I have a LG flex cell phone. It is great, however it seems to be very slow receiving messages. My wife and I have the same cell phone company service provider. She has an old model of an i-phone. She seems get the messages instantly, however I get the same message 5 to 10 minutes later. I have contacted the cell company about this and their response is that there is no difference in red service for both phones. Can you explain this? Is there something in your LG system that makes it different? What can I do to fix this? As I said, besides this detail, I find the flex the best thing on the market.     The customer care support from LG service centre in Chennai is getting worse day by day. After lodging a compliant frequent follow ups are required. Technicians do not report on time or call back on status. The washing machine is still not fixed - almost more than 3 weeks A/C service is also worse. They have taken my outside AC unit and its more than a year and have not returned back. As I dont have the pickup receipt they are not taking it seriously blaming on their external service guys. The LG service centre head Dinesh or Service supervisor Giri are not concerned to either follow up or revert back. I had expected much better service from an International company but nonetheless the poor service and lack of response is completely shocking. Not sure how up the ladder a customer has to take their requests because from the technician to the service head the behaviors are the same. Complaints via the phone, email to customer care and direct visits to the service centre - done all and I am still waiting Regards Shabnam Meeran Chennai

    Can LG provide a response to this. The Technician visited me again but would have to wait in see how long this is going to take to resolve.

    As I noted above, I have two concerns.

    Washing Machine Model: R1056LDD, Service Technician handling this: Ramakrishnan. Contact Number +91-[protected]
    Service Head handling this: Shivaju. Contact Number +91-[protected]
    (Close to 1 month and not rectified yet- bad service and lack of response)

    Split AC: LSA12UWVF1, Serial No. 804DXUN000246
    Service Managers who I had been coordinating and are not interested in resolving this for me are the following gentlemen:
    Dinesh, Chennai Service Head: +91-[protected],
    Giri - Worshop Supervisor: +91-[protected],
    Vennkatesh +91-[protected] External Service Station Head who arranged for the outside unit to be picked up.

    I have spoken to all of the above gentlemen on the missing AC unit, personally visited them but they are not concerned at all. The only problem is I dont have the pickup challan. But however, surely LG service would have done a delivery acceptance challan and I have asked them to check their records but none seem to be interested.
    The last time they delivered was on 13th November 2013, Delivery Challan No. 1738. And since it was still not working I was told that the unit has to be picked up again which they did weeks later. Following which I had constantly spoken to Venkatesh who never denied taking the unit but after few months didnt seem to bother and asked me to contact the LG Service Head in Vadapalani. I have paid more than 10000 INR in 2013 just to fix this issue.
    I have lodged many complaints on this subject through the toll free but no one is ready to assist or respond. If calls are logged and recorded I would suggest LG to track my calls and requests and resolve this issue at the earliest. Additionally I reported via email as well and they asked me to contact Dinesh also and that immediate action will be taken which hasnt.

    Additionally if LG is not ready to service your customers then I would suggest that you directly say so when you sell your goods.
    I had 3 living plans running since 2011 and now neither do I want to renew it nor do I want to do anything with LG.

    Appreciate if something will be done on this respect as this is nothing but completely taking your customers for a ride.

      Dear LG Customer Care, I have two issues that i would like to bring to your notice. I need your help in resolving them or finding an alternate solution that would help me. I have an LG front loading washing machine (LG – TROMM, 2006 model) that needs a PCB replacement. The technician visited my house over two weeks ago (probably around Nov 18-19, 2014) and informed me that the washing machine needs a PCB replacement and that I would be intimated of the status of this complaint in the coming days. However, I have never been contacted by any service center or any technician ever since. I called up the concerned service center’s manager today and was informed that my complaint was closed on the 2nd of December as the part was not available. My First issue is that I was never intimated of this fact! I have been under the impression that I would be contacted and would be updated with the status! The complaint was closed with ever intimating me about its closure. There was a PCB replacement earlier for my washing machine on two occasions. I am now being informed that this PCB is not available anymore. What do I do in this situation? Can you kindly suggest me an alternate way to address this issue? Its just 8 years I purchased this machine, and its support is already being discontinued. My second issue is that i cannot be expected to buy a washing machine every few years. I cannot buy a new washing machine costing few tens of thousands just because its PCB is not available anymore. I sincerely need your assistance on this issue. Please help.         Sir, I have bought the frost free double door (with 5 power-saving stars 240 litre with 5 yrs warranty) refrigerator 3 years ago. First complaint was on 9/09/2014 as there is no cooling on the lower part. The company people came and changed the timer first and it go well for 1 month. Again the same complaint reported on 10/11/2014 and was rectified. This is the third time we are having the same complaint as the lower portion is not working now, we made a complaint on 30th november 2014 vide register number RNA[protected] .Till date no one is responding even after one week of our repeated request. It is big mistake I think I made choosing LG for my house hold products, it made me to doubt on other LG Products also.           Dear Sir/madam, I am Dr Priya from chennai.I had purchased Lg products for 5.45 lakhs on october end from Asia sales agency OMR road, thuraipakkam.I had bought a refridgerator model no GR-J297WSBN(NS) dated[protected].invoice no 4888.They sold me this piece saying that we can directly connect to Lg water purifier, now the service person is saying we need a motor and a overhead can to connect...just imagine how the hall would look if such connections are done?If they had clearly told me this i would have purchased the one with non plumbing model.The owner Mr.Mayank and the sales person Mr.Karthi dont respond at all.I have already mailed my querry to Lg, one person called to confirm the situation...but no response...after spending soo much im terribly unhappy..Kindly suggest me how can i go about to the consumer court.Kindly do the needful.             After loading complain, LG has done replacement of PCD of cell phone.Now last 8 days it is working well.

