Had asked for service guy to have a look at microwave LG Model No MB 344AA, service guy says the model is outdated and the spare parts are not available have to exchange the microwave and collects 280 rupees as service charge without doing anything and does not even give the bill/ receipt .

    Sir, I have purchased an LG 42 inch LED TV (Model no 42LB5610) on 31 Dec 2014. It has been four days and innumerable phone calls to the LG customer care centre but, no one has till date visited my house to install the TV.       Dear Sir, My self Sahir Patel i am from India ( Ahmadabad). since 6 month back i have bought LG- G-pro light in ( Golden color ) since that time i am suffering a lot of issue in my handset even many times i have visited to LG customer care but they people couldn't soul the issue. Now i am least bothered and finally planing to go to consumer court and explain everything what i faced. Before go there i am writing you last time this mail and hoping my problem would be resolve. Sir as i am also Sr. Manager level person in corporate world and i am belong to service industries only, so expecting good and quality of services from you guys. If i will not get satisfied with this response then i will change my home consumer product also, I am having LG LED, Freeze, And washing machine also. Dear Sir, Complaint about refusing / neglecting to provide service information for LG TV – Abans LG Service Centre, Kurana, Sri Lanka I am a Sri Lankan proud LG TV user since year 2000. I used LG 29 inch CRT TV (Model Number CT – 29K30EN and Serial Number 103KT00115) for 14 years. It was a superb TV. Due to the trust built about LG products recently I bought a new LG LED 32 inch TV. Last week my LG 29 inch previous TV broke down and needed to replace the Ply back Transformer. The part number pasted on it was erased when the TV was opened. Today we went to Abans LG service centre at Kurana, Sri Lanka for get repaired it or to get the part number of the Ply Back Transformer. But unfortunately the person who worked their told us that the company can’t repair it and he refused to tell us the part number at least. We tried to repair the TV for donating for a poor family which can’t afford for a TV. We are very sorry for ill-treating and neglecting of Abans LG Service Centre and they have no right to disappoint and neglecting a LG customer. But I strongly believe that it is not the concept of your company. That’s why I send this mail to you. I am a Personal Capacity Development Training Consultant in Sri Lanka and I speak to at least 5, 000 people here per a month, in my Training Programmes. I wish to tell you that Word of Mouth is most powerful than Advertising. I kindly requesting you to send me the part number of the Ply Back Transformer of LG 29 inch CRT TV -Model Number CT – 29K30EN.         One of the worst companies to dealt with. Selling cheap products that will hardly last for an year.
        Do not have a infarstructure support after care service like they advertised. I would highly recommend to stay away from this company.

          I have a serious issue with my cell that even when i dont remove the sim card from the cell phone it shows the error that sim card has been removed and the phone get restart immediately. I purchased the cell from Vijay Sales, Bhiwandi in 2013 and is out of warranty period. Yet I want it to get solved. How it shows such error even when not disturbed. After several retsrts the phone detects the sim and start to find network properly. Either I need to remove the sim card once and then insert it again to the respective place. Please help

            My LG refrigerator gone faulty, I have booked complaint with LG customer care No during Oct 2014. Service engg. attend the complaint and said compressor gone faulty and has to replace. If you replace it through LG service centre it takes more money and i have to repair it, and I can repair it personally with same material with less amount. Being service engg of LG I agree and allow him to repair. After repair the freeze will not work for few days also and now he is ignoring my phone also. In this matter LG centre is also not co-operating me. It means that they all are cheating the customer. I hope from his complaint I get any help from LG. U.W.KAWALKAR

              I have purchased a LG microwave oven model MC 8040NSR on 2/4/2011. On 3/3/2013 i entered an AMC with your company (book let no:MH025792). Last week we observed that it is not rotating properly and gave a complaint ( RNA[protected]. Now they closed the complaint stating that "discontinued part"..It is very sad to hear from a reputed company that within 3 1/2 years of purchase and also product under AMC, parts are not available.. I contacted Mr. Ganapathi(mobile:[protected]), and he told me that as per company policy they will refund 55% of purchase value. If this is the case, why customer has to enter AMC or LG is allowing to enter AMC. Within 3 1/2 years of purchase and since i bought a well branded product from you, i am loosing 45% in addition to the AMC amount of Rs. 2608/-and tax amount 1373/-. Hence I request that since the product is under AMC, company has to replace with a new equivalent model. VARGHESE.C.S.

