I have refrigerator of LG and bought some 5 yr back. I raised a complaint some 10 days back that the cooling in my refrigerator is not to the mark then people visited and they took over 1500 rs and got the gas filled and clean. later after 2 days the compressor started noising a bit I again raised my concern to LG customer care they came and now said that the compressor is not working properly and now you have to pay 4000 Rs more, I said while doing the previous service some 3 to 4 days back did you guys not check whether the compressor after filling the gas is picking up or not ? they were just not bothered to have a look still they told that next day i.e 21st May the concerned engineer will come and he will change the compressor then later of 21st I received a call that the engineer may not able to make it coz they are busy so they will make apperance on 23rd May morning, now since morning no one has visited and no one is picking up the call. The guy whose name and number has come from LG with my complaint number over sms has picked up the phone and saidhe will check and call back but it is now 4 hours he is not picking up. One manager named satish Pandey - phone no - [protected] is just not picking my call at all those he was supposed to help me coz he was the one appointed by LG over a concall with customer care executive is just not bothered to help. What a service now LG is promising and delivering is something not digestible. I am going to post on mouth shut also and to social media also Regards Aman [protected]

    I made a complain on[protected]RNA[protected] regarding my Refrigerator which suddenly stop freezing the technician came on 04-05-15 and he made a replacement and collected his Service charge and then went and again from the same day the Refrigerator stops freezing, Make a complain again (RNA[protected] again the technician came and made some replacement this goes on more than 4 times and every time i got a complain Number and also made so many reminders through Customer care but the Problem is still the same its been more than 20 days i am with this problem . ASM of that area Ms Payal Dont take problems seriously and always made some false promises ..Please try to resolve this one as soon as possible so that i can Come out from this problem ...       I had purchased an LG 1.5 T split AC and today two technicians came to install it. The leader was a fellow by the name of Rizwan. Right from the beginning, the fellow was rude and ill behaved. After fixing the metal plate for the inside unit, he walked outside in the garden asking his junior to carry on the work. He was chewing tobacco (which I believe is banned!) and spitting around in the garden, and when I asked him not to spit in the garden, he was infuriated. He barged inside and asked his junior quickly finish the job because he did not want to stay here. Later, I asked him to show the two supporting plates for the outdoor unit and he just did not bother. He went on and on with phone calls with some Mr Jain about a complaint in Defence Colony, and some where else, speaking to other clients. Exasperated, I reminded him that he was on call at my site and he has to give priority to this job. He responded most rudely that I should be aware that he was busy!! And that he is not anyone's employee. At that point, I asked him to pack up because this man does not know the ABC of client servicing. The bigger question arises is that is LG committing a fraud on its customers by outsourcing such jobs to people, possibly the lowest tender, who are basically goons. They have no control on such staff. I am sending this complaint to LG corporate office in India, in Korea and also spreading it on the social media. Not only this, the LG customer care number which I had called to make a complaint further directed me to the CCO as well as the so-called technicians office. I was given two cell phone numbers - [protected] and [protected]. I got no response on either. The first number I was told is of the customer care officer (CCO), some woman called Anju. This number was switched off. I got no response on the second number. I am giving you exactly 48 hours to respond before I escalate the issue.

        I PURCHASED NEW LG AC FROM LOCAL DEALER ON MAY 11 2015, WHEN DEALER SENT MECHANIC CAME TO INSTALL AT MY HOUSE ON MAY 20, 2015 HE FOUND ON OPENING OF SEALED CO BOX THAT FRONT GRILL OF AC IS BROKEN ONE WHEN I CONTACTED CO OFFICERS THEY SAYS THAT IT CAN NOT REPLACE IT.

          I had purchased LG Optimus L9 in Year 2013 and working fine till a month back when LG pushed a new android version to my mobile. I generally do not update or upgrade unknown softwares but seeing the software upgrade for android from LG, I downloaded it. In the process of installation, the new android software threw an error and hung. I tried to restart my mobile but it got stuck in booting process. I went to Customer care and they told the new version of software was not compatible with my Hardware. Question why did LG push the new android version if the new software was not compatible with LG optimus L9? After much of frustration I agreed to get my mobile serviced in LG customer care, KH Road, Bangalore on 12th May 2015. The motherboard was replaced for Rs 4635. Service Details: Service Tax Regn. No: AAACL1745QST003 TIN No: [protected] TCR No: PBANKH/5430 After a day I noticed the volume of my ear speaker has subdued alot after servicing. Today again, I went to the customer care to show my mobile, after checking my mobile they told that ear phone speaker needs to be replaced? Question- How come my earphone speaker has now problem after servicing? After reaching home, my mobile is getting shutdown in every 5 mins after they have checked? What the ? I really despise LG mobiles? I am writing this complaint and request every online person who comes across my complaint to "NEVER BUY ANY LG PRODUCT, They are cheaters, rob the people of their money and running a scam through service center- Pay some extra money and buy Apple or samsung atleast they do not cheat". I being IT Product Manager of a Software company and will make sure none of products my company purchases are either directly or indirectly manufactured by LG.             My t.v display problem. And my complain no. is RNA[protected] and second complain no. is RNA[protected]. My complain does not solve till now. And when we call lg officer they not pick up the phone and when they pick up the phone not good response. And i am paid the amount.