                I have purchase LG Washing machine on Saturday(29/11/14) from Croma, Sector 29, Gurgaon, It was delicered on Sundey (30/11/12). It was told by Croma Sales Paerson (Mr. Vijay) that Monday the company executive from LG will visit my house for installation and operation demonstration. 4 days have passed after delivery, no one from company have visited my house nor I have received any calls from LG. Really I do not know whom to approach . I have also not received any call from Croma, tried calling the sales persons, the cell phone is switched off .                     I, Dr. Palak Parthiv Patel, have purchased the LG Refrigerator on 15th February 2014, Bharuch, Gujarat. Now since 2 months the handle of the refrigerator has been broken. I have complained to the customer care of your LG Service. They gave me the complain number - RNA[protected] and guaranteed me the change of handle in 7 days. But there was no response from your side except a person came for taking the photograph of the handle. We complained to the local LG care provider after that. There number is[protected]. We called them more than 7 to 8 times. but sometimes they say piece has not yet arrived, sometimes say that the complain is cancelled. we demanded for an engineer for the repair of the handle but we are not happy by your service. We are now fed up of calling them daily without getting any response, since 1 month. So finally i decided to send an email complain hoping a proper response from you. I don't understand how the complain gets cancelled without the consumer getting any repair/replacement. Kindly look forward to it and do proceed. Or else we are sorry for the harsh step as a consumer from our side then after. Please Reply.                       Dear Sir, This is in regards to my LG led of 42".. the model no for the same is 42LB5510. Since we have purchased other products of LG so opted for a LED of lg only, but are regretting now. We have got the tv installed 3 days back and after installation we found the volume too low for a 42" TV. We did complain at the lg service centre, the complain no for the same is RNA[protected] but in return we got a response that this model has low volume only.. i have mentioned the same on the complain form too. Also we told our dealer from where we purchased the tv ie Kohinoor (Malad link road) they did send their person to check and the person also found the volume low. we need to do the full volume of 100 while watching television... At such level of volume it should be difficult to hear but we watch with full volume. Also with a size of 42" people put in the living room, whereas we have kept in our bedroom and facing this problem. Our bedroom which is of 100 sqft, we need to do full volume of settop box as well as TV to watch it... i think something is something terribly wrong as this output is not expected from a 42 "TV of such brand. A genuine request to change the television and please look into this matter, At this volume it is not acceptable to us. Since we also use other products of LG ie Split ac & Fridge. so as a loyal customer we would require the best solution for the same. Please advice

                          We had bought the LG Plasma TV in October 2010 from M/s. Malaika (LG Outlet) Mira Road for Rs.65, 000/-. Everything was fine for these years and this week when we were watching the television it suddenly stopped working. First we thought there was some cable wiring mistake, so we got the cable wiring checked by the cable service provider and the earthing checked by the electrician. The electrician said all the wirings are okay and there is no problem. We don't know how this television stopped working. When we called up the helpline they sent a technician and when the technician checked he said the panel and other parts are not working and the total cost of repairing would be Rs.25, 000/-. We are absolutely disappointed with LG products. If we pay Rs.25, 000/- for repairing, why not pay few thousands more and buy a brand new television set of some good brand.

                            We had purchased a LG refrigerator FFM237AGNN on 17th March, 2012 from Kohinoor Televideo Pvt Ltd, Mumbai. The refrigerator ceased to work on 11th May 2014 and a complaint was registered with LG (Complaint # RNA[protected] on 12th May 2014 based on the complaint, A technician visited the house on 20th May to fix the problem. An order was placed for a compressor which was fixed on 11th July after a delay of almost 2 months and the refrigerator was delivered to the residence on 12th July. However the refrigerator again ceased to function on 14th July evening inspite of being checked by the Technicians on 14th July morning. The matter was taken up with Mr. Vasu LG Area Service Manager who promised to look into it but with no solution till date. This is pathetic service from LG, a Multinational Company which prides itself of being provider of high quality service to its consumers.

