My LG TV product no. LGE TV/21FA2RG purchase from M/s Skylab electronics, Haldia,
West Bengal, invoice no.8354 dated on 22nd August 2013.I notice top 1/3
Portion of my TV screen is discolour horizontally. It was started few
months before but I missed it. Because very little time I watch TV and I thought
it was cable connecting problem. End week of Oct 2014 my friend came in my
quarter and notices that. Then I logged the call on 16th Dec 2014. Customer
request id is RNA[protected].Customer care technician visit my TV on 22nd
Dec 2014.After few days on 07th Dec 2014 they call me need Rs
3200.00(approx.) needed to resolve the problem. Because picture
tube is damage.
After Just completion of
warranty period is picture tube damaged of a branded TV? As per the policy, warranty covered one year,
but covered it by few months. I am very helpless.
