Dear Sir, Pls.update the below compliant old compliant[protected] new compliant[protected] Again unit has been taken & no response from them I have logged a complaint on 30.09.14 at 11PM (RNA[protected] stating my LG make AC, not working properly ( No Cooling), after 4 days on 05.10.14, I have received a call from one of your engineer Mr.Salim, stating that he is in our locality & will be visiting my place today, since it was a Sunday & prior intimation has not been given, I was not in home, but I request for him to visit after 4.30 PM, for which he has not given any conformation, but without my knowledge my call has been rescheduled & after that I have got a call from another engineer Mr.Palani on 06.10.14 & appointment has been scheduled for 5.00PM, which never happened, while I contacted him, he has taken a con call with another engineer Mr.Yuvaraj, where he intimated that he will visit by 6.00 or 6.30 PM, since he has other appointment, hence I myself requested him to attended the call next morning at 11.00AM, since I know the value of appointment & other customer should not be troubled. Finally Mr.Yuvaraj has came by 12.00 PM & started his observation, I have given a complaint stating cooling issue, for which he said he has been informed with water leakage issue & for gas filling a separate team will be coming & I have had other issue like swing not working & remote sensing not good, for which he told he will check out for spares & will let know or will come in the evening, but till now I have not got any proper response for him, I have made a call to him in the morning for which the response & attitude is very disgusting, I have requested him to provide any senior contact no, for which he told to ask the customer care & disconnected the call with out any manner, as a customer I was very upset about the attitude of your engineer & the system of service providing. I know that I might be wasting your time, making you to read this letter, but pls think their may be few customer who will be giving feedback's which will help you to improve the quality of service. I am using more than 3 lg products, here after I will think twice before buying or recommending your products. Pls help me to sort the issue & I will be very thankful to you. Regrds, [protected]

    MY LG Microwave magnet was replace before less then four months, now it again gone faulty, but the company says, warranty is only three months . MY RNA is[protected] dated[protected] . I would like to request kindly look in to the matter weather the part replaced was genuine or not and if it is genuine kindly manage to replaced it at the FOC so that my trust on LG should be maintained ( four months life is too less ) Thanking you.       Good day, I have owned a l.g 32inch lcd tv bought by 2 years back. 2months back got trouble didnt work ie no picture is coming. I called the customer service executive and he came after one week. He told me have some internal problem and he has to order some parts. Till now almost 2 months completed no reply or phone calls from his side. I called twice a week but didn't get proper answer. I am totally disappointed and don't have satisfy your way of problem solving. I am going to buy a new one some other good brands. I am totally unhappy and unacceptable your customer service.

        Service request registration. No RNA[protected] dated 17/10/2014. Mother board of TV Flatron 29 ' was removed for repair. and informed later that it will cost 4600 Rs.to replace the faulty part. After saying OK to that there was no response from service centre. When contacted on 6/11/2014 They told me that the spare is not available with the company and the mother board will be fitted back next day itself. But till date even after requesting manager of LG service at Manjery on [protected] almost everyday the board has not been delivered back. He was asking me to contact the service technician on +91 [protected]who rarely attends my calls.

          My elder brother purchased a TV of LG brand Model No. 22L53300ATR & Serial No. 301PLMPO75515 on 28.02.2013. But for some reason, the LCD Panel was broken. It's already out of the Warranty Period so I was ready to pay whatever it requires. But after contacting Customer Care, LG register a Complaint No. RNA[protected] dated 2nd April 2014. After few days, they just closed it saying "Because discontinuation the part." Unable to repair it, I've no other options other than buying a new TV. I think Company also have few responsibilities. If they discontinue producing a part of our exiting TV then we are not responsible for it. Why don't they compensate for this?? I claimed for a compensation on 22.08.2014 by Emailing to their Official Email ID. But they didn't reply me anything. They can pick the TV up from my house but I want a monetary compensation for this. I'm attaching the Valid Proof against aforesaid complaint.

            aapki company ka service men meri complain karne par mere ghar pe aaya tha meri jo complain thi woh maine unko batayi unhone mera tv unit khol ke thodi dhul mitti ki safai ki thode time k bad blower chalaya bad me vapas unit fit kar diya us time to mera unit thik tarah se chala lekin unke janeke bad tin ya char gante k bad jaisa problem tha vaise ka vaisa problem fir se aur jo servise men aaya tha usne mere pas se repairing ke liye 2000rupees charg bhi liya .jab unit nahi chala to maine unse phone pe bat karni chahi to vo mera phone recive nahi kar rahe so please take some action against this type of chiter service men.

              I bought washing machine, it was delivered 2 days after committed date. Man came late for demo. We use it for 2 days and the machines is not going power ON. The engineer came for repair offer for a repair or replacement, we of course ask for replacement and you knwo what, there is no reply only. God save LG and its customers.