                              I have purchased LG LED TV Model 32LB554A, On Date 18/7/2014, After few Days I have face problem in that on the center on the screen LED sowing Gray Dot this issue I have many time discussed with Your Toll free customer care Number but he give me only Technical support but he not log the complaint, Date 21set 2014 your Executive Log my complaint and Tech check the unit and apply some technique but problem is not solved, that the reason I have again a Log the complaint senior Tech check the unit and confirmed it to be panel issue and said that it needs to be changed. I am face this issue on day first, it’s a some Manufacture defect. It’s a new product please replace this product for the same model.                                 I logged complaint on 5th Nov as our washing m/c was not working. The LG engineer (Mr.Altaf) visited the premises & diagnosed that drum needs to be replaced along with issue with drainage system. He said that the machine is 7 yrs old & no spares available so its as good as its scrap. I purchased 2 LG washing m/c & 1 double door LG fridge so now I feel being cheated as LG selling there outdated products in market and then saying no service is available. I followed up with local LG Manager Mr.Manoj & Mr.Balaji Sabde however, this communication was always one sided as I never received proactive response from LG for reported problem. After 3 weeks of follow-up, LG Manager demanded for invoice receipt of washing m/c which I sent immediately but despite my pro-activeness there is no updates from LG side. When I asked about Regional Service Manager information, then Mr.Balaji responded rudely saying he don't now & check with customer care. He don't know his boss name? Very poor serve from LG, henceforth I wont go for this brand nor recommend anyone :-(

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, I, Pramod Agrawal, had purchased a 32” LED on 22nd December 2013 from M/s Lifestyle.(Add: Dimrapur Chowk, Raigarh, Chhattisgarh). The model number of the monitor is 32LN4900. The LED was not functioning and since it was under warranty for a period of 1 year, a complaint was lodged via telecon at the toll free number of LG on 17th November, 2014. The complaint number was RNA[protected].The mechanic visited our premises within 24 hours & he clicked snaps of our LED saying that parts of LED were to be purchased. On 19th November 2014, I received a message from LG stating that my complaint was under process as the parts for the LED were being purchased. On 21st November 2014, I received a call from LG stating that the parts for the LED had been received and they also stated that the payment was to be made by me. When I stated that my LED was under warranty, they said that I should bring my LED to the service centre. Please note that is it the responsibility of the customer to take the product to the service centre? Please state if the service of taking the LED from customer’s premises to service centre is chargable which is what the toll free personnel informed me. A manual job sheet was prepared by the service centre personnel. Meanwhile I received a message from LG that my complaint had been resolved despite the fact that no repair had been carried out. However, I took the LED to the service centre to speeden the process of repair. Despite the fact that my LED is under warranty, I was told that the LED was not in warranty. Please look into the matter & resolve the issue as early as possible as my LED is lying in the service centre. Please provide me the details as to when would my LCD be repaired.                                     Had given my nexus 4 to dadar serivce center on 15/11/2014, with valid warranty. Was told id get it in 10 days. called the toll free number and they said it had been cancelled as they could not get in touch with me.this is a lie as i had recieved msgs saying parts had been ordered. the contact number on the job sheet [protected] is invalid. How do i know whats happening? Is this any way to treat a customer? do you expect me to keep making trips to the service center just to inqure about complain statuses? RNA[protected] job sheet number

                                      I bought a LED TV, model: LG 47LM76100-TB 22 and after 19 months, I faced a problem in the display. The technician from Goldiran, the representative of LG Company in Iran, checked the TV and informed me that the panel of the TV is off and the fee for repairing the TV is equal to 90% of the initial price of the TV??!! It is very interesting for me the TV with this high price didn't work for me even for 2 years and this is a big cheating from LG Company that sells equipments with problem. Shame on LG Company for this big cheating and I believe that LG is the biggest cheating company worldwide.

                                        I had bought LG refrigerator double door 2 years back. It was working properly, but suddenly 5 days back the cooling stopped working. The fridge is getting powered on, but the cooling is not happening. We are trying to get in touch with LG Customer care no [protected] and getting no good response from them. On multiple follow ups, they inform that it is pending with service center, Pune and not with us, we have escalated this issue. Isn't it their responsibility to check whether the customer issue is resolved or not, and track the issue if the issue is not getting resolved since many days. The Pune service center for LG is the worst service center ever i have seen. Insipte of multiple calls, they behave as if they don't need any customers. They are not taking the customers seriously. This is an BIG ISSUE for any customer if not getting proper response from LG service center. Its been 5 days now and our fridge is not working. One of the technician visited and informed that this is gas choke up problem and another technician will visit. Now, is this meant as proper service by LG ??? Please think about the customer, we are having small kid in house, we cant even keep milk for him. It's an home appliance which is required on daily basis. I am frustrate so much by LG, so will make sure none of my friends will by LG henceforth. Not only fridge, not any LG product should be bought.
