing machine, owen & a/c which is part of lg but it is sad to see such quality of service for such privilege customers. Please resolve the issue at the earliest either replacing the tv or repairing it.

        Still problem has not resolved.. Services executive visited the residence and stated that picture tube has lost, we have taken TV in Dec 2014 and within 1 and half year how can this happen. How can a common man can afford 20 thousand in short span. We are using all LG products at home and it is disappointed to see such quality of product & service. We have insisted many customer to avail LG product but it is pathetic to know problem has arised to person who made good publicity on LG Product.

        I am going to post this in Social Media if the same is not rectified on priority.

        Still no executive has visited to home for service. this is the 5th day i am waiting for the response. Anyways i am going to post all the screenshots of LG conversation in Socail media. Let people might get aware of such worst service & quality of products maintaing by LG. I have given 5lakhs of business to LG to known people. but it is disapointed that such issue has faced to me who really trust the LG brand

        Dear Team,

        I could not find any valid response from your LG service Manager Mr Uday Kiran(mobile number [protected]).. From initially i am coordinating with him but he is very much supportive to the service executives and not in position to rectify the actual issue. There was bling mistake from the service executive who has damaged the TV but Mr Uday(mobile number [protected]) puts them back and supports them without listening to the customer concerns.

        This is issue which is pending since 1month and initial complaint was filed before 5months back, What is the quality of service provided by the LG even with such escalations. I will definitely highlight the issue with the Consumer court. It is not matter of money it the the problem solving issue who trust the product of LG.

        Mr Uday (mobile number [protected]) is good in giving explanations without knowing the actual, because of such vendors LG is loosing the Brand Image.

        This is worst service what i can say.. this is 5th day of the complaint but no service executive has visited to home for repair.. i am going to post this in social media for the quality of service LG is offering till date. I am going to post all the screenshots in Social media. i never expected that LG is such a worst part in customer service,
        Still issue has not yet rectified... This is the worst service of LG what is offering to the customers.. Initially executive said hat there is technical issue later he says that there is picture tube problem, now he visited and says that there is screen breakage. end of the day they want us to pay from our pocket because of his mistake.. I have taken a order of 15 A/c which is costing around 7lakhs. all the orders will be cancelled now and i will post all these screenshots in social network.
        LG guys are cheaters in terms of lg customer care don’t know the issues and intentions to avoid your actual problem by asking nonsense questions. LG Authorised Dealers of Nadiad- Gujarat was very rude with customer. I made complaint against Authorised Dealers Nadiad- Gujarat but lg customer care register complaint for demo of new lg microwave.
        This company is worst than hell . I lost Rs. 85000/- by purchasing their 42 inch tv within 4 years. For the last 2 weeks I am without tv. On contacting customer care they visited our place and told that there was problem in the panel for which they charged Rs. 36000. Thay taken charge of Rs 300 for visit also.

        I am running everywhere to get it repaired. But nothing . There is no one to listen to our irritation.

          Dear sir,
          I have on customer care for my refrigerator side by side 2 or 3 times but problem dit'nt solve latest complain no rna[protected]. I bought a costly refrigerator. But i am not expecting this type of services from lg. Please resolve this problem on priority else replace my product. If i am not getting any solution from lg. I registered case in consumer forum.
          In future i think before buying any product from lg

            I called recently lg customer care to request replacement of my cell lg v10 battery purchased through t-mobile in downtown miami. This battery have serious power draining issues, it drains very fast like in 20 minutes. I explained the rep about the faulty item and even tough i have coverage my petition was denied. I am thinking seriously about changing from cell brand maker (Lg) and phone provider as well. Thanks.

              I have already escalated my query on lg's web site. My last acknowledgment number was cn[protected] of dated 31/05/2016 and the problem still not resolved. The condition of my brand new refridgerator is that it has stopped working from last 20 days and i have been unplugged it from power. The local dealer of lg helped me by giving a small refrigerator for temporary use.. But how much he can help me until lg service belongings will not give support to customer. When i was going with lg brand on purchasing time i was not expecting such type of poor service. Policy says if customer is facing problem 3-4 times in first 6 month of purchase lg company will exchange the fridge and i am facing the problem from the time of purchase. Please do the needful...

                Last 15 days i am waiting to resolve my door problem but still neither handle my complaint nor resolve. Many times i called to service center and purchase shop (M/s. Siddhi sales, 2-3 shree hri complex, nr. Thakkarnagar cross road, n. H.8, bapunagar, ahmedabad-382350 gujarat).
                But still my problem is not solved.

                    Hi sir,

                    I want to inform you regarding bad service of lg ac customer care.

                    I had purchased 2 split acs for my son-in-law sh. Hitesh bindal (Vill. Sainwala teh. Nahan mobile no. [protected]) on[protected].

