LG Electronics India - Fooling Customers by not providing warranty for a 32 inch LED TV since it was bought online. The TV is just 3 months old & has 1+1 extended warranty, In spite of that, the service Engineer is not willing to provide the warranty & he says that he has received instruction from LG that they should not provide service to TV's bought online. Is there really a rule like this implemented by LG?? I Just wanted everyone to know how the service people from LG behave & spoil the name of the company. I have been a genuine customer of LG & I have every product from LG including my Mobile phone. Guys please be aware of this incident, I am really frustrated with the service of LG customer care & I am going to take legal action against LG for screwing me like this frown emoticon — feeling shattered.

    On 19.10.2014, I purchased LED TV Model No. LG LED TV-47LB750T vide invoice No. SPP-014426 of Rs. 75, 000/-. Few days back we noticed a hair breath line at the top of left side. After 3/4 days I noticed that the line is increased slightly. On 20.01.2015, I lodged a complaint through 'Sargam' from where I purchased my TV. After sometime I received a call from mobile NO. [protected] and enquired about the defects. When I intimated details, the person who contacted me told that the fault is ours end. About 3 hours later he visited my residence to check the fault. But as he was pre-minded to declare the fault is because of our mishandling, he stick to his earlier version and took some snaps. His name was Ajit Singh. After this I contacted Mr. Rishab- Mobile No. [protected] but of no use. Mr. Ajit simply visited again and took some more snaps. The line is visible only if the TV is on-mode. I am a senior citizen and retired official of government of India . It appears that LG is harassing the senior citizens with pre-minded decisions. It is now requested that my complaint may please be resolved or I will be left with no options except to approach consumer court to resolve the issue and. will also approach to media print to expose the quality, behaviour and how company harassing the clients \ Thanks & Regards, Bishan Singh Malik M- [protected]

      I purchased a LG fridge on[protected] – Model No.GL225BEDG5/2012. On[protected] a small fire broke out in our house and left-side top portion of the fridge caught fire and about 8” of top portion damaged. The fridge is working OK. As some burn smell is coming from the fridge, I booked a complaint to your Customer service on[protected] – complaint No.RNA[protected]. Your technician attended to the complaint on[protected] and said that gasket of the door to be replaced and gasket was replaced on[protected] and a charge of Rs.503/- has been collected from me. As burn smell is still coming from fridge even after replacing the gasket, I contacted your Customer Service again on[protected]. They suggested me to contact the local Hyderabad Service Centre to solve the problem and provided the mobile No.[protected]. When I contacted the mobile No.[protected], the person advised me to contact the In-charge of the local Service Centre on the mobile No.[protected]. When I contacted the In-charge on mobile No.[protected], he advised me to book a new complaint. I told him that on contacting your Customer Service, they have provided the local Service Centre and advised me to contact the local Service Centre. Finally it appears he got convinced and said I will send the Technician to look into the problem. Your Technician turn up at my house on[protected] and told that some thermacol inside the fridge damaged and on account of that burn smell is coming and it cannot be repaired. If it cannot be repaired, I request you to exchange it with a new fridge and I am prepared to pay the difference amount. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest, do the needful. (G V Ramana)

I buy LG product before 6 month ago, I purchase model LG 42LB5820 before 1 week i was facing issue with tv picture.so i raise complaint for this RNA[protected].Engineer has rectify issue he has replaced AV PCB as on tomorrow[protected] only. But from today onward i am again facing issue with TV . after changed part yesterday My TV model is showing in setting NETCAST4 instate 42LB5820 .So why this wrong part has installed.?           I had purchased a LG Front Loading Washing Machine (Model No.F8091MD2)(Sl. No.3023NFS1W947) on 27/04/2013 from Jyoti Electronics, Burla, Sambalpur, Odisha. From the beginning it has been giving troubles i.e there is sound in the machine during washing/drying. I have given several complaints regarding this but it could not be rectified by the technicians. During my stay at Burla, Odisha the machine was taken to LG workshop but the same problem persists.Now I am posted at Chhattisgarh on transfer. My address is - Qr. No. D/3, North Jhagrakhand, Manendragarh, Korea (CG). After coming to this place, I have given several complaints. Only once the technician had come but he could not rectify the problem and told that the machine was alright. On 19/01/2015 I have given a complaint through Customer Care no. but the same was not registered with the plea that the machine did not have any problem. Without proper checking how can it be concluded that the machine does not have any problem. Finally it is requested that my machine should be corrected within 03 days otherwise I would approach the consumer forum.

