WE HAVE GIVEN OUR COMPUTER MONIOTOR FOR DISPLAY REPAIR AT M/S GAYATRI ELECTRONICS(LG AUTHORISED DEALER) AT RAJAHMUNDRY ON 24 OCT 2014.THEY SAID WILL BE REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY WITH IN 10 DAYS.     We had bought the LG Plasma TV in October 2010 from M/s. Malaika (LG Outlet) Mira Road for Rs.65, 000/-. Everything was fine for these years and this week when we were watching the television it suddenly stopped working. First we thought there was some cable wiring mistake, so we got the cable wiring checked by the cable service provider and the earthing checked by the electrician. The electrician said all the wirings are okay and there is no problem. We don't know how this television stopped working. When we called up the helpline they sent a technician and when the technician checked he said the panel and other parts are not working and the total cost of repairing would be Rs.25, 000/-. We are absolutely disappointed with LG products. If we pay Rs.25, 000/- for repairing, why not pay few thousands more and buy a brand new television set of some good brand.

      We had purchased a LG refrigerator FFM237AGNN on 17th March, 2012 from Kohinoor Televideo Pvt Ltd, Mumbai. The refrigerator ceased to work on 11th May 2014 and a complaint was registered with LG (Complaint # RNA[protected] on 12th May 2014 based on the complaint, A technician visited the house on 20th May to fix the problem. An order was placed for a compressor which was fixed on 11th July after a delay of almost 2 months and the refrigerator was delivered to the residence on 12th July. However the refrigerator again ceased to function on 14th July evening inspite of being checked by the Technicians on 14th July morning. The matter was taken up with Mr. Vasu LG Area Service Manager who promised to look into it but with no solution till date. This is pathetic service from LG, a Multinational Company which prides itself of being provider of high quality service to its consumers.

        I have purchased LG LED TV Model 32LB554A, On Date 18/7/2014, After few Days I have face problem in that on the center on the screen LED sowing Gray Dot this issue I have many time discussed with Your Toll free customer care Number but he give me only Technical support but he not log the complaint, Date 21set 2014 your Executive Log my complaint and Tech check the unit and apply some technique but problem is not solved, that the reason I have again a Log the complaint senior Tech check the unit and confirmed it to be panel issue and said that it needs to be changed. I am face this issue on day first, it’s a some Manufacture defect. It’s a new product please replace this product for the same model.           I logged complaint on 5th Nov as our washing m/c was not working. The LG engineer (Mr.Altaf) visited the premises & diagnosed that drum needs to be replaced along with issue with drainage system. He said that the machine is 7 yrs old & no spares available so its as good as its scrap. I purchased 2 LG washing m/c & 1 double door LG fridge so now I feel being cheated as LG selling there outdated products in market and then saying no service is available. I followed up with local LG Manager Mr.Manoj & Mr.Balaji Sabde however, this communication was always one sided as I never received proactive response from LG for reported problem. After 3 weeks of follow-up, LG Manager demanded for invoice receipt of washing m/c which I sent immediately but despite my pro-activeness there is no updates from LG side. When I asked about Regional Service Manager information, then Mr.Balaji responded rudely saying he don't now & check with customer care. He don't know his boss name? Very poor serve from LG, henceforth I wont go for this brand nor recommend anyone :-(

            Dear Sir/Madam, I, Pramod Agrawal, had purchased a 32” LED on 22nd December 2013 from M/s Lifestyle.(Add: Dimrapur Chowk, Raigarh, Chhattisgarh). The model number of the monitor is 32LN4900. The LED was not functioning and since it was under warranty for a period of 1 year, a complaint was lodged via telecon at the toll free number of LG on 17th November, 2014. The complaint number was RNA[protected].The mechanic visited our premises within 24 hours & he clicked snaps of our LED saying that parts of LED were to be purchased. On 19th November 2014, I received a message from LG stating that my complaint was under process as the parts for the LED were being purchased. On 21st November 2014, I received a call from LG stating that the parts for the LED had been received and they also stated that the payment was to be made by me. When I stated that my LED was under warranty, they said that I should bring my LED to the service centre. Please note that is it the responsibility of the customer to take the product to the service centre? Please state if the service of taking the LED from customer’s premises to service centre is chargable which is what the toll free personnel informed me. A manual job sheet was prepared by the service centre personnel. Meanwhile I received a message from LG that my complaint had been resolved despite the fact that no repair had been carried out. However, I took the LED to the service centre to speeden the process of repair. Despite the fact that my LED is under warranty, I was told that the LED was not in warranty. Please look into the matter & resolve the issue as early as possible as my LED is lying in the service centre. Please provide me the details as to when would my LCD be repaired.               Had given my nexus 4 to dadar serivce center on 15/11/2014, with valid warranty. Was told id get it in 10 days. called the toll free number and they said it had been cancelled as they could not get in touch with me.this is a lie as i had recieved msgs saying parts had been ordered. the contact number on the job sheet [protected] is invalid. How do i know whats happening? Is this any way to treat a customer? do you expect me to keep making trips to the service center just to inqure about complain statuses? RNA[protected] job sheet number