                Respected sir/ Madam I am a regular consumer of the LG product. But this time I had purchased a double door refrigerator and found that the lamination coated on the doors are peeling off. The product which is hardly a year old looks like many year old and gives a shabby look. Secondly there is ice formation in the lower case of the refrigerator. The engineer could not understand why there is ICE FORMATION. but immediately suggested that we should not use those place where there is ice formation. On 29.12.2014 at about 16:00 hrs I received a call from Mr. Raj ( tel No. [protected]) who told that peeling off the lamination is routine and we cannot do anything. He also promised to send another engineer to check the ice formation. Till date another engineer visited to solve the problem. It appears that it is the policy of the company to wait for the warranty period to be over which is in the January 2015. So that the company can charge a customer towards visiting charges and make profit. Can I expect a fair deal??????? Omprakash Dhoot

                  Hello sir/madam, This complaint is in regard for my LG Nexus 5 that I bought on December 12, 2013. You see, I had received the lollipop update few weeks back and after the subsequent 5.0.1 update, I noticed anomalies in my phone functionality. It was switching off on its own. I tried deleting the cache memory and things worked fine for sometime but then on December 24, 2014 at around 2pm it switched off again automatically and did not restart even after numerous attempts. I let it be for some time and then tried again but still the same. I then kept my phone on charge, it only flashed the Google screen but it did not restart even after sufficient charging. Since Christmas was a holiday I went to the LG service centre, the one near Thermax chowk, Sambhaji Nagar, Pune on December 26, 2014. They took my phone and said that the engineer will call me. The said engineer, Mr. Arshad called me eventually and informed that the motherboard has to be replaced and since my phone was not on warranty anymore it will cost me around Rs 12, 600. I researched the net and was shocked to learn that this was an issue with the 5.0.1 update. I called Mr. Arshad back and said that since this problem with my phone was because of the faulty update why should I pay the money. He said that it does not matter and the money had to be paid by me. I asked if there was any alternative he said that replacing the motherboard was the only way. I even asked him could he please consider my phone in warranty as it was only 14 days since my warranty had expired. He said to take this matter to his superiors. Sir/Madam I would like to tell you all that I just love my LG Nexus 5 and have taken extreme care of it since the past year. I was saving money to buy LG Nexus 6 for my mother on her birthday in March. But after this incident I am having second thoughts. I would request you to kindly allow my phone to be repaired under warranty or get it replaced so that I do not have to pay for a mistake that did not happen from my end. Archit

                    I had called LG Toll free number on Friday, 26th Dec '14 and informed my problem with the washing machine, they immdly sent me an sms giving RNA No.[protected] and told me that a service technician would call me by 3.00 pm on 26th and come and attend before 7.00 pm failing which they would come on 27th Dec. But as usual, LG Service tech neither called nor came to sort out the problem. One person called from your toll free number on Friday and spoke to me in hindi (language I dont know) and I immdly told him I am in office, pls tell me what time you are coming. The great guy, banged the phone and to my surprise, I get an sms on Sunday, 28th Dec, morning at 7.30 am, stating LG THANKS YOU FOR GIVING AN OPPORTUNITY TO SERVICE YOUR TOP LOADER. I called LG toll free again around 1.30 pm on Sunday, spoke to one Ms.Pooja, who inturn gave me a fresh RNA No.[protected] and told me that she will ensure, the LG Service technician will attend to my problem on Sunday itself. Again, neither did any service tech come nor any calls received till now. I called your toll free no. at 10.40 am today, who told me that the call has been passed to the concerned service office in Bangalore, and gave me a number[protected], I called them 3 times, no one in answering the phone. I can't understand how a reputed Company like LG can cancel a call without attending the problem???? what kind of customer service is this?? People in LG work with a lethargic attitude??? I presume when a service call is made, it is the duty of LG Service Tech to come and check the problem and sort it out. Please let me know if someone can come & sort out the problem with out washing machine. I am really fed up with LG every time I have a service call or installation of a new machine. I hope you understand my problem that I cannot apply leave and sit at home endlessy waiting for LG guys to come. They dont even have the courtesy to call and find out where my house is to come and service, instead they conveniently close the call without attending. What kind of training and job is given to people at LG?? causing only hardship to customers.I would appreciate if you can send a technician to solve the problem today, failing which I have no other choice, but to escalate the issue and exchange this junk LG machine for a different better brand.