            Hi There has been several instances now that the complain is closed by LG service centres automatically without addressing the issue. This is highly unethical. I have an LG television and got AMC done for 5 years in 2010. First of all the there have been numerous faults in the television and it goes into non working state very frequently. Then Its very difficult to get the complain register. Even when the complain is registered the technician never visit on time. Almost in all occasisons when the complain is addressed, the repair was not successful in first attempt. Worst of all, the complain is closed automatically by the technician and we just get a sms that we cannot contact you. The same thing happened with me recently with regards to Request No[protected]. I called and talked to technician several times on no. [protected]. This is highly unprofessional and frustrating for LG customers. I want to escalate this to highest level. Regards Sumit [protected]

              Hello, I am following up for more than 7 months now to get help in resolving issue related to micro-oven we bought last year. It has been a nightmare to follow-up with customer care and LG technicians. They have been looking after the issue but finally the machine completely stopped and they requested to take it to the service centre which i refused and requested for replacement as we started noticing these issues after few month of purchase. But the respective officials are not ready for replacement as well as they expect me to believe them and again wait for sometime to get the issue resolved as according to Amit it a small issue. I raised this concern again and again by calling up customer care and have been told to hold for 24 hrs by respective representatives but no one got back. This has been a horrible experience and need your help get the replacement. I do not have more patience to believe these folks and again face the same issues. Also no idea my complaints were closed without any validation. This issue was never closed and had to raise back to back for the same issues. Also I dont see any one responding on emails from LG on the concern raised through email. Hence please help.                 Dear Sir, Myself Santosh, I was purchased a LG LED TV model is LB56 in the month of November and your company executive visited to my place and wall mounted the TV, the wall mounting meterial is not the original LG product and because of duplicate wall mounting my TV has fallen on the table and full screen is smashed. I spoke to dealer and to your LG persons, also I raised the complained against the same but I'm not getting any solutions from the LG. Your service engineers are saying that I have to pay Rs.13000/- for new screen, now my concern is why I have to pay any amount to LG? If your wall is original the I suppose to pay and that I can understand but this happen because of LG service, so I want the company should have to replace my TV with the new one, and I want the solution within 48 hours otherwise I have to go to the consumer forum and also I'll go with media. I'm sending you the screenshots of TV and wall mount please do the need full and make it soon. I'm having faith on LG, that's why I purchase only LG Products, but now after all this I'm worrying about purchasing LG products in future.                   I had purchased a LG fully Automatic washing, machine from Reliance Retail Limited at Kakinada on 29.06.2014 vide POS No.[protected]. In November 2014, I had lodged a complaint under RNA [protected] on 09/11/2014. When nobody attended to the complaint I contacted the customer care and I was told that the address couldn't be located. When a machine can be delivered on the same address, it is difficult for me to believe that a mechanic couldn't trace my address when he had the mobile nos with him. I lodged a complaint again on 11/11/2014 under RNA[protected]. Fortunately this time the mechanic could located my address. When I told him that while spinning the machine had some sound, he checked and told me that its normal. I again lodged a complaint today i.e., on 17/01/2014 RNA[protected] for the same problem i.e., the drier was not working properly. Today when the mechanic attended he is telling that the belt has to be replaced. More over, it will take 2 to 3 days for the belt to be replaced as there was no stock. Let me be very frank here, that I was using a Whirlpool fully Automatic washing machine for nearly 10 years and never had any problem for nearly 8 years. Absolutely no problem. During the entire 8 years, I never had any complaints. Can anybody help?

