Inspite of repetitive complains made for improper servicing of AC from last 6 mths, no proper solution has yet been received. Even complaints have been made to ASM in mumbai, malad, but it has all been in vain. Will be glad if any higher authority can take up the matter.

    Like my no. o[censored]nattended earlier complaints once again service centre has been closed my complaint ref. no.RNA[protected] with repeated comment that ''Customer Can't be contacted'' I have two mobile numbers ([protected], [protected]) which are 24*7 available. But due to ''no solution'' with service team for beyound repair product they are trying to close the compalint permanently.

      I made a purchase of LG songstar at a LG store in Bangalore on 1st may 2015 and the recording memory chip was missing and it was confirmed by the stores and promised they would arrange as soon as possible .The matter was escalated and so far it has not been resolved and the LG authorities claim that the recording memory chip is not included in it

        1. Whenever I call Customer care no. 3 language options are given. But representative speaks only in Hindi. 2. Made a service request for defective washing machine on 30.5.15 vide RNA[protected]. Technician visited on 31.5.15. and detected that one motor has to be replaced. Nothing has been done so far 3. Called call center today. Representative simple did not understand that all I wanted to check my repair status but booked a fresh complaint vide RNA[protected] stating that my old complaint has been cancelled. But I checked through the track repair and found it still under progress.

          This is with reference to my Complain no.[protected]. My LG washing Machine was not functioning properly hence I call for technician from LG to look into the problem. The technician visited my residence and informed that some parts are required to be changed, I agreed to replace the faulty parts and the same was order by the company technician. Further, I was informed that the washing machine will be repaired within 2 days time, now even after 8 days there was no communication for LG, further I contacted the company's Ahmedabad centre and it was informed that the parts is not available hence washing machine will not be repaired. It is very socking to learn that parts are not available with the company. Moreover, the customer service doesn't even cared to inform the customer. I regret to say that a renowned brand like LG is acting like this. I hope that the company will take this matter seriously and will take necessary action in the matter

            I bought a 32LB5820 model LG TV on 31/03/2015. Now sound is not available from the TV. I registered a complaint on 30/05/2015 on the no. [protected] (RNA[protected]. The complaint has not been resolved yet. Please make it convenient to resolve my complaint without further delay.

              my issue is pending since last 2 months for the product under-warranty. Warranty End Date : August 2015. 1. RNA[protected] Dated : 23/03/15 - Closed without my consent 2. RNA[protected] Dated : 07/05/15 - This also been closed without my consent, when i tried calling customer care on 19/05/15, they said its been closed.

                Hi, I have raised a ticket for AC not cooling on 28-May-2015. Ticket No RNA[protected] I have taken an AMC# 14000960 This ticket is open since 5 days and local technical team is delaying by 1 day since 4 days. There has been no resolution since then. If LG company cannot provide service then why do you generate AMC and fool the customers The repair center head and LG Noida Employee whose mobile number is [protected] are not resolving the ticket and kept on lingering the ticket.                   I have purchased a new LG double door refrigerator from “RAJ MUSICO” Shop No-19 A-B, Sadar Bazaar, Saudagar Lines, Agra, Uttar Pradesh 282001 on 23rd may 2015. But the refrigerator was defective and was confirmed by the service engineer on 26th may. I am still using facing the issue and it has not been resolved. I have been delivered with a defective product and nothing has been done from the customer care side. I am an unsatisfied customer and will update the same to others as well if my issue has not been resolved. I need refund back or a replacement as soon as possible. Right now we are not able to use the new refrigerator in this high temperature and heat. What is the point of buying a refrigerator. If the faulty product was delivered then it should be replaced their and then only.                     By saying sorry for inconvenience caused does not resolve the complaint which is pending since more than 40 days for which we consumers are suffering.
                    False promises after false promises are being made by both LG Customer Support Team and Service Centre Team. Phone calls are not being picked up by Service Centre Team most of times and even if pick up they simply say that they will revet back which never happens.
                    I am now fully convinced that LG is incompetent to resolve the issue . Hence i want LG to replace the existing refeigerato by new referigerator of same/similar capacity/features at their cost without further delay

