The LG side-by-side refrigerator model no. GR-L227WTQ which we purchased from Dubai on 12.05.2012 is not cooling from 28.09.2014 onwards . I bought this costly and big refrigerator keeping in mind the needs of my family and also as a long term investment. I registered a complaint with customer care on 28.09.2014, complaint number RNA[protected]. On 01.10.2014 your service advisor visited us and we were informed that the problem was related to gas leak and the concerned service advisor would check the fridge on the next day. After repeated calls, the concerned technician arrived on 4.10.2014 and informed that gas had leaked from freezer and he had to order cooling coil . For this inspection the authorised service centre of LG, Appolo Systems, Karamana, Thiruvananthapuram charged us a sum of Rs. 675/. The service advisor had informed us that we would get the cooling coil from Kochi within 3 days. After repeated enquiries we were informed that the stock was not available and it has to come from Noida. The service centre called us on 20.10.2014 and told us that they got the cooling coil and two technicians arrived and started to work on the fridge. They opened the outer cover of the newly arrived order and told us that somebody by mistake sent cooling coil of AC instead of that of fridge. Can you believe this? Is LG so irresponsible? It has been more than 21 days since we had placed the order, but still not received the respective part. I am hoping that you look into this matter and resolve this issue at the earliest.

    Dears, This is with reference to purchase of Microwave Oven of your brand. I would like to inform that this is my first LG product. It has been 5 days buying this stuff still demo has'nt been provided to us. We were informed to provide DEMO on 3rd or 4th day from purchase. Apart from this we got a formal call in the evening around 7;30 to 8;00 pm on 3rd day (22/10/2014) informing to attend the demo on 23rd October. We got another formal call on the 23rd October that your engineer would be coming after mid-day. Considering the ocasion of Diwali it is justified that everyone wants to enjoy the ocasion with there family members. Accordingly i too considering the same was assisted your engineers to manage & provide demo. Unfortunately your employees were too busy to even attend a phone call & didnt provide demo on 23/10/2014. Today morning as well my call was ignored & wasnt received resulting to process a formal complaint against the concern. It's really disgusting to find such an unprofessional approach from employees of such a brand which directly relates the Brand as well. The demo concern itself justifies the quality of service provided to cosumers after sales. I m requesting to take back your product & refund my money back in order to continue the same co-ordial relation. Await your valued response, Thanks, Ashish Dongre

      Worst service ever - washing machine didnt get repair
      Pathetic Response: RNA[protected]
      I would recommand no one to buy LG products due to pathetic service centre where you keep calling and they dont even care care to provide a service for a product.
      I had a LG-DD washing machine which is not even 1 yr old. I was getting issue that it was not getting started.
      I called Customer care[protected]Toll Free)) more than 1520 times... first i called on 6 oct, then on 8 oct, then, 11 oct, 20th oct, 21, 22 oct and again today 3 times from morning.
      Every time they told me that they dont have any complaint registered with my calling mobile no. and the complaint with complaint no : RNA[protected] has been closed. i dont understand how can they close the issue without providing the service. Also each time i called them they told me issue will be resolved in 24 hr.. Damn it is more then 20 days ... dont know how they count 24 hrs.
      They provide me area manager no. I called that person he also gave me same stuff.. issue will be resolved in 24 hrs.. but nothing happen as such.

      I also called Pune LG service center people more than 10 times to come and resolve the issue.. but AGAIN NOTHING HAPPEND!!!

      My issue is still not resolved. Dont know wen it will be. Never Ever i will buy any other LG product . which provide such BAD, PATHETIC SERVICE.

      WE REGRET THAT WE SPEND SO MUCH FOR SUCH A BADLG PRODUCT

        My name is Syed Zabiullah, Iam from Cuddapah which is located in AndhraPradesh. I bought a L.G Refrigerator in a Cuddapah city Showroom, But from the day of the Purchase of the Refrigerator there is no cooling at all. I Complained to the nearest service center, The Technician came and informed that some part need to be changed. After this, He neither changed the part nor giving response to me. He is just telling me that you have to switch on the refrigerator for 24hrs, Then he'll change the part. Iam Providing the Refrigerator model details and about the warranty. Refrigerator Model: GL-225 Date of Purchase:03/05/2014. Please take an immediate action and provide me a good service.