                    Dear Concern, I purchased one LG 21.5"E2242T Full HD Ultra Slim Design LED monitor on 17th September 2013 with warranty of 36 month . But on 8th Jan'15 suddenly we found problem in the display of the monitor . After that we contact with LG AGENT -VISSION TEHNOLOGY at Gazipur from where we purchased the monitor .But till now we didn't get any positive response from the agent . They are just keep telling that it is not possible to rectify the problem . From the customer point of view it is just one kind of cheating . From a global brand like LG we can't expect this .                       Dear sir, kindly note that we are using home appliances of LG company only as it is a trusted one, like TV, freeze, micro oven etc.I am very sorry to tell you that as LG is a such a big company but we have not getting satisfactory services from your side.I have a 42" LED TV with 3D effect and it get disturbed on Saturday dated 10.01.2015.we registered a compain having complain no.RNA[protected] to solve our issue, your technician came on Monday evening and looked for the fault.He told us to replace the PCB which cost nearly about 6000/-. I just have a question that why we have to replace the PCB, why don't you repair it as LG has a large team of experts who can repairs the parts. If each time the product had problems and we have to replace the whole parts, its very difficult for us to bear the cost everytime as its too much high for us.Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.                           श्रीमान जी मैंने एलजी कंपनी का एलईडी 42 इंच मे खरीदा था जो कि 13/01/2014 को खरीदा था लेकिन अचानक से पेनल मे कोई खराबी आ गयी जिसकी कम्प्लेंट मेने एलजी कंपनी को 29/12/2014 को करी जब इंजीनियर ने विजिट किया तो उसने पैनल टूटा बताया जबकि एलईडी दीवार पर लगा हुआ है और चालू हालत मे था मेने उनसे कहा कि यदि पेनल टूटा है तो कोई वजह से टूटा होगा उसकी पूरी रिपोर्ट तैयार करके दे क्योंकि एलईडी मे हमने कुछ भी ऐसा नहीं किया जिससे उसमे कोई नुकसान हो लेकिन वो लोग सिर्फ पैसा चार्ज करने के अलावा और कोई काम करने को तैयार नहीं हो रहे है जबकि एलईडी वार्रेंटी मे है यदि चार्ज लगेगा तो पेनल टूटने कि वजह एलजी बताए भवदीय मनोज कुमार जारेड़ा विवेका नन्द कॉलोनी नियर हिन्डौन रोड महवा दौसा 321608 मोब॰ [protected], [protected]

                            Hi Sir/Madam, I am manikandan from Thanjavur, Tamilnadu-South India. Today I had purchased one LG TV 32 inches from your authorised showroom Thanjavur. LG Shoppe No:1 Municipal Colony, Medical college road, Thanjavur. I am paid cash of Rs 24, 100. They provided one stablizer as free gift for that LED TV. After i am reached home. I am opened and check the stablizer is not able to connect to that Tv because of TV power supply contain Three pin top but provided stablizer contain only Two Pin and again i am called to that showroom regarding this thing. They roughly replied it is free thing and scold me If you not like the Tv return to that showroom . we will again give back cash to you. After that i am again went back to the showroom and return the TV they provided the cash. After that i am purchased SAMSUNG Brand Today.                               Hi, I have taken 32" LED TV model no 32LV2130 on 7sep 2011 for 30600rs. It had a panel problem now and i gave it authorized service center 3 months and they said it cant be fixed and i will get a compensation amount of 53% on my purchase i.e 16830 rs. Again today they called me up and now they are saying i will get only 35% now. I am fur stated roaming here and their all are irresponsible in service center. I lost trust on this LG brand I want my money back or the TV should be repaired. Thanks, Prashanth.

                                Dear Sir/Madam My LG TV product no. LGE TV/21FA2RG purchase from M/s Skylab electronics, Haldia, West Bengal, invoice no.8354 dated on 22nd August 2013.I notice top 1/3 Portion of my TV screen is discolour horizontally. It was started few months before but I missed it. Because very little time I watch TV and I thought it was cable connecting problem. End week of Oct 2014 my friend came in my quarter and notices that. Then I logged the call on 16th Dec 2014. Customer request id is RNA[protected].Customer care technician visit my TV on 22nd Dec 2014.After few days on 07th Dec 2014 they call me need Rs 3200.00(approx.) needed to resolve the problem. Because picture tube is damage. After Just completion of warranty period is picture tube damaged of a branded TV? As per the policy, warranty covered one year, but covered it by few months. I purchased a led tv 32 LB 550A on 13th oct 2014 in pondicherry. i have a complaint that my tv display changed into black on 8/1/15, i called the custemer care and registered a complaint about the problem, RNA no [protected], on the same day a service engineer came to home attend the Service and told that problem in the display pannel it may takes 2 or 3 days maximum, i said oKay change it as soon as possible. But today 12/1/15 after 4 days i called the service center they said that still that parts not received it may takes some more tIme. that part Will come from korea... i dont want to change anything now because its a brand new tv bought it only 2 months before. I want to replace my tv instead of changing the display pannel. do the needfUll i have the bill, warranty card and all..my mobile number [protected]. Thank u ..