                I bought a LED TV, model: LG 47LM76100-TB 22 and after 19 months, I faced a problem in the display. The technician from Goldiran, the representative of LG Company in Iran, checked the TV and informed me that the panel of the TV is off and the fee for repairing the TV is equal to 90% of the initial price of the TV??!! It is very interesting for me the TV with this high price didn't work for me even for 2 years and this is a big cheating from LG Company that sells equipments with problem. Shame on LG Company for this big cheating and I believe that LG is the biggest cheating company worldwide.

                  I had bought LG refrigerator double door 2 years back. It was working properly, but suddenly 5 days back the cooling stopped working. The fridge is getting powered on, but the cooling is not happening. We are trying to get in touch with LG Customer care no [protected] and getting no good response from them. On multiple follow ups, they inform that it is pending with service center, Pune and not with us, we have escalated this issue. Isn't it their responsibility to check whether the customer issue is resolved or not, and track the issue if the issue is not getting resolved since many days. The Pune service center for LG is the worst service center ever i have seen. Insipte of multiple calls, they behave as if they don't need any customers. They are not taking the customers seriously. This is an BIG ISSUE for any customer if not getting proper response from LG service center. Its been 5 days now and our fridge is not working. One of the technician visited and informed that this is gas choke up problem and another technician will visit. Now, is this meant as proper service by LG ??? Please think about the customer, we are having small kid in house, we cant even keep milk for him. It's an home appliance which is required on daily basis. I am frustrate so much by LG, so will make sure none of my friends will by LG henceforth. Not only fridge, not any LG product should be bought.

                    Dear Sir, Pls.update the below compliant old compliant[protected] new compliant[protected] Again unit has been taken & no response from them I have logged a complaint on 30.09.14 at 11PM (RNA[protected] stating my LG make AC, not working properly ( No Cooling), after 4 days on 05.10.14, I have received a call from one of your engineer Mr.Salim, stating that he is in our locality & will be visiting my place today, since it was a Sunday & prior intimation has not been given, I was not in home, but I request for him to visit after 4.30 PM, for which he has not given any conformation, but without my knowledge my call has been rescheduled & after that I have got a call from another engineer Mr.Palani on 06.10.14 & appointment has been scheduled for 5.00PM, which never happened, while I contacted him, he has taken a con call with another engineer Mr.Yuvaraj, where he intimated that he will visit by 6.00 or 6.30 PM, since he has other appointment, hence I myself requested him to attended the call next morning at 11.00AM, since I know the value of appointment & other customer should not be troubled. Finally Mr.Yuvaraj has came by 12.00 PM & started his observation, I have given a complaint stating cooling issue, for which he said he has been informed with water leakage issue & for gas filling a separate team will be coming & I have had other issue like swing not working & remote sensing not good, for which he told he will check out for spares & will let know or will come in the evening, but till now I have not got any proper response for him, I have made a call to him in the morning for which the response & attitude is very disgusting, I have requested him to provide any senior contact no, for which he told to ask the customer care & disconnected the call with out any manner, as a customer I was very upset about the attitude of your engineer & the system of service providing. I know that I might be wasting your time, making you to read this letter, but pls think their may be few customer who will be giving feedback's which will help you to improve the quality of service. I am using more than 3 lg products, here after I will think twice before buying or recommending your products. Pls help me to sort the issue & I will be very thankful to you. Regrds, [protected]

                        Good day, I have owned a l.g 32inch lcd tv bought by 2 years back. 2months back got trouble didnt work ie no picture is coming. I called the customer service executive and he came after one week. He told me have some internal problem and he has to order some parts. Till now almost 2 months completed no reply or phone calls from his side. I called twice a week but didn't get proper answer. I am totally disappointed and don't have satisfy your way of problem solving. I am going to buy a new one some other good brands. I am totally unhappy and unacceptable your customer service.

                          Service request registration. No RNA[protected] dated 17/10/2014. Mother board of TV Flatron 29 ' was removed for repair. and informed later that it will cost 4600 Rs.to replace the faulty part. After saying OK to that there was no response from service centre. When contacted on 6/11/2014 They told me that the spare is not available with the company and the mother board will be fitted back next day itself. But till date even after requesting manager of LG service at Manjery on [protected] almost everyday the board has not been delivered back. He was asking me to contact the service technician on +91 [protected]who rarely attends my calls.