                      I had purchased l.G. Double door refrigator from snehanjali on 14/10/14. On 24/10/14 I had made my first complain with the store as fridge was not working properly. At the time of purchase I was informed that if any problem persists within first 15 days I will get new piece as replacement from company. Problem is that in the lower portion of fridge where we can keep fruits, vegetables and any other things gets extra cooling and all our items gets freezed. Till today I had made complains around 10 times and many different persons from L.G. Had came but nobody had solved our problem. So kindly look into the matter and replace our fridge as early as possible.

LG42LB5610 106CM(42) LED TV THROUGH FLIPKART ONLINE SERVICE ON THE 23RD OF DECEMBER, 2014 AND THE PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED TO MY RESIDENCE ON THE 25TH OF DECEMBER 2014. ON THE SAME DAY, WE REQUESTED THE LG CUSTOMER CARE AND ALSO REGISTERED OUR PRODUCT MODEL FOR INSTALLATION SERVICE. SINCE THEN, THE RESPONSE FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE OF LG ELECTRONICS IS HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING AS ITS BEEN 3 DAYS SINCE THE DAY OF DELIVERY THAT THERE IS NO PROPER ACTION TAKEN FROM THEIR SIDE. ITS BEEN MORE THAN 7-8 TIMES THAT WE HAVE REGISTERED OUR PRODUCT AT THE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE AND HAVE RECIEVED NO VALID RESPONSE. SUCH AN ACT IS HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING, AS THE CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS ARE NOT FULFILLED. AND YET WE ARE WAITING FOR THE RESPONSE AS THE PRODUCT IS JUST LYING IDEAL.                             Sir, I had lodged a complaint with LG India (RNA[protected]regarding water leakage from my inverter AC model no BS-Q126B8R4 6 months back. Service engineer inspected my AC and despite his best efforts he was not able to solve the problem. I was asked to wait 3 weeks for an inspection of AC from some engineer from Chennai. Nothing materialized. After repeated teleconference with your customer care as well as Mr. Soji from regional sales, I was informed that replacement has been arranged. It has been more than 4 months now since the replacement of product was approved and still I haven't received my AC. They first issued a cheaper, featureless model of inverter AC BS-Q126B8A4 without even confirming with me. I have expressively told your regional sales head Mr. Shinu as well Mr.Soji that I am not willing to accept cheaper model as replacement as long as the corresponding model BS-Q126B8R8 is available in the market. I have been waiting for six months now. The attitude and approach of your team that handled my case so far has been appalling. They dont attend call, give false assurances, and gave false information about availability of product. Because of your inaction, I have no option but to appeal to consumer court citing deficiency of services and for not honoring warranty.                                 I AM FROM NASHIK & SUBMIT A FAULTY LG DVD WRITER TO LG SERVICE CENTER ON DATE 10-11-14. Till date[protected] no any positive response from LG Service center.Every time I call them & they gave me new mobile no.& told me that your DVD writer will come next week, I brought NEW Liteon DVD & gave to customer but till date not receive LG DVD replacement."THIRD CLASS SERVICE" from LG service center Nashik. I would not recommend LG Brand again in my life to any one.also they gave JOBsheet without any address & get customer sign before they give product replacement.

                                  Subject : Damaged and defective product. Complaint no:RNA[protected] I brought LG washing machine on 20th Dec 2014, the engineer came on 23rd dec for installation.. After installation there was a continuous leak from the washing machine. He told due to improper light he cannot come to the conclusion why it is leaking. He said, he has to come again to analyze this leak. He came again today (25th Dec) and examined the machine and found out a large rent in the drum from where it was leaking with a tap plastered over it. He also shot a video of it.. When the shop from where the machine was purchased "vikas electronics" was approached they bluntly refused for any help and told "it is not there responsibility"... I did not got satisfactory reply from the service executive also(phone no- [protected]) who was very rude. Now what am i supposed to do with this defective new product lying in my bathroom. It is harassment of the customers from the shopkeepers as well as the company. I request you for a total and immediate solution for this nuisance.

