    I had lodged a complaint with LG service toll free number on 30th September'14. A technician arrived on 3rd October'14 and stated that the SMPS was defective and he would return with the component. 2 days later we were informed that the part may take another 2-3 days. All that also got over on the 9th. Now sitting on 15th we still await fixing of our TV. Also service centre continuously promises to put the complaint on URGENT status but no one calls. Attempts to reach the area service centre and Ms Anju consumer service representative have led to no contact. Only promises.       I had registered a complaint, complaint no RNA[protected] dt 23/09/2014.The service man came and said the machine needs the drum /washer/two bearings to be changed.He said the charges would be Rs 5200/-After one week the service engineer gave some stories, and some more stories which i do not want to pen.I registered another complaint No RNA[protected] Dt 4/10/2014.I have been speaking to various people IE Imtiaz([protected])/Pankaj Kulkarni([protected])/Kishor Powar [protected]/Gaurav Gurjar([protected]) on their resp mobile phones. All these people had only promised all wrong things.I was to go on leave from the 14th Oct 2014.They promised the Drum will arrive from Bhiwandi on the 11th evening and the machine would be put up on the 14th latest.On the 14 th morning i call all these people and to my surprise i was told that the drum had still not come and it would take another one day.I have been running from pillar to post to get my washing Machine up.I will take this matter to your Korean HO and also send copies to consumer Guidance society for harassing customers.

        I purchased a LG 3d led tv 6130 from lg best shop velachery on 28th of March 2014. Ever since I bought this tv, it had a display problem on 3d projected images. There is a doubleness in the image as I am not happy with images produced from it. I raised the concern to lg customer care on 21st April (RNA[protected] and from that date till now 3 customer care executives have come to solve the issue which was of no use. The last person who came claimed as the senior executive (Vishnu [protected]) said that the model 6130 itself has 3d display issue when playing from USB. It can display clear 3d content only from blueray player. He claimed that it is a 100 Hz tv and only a tv that has more Mci like 240 or 400 hz can display clear 3d content. But if I had known it earlier I wouldn&#39t have gone for this model and I would have gone for the next version. I would want a replacement for the tv so that I could buy a better model from lg. . I got a call from LG Noida couple of days back conferencing Prabhakar(Service head in our area) to speak with the dealer for a replacement. Now, the dealer is ready to give the replacement but needs a confirmation. Prabhakar is not helping me in this issue and says he does not know anything about his issue. His number is [protected].           Dear sir, I m sending you some photos of bills of authorised centre service station of LG company in tiruppur Tamil Nadu.             Complaint Ref No: RNA[protected]. Dtd. 20th September 2014 Am writing this mail with a heavy heart. Have decided not to go ahead with any of LG Products in future due to poor, pathetic and irresponsible people in the customer service. The undersigned lodged a complaint as detailed above, understood from LG service personnel there is some problem with one of the parts and hence there was no cooling. I had asked for replacement and when the product arrived, the fridge door had a few spots and probably a small dent hence had to reject the product, this shows your standards of quality checks in LG…... Till now as on today's date i.e; 14th October 2014 there is no news regarding the replacement of the product. Can you imagine running a house without a Refrigerator for almost last 25 days???? Whenever i give a call to customer care @[protected], am always given different contact where am supposed to call and interact. First, was asked to contact "Direct Service[protected] and[protected]" no response. Then was asked to call Sweta @[protected], the phone was never picked up nor was there any response to my sms. Again call centre asked me to contact Mr. Murlidhar @[protected] No response. Then Call centre asks me to contact Mr. Kishore @[protected], my issue was acknowledged but no commitment on when the replacement is going to happen. When I chase with your logistics, they say we have got no clearance from LG, Mumbai office. What am I supposed to do now, again call up customer care, they handover me a new name along with a new phone number, etc. What the hell is going on…….could somebody take the responsibility and address my issue please.               Hi, I have bought the following model LG 32LN5110 32 inches LED TV (HD Ready) - OD[protected] from Flipkart. LG Complaint No.: RNA[protected] Just after a month, the TV stopped working and the LG customer service manager (Prashant Patil) told me that they will replace the TV with exactly similar features. Now it has been close to 30 days and Prashant Patil - Customer Service Manager, Mumbai, is making me fool. Today (14th Oct, ’14), he sent TV which is of lower version (without ECO Sensor, Energy Saving, and the new TV lacks many other small features). Now, when I asked Prashant that why he sent this TV without any features as compared to the TV which I have bough, he says that he has this only TV in their stock. Now I told him that deliver the TV which has features as compared to the existing one and take the TVs. Prashant says that he will file FIR against me in the police station for not co-operating with him and also LG can stop offering their service to me. Discussion with LG Service Center Customer Asim Sheikh and Prashant: Prashant is not willing to provide the right TV and is forcing me to keep the new TV which they have delivered today and this TV really does not have any feature. He is also threatening me that he will file FIR against me in the police station. Kindly solve the issue.