          On 21st of October I bought a LG 42 inches LED tv worth 45000 from the superstockist Anandamela in Siliguri, North Bengal. We bought it keeping in mind the auspicious ocassion of Dhanteras. Prior to buying it we were assured that we would be provided a LG dvd and an airtel HD connection for free. We were also promised that the installation would be done on the day itself. But I am very sorry to state that LG and Anandamela turned out to be tricking people with such offers in order to trap them. After the payment was made only then we were told by the superstockist that the dvd was out of stock and therefore cannot be provided at the moment. It is 23 rd October and the installation of the tv is still due. To make things worse we received a call from LG service centre in Siliguri only to know that the movable tv bracket which is supposed to be provided by the company is unavailable. I can only say from my experience that LG is a bogus company which only makes false promises and highly lacks professional ethics. I would make it a point from now on to warn everyone from buying LG products. It is said that morning shows the day, so if this is the grade of service in the very beginning then I can well imagine what is yet to come in the later years. I want to return my product and want my money back and to do it I am ready to go to any legal extent. I am just fed up with the chain of false promises made by LG.

            LG 42" LED TV.. just 3 years from Date of Manufacturing and NO SPARES AVAILABLE. this is what your Customer Service replies.
            The Screen of my TV got damaged. Your technician attended and gave estimate of Rs. 18, 000/- for repair within 10 days. I said OK, please do ASAP.
            After 7 days.. I get the call that SPARES ARE NOT AVAILABLE and the MODEL IS OBSOLETE. In just 3 Years??

              We bought a LG double door Refrigerator by jul 3rd...within 10 days i started complaining about low cooling...they send technicians to check..but they kept in very low cooling and went...same thing happening for two weeks..and i asked for replacement...then we got new Refrigerator same model...after one week same problem i faced...again same technicians and same thing they were doing...but no use..and they were blaming us only..and they were telling that you should not keep vegetables for more than 3 days..and dont keep coconut like this and all...and i fed up with this and i asked for refund..i started processing before 2 months...but till now they are telling some reasons and i was waiting...now i got fed up with that asking refund...we got irritated with these peoples...

                  Hi, I am subramanian. I brought one LG Refrigerator 6Months back via online. Immediately after 1month, it was observed that there was no cooling inside the refrigerator. Upon raising a complaint in LG Customer care, one service engineer came to my home (after calling the customer care for multiple times) and repaired it. He refilled the gas and said its OK. We felt happy thinking that every thing is fine. But the real nightmare is awaiting only. After two months, again we hit the same issue. Again we register the complaint and repeated the same story. Service engineer came, refilled the gas and went back. Now again the THIRD time, after one month to the 2nd repair, hit the same issue. This time they took back the refrigerator last Wednesday (15th Oct 2014) and confirmed that will replace the entire cooling system and return it back my Saturday, and late by Monday (20th Oct 2014). But today (20th Oct 2014), when I called the LG care, the supervisor (Mr.Asif) said, the unit is already repaired and is under observation for 2 days, and will return the product back with in 2-3 days time. And the worst part is, through some other source I came to know that the unit was not even touched by the service guy and the service supervisor is simply bluffing to escape from the issue which is not tolerable. Now we lost the faith in LG. Its confirmed that, its a faulty equipment issue and want to raise a complaint against them . We paid the money for a better life and ultimately because of LG, we are suffering. Lost our money, lost our time and at last our happiness. Moreover, this is me and my wife's first Diwali celebration and they spoiled all our happiness. I need a compensation for this and a good working refrigerator (a brand new one without ant issues). I purchased LG LED TV on 15/09/2014 from Arcee Electronics Vashi, Navi Mumbai-400076.But after 10 days of installation of LED TV there is problem in TV input I lodged complaint on LG Call center and complaint no is RNA[protected]. Company send service engineer and tell as that there is problem in LED TV Input panel we have replace this panel but company not ready for LED TV replacement. LG COMPANY PROVIDE US FAULTY LED TV HENCE SHOULD GIVE REPLCEMENT So Please help me immediate replacement of the defective set sold to me by LG Electronics company.                       FYI Write the letter to the LG Service Centre. Dear Sir, With reference to our numerous e-mail and telephone regarding the repair of the Television, I have Television the Model No. 21FU8VGE and Serial No. 901NLHV002161. We have logged a complaint regarding the repair for the same on 8th October 2014.In this regard I would like to describe the following:-For the repairing LG technician (Mr. Manoj) has visited the place and he find the fault is in the Integrated Circuit (I.C.). The Part No. is VCD4924RP080. Now the Mr. Manoj has (technician) denied the same part will not be available in our Service Centre, Darbhanga. LG Customer Care Executive has already committed us that if the the Television would within 6 years than it will definitely will be repaired. Now I have talked LG Customer Care where we tele-conference with Mr. Arvind Kumar he is denying that the Television will not be repaired in any circumstances. Or you have to carry your TV for the same. In this regard we have already told them we are living in Delhi and our father is layman and he cannot the carry the Television to the Service Centre. So once again I am requesting you to arrange the same part available in this area and replace the same at the earliest. Else will will take the legal action against the LG, and we are also from the PRESS "Dainik Jagron, Noida". We have already paid the visiting charges to Mr. Manoj (Technician).                         Dir, I have purchased LG 22 Inches LED TV (model no 22LN4055ATR)on 21/09/2013, but after 7 months we got started display problem, we have complaint regarding this, after following this problem continuously 1 month then they have replaced that one on 19/06/2014 with the reason that unable to repair, but again we are getting problem in this TV that it is automatically getting switched off, again we have to start it.Now we fadeup and dont want any replacement, pls return my cheque so that we can go with another company.

