Its completely LG is serving customers like this ????
its BEEN MORE THAN 3 DAYS my window AC needs repair but still its not been taken care of ..

    Hi. I am Geetha. I bought lg g pro 2 16gb phone . Memory card slot is not detecting SD card. At first i thought it is because the card is corrupted. I checked the card in other phones. SD is working fine. Problem is with the slot. I visited nearby lg service centre and they say the sim card slot and memory card slot is broken. It will cost 7500rs. I bought the phone for 33000rs and it is not even a year since i bought the phone and i have this problem. This is not my fault. I have not dropped the phone anywhere. They say for physical problems warranty cannot be claimed. This is manufacturing defect. Service centre guys say anytime my lg g pro 2 can stop detecticard my sim card. I would want LG to replace my phone. Or give me free service on this. Please value our money. I have the bill. Please respond and take necessary actions. Email:[protected]@yahoo.com

      I have registersed complaint 3 times in just a week (RNA[protected], RNA[protected] and RNA[protected] for faulty ac that I purchased just 2 months back. Every time call is forwarded to aircon engineering. Attached is the picture of room temperature LG ac is able to cool up to as per technician. I have received a lame reason stating that my balcony is partially covered with glass because of which compressor is not able to cool down and it is not working. I have been using ac is same set up for past 16 years. This is first time I have bought LG ac and it has been a great disappointment. Even pathetic is LG support. I was given number of cco Ruchi Yadav who supposedly is a senior person. I tried reaching her at her number [protected] multiple times. Her number was not at all reachable. Pathetic experience with LG and we are suffering in this hot and humid weather.

        I Have registered a complain on 21.05.2015 vide Complain No RNA[protected] for my 0.8 Tonn Window AC. The Service Technician visited the same day and requisitioned for Fan Motor. On next day he came with the Fan Motor and while replacing it he broke the blower. Again he requisitioned for the blower on 22.05.2015. Till now we have not got the blower as well as the Fan motor and the AC is lying unattended. In this humid summer such an lacklusture attitude from LG is just unimaginable. The service engineer is now telling that the Blower is not in Stock. It will come from Noida even it may come from Korea and it will take another minimum 7 days to resolve the complain. Now LG has to decide why they employ such incompetent technicians who cannot replace a part. For the fault of that foolish technician why should we suffer in this hot and humid summer. I want a reply and resolution from LG immediately

            TW0 LWA5BP3AI ACS WERE ORDERED BY ME ON[protected] AT CROMA REGAL BUILDING NEW DELHI SHOP -PAYMENT MADE BY NEFT ON[protected]. CROMA HAD PROMISED FREE DELIVERY NEXT DAY. ON[protected] TWO DELIVERY PERSONS CAME TO DELIVER ACS-THEY TUMBLED THE ACS UP THE STAIRS VERY ROUGHLY.THESE TWO WERE NOT SUFFICIENT TO MAKE DELIVERY TO THE LOCATION WHERE ACS WERE TO BE FITTED WHICH HAD BEEN DISCLOSED TO CROMA WHO HAD ASSURED PROPER CREW WOULD DELIVER. THE TUMBLING MAY HAVE CAUSED DAMAGE TO ACS. THIS WAS INFORMED TO CROMA WHOSE REP TOOK PICTURES OF THE AC CARTONS ON NEXT DAY.THESE PICTURES WOULD NOT REVEAL INTERNAL DAMAGE.I HAD TO ARRANGE TO TAKE ACS TO FITTING POINT.               I'm a customer of LG for different producs. My servive request no RNA[protected] booked on 23/05/15 (Sat) at abt 10 am for the cooling problem of Refrigerator. But yet (26/05/15) nobody turn up after calling several times to cust care. At the !st day I do rcv a msg frm lg abt the srv engr details (Mr Narendra Kumar - [protected]).After calling him he said tht he won't come as he is leave and gave me the no of his supervisor Mr Vikas - [protected] but mr vikas didn't pick his ph. Again contacting Narender he told to wait till 3 pm on sat but as nobody called up i again called CC and they told me tht engr will call within 24 hrs. Again on Sunday when I called CC they told me tht srv rqst has been CANCELLED due to the ambiguity of my service area/ land mark which i gave as India Gate/Kastuba Gandhi Marg. He too told me that actually the India Gate locality cannot be traced in lg system and suggest me to give another mark as there may me more than one India Gate (Hahahaha) and suggest me to do some cleaning of fridge so tht it will work. At 8pm again i called CC and he told tht my srv no is still ACTIVE and the srv engr will call within 24 HRS. Till yestday(25/05) night nobody called meup...i don't know which type of watch LG is refering for 24Hrs for calling the customer. Wht is the policy/penalty of LG if they won't attend within 24hrs? Pls look into this matter urgently...how cud a renowned company like LG cud harrash the customer like this as they must be knowing this is the summer season and its abt 45deg in Delhi...                 My Compliant No is RNA[protected], was booked on dated 24th May 15. Service engineer came at around 5 p.m., by he said timer not works, its time to replace new one and at that moment we doesn't have . He was committed to come tomorrow or any one else date 25th May 2015. But one one come or call. when i call customer care to take number of service supervisor he not picked my calls. i call him several times also, drop messages.number - [protected] / [protected]. Now kindly, tell me LG is given this kind of services who services managers are not pickup calls. If iam not wrong LG is one of the fine tune electronics company. As we have all products of LG in my home. We are LG customer since 1997 as that time LG TV was coming in the name of JOYMAX... Kindly support... waiting for ur reply Manvinder Singh [protected]

