I Contacted your service centre in varanasi an engineer visited us checked the equipment purchase in 2010 and charged a visit charge of Ra.337.00vide receipt no 03899 dt 29.10.2014 and endorsed a remark part pending. now forlast 4-5 days i am trying to contact your varanas service provider m/s S R Service but they are not responding. kindly do needful and get get my equipment repaired.     I bought led tv last year. N suddenly it stopped working your technician said front panel has gone in a year this is your manufacturing. How can we trust LG products if there is no life. Its like buy expensive product n waste money.I Will make sure at least my friends n collegues don't get CHEATED BY LG.

      Hello! I'm a regular customer of LG products, Since 8 years. I'm kinda attracted to it. And, we've a LG Microwave oven & LG Washing machine. But, after experiencing your dealers' talking attitude and poor quality support for the product, my confidence and trust on LG had been lost. So, after that experience, I bought 4 washing machines for me and my group, of SAMSUNG, just because of your dealers' poor quality support and talking style. Please take actions against this aggressive dealers, that's it. And, I've given oven for 'General Service' on 06-10-14 and they gave it back on 07-11-14, without cleaning and sorting out the problem, they just kept it. I visited there and asked about the problems and they said " Cleaning of the machine (External & Internal) is not our responsibility " I got this very aggressive answer, so I lost faith in LG.         We came in Mumbai, for more than two months our TV is not working.I have two kids who like watching Cartoon and Mrs.like to watch TV serials every night.

        More than 20 times we made complaint, we spend hours waiting for your people to come.

        A man from LG Arun - [protected] came one day, he asked for the bill, we gave him he said that the bill is fake and that the TV is an old model that has already been sold to someone else in GOA.We called the GOA branch, they send us another Bill by courrier.Arun again came to our place and said that this bill is also fake.He was very angry, he said we are wasting him his time and that not to disturb him He said next time we will have to pay his fees cause we are wasting his time.

        We call the Goa branch again, a lady pic up the phone, after discussing with her, she said her boss has agreed to give us another TV .

        Then, after some days Arun send us a message on my Mrs what'sup that he will repair the TV .

        We were shocked, the same person who said the TV was sold to another person, suddenly changes his mind and agree to repair the TV.We were waiting for him.But he didn't came.

        I called him several times, he didn't pick up the phone.I send him a message and told him that police station was asking for the name of the buyer that has purchased the TV.He didn't replied .

        Evening time he called me and was saying he will not replair our TV .He told me LG is not for your DAD.He is very rude, no manners at all.I don't know how a world famous company like LG can employ such kind of people.

        I was angry and told him you are an illiterate.

        Sir, we have purchased many items from LG, You can personally check our background, You will know how any items we have purchased from you.

        I am requesting you to please check, if TV that has been sold to someone else previously .Then you better refund our money or give us another TV of same amount Rs.36, 000 .If not then get it repaired as soon as possible, two months waiting is not a joke .Please understand our situation, we got two kids, they are on holiday, without TV is a nightmare for them, even for my wife who like serials like every women.

        Do help us to sort out this problem.

        I would request you to please check our bill and solve our problem.

