I had complained for my refrigerator on last Monday 20 oct . Last 8 days the technician are fooling me by giving time again and again . It's been pathetic experience from LG .     Same fate for me. LG complaint no- RNA[protected] LG PC monitor 18.5 inch Model LG Flatron W1934S Price 6800 It got 5 Year warranty(3Yr + 2 Yr extended warranty) Purchased on 28 Aug 2009 Location - Trivandrum, Kerala Issue - Monitor panel issue on 22 Aug 2014(With in extended warranty) Straight lines appears horizontally at the centre. I registered complaint to LG customer care on 23 Aug 2014. They revert back next day. And assured to replace monitor asap. After 3 days got SMS " Your complaint has been closed .Thanks..." I contacted local LG customer care at Karamana, Trivandrum, they said its no problemthey will do replacement once new monitor arrive. After 1 month informed me they had stopped manufacturing old type panels. And informed me to give refund amount of 15% of monitor's price(i.e.. by deducting depriciation amount) Now they need me to return my PC for getting the refund. Its not written any where in the Terms and Conditions of extended warranty that they take back the monitor and give refund of just Rs1000(after deducting depreciation amt). Its solely the responsibility of manufacturer to replace the faulty panel. At last all the burden is on the consumers shoulder . Email i got in 2009 includes this in Terms n Conditions: "In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, spares not being available then the company's prevailing depreciation rules and policies will be binding on the purchaser to accept as a commercial solution in lieu of repairs." Regarding extended warranty details - http://www.in.lge.com/valueoffer/LCDMonitor2year/main.htm SO CONSUMERS THINK TWICE BEFORE SELECTING A BRAND TO BUY A MONITOR.

      Given installation and Demo request from last 6 days, but customer care dont have time to call and even not picking up the call. I bought LG LED TV LG 32LB530A from sanpdeal. Name:- Rohit Bosamia Adress:- Fulwadi, ramji Mandir Road, Street no c-7 Jetpur-360370 Gujarat Contact no:- [protected] Rajkot LG Service center no [protected] and [protected], is Unanswerd everytime i had call. I had called them thousands of time. Please also tell them incoming call is free now, why dont they pickup and aswer. I need a strict action against service center personal, Need to teach a lesson, this is not the way of providing service.

        I had been to LG service centre at Saki Vihar in Ensa Industrial Estate, Andheri. The timings of the centre are 9 am to 6pm which is displayed outside the centre. But the staff comes not before 9 45 am. When complained to the service centre manager MR. Kartik he replied saying the staff will come by 9 45am 10am and I quote "staff late aayega toh kya hua". And after inquiring with the guard of service centre it was found that Mr Kartik himself comes at 11 to 11 30am. Pathetic service ...worse service centre and instead of improving the service and puntuality the staff themselves argue and tell the cuatomer they will come late. If LG doesnt value their time atleast value the time of customer.

        Hello LG Support Team,

        I had visited on 27th Oct 2014 at 3pm around which I got a token number of 107 and the running token was 66. I waited for almost 3hrs post which the token number which was running was 87. This slow service was due to lethargic staff. So I decided to come on the next day and today i.e. on 28th Oct 2014 I visited the service centre at around 9.10 am and the only person that was available for the security guard who gave me a token numbering 10. After talking to the guard, It was brought to the my notice that the staff comes not before 9.45am. So I took the number of the service centre Manager i.e. Mr. Kartik (Mob. [protected]) and called him up asking when can I expect the staff to resolve my issue and the reply I got from him was "Ajayenge, 5-10 mins wait karoge toh kya hojayega". Post which the guard informed us that the manager himself comes post 11 am. Also there were token which were missing. Before my token there were only 3 people yet I got a token number 10. Finally the staff came at around 10am and after waiting for 40 mins, I got to know that the spare part required for my cell was out of stock.

        The issues were:
        1. Staff was not on time and lethargic
        2. The manager was rude and no sense of responsibility.
        3. No proper management.
        4. Inspite of giving tokens, people were served in AdHoc basis.

        The service is located in
        Andheri, Saki Vihar Road, Opposite Hyde Park.

        Kindly, Improve the customer service desk in the Service Centre. and if LG can't provide the service, atleast dont commit or use big banners to show LG values customer. I am very dissappointed with the service and specially the staff.

