I PURCHASED THE TV IN NOVEMBER 2014. NOW THE TV IS NOT WORKING .I LODGED A COMPLAINT no.RNA[protected] ON 24/4/2015 AND THE ENGINEER CAME ON 25/4/2015 AND INFORMED THAT THE TV MAIN BOARD HAD TO BE REPLACED.hE INFORMED THAT IT WOULD TAKE 2 DAYS FOR THE SPARE TO BE DELIVERED. ON 30/4/2015 I VISITED THE SERVICE CENTER AND THE PERSON IN CHARGE INFORMED THAT THE SPARE WOULD REACH ON 30/4/2015 EVENING AND THEY WOULD ATTEND TO MY TV ON MONDAY, TODAY I CALLED UP THE SERVICE CENTER, SL ELECTRONICS AND THE LADY INFORMED THAT THERE WERE NO SPARES AND IT WOULD TAKE A WEEK FOR THE SAME TO COME.

I have registered a complaint regarding my LG LED TV 42LN5400 which is troubling me a lot. It keeps restarting itself. I lodged a complaint on April 30, 2015. I got a call from the technician that he will be coming to solve the problem but he didn't turn up and does not even answer my calls. The service has to be done by INDIAN ELECTRONICS Belgaum as per the SMS sent by LG service[protected]. Number of the technician is [protected]. I also called the INDIAN ELECTRONICS OFFICE on[protected] twice. They said it will be rectified, but I haven't received any call from anyone. This is just unethical practice I would say. Please see what you can do regarding this. PLEASE EXPEDITE.

    I have purchased a fridge which is not working .I had lodged complaints number of times which can be seen from the record the latest complaint number is RNA[protected] .After the visit of sevice engineer I was told that this will be replaced .On 30/4/15 I received a message informing complaint is under process (reason pending for technical support). But surprisingly today I received a message that the complaint is closed I do not understand that how a complaint can be closed without rectifying and satisfying .