                  I have placed a repair request of my washing machine on 23rd May(RNA[protected] is given to APPOLO SYSTEMS [protected]).it is quite disgusting to inform that the telephone no shared by your Customercare is not functioning.when I tried to contact the reply was the no is temporarily disconnected.Lg should at least keep the correct functioning number of your authorised service partner.More disappointing fact is that your executive is groping in the darkness to resolve this issue when I reported this. You speaks high of your Customercare in reality a hollow promise. Pl understand the embrassment of a customer and pain on not resolving his problem appropriately. Stop pseudo commitments and provide genuine reasonable authentic service and find reputed service partners . Also inform the service charges that can be levied by these so called your esteemed service agents. Please look into the issue and give urgent instructions for undertaking repair.

                      I have refrigerator of LG and bought some 5 yr back. I raised a complaint some 10 days back that the cooling in my refrigerator is not to the mark then people visited and they took over 1500 rs and got the gas filled and clean. later after 2 days the compressor started noising a bit I again raised my concern to LG customer care they came and now said that the compressor is not working properly and now you have to pay 4000 Rs more, I said while doing the previous service some 3 to 4 days back did you guys not check whether the compressor after filling the gas is picking up or not ? they were just not bothered to have a look still they told that next day i.e 21st May the concerned engineer will come and he will change the compressor then later of 21st I received a call that the engineer may not able to make it coz they are busy so they will make apperance on 23rd May morning, now since morning no one has visited and no one is picking up the call. The guy whose name and number has come from LG with my complaint number over sms has picked up the phone and saidhe will check and call back but it is now 4 hours he is not picking up. One manager named satish Pandey - phone no - [protected] is just not picking my call at all those he was supposed to help me coz he was the one appointed by LG over a concall with customer care executive is just not bothered to help. What a service now LG is promising and delivering is something not digestible. I am going to post on mouth shut also and to social media also Regards Aman [protected]

                        I made a complain on[protected]RNA[protected] regarding my Refrigerator which suddenly stop freezing the technician came on 04-05-15 and he made a replacement and collected his Service charge and then went and again from the same day the Refrigerator stops freezing, Make a complain again (RNA[protected] again the technician came and made some replacement this goes on more than 4 times and every time i got a complain Number and also made so many reminders through Customer care but the Problem is still the same its been more than 20 days i am with this problem . ASM of that area Ms Payal Dont take problems seriously and always made some false promises ..Please try to resolve this one as soon as possible so that i can Come out from this problem ...                           I had purchased an LG 1.5 T split AC and today two technicians came to install it. The leader was a fellow by the name of Rizwan. Right from the beginning, the fellow was rude and ill behaved. After fixing the metal plate for the inside unit, he walked outside in the garden asking his junior to carry on the work. He was chewing tobacco (which I believe is banned!) and spitting around in the garden, and when I asked him not to spit in the garden, he was infuriated. He barged inside and asked his junior quickly finish the job because he did not want to stay here. Later, I asked him to show the two supporting plates for the outdoor unit and he just did not bother. He went on and on with phone calls with some Mr Jain about a complaint in Defence Colony, and some where else, speaking to other clients. Exasperated, I reminded him that he was on call at my site and he has to give priority to this job. He responded most rudely that I should be aware that he was busy!! And that he is not anyone's employee. At that point, I asked him to pack up because this man does not know the ABC of client servicing. The bigger question arises is that is LG committing a fraud on its customers by outsourcing such jobs to people, possibly the lowest tender, who are basically goons. They have no control on such staff. I am sending this complaint to LG corporate office in India, in Korea and also spreading it on the social media. Not only this, the LG customer care number which I had called to make a complaint further directed me to the CCO as well as the so-called technicians office. I was given two cell phone numbers - [protected] and [protected]. I got no response on either. The first number I was told is of the customer care officer (CCO), some woman called Anju. This number was switched off. I got no response on the second number. I am giving you exactly 48 hours to respond before I escalate the issue.

