AFTER REPEATED calls to customer care my ac service is still pending.customer care gave me ano [protected] to contact at jaipur.MY AC is on the name of Ashutosh saraswat and jagat bandhu my mobile no is [protected]. kindly arrange for my ac service.It is a matter of sorrow that LG customer are facing such type of problems.my ac is in warranty period.

    LG india Mumbai Branch Service is another level of pathetic with no response or upholding any commitment that has been given, further my senior parents have been made to repeatedly be after them without them even getting back on simple things, they have ensured my family is harrased and distraught by providing pathetic service and attitude with which things were dealt with.They refused to provide, all the things that were asked for that will prove that LG is providing sub standard part and providing poor quality also they refuse to escalate the problem to anyone with competence and fail to provide the contact details of GM customer service, why is he not reachable for the customer what is his JOB. The employees in question are Ashwath-Branch Service Head Prashant-Service head. My Contact No:[protected]

      Hi, I purchased LG Washing Machine from Vijay Sales Pune and that time LG was having Lucky draw for people who buy their products. On our purchase we also fill our details for Lucky draw and later we were told that we have won Microwave. We didn't get anything even after following up with Vijay sales for more than a year. Vijay Sales executives inform that they haven't received it from LG and are following up with them for the same. I have purchased Washing machine in Feb 2014 and today its May 2015. I would like to try once through this forum else i will escalate it to Higher management of LG India. I am attaching challan for your reference

        We bought a LG AC this Sunday(5/24/2015) and the product got delivered on tuesday(5/26/2015). Installatoin people messaged us on monday itself that they would come and install. but when we tried to reach them or customer care there is no progress. despite of paying full amount, we have not received any ontime service from LG service. On top of we kept calling tem by all means but in vain. what a pathetic service, can't they call and confirm by when they can install so that the buyer will not be wasting money/time for following up.

        I bought a LG AC from great estern Guwahati on 16/03/2022 and no installation is done till now
        I have purchased a LG split AC from Bajaj Electronics Suncity, Hyderabad vide inv No 1246/22/S-292 dated 2/4/2022 and ac got delivered on the same day. But as on today 6.4.2022, no one has turned up from LG for installation and it is almost 4 days AC is in the same position. Their agent is calling but no one is coming for installation. Their service is utmost poor and not co-ordinated well. I regret my decision of purchasing LG AC.

          I have purcahsed 285L single door refrigreator in last year which is giving problem of ''Door Hard to Open'' due to very high vacuum inside the refrigreator and this problem directly related with human safety issue and not a easy operation. LG has replaced the ''Gasket'' twice and failed to rectify the problem also refrigreator's orginality has been disturbed by applying hit and trial methods of service team and now finally they said that we can't do any thing in this, due to design problem of LG and you should manage with the same problem. I want the refund or replacement of the same and also till the issue not closed, LG shall be fully responsible fo any damage related with machine and human safety

          Recently i have received a call from[protected] and that person said that you complaint has been resolved as per our Service Manager. Its a fake feedback by your service team because on dated 27.05.15 i have submitted all the feedback after 7-10days of 'Gasket Replacement''.
          Why your service team is taking as a prestige issue instead of customer support .

          I want replacement or refund without any further delay because already you have again wasted 10-15days for just to update the feedback from your service team which is still on ZERO LEVEL

          I am very much surprised that in your so reputed MNC internal communication system is very much poor and works only on the base of your staff's fake feedback not on consumer's actual feedback

            i raised a complaint regarding the replacement of the AC compressor on 24th of may 2015. few people from LG came at my place checked and the compressor is faulty. where i specifically mention in my complaint regarding the faulty compressor already and there wasn't any need for such a check up. they forced me to give service charges i.e, rs. 562 and gave me the receipt of the same. they said engineer will visit me in soon and change the compressor as the compressor is order and they will change it by 25th may 2015. on 25 may again people from Lg came and again said compressor is not working it needs to be changed. here the point is after i paid the service charges the request for compressor was not been made but gain they said the work will get done on the 25th may itself. since then i am calling customer care and nobody really is paying attention to my complaints neither they were ready to give a cause for such delay. neither i was intimated of such delay. i called customer care today i.e 27th of may 2015 asking for status then customer care executive started laughing when i was informing him the problem and issues for which i am calling. i asked him what was there to laugh them also he kept his laugh on which made me little angry but again i was in my best behavior so told him this is not what he should be doing and just asked him to forward the call. when i asked him his name he said he is Amit and his employee id. 217. i asked him to forward the call to customer care supervisior. after a long request he finally forwarded the call. point is i did tried earlier to get in touch with the supervisor but my calls were always put on hold and ultimately were ended from their side. Now i asked the supervisor for mr. raj narain the supervisor of the escalation department (as informed by him) to register the complaint regarding such behavior of the customer care executive. he refused to take any complaints rather he said we dont have any such mechanism for such complaints. if they dont have such mechanism then how does these issues as regularised. when i asked him where should i complaint then he said website but again on website i didnt find any such thing. he totally refused to give me his employee id which i think should not be a issue but if it was then atleast my complaint should have been registered when asked multiple times. i need LG to look into the matter and take necessary action. i need and apology regarding the kind of harassment i faced and also for the mental harassment that i have been facing dealing with such people. i hope necessary steps will be taken from LG's side.