                                      I wanted to raise this compliant to the highest level in the management of LG Electronics India Ltd. in order to make them aware of the miserable state of affairs within your service and call center functions. Since last four days I have been requesting your call center representatives to connect me to some one senior in the head office since the local representatives of your company are absolutely incapable and are least bothered of the concerns of the customer. I am based out of Mumbai and had bought an LG washing machine from Kohinoor Electronics, Malad, Mumbai. On 20th December 2014 I had raised a request for installation of the machine (RNA[protected]. This was the beginning of my ordeal with this miserable corporation. At the time of booking the request I was given two numbers of the service centre which was supposed to process my request. From 20th Dec 10:15 am till 21st Dec 11:00 pm I tried to contact on both of these numbers over 100 times. Yet the calls were either being cancelled by the person on the other side or they only kept ringing. I was informed the turn-around-time for responding to the request is 24 hours. This turn-around-time was also breached. Finally I received a call from your Technician (Mr. Sanjay) at around 2:45 pm on 21st. He told me that he will be at my place by 4:00 pm. Hence I called my wife, who was then in Dadar, and made her travel by cab for almost an hour so that she could be present while the demo for the machine was being provided. No one turned up till 5:00 pm. I then tried to call Sanjay a number of times but he was not picking up my calls at all. Finally, at 5:47 pm I called up your call center and asked them to connect me to the supervisor of Sanjay. I also told them that I had a flight to catch for US and would need to leave my place latest by 10:00 pm. I was told that someone senior would get in touch with me as soon as possible. In the mean time, at around 6:15 pm, due to the escalation of my request Sanjay finally called me. He told me that he had been to some other place and would be late coming to my place. I told him as well that I wanted to speak to his senior. He told me that his senior will call in 5 minutes. I never received any calls after this. To make the matters worse even Sanjay stopped picking up my calls. I called up the call centre again. This time they told me that no one would be able to contact me since the service centers are closed for the day. On my repeated insistence they finally managed to share with me the contact numbers of two of the seniors in service department for Mumbai. One was Mr. Shekhar and the other was Mr.Praful. Mr. Praful did not pick up any of my calls in spite of me trying over 30 times to connect with him. He was very much available on the line since he used to talk to others while I used to call him yet he had no interest in talking to me. Mr. Shekar did pick up the call but told me in clear terms that he was HELPLESS. Due to all the above-mentioned delays I was forced to re-schedule my flight by a day and in the process had to bear a loss of Rs.8, 000. At 11:00 pm I had to go to drop my wife to Dadar and come back. The above is the story of only DAY 1. The experience which I went through in the coming days is more frightening and miserable than the above. I have spent over 40 hours talking on phone to your call center guys and service center guys over this period. I had to again re-schedule my flight the next day and am still stuck in India since the issue has not been resolved. I would need to connect with SOMEONE SENIOR in your HEAD OFFICE since your guys here in Mumbai do not deserve to be spoken to. I would like to give a complete description of all the issues encountered by me during this period, like to know what is the solution which your seniors can offer me and also what is the action they have taken / intend to take against a number of people (over 15 of them so far) who have been responsible for all the ordeal I am forced to go through. SPECIFICALLY, I want to know what is the action which LG Management intends to take against two of their call center supervisors, Mr. Supratik and Mr. Javed who have crossed all the possible limits when it comes to deliberately harassing the customer so that he is forced to disconnect the call. I am willing to share all the evidences which your management may require; I have over 40 hours of voice recording of the conversations that I have had with a number of employees of your company.                                       Please note that I have been forced by the local Service Management of LG today (26th Dec 2014) to handover back my washing machine to the dealer and collect the refund. Although I would be handing over the machine back since I do not have any other option this complaint will still remain open since there has been no action so far which has been taken on the individuals with LG who are responsible for the harassment meted out to me. Moreover there has been no communication from LG on why I should bear the losses which I had suffered due to the issues in their poor customer service capabilities.
                                      Please note that I have been forced by the local Service Management of LG today (26th Dec 2014) to handover back my washing machine to the dealer and collect the refund. Although I would be handing over the machine back since I do not have any other option this complaint will still remain open since there has been no action so far which has been taken on the individuals with LG who are responsible for the harassment meted out to me.                                         i renukaradhya purchased lge400 in[protected], and its started to get hang up in 8months only, this is my second set i totally fed up with lg mobiles, costlyest service charges.for more details about this complaint on my mobile no [protected] bengaluru.