      Dear LG Team, I am trying to contact for AC servicing from last 7 days on [protected], but it was never connected. Today It's connected but executive confirm that free service has expired. I bought AC (LG WRAC LWA-5CP3F) from SARGAM Electronics, Pitam Pura Delhi vide invoice no SPP-02782 on 02/05/2014 at 8.21 PM & its got installed on 04/05/204. As a LG user I am requesting you to please allow 1 free service for my AC because your no was not connected due to conjunction in network & as a LG family atleast i expect this from your side. I am using Washing machine (S. No. 409SWKS006541), Fridge (S. No. 005NLXZ044642), TV (S. NO. 910LPKW000109). Infact at my home all the electronic products are from LG.         Collapse of My LG TV in 20 Months and Callous Response from Company (Complaint No. RNA[protected] Dear Sir, Regards, I have been an LG Loyal On July 7, 2013 I bought my 32” LED TV, Model 32LN5400, Chasis No. 305PLXA030410 from Sony Mony Electronics Ltd., Anddheri (W), Mumbai-58. I preferred it over Samsung as I am an LG loyal person. My earlier TV was LG Golden Eye, my washing machine is LG and even my PC monitor is LG (I can mail you all the bills). But I feel that this faith of mine on LG was nothing but a blind faith. My LG LED TV Perished Just in 20 Months My above said TV went completely out of order last month. After complaint it took the company more than a week to send the technician, who landed at my house on April 6, 2014. He said that there was a fault with the motherboard and he would call me and do the service after he gets the part. It was Actually Collapse of the LED Screen I waited for another 10 days and finally followed up myself. After 3-4 calls and further 4-5 days, finally the technician landed up with the motherboard, replaced it and informed that the motherboard was okay and actually it was failure of the LED screen. He told that I would get the estimate for its replacement in a couple of days. Area Service Manager Said – “I would Try for a Discount” I immediately called up the area service manager and argued for a free replacement of the screen as the TV was just 20 months old. The manager said that the product was out of warranty, so he couldn’t help. I argued that warranty is for components and the LED screen was not just a component but it was the main unit housing the other components, and the collapse of screen was like collapse of a whole house, and that also within 20 months of purchase. So it should be treated as a rare case and I should be given a free service. The manager then said that he would take the matter to superiors and try for a discount. I was Told – “Head Office has Rejected the Request for Discount” Two days later I received a call from the area service manager’s office and was told that the head office had rejected the request for discount and I will have to bear the whole cost of Rs. 13, 368, if I wanted the TV to be serviced. After an argument, finally, I retorted that you forget the service, I will write to your South Korea Head Office and India HO and if need be, I will go to court and media also. Next Day They Told – “Head Office has Sanctioned a Discount of 25 percent” The very next day I again received a call. They said that the HO had sanctioned a 25% discount and asked for an appointment for servicing. I wondered as to how the HO changed its stand overnight. Anyway, I rejected the offer because TV is a stationary object with no moving parts and failure of LED screen in 20 months is merely a product quality issue. And when I have already spent Rs. 30, 000 for its purchase, how the company can expect me to pay Rs 13, 368 again for collapse of the whole product in the name of lapse of warranty. Since I was offered a discount, it was obvious that the company, in principle, had accepted that I was being subjected to injustice. Anyway, I postponed the matter as I had to proceed for a vacation with family. Your Area Service Manager had Claimed that the Failure of TV was Due to Overuse I was really shocked, when your Area Service Manager, in the very first interaction, claimed that the TV might have failed due to overuse. What is this ‘overuse’? Can this be a reason for failure of a TV? I am a professor in an engineering college and definitely have ‘some’ knowledge of technology. Moreover, our TV is ‘used’ for not more than 1 or 2 hours a day. Your people in India have been really callous in this matter. I am Sure that I Deserve a Free Service but am Ready to Bear 25 percent of the Cost It’s my earnest request that you look into the matter with due empathy towards a loyal customer like me and take a step that befits the reputation of your company. In principal, I would assert that I deserve a free service for this ‘grand failure’ of LG TV, but am ready to bear 25 percent of the overall cost and not definitely more than that. I would like not to go to court or media and resolve the issue mutually. That’s why I have offered to share a part of the overall cost. Please see the attachment for scanned copy of the bill.           Dear LG, I am a valued customer of LG and has been associated with this brand since long. I am having following LG products at my home. 1) LG TV CRT 2) LG TV LCD 3) LG Air Conditioner Model No: LSN5CP5AF6 AN48DVM 4) LG Washing machine. 5) LG Conventional Microwave. 6) Also had LG mobile phone. (Out dated now). I had my Air conditioner and Television under AMC until July 2014. (Continued AMC since I purchased AC.) So you can see how much I trust LG so far and have been associated with this brand. Each consumer electronic product in my home is LG. So far my experience with LG was excellent. 14th April 2015, I called customer care and asked for AMC for my AC and also service for the same. Complaint no RNA[protected]. An engineer named Mr. Hitesh (Mo. [protected]) reached my home within few hours. I was told for Rs. 550 service charge to which I agreed and he started servicing. He was only cleaning the filter so I had to ask him to do proper service after which he did open the shutter and did proper cleaning. Before and during the service the strip for Auto swing was working properly. Once he switched off the machine and manually moved the strip. During that or some other operation, the strip was broken and after he finished service it was found that the Auto swing was not working. He said that the locking mechanism was broken and he tried to fit it using tape but couldn't’t. After which he tried to go away directly, to which I asked him to fix things properly as he can’t go leaving things non-working which were working properly before service. He said that the part is not available. I asked him its not my fault, the part was broken during service so he has to manage. He has asked he will check for other compatible part and will come back with it and service call will be kept on while it is available. So he left after that leaving his mobile number. I expected to service complaint to be kept open unless it was solved but to my surprise it was closed after few hours. Today morning I tried to call him but call was not picked up also. After that I called customer service Executive Ms/Mrs Nisha Niyan ([protected]) and told her whole situation on 23/4/2015. She also told me that she couldn't’t help me out as the part is not available. I am surprised to hear such answers and such service from LG. After that I put complaint on LG's facebook page, (thought of giving one more chance before going public since I love LG so far). My complaint number is RNA[protected] for that. I have contacted Mr. Rajesh ([protected]) and he has conveyed to me that since the part broken by the service engineer is not available, they will take back my ac and will give me 10-15% depreciation value. This is the most ridiculous policy I have heard. Just look at this, I have a working 30, 000+ valued AC. Your engineer comes, breaks part of it and asks give us back your AC and take 3, 000-4500Rs. Or just continue to use it without that part (Without swing in AC.). Readers please imagine this situation, you have one excellent car worth 10 lac rupees. Its 4 years old but in perfect condition. You put it in service. The service guy breaks headlight bulbs. Now interesting part is, they say that they don't make any more same model headlight bulbs, so now either give them whole car and get 1lac depreciated value or run the car whole life without headlights. I am in the same situation. LG is not even able to change parts which are linked with the flap broken. (Providing swing.) This is the worst Customer service experience I have so far with LG. I have been promoting LG as brand to my family and friends but after this I really have to rethink. Kindly solve this issue and don’t tarnish the brand LG with such service.             LG AC bought on 27 4 15 from croma. delivered on 28th april. the LG persson came to install on 29th april. the installation person has mentioned on the installation report that the ac is defective (fan touches the body - sound problem). service call has been loged with LG & croma both. LG service call number RNA[protected] dated 29.4.15 & croma complaint number SR [protected] dated 29th april 2015. no resolution till now.

