To LG MANAGER I have LG Fuzzy logic 6.5 KG washing machine. defected last month. So I called the dealer first dated 02/10/2014. The technician came the other day, said it will not heal us, we feel the service center will tell you, that he will send engineer to repair. Two days later came the engineer from LG service center, machine not repair by him, try to again and again, try two to three days but not solve machine problem, because he not capable engineer . He say that send machine to LG Service center for repairing . after two days I go to Amravati LG service center with washing machine and submitted it. Center had no one get me any receipt and say that two to three days your machine can repaired it. After some day LG center call me and say that some part of washing mashing stolen / missing at service center . when I submitted machine that’s part was presented in the washing machine. Then after two weak no any reply by LG service center, so I gone to center . that time LG service center say that your washing was repaired but machine back dour broken by the his engineer at worked at machine. Unwanted bill handed me by LG center, which charges cover to stolen and broken part of machine . I say that my mashing handover to me complete, original part and working condition .Today more than one month LG center not given to my machine and not fitting to broken part of machine, I so many time go to LG service center but no any response from service center, they had unnecessary harassment to me. I call to LG Service center [protected] dated 01/11/2014, he say that your problem that not our, we cant any type help you and give me to another mb [protected], [protected] .When I call this mb both number not reply/not reachable. So another Deception by LG call center .So I doubt that Amravati LG service center original part of my washing machine replace or stolen.     I have lodged a complaint for TV not functional since 24th October 2014 with LG toll free service. MY SERVICE REQUEST ID : RNA[protected] dated 24-OCT-2014. My TV Model No. :LG- LED 22LS 3300.ATR and Serial No.is- 207PLHT042377. A service engineer promptly visited my home within 3 daysand diagnosed " PC Board failure" and ordered for spare.He came after 5 dyas with a spare board and tested the component. However TV did not work. He then found out that 36 Volts Adapter was also damaged. He ordered for a spare Adapter. Please note that I have an ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT with LG ELECTRONICS INDIA PVT. LTD., which is valid till 11-AUGUST-2015. AMC No.- MG018676 [ VIDE INVOICE NO. ARSINVCHEAIT12/9500 Dated 17-AUGUST-2012 and Order No.[protected]] I have no idea when the parts would be available to your service engineer. YOUR SERVICE ENGINEER IS VERY GOOD AND RESPONSIVE. PLEASE ENSURE PARTS ARE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOUR SERVICE ENGINEER FOR CARRYING OUT THE REPAIR AT THE EARLIEST. As I had two surgeries on 16th October 2014, I am uable to move out of my house.       My mother had purchased a split AC (LG brand) in year 2010. The AC started showing problem within first year . We could understand it subsequent summer and made the complaint. But it was out of warranty already and we had to make the payment for the gas refill as was informed by the service center. But within 2 months the problem was back. As the summer was majorly out by that time, we made complaint . The local service head arranged for free gas refill which helped for the year. But it was out again in 2012. The service center tried for everything, but could not find the leakage route, but they charged for the refill and tried to manage for the summer ( it took 2 months for them to do so). In 2013, same problem recurred. Service team removed the system from our home and tried to find solution for 2 months. Some part was changed and we had to pay for it ( approx Rs. 4000). But the problem did not get resolved. In 2014, service team recommended for return of the system and apply for refund. It has been 7 months that the papers has been submitted by the local service center to the LG customer care. I have followed for last 7 months for 30 times wit the customer care center. Still no refund or replacement. I have de ided to go to consumer court if they do not reply in next 7 days. My name is Avijit and contact no is [protected].