                          Please note that i had purchased LG smart TV LED 32LB5820 Chasis no.DGK-409PLAG071451IN on 23/09/2014.I had applied for extended warrenty throu the LG tech who had come for installation by handing him a cheque amountingRs 3804 favouring LG.I was told i would receive the necessary documents within 3 days..The cheque got cleared from my account on 30/09/2014...On enquiring from the servicing centre a week ago, i was told that i would soon receive an sms regarding the same which too failed to reach me.The mail i received as a resonse to my mail stated to contact concerned person which was never attended.

                            To. The manager LG India. Dear sir, We have purchased LG side door refrigerator on 12/5/2013 from Harsha Shop Belgaum. Model no.GCL-217BPXV. Serial number 209TRGQOQ991. Contact code 4CE01185. We are getting serious problem with freezer compartment which is not getting corrected by repeated services and repair by the technicians of nearby service centre-Madhu electronics Bijapur The series of events are as follows. 1.in 1st week of August we noticed that light is not working in refrigerator compartment and complained to costomer care.no.RNA[protected]. Technician from Bijapur visited and did some repair work and went 2 . From next day on words we noticed reduced cooling in refrigerator compartment. 2 technicians visited & told that ice is getting deposited to walls of freezer compartment &that is causing decreased cooling in other compartment. They changed one sensor and went. Problem persisted.They came back and put 2 new sensors and went.We paid them Rs 650 & Rs 1050 for 2 visits.Despite repeated requests they have not given receipts for above amount. 3.Then we noticed that cooling in refrigerator compartment was ok but freezer compartment was not working. Ice was not formed.water and ice dispenser not working. Complained to costomer care on 26/9/2014.RNA[protected].and repeatedly asked to send expert engineers. But again the old technicians came and searched and searched to identify the problem in vain. At last they told that they need to change the electronic board of the unit. New board was connected on 10th October. But problem is still remaining. All these events have taken total of 2 months without any positive results. We both being practicing doctors are wasting majority of time in repeated phone calls to service center. We have fed up of all these and your LG company after paying 85000 to buy that refrigerator. If it's not possible for you to send expert engineers to places like ours you should not promote and sell such units to taluka and district places and restrict them to only metros. So as a last resort we need quick reply from you Regarding 1.either send experts to repair the unit. 2 . replace and give a new unit. 3. Take back the unit and refund the money so that we can purchase some other better serving company unit. Or else we may have to go to consumer court, social media and print media against LG company.                               My television got failed third time after repair by your executive. I had registered a complaint a complaint for repeated failure 23rd Sept, 2014(Complaint No- RNA[protected]. Your executive visited and ordered some Part(updated received on 25th Sept.) and taken TV's PCB with him for Repair. On 29th Sept complaint got closed without any repair. Your executive visited on 31st and fixed back and PCB and made television operational but as soon as he leaved it fails again in next half hour I had called him and hoping that he will visited further and fix the problem but all in vain. On 9th Oct I have registered a complaint for pending failure. Your person visited on 12th Oct(after 3 days) and checked the Television and said some part is defective and he will replace the part as soon as he receive the same. He has also given an expert comment that your television may not repaired as it's PCB is damaged because of the Humid environment. On asking reason for Humid, he was saying that it is because of Drain in within 200mts. As I have there is not more the 3-5% difference in Humidity level if we go 1 Kms away. Then after I have been waiting for him but he hasn't yet turned back. Hope you will look into my grievance and resolve in time. Regards Danish Farooqui [protected]