                    Post the purchase, on 6-6-2016 one of the acs became dis-ordered and a complaint was lodged the same day in lg customer care on the same day at 7.50. Pm (Attended by sh. Praveen).
                    I had approached the customer care again on 7-6-16 with complaint no. Rna[protected] attended by smt jyoti.
                    Due to negligence of the lg support, i reached them again on 17-6-16 (Attended by sh. Sgahad feshma).

                    The said ac got repaired on 26-6-16 by your engineer sh. Udey shanker (Mobile no. [protected]) by replacing compressure and rs. 3000 /- were charged by him (As gas and visiting charges etc.).
                    Suprisingly, our second ac which was already in-order became dis-ordered on the same day by him only. These facts were brought into complaint office vide complaint no.[protected] dated 26-6-16 and reminder complaint no.[protected] dated 23-7-16.

                    He swapped the compressure in both the acs and charged rs. 3000/- again from us. Post this swapping the first ac again got disordered on 8-8-16.

                    The facts about cheating by sh. Udey shanker were brought in customer care ofice on 8-8-16 and on 9-816 attended by sh. Ankit vide complaint no.[protected] at 8.00 pm.

                    It is regretted to point out that our first ac is dis-order uptill now. No action has been taken by lg customer or engineer. The lg support person uday shanker is simply fixing one ac and inducing a fault in other.
                    Each time he is charging us irrelevant money.

                    Please take necessary steps and get both the acs fixeed as soon as possible.
                    Otherwise i have only a way to lead this matter in the hon'ble consumer court or in the legal deptt.

                      The refrigerator is under shut down because of changing the wrong gasket by your 3rd party service provider ​​ (Complaint ref-rna[protected].

                      We are in touch with your mr vinodh g. R for last 4 days. We provided no solution as on date. He has also not given any timelines for resolving this problem. I need your intervention on the following points:

                      1. What is the exact problem.

                      2. I would like to know the availability of parts for fixing this problem.

                      3. I would like to know the timeline for fixing this problem.

                      4. Vinodh gr was not ready to share the contact details of his senior. May i know why he is having reservation, when he is not in position to resolve it.

                      I need immediate solution, because i am living without refrigerator since last sunday from 7th august, 2016.

                        I am having lg tv 42' led, purchased from sanket sales, anand
                        Due to some reason, display of the said tv stopped and i lodged complain with help lg vide no rna[protected]
                        Model 42iv3500ta. Atrylil sr. No 108pluh090942.
                        They told me that ecb main (Mother board) failed and needto replace, and i confirm to the same. Immediately they observed the stock at company store and one piece was available and they lock the purchase. But after some days the service centre engineer told me that now no parts available with company, and your tv goes to 15% replacement.

                        I do not understand, within 4 years of span how i loose tv worth rs. 54000.00, it mean, if you not provide parts of that tv, the tv become useless to me.

                        How you are cheating the customer, one the one hand on the 70th eve of independents day you are advt. Your products widely, and simustenously, cheating doing these things.

                        I need the part replace and my tv on, how can i loose rs. 54000.00, as it is not my fault.

                          Hello Respected, We have purchased LG Front load washing machine with 10 years warranty last year. But it's water pipe crack so we have complain it to LG service call center [protected] than a service person come to our home and tell you have to repair it by your own expenses. We agree to purchase parts. But now they denied it to repair by giving excuses that parts are not available. I let you know that this particular product is best selling and it's parts are available easily or it might receive from other city easily. But from 4 days they denied like parts not available. And now LG service center and their team leaders not receive my phone.

                          Please sir we have wear dirty clothes in this festival season because my mother can't wash clothes by hand and we can't afford to give laundry.

                            I had booked a LG refrigerator from Meenakshi fan house, Madurai, Tamil Nadu on monday(08/08/2016). that day they dint have stock so they promised me that they will send three days later. and today (12/08/2016) at 11 p.m.(night) they delivered the refrigerator with seal opened box. soon i called the Bajar Deen, the Sales Head regarding this. He replied that LG company itself send the product seal opened and so the store. but i doubt to accept the product whether it is original or any duplicate with the brand name. so help me what to do further.                               Hi,
                              I had purchased a mobile handset model lg70+ with s/n [protected] for verification bill is enclosed with the mail. My concern is since one month my handset has been creating some technical issues and i took to nearest lg mobile centre "elcom trading co. Address: 308, 3rd floor madhuban building, nehru place, new delhi, delhi 110019" as a customary action. On first visit to cc they scrutinized the handset and reinstalled the os by saying its ok now, then after few days my mobile tend to hang again the i went to cc again then again they reinstalled the os, despite asking them why such problem is persisting they were clueless and conveyed me that if again it happens we will change some hardware.