          Dear Sir I have purchased GL-548YSX4(ESV) from LG Best Shop - Shri Silver Enterprise, Akota Rd. Vadodara Guj. Ref Bill No. 1881 dt. 10-Jul-2011. The ice making system was leaking. Same was send same week July 2011 for replacement. We have contacted sever time to you dealer Shri Silver Enterprise Vadodara for replacement. Every time they said that part will come soon.             Dear Sir, I am having so many electrical LG domestic equipments like air conditioner, refrigerator & washing machine in my house. Recently I purchased LG microwave oven model :- 2044 DB from your dealer M/s Amit Mechanical Works, Railway road, Hapur vide bill#1492 dated 21.10.2014.The above dealer did not provide microwave kit along with the microwave. Whereas my brother purchased same model of microwave from M/s Geetanjli Electronic, Meerut and got the kit. As per Meerut dealer LG products having scheme of free DEEPAWALI gift on all gill microwaves. I went again to M/s Amit Mechanical Works, Railway road, Hapur and requested him to provide the complementary kit but they behaved very rudely and did not give the microwave kit.               hello please refer all my previous complaints and latest RNA[protected] & RNA[protected] dt 03 Oct 14. i had purchased Refrigerator (model GL-305VV5, serial no 108NRKA068405) on 01 Sep 2012. I also paid for three years extended warranty in 2013 for the same. This Refrigerator had been "serviced" at LG workshop five times in last 2 years, other then "gas filling" at my home 3-4 times. Finally, The Service head (Mr Gurinder ([protected])) at Bathinda, Punjab had acknowledged that my refrigerator has some internal leakage, which is beyond local / economic repair and has initiated the mail for replacement of "defective product" . All original documents were collected from me on 09 Oct 2014. and as discussed with him over phone on that day, he had assured that a refund would be sent to me via cheque within 7 days (ie by 16 Oct 2014). Point to note here is LG customer care has Mr Gurinder and his mobile no as highest officer to resolve my problem, who generally is too busy to pick up calls and/or reply to msgs/mails. when ever he picks up (after my numerous calls) he gives me some next date with lots of reasons like holidays (diwali / guru parv) or office procedures. we discussed this issue a no of times thereafter. I had also requested him to get the refund done before Diwali (22 Oct 14), so i can be benefited by offers / sales in diwali. Around 20 Oct 2014 he requested for my ID proof . I really didn't understand as to why was my ID proof required when LG had my "original bill" (which is enough for proof of purchase) and a cancelled cheque (which also had my name), after 10 days of submitting the documents (why couldn't LG check the documents in initial two three days). But, understanding his situation in front of his higher management and "office rules" i simply forwarded it. I had also sent a copy of my passport (So they don't ask for an address proof later on...after 10 days) On 28 Oct i again sent an email to Mr Gurinder and an online complaint to Customer care, LG that even after submitting my id and address proof, i had not received any revert from him / LG. My mail to Mr Gurinder had remarks as "I have been trying to contact you, however, it seems you are occupied with some priorities so you aren't able to accept my calls or revert back to my calls / msgs... i am sure you would appreciate how difficult is it to live without a refrigerator, specially when you have 1 yr old baby at home. however, i have been patience enough to hold on, for last 20 plus days (after submitting the documents) and actually more then 25 days (after you verbally agreeing that refrigerator needed to be replaced 03 Oct 2014), not to mention the monitory loss which occurred due to missing on Diwali offers." However, he was too busy to reply!! finally i could speak to him a day after and again he gave me a next "sure shot date" of 06 Nov 14. Again on 04 Nov 14, i sent him a "reminder" sms but he didn't bother to call back!!! Today, on 06 Nov 2014, first he asked for an hour to call back (mind it...i had to call back as he is too busy again) and when i called he simply gave me another date of Saturday (08 Nov 2014), with another mobile no of some CCO (Customer Care Officer) at Ludhiana as Ms Kamal ([protected]). These are heights of LG product Quality and customer care 1. LG Gave me BAD product and refuse to accept it for 2 years!! 2. When cornered and accepted the fault, LG took time to collect the refrigerator from me (LG DIDNOT collect, it was me who had to get it dropped to them, whereas as per service terms they are supposed to take it from my home) 3. The refund which was supposed to be processed with in 7 days, has already taken more then 35 days!! 4. Reasons for delay aren't justifiable (holidays / office procedure)??? does LG count off the warranty for off days?? or cut the salaries of these employees as they didn't work on that day?? 5. Worst part...Not even Circle head is responsive enough / has curtsy to call back himself and update. as a customer it is me, who runs behind him and then also he takes hours to pick calls and never replies emails/ sms / calls back!!! i want LG to introspect and tell me 1. who is responsible for my loss for sooo many days?? 2. what actions are being taken for the harassment caused by LG Service team? 3. When is my refund being delivered to me? and what amount are you going to add up to already decided 22700/-, as interest and compensation to harassment and agony.                   Dear customer care officer I m Rajneesh Sharma . I had purchased one LG Fridge (348PL84) from Soft vision electronics pvt Ltd on 15.09.13( bill no 5533 ). Since then i am not satisfied with the performance of this refrigeroator. i have registered complaints many a times but the problem (over cooling) remains as it is. Your srevice person(Prakash. [protected] ) gave his no for the complaint. each time he came do some adjustments and say problem is resolved but the problem remains as it is. One year passed now ur service guy says he will charge his visit and will replace the parts on chargebale basis. when i complaint it the dealer they both says that we have complaint only two times with different problems statement (complaint no[protected] and[protected] . For the whole year ur service persons insisted to take AMC . Now at at the end of the year I am feeling cheated by ur team. i want to get my refrigerotor repaired and also i wont pay it for this rectification. Please respond