                I am writing 4th email regarding the complaint of my microwave oven and waiting for reply from customer care for the same. Local LG person (Veena Kamath [protected]) is saying an electronic part of my microwave is discontinued so they can't help. I tried calling customer care (Mr Irfan) who is not ready to listen to the problem...just said talk to Veena Kamath...Am i suppose to discard and buy a new microwave just for a small electronic part? Pathetic service by LG.

                  Dear Customer, Your Complain RNA[protected] is in process(Reason : Gas Charging.).For any support, call on [protected] Service executive has done a great job... but when i ask for bill.. no bill was there.. he ask to pay me Rs.2800 i dont know how... i ask tell the cost... he said 1300 for freezer and 1200 for gas filling... i speak to his senior in phone he also tell the same... but when i told that i have recording that i have to pay Rs.2300 then he started panic... he say its service charge... then he except that 1300 for freezer, 618 for gas with tax and 300 service charge... total comes 2218... Then i told that bring bill tomorrow and then i will pay Rs.2218 to executive... It is very dissapointed that after service lg team who visit ... they charge there own price coating... they dont show the rate list of product... Definitely i will complain in consumer court regarding this matter... Regards Akshay

                    It was a bad day we went to viveks sale in chennai on 14 th April, We booked LG split AC mosquito away for 43 K after the confirmation of Mr.Sendhil AGM ( cell no :[protected]) sales who were there with a promise to deliver within 4 days inspite of repeated reminders to both Viveks & LG they sent us pillar to post till end of May pointing each other fingers and LG AGM was the worst after 2 days he never responded to the calls though he was the one who promised. We have given up as viveks also were not in a position to help as LG apparently sent them also into a tizzy . The installation was done by a local guy arranged by Viveks very poorly done which posed threat to our lives as the out door stand started rattling we had to beg them to come and fix the bushes to arrest the rattling . God Saved us .

                      I purchased LG Topload Washing Machine three months back and since then it's troubling me. Technician visited my home 5 times, out of which 3 times they changed different big parts of machine. It's still troubling, now when I called their ASM Prashant Vara, he said no problem in our product and nothing can be done now. Worst after sales service from LG and ridiculous people who treat customers as beggars.

                        Google Nexus 5 AKA LG D821 was bought on 18.8.2014 from Delhi. It went blank all of sudden on 19.5.2015 just after 9 months of purchase. The handset was shown to Service Centre at Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi. The Centre Manager, Mr.Anuj Gupta, was not willing to accept the technical fault in the phone. Instead he started an argument and misbehaved. After the initial arguments, just to prove his point he mischievously and deliberately projected the fault in the mother board and stated that it is due to water. He gave an estimated of around Rs.12, 000/- though it is under Warranty. The phone went dead on 19.5.2015 and after a couple of hours it started working. Now, the Manager of the above Centre has entered the visit in the system. He confidently stated that now no one of any other service centre can over rule this reason across the country and I would be turned away just on the basis of computer record and without checking the handset. He was challenging on this point and guided me even to Corporate Office in Greater Noida. He drew a route sketch and asked me to go there and face consequences of his action.

                        Again called on 22.5.2015 on the pretext to repair the phone at the same centre. Went there believing that business sense might have prevailed. Made to sit in a corner (CHECK CCTV FOOTAGE) for over 20 minutes. Phone was taken and returned after 25 minutes without repair. I am sure now this has been done to create that evidence for which misbehave was done. They did not have proof to justify their stand in case of enquiry. Now, they have created/fabricated it. Very smart on their part. I congratulate them for outwitting an innocent customer who has a defective product under warranty but no one to do DHOODH KA DHOODH PAANI KA PAANI.