                              LG Electronics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              It has now been one month after posting the complaint to senior management of LG Electronics, but no one bothered to get the thing resolved. One Engineer from LG has visited for checking the television after his inspection, he committed that some part needs replacement and he will get the same resolved within next 2 days but it has been more than 15 days and no one visited again.
                              I request LG to get the issue resolved as problem has been arrived only after their engineer have taken the PCB to their workshop. I also suspect that they could have replaced the PCB and send me the defective.
                              Hoping LG's management prompt action, otherwise I have only option left is to move to consumer court.

                                [protected] HELPLINE NOT WORKED IN NIGHT AND PUTTED ME ON HOLD FOR LONG TIME. PREVIOUSLY I WAS TRYING TO MAKE SERVICE REQUEST ON [protected] BUT THEY SUGGESTED ME TO BUY LENS CLEANER CD WHICH HAVENT WORKED FOR ME AND WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY AND MAKED MY PRODUCT OUT OF WARRENTY WITHOUT LOCKING MY DVD PLAYER COMPLAINT IN THEIR SYSTEM I AM FED UP BY THESE CHEAP TRICKS EVEN HAVING SUCH GOOD REPUTATION IN THE MARKET NOW I GOT AN IMAGE OF LG COMPANY AS "A COMPANY WHOOSE PRODUCT AFTER PURCHASING WILL WORK FOR 1 YEAR THE GUARANTEE PERIOD AND AFTER AVAILING SERVICE WILL WORK FOR 3 MONTHS ONLY AGAIN THE GUARANTEE PERIOD OF SERVICED PART" SO GUARANTEE ENDS PART WILL ALSO END AND YOU ARE IN THE TRAP OF LIFE'S GOOD COMPANY :( MY PHONE NO:[protected] MY EMAIL ID:[protected]@GMAIL.COM

                                  I had lodged a complaint with LG service toll free number on 30th September'14. A technician arrived on 3rd October'14 and stated that the SMPS was defective and he would return with the component. 2 days later we were informed that the part may take another 2-3 days. All that also got over on the 9th. Now sitting on 15th we still await fixing of our TV. Also service centre continuously promises to put the complaint on URGENT status but no one calls. Attempts to reach the area service centre and Ms Anju consumer service representative have led to no contact. Only promises.                                     I had registered a complaint, complaint no RNA[protected] dt 23/09/2014.The service man came and said the machine needs the drum /washer/two bearings to be changed.He said the charges would be Rs 5200/-After one week the service engineer gave some stories, and some more stories which i do not want to pen.I registered another complaint No RNA[protected] Dt 4/10/2014.I have been speaking to various people IE Imtiaz([protected])/Pankaj Kulkarni([protected])/Kishor Powar [protected]/Gaurav Gurjar([protected]) on their resp mobile phones. All these people had only promised all wrong things.I was to go on leave from the 14th Oct 2014.They promised the Drum will arrive from Bhiwandi on the 11th evening and the machine would be put up on the 14th latest.On the 14 th morning i call all these people and to my surprise i was told that the drum had still not come and it would take another one day.I have been running from pillar to post to get my washing Machine up.I will take this matter to your Korean HO and also send copies to consumer Guidance society for harassing customers.

                                      I purchased a LG 3d led tv 6130 from lg best shop velachery on 28th of March 2014. Ever since I bought this tv, it had a display problem on 3d projected images. There is a doubleness in the image as I am not happy with images produced from it. I raised the concern to lg customer care on 21st April (RNA[protected] and from that date till now 3 customer care executives have come to solve the issue which was of no use. The last person who came claimed as the senior executive (Vishnu [protected]) said that the model 6130 itself has 3d display issue when playing from USB. It can display clear 3d content only from blueray player. He claimed that it is a 100 Hz tv and only a tv that has more Mci like 240 or 400 hz can display clear 3d content. But if I had known it earlier I wouldn&#39t have gone for this model and I would have gone for the next version. I would want a replacement for the tv so that I could buy a better model from lg. . I got a call from LG Noida couple of days back conferencing Prabhakar(Service head in our area) to speak with the dealer for a replacement. Now, the dealer is ready to give the replacement but needs a confirmation. Prabhakar is not helping me in this issue and says he does not know anything about his issue. His number is [protected].