                LG Support, Sales Team, I am very disappointed with LG's Service Support, didn't expect from a Global MNC. I don't know, if someone from LG reads this or not. However, I am so frustrated and need vent out somewhere, hence here. Since 02-November-2013, I am trying to have a Service complaint registered for a LG 2-Door refrigerator which I bought 3 months back. After changing my loyalty from Samsung, on assurances given, I finally bought a LG refrigerator worth Rs.50K. Three months into the working, I see the freezer not getting chilled and the next day I see the whole refrigerator itself not working. I registered a complaint No. RNA[protected] on 2nd - Nov-2014 and till date I haven't had any service personnel visiting me. First off, I am very much appalled with the call centre LG is managing ( I am sure its been offloaded to a 3rd party), its very difficult to hear the executive on the Questions He/She is asking, too much of background noise. Furthermore, I have been asked by LG Call centre Executives to follow up with the Service Center folks myself, I really question on what process methodology you manage. I have been given these numbers to call and I haven't had a instance where someone picks up the phone and says "Hello". MumbaiDirect Service Center - [protected] /[protected] Syed Sajad/[protected]Service Manager) Sachin[protected]Area Sales Manager) LG has to be really lucky to have Service centre guys like Sachin/Mubin Naik/Shoeb who did attend to complaint. They first replaced the PCB, which unfortunately didn’t work, the next was to open the compressor and I don’t know what all to fix the issue. To which I said “NO” and asked for a fresh piece to be delivered. I thot the trouble was over for me and I would get a fresh in few days, I am now being told it will 15 days, which will make it almost a month without a refrigerator. I don’t know what to say, just request someone from LG to look into my request and approve my replacement at the earliest. Because, its just 3 months I haven't even paid off my EMIs yet, I cannot even dispose off and buy another one. Can I request LG to show some professionalism and honour on the service agreement they have provided.                   Complaint No. RNA[protected] dt. 22.10.14, Complaint No.[protected] dt.5.11.14. If LG is not able to rectify a product even after more than 20 days it should refuse to the customer that repair is not possible rather than sending messages on the mobile twice a day that "Part Pending (Re allotted). I am very upset with the attitude of your Service Centre as their service is very poor. Please look into the matter and confirm whether it will be possible for LG to rectify the fault or should I scrap off the product. Awaiting to hear from you.                     I am Rahul sankar, a customer of LG. Using LG Google Nexus 4 for 8 months, some weeks later my mobile is dropped from my hand and the screen got shattered. I approach my nearest LG service center, they told me that there is no stock of display spares of nexus4 and ask me to come next Friday. Next Friday was also the same problem repeated. Then i call LG customer care center, they were helpless and give me another number.. He is not taking the call !! Almost three weeks i am running to solve this simple problem, I am a media professional and i always need a smartphone for my daily use.                             Hello! I'm a regular customer of LG products, Since 8 years. I'm kinda attracted to it. And, we've a LG Microwave oven & LG Washing machine. But, after experiencing your dealers' talking attitude and poor quality support for the product, my confidence and trust on LG had been lost. So, after that experience, I bought 4 washing machines for me and my group, of SAMSUNG, just because of your dealers' poor quality support and talking style. Please take actions against this aggressive dealers, that's it. And, I've given oven for 'General Service' on 06-10-14 and they gave it back on 07-11-14, without cleaning and sorting out the problem, they just kept it. I visited there and asked about the problems and they said " Cleaning of the machine (External & Internal) is not our responsibility " I got this very aggressive answer, so I lost faith in LG. Dealer details are as follows :- Sales Inn Mahakali Mandir Road Mahavirnagar, Himatnagar - 383001 Gujarart, Sabarkantha District.

                              We came in Mumbai, for more than two months our TV is not working.I have two kids who like watching Cartoon and Mrs.like to watch TV serials every night.

                              More than 20 times we made complaint, we spend hours waiting for your people to come.

                              A man from LG Arun - [protected] came one day, he asked for the bill, we gave him he said that the bill is fake and that the TV is an old model that has already been sold to someone else in GOA.We called the GOA branch, they send us another Bill by courrier.Arun again came to our place and said that this bill is also fake.He was very angry, he said we are wasting him his time and that not to disturb him He said next time we will have to pay his fees cause we are wasting his time.

                              We call the Goa branch again, a lady pic up the phone, after discussing with her, she said her boss has agreed to give us another TV .

                              Then, after some days Arun send us a message on my Mrs what'sup that he will repair the TV .

                              We were shocked, the same person who said the TV was sold to another person, suddenly changes his mind and agree to repair the TV.We were waiting for him.But he didn't came.

                              I called him several times, he didn't pick up the phone.I send him a message and told him that police station was asking for the name of the buyer that has purchased the TV.He didn't replied .

                              Evening time he called me and was saying he will not replair our TV .He told me LG is not for your DAD.He is very rude, no manners at all.I don't know how a world famous company like LG can employ such kind of people.

                              I was angry and told him you are an illiterate.

                              Sir, we have purchased many items from LG, You can personally check our background, You will know how any items we have purchased from you.

                              I am requesting you to please check, if TV that has been sold to someone else previously .Then you better refund our money or give us another TV of same amount Rs.36, 000 .If not then get it repaired as soon as possible, two months waiting is not a joke .Please understand our situation, we got two kids, they are on holiday, without TV is a nightmare for them, even for my wife who like serials like every women.