                          I bought a LG Microwave Modal MC2881SUS (Rs 14800/-) on 30-Dec-2014. On my very first use in convection mode it stopped after 10 min showing error "E-02". I raised a complaint to customer care on same day (Complaint No. RNA[protected] After 6 days service engineer visited and told me that its thermostat is faulty and need to be replaced. Since it was a new product I better opted to get it changed with another one from the shop. I got a new microwave from the shop, another piece same modal. After 4 months o[censored]se I got the same problem again. Showing error "E-02". I raised a complaint on[protected]. Complaint No. RNA[protected]. On[protected] service engineer visited & told me that it thermostat & PCB are faulty and need to be replaced. He also placed an order for the mentioned part on same day. Now 22 days have passed and when I called the service center I came to know that this product has been discontinued & its parts are no longer available. I called the regional manager of LG (in Varanasi) but I could not get a proper reply.

                            I purchased a LED TV model 32LB550A on 23.10.2014 from SARAVANA Electronics &Home Appliances, Pondicherry and bearing extended warranty card number FPD[protected]. The TV was not working from 10.5.2015 and a compliant was registered with phone number[protected] on 11.5.2015. The very next day i.e., 12.5.2015 a SMS received from the LG customer care saying that the work done is satisfactory or not ? if yes press 1 or not 2 . But the thing is, nobody has come and repair that. But it is pathetic to receive the SMS like that. Is it the customer care or service of LG ?

                              We bought an LG LCD TV 65 inches less than a year back. Three months back, the screen showed big black spot and the service engineer came and checked it. He announced that the panel is faulty and needs replacement. The whole panel was replaced. Now in less than three months the TV again shows a black spot on some other place. The service engineer again announces that the LCD panel is faulty. If for such a costly invenstment, the same part has got spoilt twice in one year, what is the guarantee that the panel will not get spoilt again in 2 months? Once the TV is out of warranty, no replacement no part change would be possible. So I requested the officials that I need a TV replacement or atleast free extended warranty for the part/product. But after 5 days of complain also, there is no action. I have contacted Gayatri the area officer, Mr Mallick the ASM, Mr Swamy another official. But not a single satisfactory answer.                                 BEST SERVICE FROM LG I had requested for installation and demo for my newly bought LED TV on 17-05-15 morning and given registration no. RNA[protected]. It was also told that service engineer from Insight Kottayam will call and assist me in setting up the tv. Since nobody has contacted till 18-05-15 evening I had contacted again your customer care. I was assured that my request will be sent again and they will arrange a callback. On 19-05-15 morning also I had called LG CC and I was given telephone nos of the service centre at Kottayam, Kerala( Insight- [protected] & [protected]). I tried on both these nos several times and found switched off.Again I contacted the LG CC and after transferring calls between several departments and long wait I was again giver a no to contact [protected], claiming area service manager. I tried this no several times and again found this number is also not available. As I have arranged leave on 19-05-15 for this installation and demo I contacted LG CC again by 1pm. After transferring calls between different sections again I got a fake promise that they will arrange a call back and my request will be forwarded to head office. Till this time (4:15 pm) I haven’t got any calls or even a message from your service agent or LG. I never expected such a pathetic service by LG though it is a multinational company. Even local bands have better mechanism for customer service. I think it is a total waste service agent you have in Kottayam, Kerala (Insight). If this is the kind of service you are offering for installation, I can’t even imagine what will happen for a repair service in future.

                                  Dear Consumer Support, I am very distress to say that I have purchased LG Split AC on dated 27th of Aug 2012 of which I am very disappointed. I have made a complaint of my split air conditioner on 2nd of May 2015 ref no, (RNA[protected] and it was told that it's a problem of compressor. Again complaint was made on 8th (RNA[protected]Technician Supervisor Rakesh ([protected]) told its problem of compressor, several people from LG (Tech) visited to my office and replaced the compressor thrice problem still remain no body having any solution, till today we are suffering that’s why I m sending this msg to you and this is my last try as I have just lost all my patience with LG.                                     Dear Sir, I have purchased LG Tv on sept 2013 from Snehanjali Electronics, Dahanu Road Yesterday all of a sudden my TV stopped working. I called LG service engineer and he came for repair, He told me the display of the TV has gone and need to be replaced The cost will be Rs 16000 How can a Display of TV gets damaged within two years. It seems that they are not selling genuine products. A branded company's TV should not get damaged within two years. Regards Felix Lukose