Vishwadeepak Singh had telephonic conversation with representatives of LG Electronics, wherein they promised to pay adequate compensation, as follows: Conversation with Ms. Dipali Chavan, of LG Electronics, on 16th April 2015. Conversation with a lady from Headoffice of LG Electronics, on 22nd April 2015. Conversation with Mr. Prashant Patil of LG Electronics, on 23rd April 2015. Please note that despite clear communication to LG Electronics and initial assurances by them, LG Electronics representatives have not been responding to my communications or to the communications sent by Maharashtra State Consumer Helpline post 23rd April 2015.                         Parts not available.. they said we ll exchange...made a draft of Rs 30866 given it on 20 may but no sign of TV as yet'. I would like to get my money back so that i can buy some other make...i have another TV which is working fine for last so many years..                           Dear Sir, 1. I have booked a Fridge Model D322 FF4 through CSD depot, Meerut Cantt on 15 May 2015. The payment of Rs 25099/- has been made to LG Elect through CSD, Mumbai. The order No is LS[protected] dated 15 May 2015. The due date of delivery as per order is before 22 May 15. However till date the delivery has not been made even after lapse of 15 days. 2. I have contacted to M/s Geetanjali Electronics through whom the delivery is to be done. They have no answer and info that it would take another 10 days more. Further, your customer care has also no answer and refused to take my complaint further. 3. May I request you to kindly deliver the fridge at the earliest or cancel my order and refund at the earliest. Regards Biswal

                            We have been a LG customer for 8 years now...We had LG AC and Washing Machine. But this time for the installation of our 2 nd AC, the Company authorised servicemen who came for installation were very rude and didnot even start the installation process when we asked them to put the outdoor unit of AC to the 3rd floor back wall. He said such is not possible and then he even left us there...We donot know his name. We have his number:- [protected]... AC model:- LSA5VF3 Sl no:- 7697, 4660 (Donot know if it helps..)

                              The grill section of my MWO has rusted. While the service engineer claimed that the rusting was minor, it increased significantly in a month or so. On re-lodging the complaint, I received a call from someone from your Noida office ([protected]) on May 14, stating that the grill cavity of my MWO has indeed gone bad and will be replaced, but that I will be charged for it. I pointed out to him that my MWO is under AMC and that I will not be liable to pay any charges. To this, he initially said that he will get another person on a call bridge to talk to me, then said that he will call back in 20 mins, which of course, he never did. I messaged him and called him but there was no response. Facing non-response from your end too, I called your area service manager Mr Nishant Batra at [protected]. Mr Batra told me that they had had a discussion and decided that my MWO rusting was normal. He further said that even if it is replaced now, it will rust again. I wanted to ask him - if we have a bath today, we will still need to have a bath again tomorrow. Does that mean that we stop bathing? Anyway, I appraised him of my experience and asked as to how something which was bad and was to have been replaced at a chargeable basis suddenly became good when I pointed out that the MWO was under AMC. Mr Batra resolutely refused to say anything. I messaged him requesting for his email ID so that I could mark him on my email communications. He refused to do that either Just what exactly is going on?

                                I submitted my LG Washing Machine for repair at Udaipur Service center. Its been 5 months, Still I havent received my Washing Machine back. I am calling them again and again and they are giving me the same answer that they are waiting for the cable to come. what kind of cable take 5 months to come. I even talked to higher authorities and still havent received any assurance or solution instead of those hollow promises..                                   My washing machine, make - Inverter Direct Drive 7 kg F1256QDP5 is in use since more than 2 years. It vibrates a lot during spin, I need to run to it to hold it tight at one place. I have tried balancing the machine - no result. Kindly suggest a solution.

                                      Hi, I have purchased LG window AC 1.5 on 04/27/2015 from Croma (Noida). And now i am facing problem with it. I Called LG customer service they gave me request no RNA[protected]. Engineer came today and said they need to refill the gas. I don't understand its just one month and we are getting this type of issues (GAS LEAKAGE), I am very upset with this type of services . And now i want refund or replace my AC as soon as possible .