                                Dear Sir I have purchased GL-548YSX4(ESV) from LG Best Shop - Shri Silver Enterprise, Akota Rd. Vadodara Guj. Ref Bill No. 1881 dt. 10-Jul-2011. The ice making system was leaking. Same was send same week July 2011 for replacement. We have contacted sever time to you dealer Shri Silver Enterprise Vadodara for replacement. Every time they said that part will come soon. Till date we have not received the part and not able to use the ice making part.                                   Dear Sir, I am having so many electrical LG domestic equipments like air conditioner, refrigerator & washing machine in my house. Recently I purchased LG microwave oven model :- 2044 DB from your dealer M/s Amit Mechanical Works, Railway road, Hapur vide bill#1492 dated 21.10.2014.The above dealer did not provide microwave kit along with the microwave. Whereas my brother purchased same model of microwave from M/s Geetanjli Electronic, Meerut and got the kit. As per Meerut dealer LG products having scheme of free DEEPAWALI gift on all gill microwaves. I went again to M/s Amit Mechanical Works, Railway road, Hapur and requested him to provide the complementary kit but they behaved very rudely and did not give the microwave kit.                                     hello please refer all my previous complaints and latest RNA[protected] & RNA[protected] dt 03 Oct 14. i had purchased Refrigerator (model GL-305VV5, serial no 108NRKA068405) on 01 Sep 2012. I also paid for three years extended warranty in 2013 for the same. This Refrigerator had been "serviced" at LG workshop five times in last 2 years, other then "gas filling" at my home 3-4 times. Finally, The Service head (Mr Gurinder ([protected])) at Bathinda, Punjab had acknowledged that my refrigerator has some internal leakage, which is beyond local / economic repair and has initiated the mail for replacement of "defective product" . All original documents were collected from me on 09 Oct 2014. and as discussed with him over phone on that day, he had assured that a refund would be sent to me via cheque within 7 days (ie by 16 Oct 2014). Point to note here is LG customer care has Mr Gurinder and his mobile no as highest officer to resolve my problem, who generally is too busy to pick up calls and/or reply to msgs/mails. when ever he picks up (after my numerous calls) he gives me some next date with lots of reasons like holidays (diwali / guru parv) or office procedures. we discussed this issue a no of times thereafter. I had also requested him to get the refund done before Diwali (22 Oct 14), so i can be benefited by offers / sales in diwali. Around 20 Oct 2014 he requested for my ID proof . I really didn't understand as to why was my ID proof required when LG had my "original bill" (which is enough for proof of purchase) and a cancelled cheque (which also had my name), after 10 days of submitting the documents (why couldn't LG check the documents in initial two three days). But, understanding his situation in front of his higher management and "office rules" i simply forwarded it. I had also sent a copy of my passport (So they don't ask for an address proof later on...after 10 days) On 28 Oct i again sent an email to Mr Gurinder and an online complaint to Customer care, LG that even after submitting my id and address proof, i had not received any revert from him / LG. My mail to Mr Gurinder had remarks as "I have been trying to contact you, however, it seems you are occupied with some priorities so you aren't able to accept my calls or revert back to my calls / msgs... i am sure you would appreciate how difficult is it to live without a refrigerator, specially when you have 1 yr old baby at home. however, i have been patience enough to hold on, for last 20 plus days (after submitting the documents) and actually more then 25 days (after you verbally agreeing that refrigerator needed to be replaced 03 Oct 2014), not to mention the monitory loss which occurred due to missing on Diwali offers." However, he was too busy to reply!! finally i could speak to him a day after and again he gave me a next "sure shot date" of 06 Nov 14. Again on 04 Nov 14, i sent him a "reminder" sms but he didn't bother to call back!!! Today, on 06 Nov 2014, first he asked for an hour to call back (mind it...i had to call back as he is too busy again) and when i called he simply gave me another date of Saturday (08 Nov 2014), with another mobile no of some CCO (Customer Care Officer) at Ludhiana as Ms Kamal ([protected]). These are heights of LG product Quality and customer care 1. LG Gave me BAD product and refuse to accept it for 2 years!! 2. When cornered and accepted the fault, LG took time to collect the refrigerator from me (LG DIDNOT collect, it was me who had to get it dropped to them, whereas as per service terms they are supposed to take it from my home) 3. The refund which was supposed to be processed with in 7 days, has already taken more then 35 days!! 4. Reasons for delay aren't justifiable (holidays / office procedure)??? does LG count off the warranty for off days?? or cut the salaries of these employees as they didn't work on that day?? 5. Worst part...Not even Circle head is responsive enough / has curtsy to call back himself and update. as a customer it is me, who runs behind him and then also he takes hours to pick calls and never replies emails/ sms / calls back!!! i want LG to introspect and tell me 1. who is responsible for my loss for sooo many days?? 2. what actions are being taken for the harassment caused by LG Service team? 3. When is my refund being delivered to me? and what amount are you going to add up to already decided 22700/-, as interest and compensation to harassment and agony.