            **kindly note the compressor with a lot of hassle but has finally been replaced at 18:40 hours on 27 may 2015. But the main point of issue is the misbehavior by the customer care executive which needs your attention.

LED T.V bearing Model No. 32LN4900 from a local dealer of Bankura viz ‘Melodious’ of School danga, Bankura on 06/11/2013 and among them one TV SET suddenly get out of order (bearing Sl No. 309PLAG007592)within one year o[censored]se. At that time your men appointed in service changed the Mother board without any cost (as it was within the warranty period) for which I am grateful to you. But again on 19/05/2015, the same TV set as mentioned in the aforesaid Sl. No. getting trouble in different type unlike the previous trouble. This time it is functioning as good as normal when it is being used with the USB port i.e by pen drive/ External Hard disk etc, but function of channel selection/Tuning failed. After lodging complain a Technician or an assistant who ever may be, attended my residence, checked the function of the T.V set and suggested to change the mother board again. I am using L.G’s other product like A.C Machine, Refrigerator, Mobile etc trusting the dependability of L.G’s product quality. Today is the 7th consecutive day, where I am waiting for repair, requested the dealer several times but no action has been taken so far to resolve the problem, rather they are not bothered to pay any importance to my say. I have had no other option but to compelled to purchase a new T.V set of another company on 25/05/2015 from the same dealer. I can’t just believe that an esteemed company like L.G produces such products where durability status is like Chinese products in nature. Now it is your option either to change my notion or to accept defames quality control failure. I am not ready to bear any expenses for the faulty T.V set, rather I would request my friends and relatives to think twice (who are fanatic of L.G product like me) before purchasing any L.G product.                 I brought LG washing machine in Jan 2014 the service people have repaired 8 time bud it is the same when they returned Washing machine I felt the worst service provider and worst washing machine. U can see I have used 6 month and 6 month in their servicing center and I have taken 2 year more extra warranty bud now no service people have come after calling for nearly a month.                   I have brought a split LG AC. Dealer told me that installation is free. I have made all arrangements for installation. I have even rented bamboo ladder for it also, but the Dealer is not sending the man for installation even after repeated request. I am very much irritated. Please check it ASAP.

                  Most pathetic and horrible experience we had while installing LG split ac that we bought from MG Electronics, Baguihati.After a whole long week of wait and several calls and follow-ups, they send some guys to install the ac.Truly speaking they don't have any knowledge of how to install ac, they even didn't bring required tools and instrument as well.At last while they start the installation process, started digging into our wall two times.and after half of the digging was done, they said they cant do it and left for the day.then when we called them and told that we already asked some labour to do the digging and its done.they told us that they couldn't come .Then we called the dealer and they contacted some other guys and after waiting for four long days and taking leave from our office, they send them third times at around five pm.at the evening they started installing the outdoor unit and the whole installation process ends at around nine pm.This is not the end.After they left we checked whether the ac is working properly or not and found that the ac is leaking.We had complained to LG as well.I would request LG to look into this so that no one else would suffer all these.

                        Hi. I am Geetha. I bought lg g pro 2 16gb phone . Memory card slot is not detecting SD card. At first i thought it is because the card is corrupted. I checked the card in other phones. SD is working fine. Problem is with the slot. I visited nearby lg service centre and they say the sim card slot and memory card slot is broken. It will cost 7500rs. I bought the phone for 33000rs and it is not even a year since i bought the phone and i have this problem. This is not my fault. I have not dropped the phone anywhere. They say for physical problems warranty cannot be claimed. This is manufacturing defect. Service centre guys say anytime my lg g pro 2 can stop detecticard my sim card. I would want LG to replace my phone. Or give me free service on this. Please value our money. I have the bill. Please respond and take necessary actions. Email:[protected]@yahoo.com

                          I have registersed complaint 3 times in just a week (RNA[protected], RNA[protected] and RNA[protected] for faulty ac that I purchased just 2 months back. Every time call is forwarded to aircon engineering. Attached is the picture of room temperature LG ac is able to cool up to as per technician. I have received a lame reason stating that my balcony is partially covered with glass because of which compressor is not able to cool down and it is not working. I have been using ac is same set up for past 16 years. This is first time I have bought LG ac and it has been a great disappointment. Even pathetic is LG support. I was given number of cco Ruchi Yadav who supposedly is a senior person. I tried reaching her at her number [protected] multiple times. Her number was not at all reachable. Pathetic experience with LG and we are suffering in this hot and humid weather.