          I hold a LG Washing machine and faced severe problem with it on 20th Sept 14 and registered a complaint on same day on [protected] with complaint noRNA[protected], after making several calls of requet to the helpline(even though they promised to send the technician within 24 hours)and the LG service center, the technician (Mr Pradeep) visited on 24the september(i.e., after 4 days).He only checked the washing machine and went off without any solution and my complaint was closed on 3rd Oct directly without any solution .again i registered a complaint with complaint no RNA[protected] on 7th october which was attended by Mr Chavan technician after several request calls to the Service Center(Mr Thakare).He told that one part is damaged and required to be replaced.It came to my shock when my complaint is again closed without any rectification on Oct 16th.Meanwhile i was in also touch with Miss Sarika Bhosale (so called customer care head) Mob No[protected] and she is seriously of no use (i[censored] call her 10 times she will pick ur call only once)and non sense stating that aapko phone aayega..mai baat karke aapko phone kart hu n all...and believe me she did not bother to call me once...she should be ashamed of her post.then i called Mr gagan Verma(Area Service Manager) on his mobile no[protected] whos response was also a shock to me untill i asked him to attend my complaint or i will go to consumer court.I again registered a fresh complaint on Oct 16th with no RNA[protected] for which again a new technician name Mehzab Mobile No [protected] came on 30the oct stating that one part is required to be replaced and will be ordered and problem will be solved by next day i.e., 31st OCt however its 3rd november and i am still waiting for my washing machine problem to be solved...ridiculous service LG.                   Hello Sir This is in reference to complaint number RNA[protected] which was registered on 17/10/2014 on your national helpline number. I would like to bring to your notice that my 42'' led tv(under warranty) has still not been rectified despite numerous claims of the engineer who has visited the premises twice with wrong component. This is shocking on the part of LG, that a complaint that is supposed to be over within few days has not been properly handled and rectified even after 16 days of complaint registration and dozen of phone calls to customer care executive and engineer. I would like to request LG to get the led tv fixed as soon as possible or provide us a new led tv as its still under warranty and was not supposed to malfunction so just after about 5 months o[censored]sage. Kamalaparsanna Nagar Allwyn Colony, Kukat pally Hyd - 500072 ( WM = to be read as "LG washing machine" ) When they recently attended to WM complaint No. RMA[protected] probably on[protected], the serviceman came to attend the complaint of drain nob slippage and just told us the inside panel is to be replaced and gone away.and he did not care to enquire whether we are ready to get replaced the inner panel what he told and never contacted us again. Two days later when I was able to contact Mr. Srinivas on his phone No. [protected], I requested him to get AMC extended to our WM further. He declined to get AMC extended to my WM saying that as per Sr.number of the machine AMC can not be extended further. I told him as per LG Happy Living Plan AMC was available up to 6 years from the date of purchase of the machine & we purchased it on [protected] & we can avail the AMC extended for one more year ie up to[protected].as per LG Happy Living Plan Even then he totally refused to extend the AMC for WM. With the particulars & facts given by us kindly advise us & arrange AMC extended to our WM up to[protected] as per LG Happy Living Plan which guarantees extended AMC up to 6 years from date of purchase of machine.                         Mitchelle Desilva had bought an LG AC in Aug 2012 and the AC stopped working within 4 months. It took us nearly 2 months of follow up with the dealer and your service center to identify the issue and fix it. Since then our AC has stopped working 3 more times each within 4-5 months of repair and we have to keep following up for nearly 2 months to get the issue identified and sorted, Infact, there is also a payment of ~INR 4k to the LG authorized deal for each instance. My AC has again stopped working after my last rounds of repair and I am really fed up with pursuing your service centre each time to spend a few days figuring out the issue and not being able to rectify it. I have already written thrice on this forum but still no resolution. Really fed up with the product. Are you selling defective products so that you can make money on repairs ? This is the fifth time in 2 years that the AC has stopped working and your service centre is asking me once again to pay 7k. Eight times you have msged bk that someone will get in touch with me and I am providing my contact details for the fifth time I wrote on this forum on 21st Sept.                           I have purchased LG Fridge No. 322 RPJL on 01.10.2014 from Kolkata. After complaining twice your representative visit my residence on 09.10.2014 and inform that the freeze have manufacturing defect and the will replace it within 2 days. Now, more than 20 days over they haven't replace it till date and they are not properly communicating me also.