                              I had purchased LG Optimus L9 in Year 2013 and working fine till a month back when LG pushed a new android version to my mobile. I generally do not update or upgrade unknown softwares but seeing the software upgrade for android from LG, I downloaded it. In the process of installation, the new android software threw an error and hung. I tried to restart my mobile but it got stuck in booting process. I went to Customer care and they told the new version of software was not compatible with my Hardware. Question why did LG push the new android version if the new software was not compatible with LG optimus L9? After much of frustration I agreed to get my mobile serviced in LG customer care, KH Road, Bangalore on 12th May 2015. The motherboard was replaced for Rs 4635. Service Details: Service Tax Regn. Today again, I went to the customer care to show my mobile, after checking my mobile they told that ear phone speaker needs to be replaced? Question- How come my earphone speaker has now problem after servicing? After reaching home, my mobile is getting shutdown in every 5 mins after they have checked? What the ? I really despise LG mobiles? I am writing this complaint and request every online person who comes across my complaint to "NEVER BUY ANY LG PRODUCT, They are cheaters, rob the people of their money and running a scam through service center- Pay some extra money and buy Apple or samsung atleast they do not cheat". I being IT Product Manager of a Software company and will make sure none of products my company purchases are either directly or indirectly manufactured by LG.                                 My t.v display problem. And my complain no. is RNA[protected] and second complain no. is RNA[protected]. My complain does not solve till now. And when we call lg officer they not pick up the phone and when they pick up the phone not good response. And i am paid the amount.

                                    I am writing 4th email regarding the complaint of my microwave oven and waiting for reply from customer care for the same. Local LG person (Veena Kamath [protected]) is saying an electronic part of my microwave is discontinued so they can't help. I tried calling customer care (Mr Irfan) who is not ready to listen to the problem...just said talk to Veena Kamath...Am i suppose to discard and buy a new microwave just for a small electronic part? Pathetic service by LG.

                                      Dear Customer, Your Complain RNA[protected] is in process(Reason : Gas Charging.).For any support, call on [protected] Service executive has done a great job... but when i ask for bill.. no bill was there.. he ask to pay me Rs.2800 i dont know how... i ask tell the cost... he said 1300 for freezer and 1200 for gas filling... i speak to his senior in phone he also tell the same... but when i told that i have recording that i have to pay Rs.2300 then he started panic... he say its service charge... then he except that 1300 for freezer, 618 for gas with tax and 300 service charge... total comes 2218... Then i told that bring bill tomorrow and then i will pay Rs.2218 to executive... It is very dissapointed that after service lg team who visit ... they charge there own price coating... they dont show the rate list of product... Definitely i will complain in consumer court regarding this matter... Regards Akshay

                                        It was a bad day we went to viveks sale in chennai on 14 th April, We booked LG split AC mosquito away for 43 K after the confirmation of Mr.Sendhil AGM ( cell no :[protected]) sales who were there with a promise to deliver within 4 days inspite of repeated reminders to both Viveks & LG they sent us pillar to post till end of May pointing each other fingers and LG AGM was the worst after 2 days he never responded to the calls though he was the one who promised. We have given up as viveks also were not in a position to help as LG apparently sent them also into a tizzy . The installation was done by a local guy arranged by Viveks very poorly done which posed threat to our lives as the out door stand started rattling we had to beg them to come and fix the bushes to arrest the rattling . God Saved us .