                            I Have registered a complain on 21.05.2015 vide Complain No RNA[protected] for my 0.8 Tonn Window AC. The Service Technician visited the same day and requisitioned for Fan Motor. On next day he came with the Fan Motor and while replacing it he broke the blower. Again he requisitioned for the blower on 22.05.2015. Till now we have not got the blower as well as the Fan motor and the AC is lying unattended. In this humid summer such an lacklusture attitude from LG is just unimaginable. The service engineer is now telling that the Blower is not in Stock. It will come from Noida even it may come from Korea and it will take another minimum 7 days to resolve the complain. Now LG has to decide why they employ such incompetent technicians who cannot replace a part. For the fault of that foolish technician why should we suffer in this hot and humid summer. I want a reply and resolution from LG immediately

                                TW0 LWA5BP3AI ACS WERE ORDERED BY ME ON[protected] AT CROMA REGAL BUILDING NEW DELHI SHOP -PAYMENT MADE BY NEFT ON[protected]. CROMA HAD PROMISED FREE DELIVERY NEXT DAY. ON[protected] TWO DELIVERY PERSONS CAME TO DELIVER ACS-THEY TUMBLED THE ACS UP THE STAIRS VERY ROUGHLY.THESE TWO WERE NOT SUFFICIENT TO MAKE DELIVERY TO THE LOCATION WHERE ACS WERE TO BE FITTED WHICH HAD BEEN DISCLOSED TO CROMA WHO HAD ASSURED PROPER CREW WOULD DELIVER. THE TUMBLING MAY HAVE CAUSED DAMAGE TO ACS. THIS WAS INFORMED TO CROMA WHOSE REP TOOK PICTURES OF THE AC CARTONS ON NEXT DAY.THESE PICTURES WOULD NOT REVEAL INTERNAL DAMAGE.I HAD TO ARRANGE TO TAKE ACS TO FITTING POINT. I INFORMED CROMA OF THIS AND ASKED WHAT IS TO BE DONE FURTHER TO CHECK THE ACS AND TO INSTALL THEM. THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM CROMA. ACS ARE NEEDED FOR MY DAUGHTER WHO IS RECOVERING FROM SEVERE INJURIES FROM HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT. WHAT MUST I DO TO HAVE THE ACS FITTED? THERE IS SEVERE HEAT WAVE HERE.                                   I'm a customer of LG for different producs. My servive request no RNA[protected] booked on 23/05/15 (Sat) at abt 10 am for the cooling problem of Refrigerator. But yet (26/05/15) nobody turn up after calling several times to cust care. At the !st day I do rcv a msg frm lg abt the srv engr details (Mr Narendra Kumar - [protected]).After calling him he said tht he won't come as he is leave and gave me the no of his supervisor Mr Vikas - [protected] but mr vikas didn't pick his ph. Again contacting Narender he told to wait till 3 pm on sat but as nobody called up i again called CC and they told me tht engr will call within 24 hrs. Again on Sunday when I called CC they told me tht srv rqst has been CANCELLED due to the ambiguity of my service area/ land mark which i gave as India Gate/Kastuba Gandhi Marg. He too told me that actually the India Gate locality cannot be traced in lg system and suggest me to give another mark as there may me more than one India Gate (Hahahaha) and suggest me to do some cleaning of fridge so tht it will work. At 8pm again i called CC and he told tht my srv no is still ACTIVE and the srv engr will call within 24 HRS. Till yestday(25/05) night nobody called meup...i don't know which type of watch LG is refering for 24Hrs for calling the customer. Wht is the policy/penalty of LG if they won't attend within 24hrs? Pls look into this matter urgently...how cud a renowned company like LG cud harrash the customer like this as they must be knowing this is the summer season and its abt 45deg in Delhi... Service engineer came at around 5 p.m., by he said timer not works, its time to replace new one and at that moment we doesn't have . He was committed to come tomorrow or any one else date 25th May 2015. But one one come or call. when i call customer care to take number of service supervisor he not picked my calls. i call him several times also, drop messages.number - [protected] / [protected]. Now kindly, tell me LG is given this kind of services who services managers are not pickup calls. If iam not wrong LG is one of the fine tune electronics company. As we have all products of LG in my home. We are LG customer since 1997 as that time LG TV was coming in the name of JOYMAX... Kindly support... waiting for ur reply Manvinder Singh [protected]

                                      I have placed a repair request of my washing machine on 23rd May(RNA[protected] is given to APPOLO SYSTEMS [protected]).it is quite disgusting to inform that the telephone no shared by your Customercare is not functioning.when I tried to contact the reply was the no is temporarily disconnected.Lg should at least keep the correct functioning number of your authorised service partner.More disappointing fact is that your executive is groping in the darkness to resolve this issue when I reported this. You speaks high of your Customercare in reality a hollow promise. Pl understand the embrassment of a customer and pain on not resolving his problem appropriately. Stop pseudo commitments and provide genuine reasonable authentic service and find reputed service partners . Also inform the service charges that can be levied by these so called your esteemed service agents. Please look into the issue and give urgent instructions for undertaking repair.