                            My elder brother purchased a TV of LG brand Model No. 22L53300ATR & Serial No. 301PLMPO75515 on 28.02.2013. But for some reason, the LCD Panel was broken. It's already out of the Warranty Period so I was ready to pay whatever it requires. But after contacting Customer Care, LG register a Complaint No. RNA[protected] dated 2nd April 2014. After few days, they just closed it saying "Because discontinuation the part." Unable to repair it, I've no other options other than buying a new TV. I think Company also have few responsibilities. If they discontinue producing a part of our exiting TV then we are not responsible for it. Why don't they compensate for this?? I claimed for a compensation on 22.08.2014 by Emailing to their Official Email ID. But they didn't reply me anything. They can pick the TV up from my house but I want a monetary compensation for this. I'm attaching the Valid Proof against aforesaid complaint.

                              aapki company ka service men meri complain karne par mere ghar pe aaya tha meri jo complain thi woh maine unko batayi unhone mera tv unit khol ke thodi dhul mitti ki safai ki thode time k bad blower chalaya bad me vapas unit fit kar diya us time to mera unit thik tarah se chala lekin unke janeke bad tin ya char gante k bad jaisa problem tha vaise ka vaisa problem fir se aur jo servise men aaya tha usne mere pas se repairing ke liye 2000rupees charg bhi liya .jab unit nahi chala to maine unse phone pe bat karni chahi to vo mera phone recive nahi kar rahe so please take some action against this type of chiter service men.

                                I bought washing machine, it was delivered 2 days after committed date. Man came late for demo. We use it for 2 days and the machines is not going power ON. The engineer came for repair offer for a repair or replacement, we of course ask for replacement and you knwo what, there is no reply only. God save LG and its customers.

                                  LG Support, Sales Team, I am very disappointed with LG's Service Support, didn't expect from a Global MNC. I don't know, if someone from LG reads this or not. However, I am so frustrated and need vent out somewhere, hence here. Since 02-November-2013, I am trying to have a Service complaint registered for a LG 2-Door refrigerator which I bought 3 months back. After changing my loyalty from Samsung, on assurances given, I finally bought a LG refrigerator worth Rs.50K. Three months into the working, I see the freezer not getting chilled and the next day I see the whole refrigerator itself not working. I registered a complaint No. RNA[protected] on 2nd - Nov-2014 and till date I haven't had any service personnel visiting me. First off, I am very much appalled with the call centre LG is managing ( I am sure its been offloaded to a 3rd party), its very difficult to hear the executive on the Questions He/She is asking, too much of background noise. Furthermore, I have been asked by LG Call centre Executives to follow up with the Service Center folks myself, I really question on what process methodology you manage. I have been given these numbers to call and I haven't had a instance where someone picks up the phone and says "Hello". MumbaiDirect Service Center - [protected] /[protected] Syed Sajad/[protected]Service Manager) Sachin[protected]Area Sales Manager) LG has to be really lucky to have Service centre guys like Sachin/Mubin Naik/Shoeb who did attend to complaint. They first replaced the PCB, which unfortunately didn’t work, the next was to open the compressor and I don’t know what all to fix the issue. To which I said “NO” and asked for a fresh piece to be delivered. I thot the trouble was over for me and I would get a fresh in few days, I am now being told it will 15 days, which will make it almost a month without a refrigerator. I don’t know what to say, just request someone from LG to look into my request and approve my replacement at the earliest. Because, its just 3 months I haven't even paid off my EMIs yet, I cannot even dispose off and buy another one. Can I request LG to show some professionalism and honour on the service agreement they have provided.                                     Complaint No. RNA[protected] dt. 22.10.14, Complaint No.[protected] dt.5.11.14. If LG is not able to rectify a product even after more than 20 days it should refuse to the customer that repair is not possible rather than sending messages on the mobile twice a day that "Part Pending (Re allotted). I am very upset with the attitude of your Service Centre as their service is very poor. Please look into the matter and confirm whether it will be possible for LG to rectify the fault or should I scrap off the product. Awaiting to hear from you.                                       I am Rahul sankar, a customer of LG. Using LG Google Nexus 4 for 8 months, some weeks later my mobile is dropped from my hand and the screen got shattered. I approach my nearest LG service center, they told me that there is no stock of display spares of nexus4 and ask me to come next Friday. Next Friday was also the same problem repeated. Then i call LG customer care center, they were helpless and give me another number.. He is not taking the call !! Almost three weeks i am running to solve this simple problem, I am a media professional and i always need a smartphone for my daily use.