          Dear LG, I have bought washing machine with dryer and refrigerator from LG from Sharaf DG in the UAE, and since then I am living in a night mare . I bought the items on October 20 and was delivered on the 23 as per my request . I received a message from al yousuf who are he agent in UAE that delivery will happen and I have to keep the yellow part of the invoice for installation, when the delivery man came to my home I begged him to give me the yellow invoice and he said no, you have Sharaf DG invoice, I said I recieved a message from your company and he said no and refused to give me, he gave me number to call for installation, I lost this number and the night mare began, I called the LG toll free number and she kept me on hold with no help and never called me back, I called again another lady started asking me about so many details invoice number which I do not have and said I am unable to help you, what can I do, I called Sharaf DG more than 30 times with no help what SO ever, so I had to go to the shop and leave my work to go there, then the shop manager called LG manager who promised to send someone to my home, and left happily hoping my washing machine will get installed, he said he will call me, I received a call but was praying, so I missed it, then I called back, and here is the important part when I called back the technician of LG said, I called you because I was near your home but you did not answer so I left after waiting for four days he came and left in 15 minutes because I didn’t answer, I begged him to come back and pay him taxi charges he said no and was very very very rude as if I am begging him, here I am my machine is not yet installed, I am taking rude attitude from call center and technicians because I bought from LG in the UAE . I REGRET BUYING THIS 2 APPLIANCES, I BOUGHT THEM BECAUSE ON THE NET THEY MENTIONED YOUR APPLIANCES ARE THE BEST HOWEVER THEY FORGET TO MENTION IN THE UAE YOU WILL GET THE WORST SERVICE EVER . I THOUGHT I SHOULD SHARE THIS WITH YOU MAY BE YOU WILL BE ABLE TO SAVE THE REPUTATION AND HELP ME AS NO ONE IS ABLE TO HELP ME HERE. Thanks Iman

            Dear sir, I have purchased LG LED 42 Tv on 15 sept2014. Model 42LB 6700 . SNO408plzu120021. I have filed complaint regarding WiFi connection of my TV. to the toll free number[protected]. The complain number is[protected] on 15 th oct. But I am so sorry to say that NO ONE has ever cared to solve my problem eversince. Once they said that they have NO Qualified Technician for this job. I am shocked with this reply I have always believed in LG products and their services. But now I hope that my complain will be attended to and solved with due care and speed. GNDesai

              I HAVE LOGGED COMPLAINT NEARLY 2 MONTH BACK REGARDING LG 258 Litres GL-D292RPJL(PG) Frost Free Double Door FRIDGE. IN WHICH COMPANY HAS NOT SUPPLIED TWO MAJOR ASSORIES LIKE TWO STEEL ZIG ZAG RODS FOR HOLDING 1.5 LITER COLD DRINKS BOTTELS AND ONE CHILLER DOOR WAS MISSING. WE OBSERVED THAT MAIN ASSORIES WAS MISSING OR STOLEN FROM FRIDGE. IN 2 MONTHS THE COMPANY RESPONSE WAS VERY POOR TO RESOLVE MY THAT ISSUE. ONE SIDE THAT MNC IS SPENDING CRORES OF RUPEES IN ADVERTISEMENT AND ANOTHER SIDE THEY ARE CHEATING WITH CUSTOMER BY SUPPLYING DEFECTIVE HOME APPLIANCES.                   I had purchased LG 32 inch LED on 27 july 2014, Had to replace the TV with in 20 days due to some issue(some chip had gone bad) and now just within 14 months my display has gone bad and you have quoted me Rs 12000/- to replace it. LG products are pathetic and i am really disappointed with it. This was my first LG product and the experience is very bad.

