ON MAY 1ST 2015, I CALLED LG CUSTOMER SERVICE REGARDING MY 3 YR OLD FRONT LOAD WASHER, AFTER DESCRIBING THE PROBLEM AND RUNNING SOME CHECKS, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT IT COULD BE EITHER THE MOTOR OR A PROGRAMMING ISSUE. I WAS TOLD THAT IF IT WAS THE MOTOR I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY BECAUSE IT HAS A 10 YR WARRANTY, BUT IF NOT I HAD TO PAY THE SERVICE CALL, AND IF I PREPAID IT WOULD ONLY BE $164.98, IF IT TURNED OUT IT WAS THE MOTOR I WOULD GET A REFUND. SO IT WAS THE MOTOR, I CALLED IN ON MAY 8TH SPOKE TO ALI TO REQUES A REFUND, I WAS TOLD I NOW NEED TO FAX A COPY OF THE BILL IN ORDER TO GET MY REFUND. I SEND THEM A COPY OF THE BILL WHEN I REGISTERED THE APPLIIANCE, THEY ALSO KNOW BY THE SERIAL AND MODEL #, WHY AM I GETTING THE RUN AROUND?