                              My handset was never ever treated like it had some fault, they were just reinstalling the base os. By the time my handset gave up its life it was completely dead and couldnt be charged and was throwing tremendous heat while charging.
                              Third time at cc they took my phone and assured of hardware replacement. I returned with the receipt and was told that you will get a call in a weeks time for your mob. Today after two weeks i got a call that mob cant be repaired as its emi no is out of warranty. I mean what the hell they were talking about, my mob is under warranty as per the bill invoice.
                              When i asked them to mail me the whereabout the process they just refrained from it, infact the manager of the service centre mr. Krishna kumar sharma talked irrationally with me and said nothing can be done here and we will not mail you.

                              Is this is type of service care you provide and you hire manager who is inefficient to handle the customers.

                              Kindly look into the matter at the earlierst or else i would go for an fir and to consumer forum against the renowned company lg.

                                I brought a fridge of lg in 4-8-15. frm strtng itself its showing problem i cmplaind mny tymz ... my invoice no- 128/lg/15-16 model - b292sspm. serial no-506nrer001652 vat no -[protected]. on april 2016 dey cme and said one of the part is defectd .. but nt available at that moment so will supply ltr nw today i clld dey said our warrnty period is ovr so they need money for repair.. is this some kind of joke???? from where the hell will i show proof that they had send men fr repairing on april but still bow the part hs nt been repaired and today as mu guarantee period is ovr they r demanding money??? i hd launchd a complain on april so why still then no actn was tkn???? i will b frced to move to higher authority pr file case in consumer forum coz dis is utter harashmnt ... my fridge is nw of no use so wt for did i buy that frm a reputated compny like lg???? kindly conct at ur earliest orelse i will b frced to tke further actns

                                  In 2013 i bought new led (Model number ln4900), yesterday it stopped working. Audio is coming but no video, as it is out of warranty i asked local technician to check it who confirmed that problem is with the invertor board at the back which needs to be replaced and cost will be around 3500 but because there could be possibility of faulty spare part installed by local guy i denied and today morning went to lg service center (In chankya place, opposite to c1 janakpuri). Technician saw the product and without even opening it told me that led light panel needs to be replaced which will cost 12000. I asked him why not only the faulty component be replaced rather that replacing the whole board which is costing 8000 more to me. He confirmed that as off now lg is providing those spare parts for few models only not for the my specific model. Now my question is why these things are not disclosed at the time of sale, if you sell the product you need to ensure that spare parts are also available. Why should i unnecessary pay 8000, if that 4000 rs component can resolve the issue. Why should i suffer because of their incapability. Till now i was big fan of lg products and in my home using all appliances for this brand, but now really disappointed. Moreover online link they have for consumer grievance is not working too. Please urgently look in to it and help me.

                                    I had purchased a lg led tv on 30th august'14 and within less than two years i am seeing white patches on the screen and upon calling the service center they checked the tv and said that it needs to be repaired and the cost would be approx. 8-10k which i would need to bear. I feel this is not justified as i got a defective tv which conked off within less than two years, please help in getting this issue resolved on top priority

                                      I had purchased lg 1.5 ton split air conditioner in 2010. Its air filter got torn. I called area authorized service centre in sarita vihar, new delhi (Tel. [protected]) on 6th august and gave the model no. To ms. Priya (Model: lsa5lp3af6). I was told that they will order it and i can collect today, 9th august. Today, i collected the two air filters and paid rs. 522 on 09.8.2016. At home, i found that these do not fit and are not for the aircon model which i gave to the area service centre!
                                      This is very sad and not expected of a reputed japanese company like lg. I have contacted service centre again and hope they resolve it soon.

                                        This is rahul waghmode and have an concerns about the lg.
                                        I have been gifted one lg tv with model 32lf513a-tc in marriage and
                                        Has bought in the month of december 2015 from beed (Maharashtra) city
                                        Apprx 300km far way but within 6 months tv's screen started to show
                                        Ome fishy/blur white lines for which i have raise complaint where
                                        Techinician came & verified and said some part has failed we need to
                                        Order part you send me your tv reciept on whatsapp then after i have
                                        Waited for 2days where no response they said your receipt is not valid
                                        As it don't have vat number (Took almost two months)!!! So then i'have manage to get new with vat reciept from vendor then immediate raise another complaint (21st july2016) for the same but now its been almost 20+ days i was not getting any updates so called many time by asking part and finally they saied we have ordered your part (Tv panel) which is not available anywhere and part is old which may take too long time now i'm very frustrate as i'have already spent 2 months and again another 1.5 months further!!!

                                        Even manufacturing this product is aug 2015 and they says this model is older??? How come

                                        Now it still in pending with no reason!! I think atleast
                                        Anyone of you could help me on this or else i have no choice to go
                                        With other brand as our entire family have only lg brands at their