                    I had to give my Split AC for repair. So i called the customer care centre in Mumbai to take my AC for repair.The pick up person came after 3 days to take the AC from my home inspite of customer care committing to take the AC within a day. Then now i am continously calling the service center for delivery of my AC. They said to deliver the AC on 22nd Oct 2014 but till date i have not received the same. Also they don't even bother to call and reconfirm when the AC will finally be delivered. I am sorry but this is substandard and pathetic service which i didn't expect from LG.You should change your tagline from "Life's Good" to "Consumer's Life Miserable"

                      The LG side-by-side refrigerator model no. GR-L227WTQ which we purchased from Dubai on 12.05.2012 is not cooling from 28.09.2014 onwards . I bought this costly and big refrigerator keeping in mind the needs of my family and also as a long term investment. I registered a complaint with customer care on 28.09.2014, complaint number RNA[protected]. On 01.10.2014 your service advisor visited us and we were informed that the problem was related to gas leak and the concerned service advisor would check the fridge on the next day. After repeated calls, the concerned technician arrived on 4.10.2014 and informed that gas had leaked from freezer and he had to order cooling coil . For this inspection the authorised service centre of LG, Appolo Systems, Karamana, Thiruvananthapuram charged us a sum of Rs. 675/. The service advisor had informed us that we would get the cooling coil from Kochi within 3 days. After repeated enquiries we were informed that the stock was not available and it has to come from Noida. The service centre called us on 20.10.2014 and told us that they got the cooling coil and two technicians arrived and started to work on the fridge. They opened the outer cover of the newly arrived order and told us that somebody by mistake sent cooling coil of AC instead of that of fridge. Can you believe this? Is LG so irresponsible? It has been more than 21 days since we had placed the order, but still not received the respective part. I am hoping that you look into this matter and resolve this issue at the earliest.

                        Dears, This is with reference to purchase of Microwave Oven of your brand. I would like to inform that this is my first LG product. It has been 5 days buying this stuff still demo has'nt been provided to us. We were informed to provide DEMO on 3rd or 4th day from purchase. Apart from this we got a formal call in the evening around 7;30 to 8;00 pm on 3rd day (22/10/2014) informing to attend the demo on 23rd October. We got another formal call on the 23rd October that your engineer would be coming after mid-day. Considering the ocasion of Diwali it is justified that everyone wants to enjoy the ocasion with there family members. Accordingly i too considering the same was assisted your engineers to manage & provide demo. Unfortunately your employees were too busy to even attend a phone call & didnt provide demo on 23/10/2014. Today morning as well my call was ignored & wasnt received resulting to process a formal complaint against the concern. It's really disgusting to find such an unprofessional approach from employees of such a brand which directly relates the Brand as well. The demo concern itself justifies the quality of service provided to cosumers after sales. I m requesting to take back your product & refund my money back in order to continue the same co-ordial relation. Await your valued response, Thanks, Ashish Dongre

                          Worst service ever - washing machine didnt get repair
                          Pathetic Response: RNA[protected]
                          I would recommand no one to buy LG products due to pathetic service centre where you keep calling and they dont even care care to provide a service for a product.
                          I had a LG-DD washing machine which is not even 1 yr old. I was getting issue that it was not getting started.
                          I called Customer care[protected]Toll Free)) more than 1520 times... first i called on 6 oct, then on 8 oct, then, 11 oct, 20th oct, 21, 22 oct and again today 3 times from morning.
                          Every time they told me that they dont have any complaint registered with my calling mobile no. and the complaint with complaint no : RNA[protected] has been closed. i dont understand how can they close the issue without providing the service. Also each time i called them they told me issue will be resolved in 24 hr.. Damn it is more then 20 days ... dont know how they count 24 hrs.
                          They provide me area manager no. I called that person he also gave me same stuff.. issue will be resolved in 24 hrs.. but nothing happen as such.

                          I also called Pune LG service center people more than 10 times to come and resolve the issue.. but AGAIN NOTHING HAPPEND!!!

                          My issue is still not resolved. Dont know wen it will be. Never Ever i will buy any other LG product . which provide such BAD, PATHETIC SERVICE.

                          WE REGRET THAT WE SPEND SO MUCH FOR SUCH A BADLG PRODUCT

                            My name is Syed Zabiullah, Iam from Cuddapah which is located in AndhraPradesh. I bought a L.G Refrigerator in a Cuddapah city Showroom, But from the day of the Purchase of the Refrigerator there is no cooling at all. I Complained to the nearest service center, The Technician came and informed that some part need to be changed. After this, He neither changed the part nor giving response to me. He is just telling me that you have to switch on the refrigerator for 24hrs, Then he'll change the part. Iam Providing the Refrigerator model details and about the warranty. Refrigerator Model: GL-225 Date of Purchase:03/05/2014. Please take an immediate action and provide me a good service.