                            I HAD PURCHASED DOUBLE DOOR LG REFRIGERATOR ON 10th AUGUST 2014 AND AFTER LESS THAN TWO MONTHS IT STOPPED WORKING. THE TECHNICIAN AND ENGINEER WHO VISITED US TOLD ME THAT THIS PIECE IS DEFECTED, AND THERE ARE SO MANY DEFECTED PARTS IN THIS REFRIGERATOR. YOUR ENGINEER AND TECHNICIAN TOLD ME THAT THIS REFRIGIRATOR WILL BE REPLACED VERY SOON BECAUSE THE DEFECT IS MAKING DEFECT AND THE FAULT IS FROM LG. BUT AFTER SO MANY DAYS THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM YOUR SIDE. THE RESPONSE FROM LG IS VERY POOR. YOUR CUSTOMER CARE TEAM DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING AND ALSO NON COOPERATIVE. WHY SHOULD I SUFFER WHEN THE PIECE IS DEFECTED. THIS SHOULD BE THE LAST LG PRODUCT IN MY HOME BECAUSE THE WORST RESPONSE FROM YOUR SIDE. SORRY TO SAY THIS BUT YOUR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS REALLY VERY POOR. KINDLY REPLACE THE PRODUCT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

                              Dear LG Team, I have bought LG LED TV LB6500 47inch in Reliance digital for 92k on[protected] and got delivered on the next day and LG service came for the installation on[protected] ..he completed the installation and when he switched on the tv the display was only half working the other half is simply white in color there was a issue in display he turned off and on many times and couldnt solve the issue..he even called to his seniors and no one could solve he then left saying his senior would come and gave his number..i was waiting and no one came when i called his number he said he's going to head office and will not come..i dont know where the problem is i called to reliance digital and they said a complaint was registered..but the next day when i called to LG customer service they are saying that no call is registered for complaint and evening the another person came again for installation he's saying that a call is registered for only installation and not for complaint he asked for bill copy and i gave to him.. i again called the reliance digital and asked them to register my complaint..why this is happening and when will i get my product replaced..i request LG authorities to understand the value of money we use in ur product solve this issue ..my name karthik contact no is [protected] pls check and solve the issue soon..i also attached images for your ref..

                                Dear Sir/Madam, This is an official complaint about the Faulty product been sold and ignorance received by Company employees toward our complaint. I have purchased an LG Fridge from LG showroom ‘SUPER ELECTRONICS PVT. LTD’ for with Bill no. ‘LGSHOPEE/80/JUN/2014’ under the name of ‘Mrs. Kanta Arora’. We noticed that there is a fault in refrigerator Door when we have got the delivery, then a guy named ‘Mr. Deep Jyoti Sarkar’ visited our place to check the fault on 25th October’2014 as he got a complaint from Retailer. He confirmed that there is a Manufacturing Fault and it should be replaced due to the fault, however refused to take the product along and was very rude in his response. He also applied some tape and Vaseline on the Door from his own side and I refused him to apply anything from his side and let the company that the action. After doing further argument, he provided the contact details of his Senior Mr. Kapil Bansal’. He simply refused to accept the fact and straightway said that this fault will be repaired and nothing will be replaced. My question to him was ‘WHY WOULD I GO FOR REPAIRED PRODUCT WHEN I PAID IN FULL TO GET A NEW PRODUCT, IS THIS A LOTTERY SYSTEM?’ On which his reply was ‘JAB MEINE BIOL DIYA KI NAHI HO SAKTA TO NAHI HO SAKTA’ is the response from an Area Manager? I asked him that should I report it further to consumer court to get this looked into, the his response was ‘JAH JAANA HAI CHALE JAO, KUCH NAHI HO..CHAHE TO SUPREME COURT CHALE JAO’… ‘MEIN HE TOP BOSS HOON OR MERE UPPAR KOI NAHI HAI, TO JO MEINE BOL DIYA WOHI HOGA’, again rude way of entertaining complaint. I have raised the same with LG Shoppe guy on[protected] and they said that we cannot do anything in this case as it was already raised to LG and now it’ll only be repaired. Firstly, I never made any direct complaint to LG, it was raised by LG Shoppe guy and now they’ve also refused to entertain on our complaint. Now, today another guys named ‘Madhav’ visited my place and was very rude. He simply said that this will only be repaired, not replaced. My complaint points: - Why would I repair a brand new product, which has a manufacturing fault? - Is this the way you treat your customers complaint and give such responses? I want you guys to look into my complaint on serious note and get the product replaced. Else, issue me the docket number of the complaint and will get that raised to Consumer court with your response so that they should also know how you guys deal with customer on sale on new product.                                 Sorry to say but you guys are pathetic...