                    To LG MANAGER I have LG Fuzzy logic 6.5 KG washing machine. defected last month. So I called the dealer first dated 02/10/2014. The technician came the other day, said it will not heal us, we feel the service center will tell you, that he will send engineer to repair. Two days later came the engineer from LG service center, machine not repair by him, try to again and again, try two to three days but not solve machine problem, because he not capable engineer . He say that send machine to LG Service center for repairing . after two days I go to Amravati LG service center with washing machine and submitted it. Center had no one get me any receipt and say that two to three days your machine can repaired it. After some day LG center call me and say that some part of washing mashing stolen / missing at service center . when I submitted machine that’s part was presented in the washing machine. Then after two weak no any reply by LG service center, so I gone to center . that time LG service center say that your washing was repaired but machine back dour broken by the his engineer at worked at machine. Unwanted bill handed me by LG center, which charges cover to stolen and broken part of machine . I say that my mashing handover to me complete, original part and working condition .Today more than one month LG center not given to my machine and not fitting to broken part of machine, I so many time go to LG service center but no any response from service center, they had unnecessary harassment to me. I call to LG Service center [protected] dated 01/11/2014, he say that your problem that not our, we cant any type help you and give me to another mb [protected], [protected] .When I call this mb both number not reply/not reachable. So another Deception by LG call center .So I doubt that Amravati LG service center original part of my washing machine replace or stolen.                       I have lodged a complaint for TV not functional since 24th October 2014 with LG toll free service. MY SERVICE REQUEST ID : RNA[protected] dated 24-OCT-2014. My TV Model No. :LG- LED 22LS 3300.ATR and Serial No.is- 207PLHT042377. A service engineer promptly visited my home within 3 daysand diagnosed " PC Board failure" and ordered for spare.He came after 5 dyas with a spare board and tested the component. However TV did not work. He then found out that 36 Volts Adapter was also damaged. He ordered for a spare Adapter. Please note that I have an ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT with LG ELECTRONICS INDIA PVT. LTD., which is valid till 11-AUGUST-2015. AMC No.- MG018676 [ VIDE INVOICE NO. ARSINVCHEAIT12/9500 Dated 17-AUGUST-2012 and Order No.[protected]] I have no idea when the parts would be available to your service engineer. YOUR SERVICE ENGINEER IS VERY GOOD AND RESPONSIVE. PLEASE ENSURE PARTS ARE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOUR SERVICE ENGINEER FOR CARRYING OUT THE REPAIR AT THE EARLIEST. As I had two surgeries on 16th October 2014, I am uable to move out of my house.                         My mother had purchased a split AC (LG brand) in year 2010. The AC started showing problem within first year . We could understand it subsequent summer and made the complaint. But it was out of warranty already and we had to make the payment for the gas refill as was informed by the service center. But within 2 months the problem was back. As the summer was majorly out by that time, we made complaint . The local service head arranged for free gas refill which helped for the year. But it was out again in 2012. The service center tried for everything, but could not find the leakage route, but they charged for the refill and tried to manage for the summer ( it took 2 months for them to do so). In 2013, same problem recurred. Service team removed the system from our home and tried to find solution for 2 months. Some part was changed and we had to pay for it ( approx Rs. 4000). But the problem did not get resolved. In 2014, service team recommended for return of the system and apply for refund. It has been 7 months that the papers has been submitted by the local service center to the LG customer care. I have followed for last 7 months for 30 times wit the customer care center. Still no refund or replacement. I have de ided to go to consumer court if they do not reply in next 7 days. My name is Avijit and contact no is [protected].

                            I hold a LG Washing machine and faced severe problem with it on 20th Sept 14 and registered a complaint on same day on [protected] with complaint noRNA[protected], after making several calls of requet to the helpline(even though they promised to send the technician within 24 hours)and the LG service center, the technician (Mr Pradeep) visited on 24the september(i.e., after 4 days).He only checked the washing machine and went off without any solution and my complaint was closed on 3rd Oct directly without any solution .again i registered a complaint with complaint no RNA[protected] on 7th october which was attended by Mr Chavan technician after several request calls to the Service Center(Mr Thakare).He told that one part is damaged and required to be replaced.It came to my shock when my complaint is again closed without any rectification on Oct 16th.Meanwhile i was in also touch with Miss Sarika Bhosale (so called customer care head) Mob No[protected] and she is seriously of no use (i[censored] call her 10 times she will pick ur call only once)and non sense stating that aapko phone aayega..mai baat karke aapko phone kart hu n all...and believe me she did not bother to call me once...she should be ashamed of her post.then i called Mr gagan Verma(Area Service Manager) on his mobile no[protected] whos response was also a shock to me untill i asked him to attend my complaint or i will go to consumer court.I again registered a fresh complaint on Oct 16th with no RNA[protected] for which again a new technician name Mehzab Mobile No [protected] came on 30the oct stating that one part is required to be replaced and will be ordered and problem will be solved by next day i.e., 31st OCt however its 3rd november and i am still waiting for my washing machine problem to be solved...ridiculous service LG.                                     Hello Sir This is in reference to complaint number RNA[protected] which was registered on 17/10/2014 on your national helpline number. I would like to bring to your notice that my 42'' led tv(under warranty) has still not been rectified despite numerous claims of the engineer who has visited the premises twice with wrong component. This is shocking on the part of LG, that a complaint that is supposed to be over within few days has not been properly handled and rectified even after 16 days of complaint registration and dozen of phone calls to customer care executive and engineer. I would like to request LG to get the led tv fixed as soon as possible or provide us a new led tv as its still under warranty and was not supposed to malfunction so just after about 5 months o[censored]sage. IS AS SHOWN IN BILL PICTURE SEND TO U. WE HAVE COMPLIEN OF FREEZER DOOR .ITS MENUFACTURING PROBLEM.SINCE EVERY AFTER 30-60 DAYS WE HAVE TO SPEND RS.500 TO CHANGED THIS DOOR . DESIGNE OF THE FREEZOR DOOR IS SUCH THAT DOOR GETS BROKEN EVEN WE TAKE LOTS OF CARE . EITHER PL.
