Am writing this mail with a heavy heart.
Have decided not to go ahead with any of LG Products in future due to poor, pathetic and irresponsible people in the customer service.
The undersigned lodged a complaint as detailed above, understood from LG service personnel there is some problem with one of the parts and hence there was no cooling. I had asked for replacement and when the product arrived, the fridge door had a few spots and probably a small dent hence had to reject the product, this shows your standards of quality checks in LG…...
Till now as on today's date i.e; 14th October 2014 there is no news regarding the replacement of the product. Can you imagine running a house without a Refrigerator for almost last 25 days????
Whenever i give a call to customer care @[protected], am always given different contact where am supposed to call and interact. First, was asked to contact "Direct Service[protected] and[protected]" no response. Then was asked to call Sweta @[protected], the phone was never picked up nor was there any response to my sms. Again call centre asked me to contact Mr. Murlidhar @[protected] No response. Then Call centre asks me to contact Mr. Kishore @[protected], my issue was acknowledged but no commitment on when the replacement is going to happen. When I chase with your logistics, they say we have got no clearance from LG, Mumbai office.
What am I supposed to do now, again call up customer care, they handover me a new name along with a new phone number, etc. What the hell is going on…….could somebody take the responsibility and address my issue please.
Pathetic response of LG Customer care and concerned officials.