                                Just for the sake for complaint, your guys visited by place and bluntly said that nothing can be done and you can take the case anywhere you want to it'll not be sorted. He was very rude and abrupt, his name was Mr. Rajender. Also, he again applied some tape and solution on door.

                                WHAT THE HE:LL IS THIS GOING ON????

                                Why you guys fooling us, just come to conclusion what you're going to do with your fault and my complaint. I cannot just keep on running after you guys.

                                  Dear LG Team, I purchased LG L60 from one Retail store in Dombivli @ 7000/- on 18Th Oct 2014 ( Bhai Duj) for my brother. When i went home I found mobile was not functioning properly it got restarted twice & also got hang several times I went to the store next day and shown the problem. Dealer told software issues wont have replacement & he asked me to go to service center which is too far from my location in Kalyan. I am a working for Times Group - Pune. Some how I managed to go to service center today, when I went there the service person said they will format the pc and kept the phone with them. When I asked for DOA as device is not functioning properly from start the person attending to me said " Are you an Engineer? We will first format the device and then check and will let you know for the same." I don't understand why should I Rome here and there after paying money & also how to go to service center 2-3 times. I request you to kindly provide me DOA letter so that I can take fresh pc from dealer, Cash back will be appreciated as Dealer is not supportive and have not taken the responsibility of DOA unit by asking me to go to service center.                                     I purchased LG LED monitor Model 16M35A-BA.ATRGMSD on 23rd Sept and the monitor just worked for 30 minutes, after that monitor never worked. > Dealer refused to take it back stating i need to file a complaint against LG Customer service and get the product repaired/replaced. > i called up LG Customer server and raised a request RNA[protected], the LG Support guy (Satyanarayan - [protected]) came to my home and checked monitor and said that the monitor needs to be replaced. He took all releavant documents along with photo of the bar code on the LED Monitor and Invoice copy. After that no repsonse for 10 days, when i am calling the person is not answering my call. After calling from a different landline number he received my call as soon i asked about the progress with LED Replacement he said he will call back in 5 min and hangs up but never callled back. > later he said he cannot do anything he has forwarded all the papers to Prashant Babu ([protected]) and Prashant Babu is in-charge of replacement. However prashant never picks up the call. This is very frustrating.. SUCH A BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. > Prashant Babu ([protected]) keep on telling that we dont have the model and dont know when it will come. It has been past one month and we are still NOWHERE. LG Company itself is saying they dont have that model available, however there are thousands piece available for sale out in the market. THIS IS CALLED BRAND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Prashant has been very very rude on the call, if this is how you will serve customer, then i will have to say, I WILL NEVER BUY ANY LG PRODUCT IN FUTURE NOR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.. PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR GIVE ME A REPLACEMENT. DONT KNOW WHERE TO GO.. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

                                      Dear Sir, Registered a complaint on 27th October, 2014 Afternoon (Ref No : RNA[protected] they said the service is scheduled at 11:00 to 12:00 Hrs on 28th October, 2015 and asked us to be present., but there was no call or any response from Lg side again called them they said they have changed the category to Most priority but no updates late and again i had called LG CS they have said the tech people will call before 8PM which they dint, today (29th October, 2014) when i called the same thing is being repeated stating elevated the issue etc... They can say will it be possible or not so that we can check out for alternative and opt our self from buying LG product which is unable to provide service to his customer.