                              On 21st of October I bought a LG 42 inches LED tv worth 45000 from the superstockist Anandamela in Siliguri, North Bengal. We bought it keeping in mind the auspicious ocassion of Dhanteras. Prior to buying it we were assured that we would be provided a LG dvd and an airtel HD connection for free. We were also promised that the installation would be done on the day itself. But I am very sorry to state that LG and Anandamela turned out to be tricking people with such offers in order to trap them. After the payment was made only then we were told by the superstockist that the dvd was out of stock and therefore cannot be provided at the moment. It is 23 rd October and the installation of the tv is still due. To make things worse we received a call from LG service centre in Siliguri only to know that the movable tv bracket which is supposed to be provided by the company is unavailable. I can only say from my experience that LG is a bogus company which only makes false promises and highly lacks professional ethics. I would make it a point from now on to warn everyone from buying LG products. It is said that morning shows the day, so if this is the grade of service in the very beginning then I can well imagine what is yet to come in the later years. I want to return my product and want my money back and to do it I am ready to go to any legal extent. I am just fed up with the chain of false promises made by LG.

                                LG 42" LED TV.. just 3 years from Date of Manufacturing and NO SPARES AVAILABLE. this is what your Customer Service replies.
                                The Screen of my TV got damaged. Your technician attended and gave estimate of Rs. 18, 000/- for repair within 10 days. I said OK, please do ASAP.
                                After 7 days.. I get the call that SPARES ARE NOT AVAILABLE and the MODEL IS OBSOLETE. In just 3 Years??
                                Complain No: RNA[protected].

                                  We bought a LG double door Refrigerator by jul 3rd...within 10 days i started complaining about low cooling...they send technicians to check..but they kept in very low cooling and went...same thing happening for two weeks..and i asked for replacement...then we got new Refrigerator same model...after one week same problem i faced...again same technicians and same thing they were doing...but no use..and they were blaming us only..and they were telling that you should not keep vegetables for more than 3 days..and dont keep coconut like this and all...and i fed up with this and i asked for refund..i started processing before 2 months...but till now they are telling some reasons and i was waiting...now i got fed up with that asking refund...we got irritated with these peoples...

                                      Hi, I am subramanian. I brought one LG Refrigerator 6Months back via online. Immediately after 1month, it was observed that there was no cooling inside the refrigerator. Upon raising a complaint in LG Customer care, one service engineer came to my home (after calling the customer care for multiple times) and repaired it. He refilled the gas and said its OK. We felt happy thinking that every thing is fine. But the real nightmare is awaiting only. After two months, again we hit the same issue. Again we register the complaint and repeated the same story. Service engineer came, refilled the gas and went back. Now again the THIRD time, after one month to the 2nd repair, hit the same issue. This time they took back the refrigerator last Wednesday (15th Oct 2014) and confirmed that will replace the entire cooling system and return it back my Saturday, and late by Monday (20th Oct 2014). But today (20th Oct 2014), when I called the LG care, the supervisor (Mr.Asif) said, the unit is already repaired and is under observation for 2 days, and will return the product back with in 2-3 days time. And the worst part is, through some other source I came to know that the unit was not even touched by the service guy and the service supervisor is simply bluffing to escape from the issue which is not tolerable. Now we lost the faith in LG. Its confirmed that, its a faulty equipment issue and want to raise a complaint against them . We paid the money for a better life and ultimately because of LG, we are suffering. Lost our money, lost our time and at last our happiness. Moreover, this is me and my wife's first Diwali celebration and they spoiled all our happiness. I need a compensation for this and a good working refrigerator (a brand new one without ant issues). I purchased LG LED TV on 15/09/2014 from Arcee Electronics Vashi, Navi Mumbai-400076.But after 10 days of installation of LED TV there is problem in TV input I lodged complaint on LG Call center and complaint no is RNA[protected]. Company send service engineer and tell as that there is problem in LED TV Input panel we have replace this panel but company not ready for LED TV replacement. LG COMPANY PROVIDE US FAULTY LED TV HENCE SHOULD GIVE REPLCEMENT So Please help me immediate replacement of the defective set sold to me by LG Electronics company.