                                      Hi Team, I am an old customer with LG since 10 years almost.my mom bought a new fridge from LG as we trust the brand from mohanSingh Market From AB Electronics on 15Th May evening.Since then my experience is so bad with LG that this fridge is not able to evn Make ice in 24 Hours and its not cooling.I tried to get in touch with ur support staff BUT no response from your end.Model Number of the product is GL-D402JHSL.I want it to replaced as soon as possible with a brand new one.All because of you I am loosing my trust on LG.I bought it on the name of Saroj Mehta.And have even registered a complain on ur customer Service.                                         अदरणीय महोदय, माना भ्रष्टाचार सर्वव्यापी हो गया है, परन्तु कुछ प्रतिष्ठान अपनी उच्च कोटी की गुणवत्ता के उत्पादों एवं बिक्री के बाद उत्कृष्ट सेवा के लिए ही जाने जाते हैं । इन्ही मे से एक संस्थान आपका भी है । महोदय मैं लम्बे समय से आप के विभिन्न उत्पादों को प्रयोग करता हूँ तथा आपके बिक्री बाद सेवा केन्द्रों की सेवाएँ ली है और हमेशा संतुष्ट ही नहीं प्रसन्न हो कर लौटा हूँ, परन्तु पहली बार दिनांक[protected] को आप के बिक्री बाद सेवा केंद्र ( मोबाइल ), मीना बाज़ार, सिविल लाइन्स, इलाहाबाद, उत्तर प्रदेश, मे न केवल नुकसान उठाना पड़ा बल्कि अपमानित भी होना पड़ा । घटना का संक्षिप्त विवरण निम्न प्रकार है । 1. महोदय मैं आपके उक्त सेवा केंद्र पर दिनाँक[protected] को करीब 5:40 PM के आसपास अपने फोन LG-GT540 का साफ्ट-वेयर लोड कराने अपनी पत्नी के साथ गया था । 2. सेवा केंद्र मे उपस्थित व्यक्ति ने जिसने अपना नाम राणा बताया फोन उपडेट कर उपडेशन शुल्क Rs. 150/- भी ले लिया परन्तु कोई रसीद देने से इंकार कर दिया यहा तक की सादे कागज पर भी । 3. जब मैंने उस पर रसीद देने के लिए दबाव बनाना चाहा तो वो भड़क गए यहा तक कि एक महिला कि उपस्थिती का ख्याल किए बिना वो अश्लील भाषा का प्रयोग करते हुये अपनी सीट छोड़ कर ग्राहक गैलरी में मेरे पास आ गया और बल पूर्वक मेरे हाथ से मेरा मोबाइल छिन कर उसका मेमोरीकार्ड एवं सिम मेरी ओर उछाल दिया और मोबाइल, बैट्री तथा बैक कवर काउंटर के भीतर बैठे अपने दूसरे साथी को थमा दिया और कहने लगा रसीद चाहिए तो दो दिन बाद आना । वो लगातार उग्र भाव-भंगिमा (aggressive body language) के साथ अश्लील एवं अपमानित करने बाली भाषा का प्रयोग कर रहा था । इसी बीच उसके दूसरे साथी ने मेरे मोबाइल की बैट्री बादल दी । 4. अब मेरे पास तीन विकल्प थे 1) मै भी अपने चिर-परिचितों को बुलायूँ और फिर ... 2) पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज़ करूँ 3) मैं बिना रसीद के अपना मोबाइल लूँ और आपके संज्ञान मेँ घटना लायूँ, इस विश्वास के साथ की आप मेरे लिए न सही अफ्ने व्यापारिक प्रतिष्ठा को बनाए रखने के लिए ही सही उचित एवं प्रभावी कार्यवाही अवश्य करेगें । महोदय एक सभ्रांत नागरिक होने के नाते मैने तीसरे विकल्प को चुना और आशा करता हूँ की आप तत्काल कोई प्रभावी कार्यवाही करेगे क्यूँ की हो सकता है मेरी जगह कोई दूसरा ग्राहक पत्नी के सामने हो रहे अपमान के बाद भी अपना मानसिक संतुलन बरकरार न रख सके । धन्यवाद । आपका श्याम सुंदर दास अग्रवाल, मोबाइल न०: [protected]

                                        your executive has made fraud with company by not mentioning the job in record, he miss behaved with customer on pointing out his fraud, not only this he changed new battery from customer's mobile with old one, this is theft.

                                        All these are savior offence to damage business and business goodwill and also hurt customer’s legal right.

                                        1) Gundism in LG service centers to increase personal profit of executives. Executives will try to avoid records more and more jobs to increase their own profit.

                                        2) Company will get loss not only financial but also credibility also.

                                        3) Customers will feel insecure to visit LG service center.
                                        No complain was not resolved, No action was being taken from any one.
                                        This attitude will lead