                Dear sir,
                I bought led tv of lg company since 2013, module no. 26ls3700 from sunview electronic, 236, state bank nagar, paschim vihar, (Meera bagh) , new delhi - 110063. I faced lots of problems in my led - tv after purchasing. Firstly, the screen was damaged again & again, i called customer service but they have not solved my problem. Secondly, started some technical problems also which i really don't know. I had paid already lots of charges for its repairing but still the customer services had not repaired my led - tv, now they started cheating me.

                I have waited for almost a month and am still waiting. I received 2 - 3 calls from the customer service executives. They offered me 20% depreciation. If this measure is correct, them i am ready with this solution. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

                  Though I have had very good service from LG earlier, this time I am made to run from pillar to post for a solution. I had raised a service complaint on the 25th of April No. RNA[protected] as the AC which was serviced 3 weeks before by LG service centre stopped working. Quite surprisingly, this time it took long to explain them that just three weeks back they had serviced the AC and had recharged the gas, and given a warranty for the gas filling for six months. Anyhow, the ordeal started as team after team visited my residence and no one could figure out what the problem was. Eventually they took the indoor unit away, saying they needed to clean some fuel leakage and this could be done in the workshop only. I was assured that this would take a maximum of 24 hours. Since then two days have gone, and I get a call from an extremely rude lady just now, that they would bring it back only on Saturday. On explaining that it has been 4 days already since the problem happened, it was rather taking too long, the lady replies that they are not repairing only my AC, and there are many cases being attended to and they don't think that mine deserves a priority. Decided to call back and speak to the manager, who seemed to be in better control, and has assured me that she would look into this. However, her explanation also did not quite seem digestible, as she said that her company had recently taken over our area of residence and hence it may be taking time to get resolved ??? My request is to kindly sort this at the earliest, as I wish my faith in LG as a company does not shatter. Incidentally this is the third LG product breaking down in the last one month, but the service in all the cases have been so good until this point !!