                                    Sir, I had called LG Toll free number on Friday (i spoke with Javed the senior executive), Pl refer complaint number RNA[protected]. I bought LG Television on 2011. After the complaint registration, Service Engineer visited our house on 18 Dec 2014 and inspected the product and quoted Rs 3200 for repairing the same. I agreed upon the same and ask him to fix the issue as soon as possible. The engineer fixed the issue but it was not up to mark and now he stating it is an tube issue and need to scrap the television. So, if our television is to be scraped then our Rs 3200 should be returned back as it does not fixed the issue. Hoping for the positive reply from your end. Reply back to the earliest.                                       श्रीमान जी मैंने एलजी कंपनी का एलईडी 42 इंच मे खरीदा था जो कि 13/01/2014 को खरीदा था लेकिन अचानक से पेनल मे कोई खराबी आ गयी जिसकी कम्प्लेंट मेने एलजी कंपनी को 29/12/2014 को करी जब इंजीनियर ने विजिट किया तो उसने पैनल टूटा बताया जबकि एलईडी दीवार पर लगा हुआ है और चालू हालत मे था मेने उनसे कहा कि यदि पेनल टूटा है तो कोई वजह से टूटा होगा उसकी पूरी रिपोर्ट तैयार करके दे क्योंकि एलईडी मे हमने कुछ भी ऐसा नहीं किया जिससे उसमे कोई नुकसान हो लेकिन वो लोग सिर्फ पैसा चार्ज करने के अलावा और कोई काम करने को तैयार नहीं हो रहे है जबकि एलईडी वार्रेंटी मे है यदि चार्ज लगेगा तो पेनल टूटने कि वजह एलजी बताए भवदीय मनोज कुमार जारेड़ा विवेका नन्द कॉलोनी नियर हिन्डौन रोड महवा दौसा 321608 मोब॰ [protected], [protected]

                                      कंपनी की तरफ से इंजीनियर ने विजिट किया लेकिन पैसा चार्ज करने की बात कही मैंने कहा की जब मेरा एलईडी वार्रेंटी मे है तो पैसा किस बात का लगेगा तो उन्होने कहा की एलईडी पेनल अंदर से टूटा है इसलिए मैंने कहा जब एलईडी दीवार पर लगा है तो टूटने की कोई वजह तो होगी वो बताए तो मै पैसा देने को तैयार हूँ जिसके लिए इंजीनियर ने माना कर दिया मेरी सिकायत करे आज 15 दिन हो गए लेकिन कोई सोलूसन नहीं हुआ है मैंने मेल किया जिसमे एक मोबाइल नंबर दिया है 9828520089 और मेल आईडी [email protected] दोनों ही जगह से पैसा लगने की बात कही गयी

                                        Hello, I bought my LG Nexus 5 in August 2014 and was very happy with the purchase until now when my phone has became a trouble for me to work with. The phone in starting kept on switching off on it's own even though the battery was full. (The battery life of the phone is horrible though!) For this, I was asked to clear my Cache memory and format my cell phone which i did and still the problem persisted. The problem increased when the phone switched off permanently and would not turn on. After giving it to the LG service Center for 3-4 days, they said that I had a problem in the motherboard and that they will provide me with a new motherboard of different model number. After receiving back my phone, the phones touch has become horrible, I can't use it while charging and the software has degraded down to KITKAT version, while i was a LOLLIPOP user. Its a big disgrace to know that a company like LG would not take care of the customer as I was aware that if any problem occurs, the company would change the handset if required. I, now, want an immediate reaction to this mail and I want my handset to be changed as soon as possible or else I would be forced to file a complaint against the company in the consumer forum.