                    Quality of LG AC products and customer support/service centers are the worst after my experience o[censored]sing LG products in last 2-3 years.Recently my LG 1 Ton Split AC was giving insufficient cooling issue for which i raised complaint with LG customer care two weeks back and it took 5 days, number of follow ups from my end before the support centre guy finally turned up to resolve the issue.He appeared inexperienced and without understanding the real issue, he started cleaning the filters, opened up the entire indoor unit and poured water as if he was cleaning clothes and not repairing an AC. He charged me INR 560/- as standard service charge.My AC worked barely one day after this repair and suddenly it stopped working at all. The technician stopped responding to me and the response from service center was also unencouraging.I raised another Complaint with LG customer care (RNA[protected] three days back for the repeat issue and it again took 3 days for the service center guy to turn up after multiple follow ups. This time he said the capacitor has gone faulty and it will be replaced on chargeable basis. I somehow agreed though i still suspect that this new issue had cropped up because of mishandling done by the previous technician. The second technician replaced the capacitor yesterday and the AC started working when he was present. Once he left, the AC stopped working completely after barely 2 hours o[censored]sage. Is this the quality of service LG offers to its valued customers? I use 80% of my household appliances (AC, LED TV, Home Theatre, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Microwave) of LG brand but after these repeated issues with LG product and service, i must stop using LG products and also urge others to stop buying the same. Brands like LG and Samsung just spend Millions of rupees in brand building and advertising rather than concentrating of quality of product and service.

                    Barely 6 months after LG service team replaced motor, capacitor on chargeable basis, my LG split AC has stopped working again. Whats the point of spending money on LG products within 2 years of purchase and having pathetic service from its Service Centres. The LG service centres just make money by cheating customers and their attitude is also too bad. Can anyone from LG call me immediately on my number [protected]?
                    LG customer care person came today for my recent complaint No.[protected]. Now new excuse is that there is gas leakage in my AC and they want to charge me 3000/- for gas refill. Are customers suppose to pay LG every 6 months for repair of their product within 2 years? I am considering going to consumer court as i dont trust LG and its support team anymore. Customers cant be cheated like this. I need immediate replacement of this faulty AC.

                      I'm Purchased One A/C on 02.04.2015. Received A/C Flap bend. hence, next day I'm logged a complaint. Engineer replaced another flap after 15 days. I'm not available on that day. Engineer not properly fit in Flap. Right side properly fitted. but, left side not insert White color push, hence, Some times i'm hearing unknown sound from flap and this flap is worst than original flap. Again I am logged a complaint through phone, but your service center cancelled the call, reason for Customer self repair. Again and again daily I am logged a complaint, but your service center cancelled all calls. (2nd time engineer not attend the call but, call cancelled)Then I'm calling to your service center, they are told that Customer self repair option only showing in LG Website. Hence, they are select Customer self repair, and they will arrange the engineer from head office for attend the call. Till now This A/C not working. What is meaning for Customer self repair? I'm not attended self repair. this problem is Engineer problem. Pl update this is not customer self repair, engineer not properly fit in Flap. Your voice customer care personal not properly answered. Daily I'm logged a complaint, and tell full story, they replied that sorry for inconvenience, then provide new complaint number. next day service center cancelled the call. I'm very dissatisfied for buying LG Product. (Model - LSA5AU3A-ANLG(II). Serial number - 503NAEC042812 This model not showing in your website. how to register this product?                         Dear Concern, i am the resident of Amritsar and i lodged a complaint for my window AC repair. The complaint number is RNA[protected] but despite of logging the complaint from last 5 days, nobody turned back with any solutions. Technican has taken my AC PCB and they are giving me fake assurance from last 5 days. Even they had closed my complaint without repair and i came to know about that after i got a message from LG about the completion whereas in actual nobody attended the problem so. I again called at your customer care and re-lodged the same complaint but there is no response so far. my concern is that if LG would take more than 5 days to replace / repair a simple display PCB then i should be informed in advance rather than giving lame and fake excuses. As usual I was given to understand that the job would be attended to & completed within 24 hrs. However, I had to again followed up on 23/04/2015 with your call center & was again assured that the service engineer would attend within 24hrs. The status as on date / time REMAINS UNCHANGED after a LAPSE OF 5 DAYS. I write to you with the hope that the same will be RESOLVED BY TODAY. Also, fyi, this is not the first such instance & although your call center assures for a 24 hrs service but the same never happens as regarding to AC services.                               I had purchase split AC model no LSA5AP5M on 14 june 2014 from navrang laxmi nagar delhi invoice no 4758. I gave ac for repair on 16/4/14 and they said in 1-2 days ac will be repair but now it is 28/4/15 and I dont get it back and no response from lg... my Challan no 3107 job no[protected] I already register 2 complaint in lg service center 1 complaint no:- RNA[protected] 2 complaint no:-RNA[protected] Please take action against it.

                                Sir, I have purchased LG LED TV model No.28 LB452A sl no-408PLVCO88863 on 14 Nov 14. It has gone unserviceable on 26 Apr 15 and I have registered complain to LG customercare on same day with complain No-RNA[protected] dated 26 Apr 15. But till now no action has been taken.My family members are unable to enjoy the IPL. Sir, this is the condition of their customer care when the product is only appx 04 month old, what will happen after few month. So my request is to replace the product with new one.                                   LG Provide Very Cheap service and they were not support online purchase product. I have purchase ULTRA HD TV from FLIPKART with manufacture warranty. but LG Customer care not support to this. they were not give information about this and not installation. and installation price so high for online purchase product. So this type of very cheapest activity from the LG Service side. Don't purchase any product of LG. Please take any action regarding to this complaint. Thanks Sanjeev [protected]

                                    Dear Customer Care Team, I have logged my complaint no. RNA[protected] against my fully automatic washing machine, which washing container was broken during the washing process. in this regard, we logged the complaint in service centre. Engineer Mr. Vinod (M): [protected] visited at my home to diagnose the machine and observed that due to the heater its washing container was broken and the estimate is Rs. 5000/- maximum. He also told us if we get this work done from third party through him, the estimate would be Rs. 3000/- to Rs. 3500/- . Then we got our complaint closed due to low budget and asked him for sometime to take decision. Next day we decided to get our complaint resolved through LG not any third party. But now engineer is saying that the estimate would be Rs. 8000/-. his intention is doubtful he forced us to get our complaint resolved through him only. Now my mother has been continuously following up with service centre but getting no response. Now the supervisor Mr. Sandeep is also adamant on Rs. 8000/- and not focusing on our grievance. This type of dishonest and irresponsible attitude of your service centre and engineer has spoiling the credibility of LG. This is my first worst experience with LG Service.                                       I have received M302RLTL (285 L - Refrigerator) (purchased on 21st March, 2015), and it was damage peace, technician assure for replacement and given number of LG SUPERVISER (Mr Parthiv Barot [protected]). He is using very harsh word when ever I called him and ask for replacement, then I complaint a lot many time then he take action and replaced my product with another model M302RPZL.

                                      Again this product with minor scratches on upper door. When I called Parthiv (Superviser) he again told me take your action, such kind of damage we don't consider as damage. And more over he has not provided me bill of replaced product, so if in future, I want service or sell my product then I will be in trouble.

                                      I have already complaint to LG service center (Complaint Number - RNA[protected], but surprisingly it was closed within 6-8 hours without any confirmation with me, or without giving solution.

                                      I am really tired now with Parthiv Barot (Supervisor), and LG.

                                        I had Refrigerator 328LMG4, which is out of warranty now. Complaint : lid of vegetable try is broken I raised two complaints rna[protected] dated feb, 4, 2015 &amp;amp;amp;amp; rna[protected] . Also called Sarika Bhosale. But still complaint is not resolved. Sarika is asking to raise another complaint. I am not sure how many times I need to raise complaint. The after sales service is really bad &shameless. The earlier complaints are closed automatically. Please support me in this regard. Hence forth I afraid to buy any LG product. Contact No : [protected]