                I purchased LG front load washing last two months back, same day I was facing quality issues. I informed LG show room (DAS agency in Palakad). They sent LG technician, but still my problem not yet resolved. I spoke many times LG service Centre and LG area manager Name Mr. Ligesh ([protected]). They assured return back the product and refund the money. Almost two months over still I didn’t get any update on this.

                  Hi I bought LG washing machine on Last Diwali (2013). My machine is making tremendous noise in last stage of washing process. I raised complain in Mar 14 Jun 14 Aug 14 but LG local service center is not able to repair it. I raised complaint yesterday 10/12 and asked customer support to exchange my washing machine and she confirmed that she is raising request for exchange and she told me that with in 24 hrs problem will be resolved. As I did not get any reply in next 24 hrs I called back LG support, I came to know that your request is pending and it is only for repair and not for exchange. I do not understand why LG support staff is lying to us! Then I connected to LG escalation team and they send one technician and he said machine is ok and he resolved my complain with out my concern.                     Suddenly my 14 months old side-by-side refrigerator stopped cooling on morning of 5-Oct-2014. Fridge was on with all temperature controls working without any cooling. I registered a complain with customer care, complaint number RNA[protected]. On Monday (6-Oct-2014) the service advisor visited the house and declared that the gas had leaked and they need to order gas as it is imported. On 9-Oct-2014 another service advisor came home with replacement cooling gas. On checking he mentioned that gas was all fine and compressor is not working. He checked with 1st advisor and both agreed that compressor has gone bad. Since then I have been trying to call both of the service advisors and they keep telling me that they have ordered for replacement part but LG factory keeps sending them wrong parts!! Can you believe this? LG is so irresponsible? Why the hell you are selling products with pricing through the roof if you cannot even send a proper replacement part for 2 weeks???? Today (13-Oct-2014), the service advisor tells me that if in another 1 day proper part number does not come, then I can escalate in LG office as he cannot do anything more. Where the hell is LG Management? Are you guys listening/reading??? If you have any decency left kindly help to service customers as promised or stop selling such expensive products!! -Adetya [protected]

                      I am having a side by side door refrigerator from LG just 16 months back. It has started giving an error "DH E" almost 10 days back. After that when I approached LGs customer care for the above complaint, their service engineers have visited us 4 times up till today and each time with different stories related to problems with various parts of my so called LG Refrigerator. And if this the quality that LG is delivering then I must say this was the last time, I have purchased any LG product. And my above problem is still unresolved even after 4 visits from LGs not so experienced and well quipped service engineers. In the first visit they suggested there is a gas leakage problem. (Costing to me - Rs 281 being visiting charges) In the second visit, they were of the opinion that it is a problem of sensor replacement & that got replaced.(Costing to me - ~Rs 800 being service charges & part replacement) In the next visit, they come up with a new excuse that a senior has told them that sensor can not be replaced without replacing the heator . The next visit made us aware of the fact that PCB is not working and will cost us around Rs 5000 ONLY. AND ALL THIS IS HAPPENING IN A 16 MONTHS OLD FRIDGE.                         I have purchased on slit AC in April 2013. Since then till April 2014 I have to book almost 10 service requests. And every time after a rigorous follow up the service people comes but fail to fix the problem and promise to send senior technician for which I again had to wait for 4/5 days. Once they found that the installation was not proper and hence took almost one month time to fix the problem. Once thy have taken the entire system to their work shop and when it came back I found lot of scratches in the AC which I complained to their Regional service head for which he promised to follow up but did not looked into after 5/6 call to him. Now also the AC is not working at all I am really fed up I request them to look into this, I have decided to take them to the consumer court for all the harassment, cheating and lost of peace. Even today I got a number from their customer service which they told that the person is head of customer service but when I call him he did not pick the call even after sending him a SMS also he didn't bother to reply. This shows their attitude towards customer and fraudulent intention to cheat the customers with faulty products.

                          Dear Sir/Madam, This is w.r.t Job No- RNA[protected] regarding replacement of defective compressor (Under warranty) of LG-Air Conditioner (Spilt Type). Said Compressor was replaced by M/s R.K.Services, Mathura vide their Invoice No- 959 dated 30/09/14. In which they charged Rs. 1685 for gas charging & Rs. 567 - as service charge, Total- Rs. 2252=00 I told to Service Engineer that compressor is under warranty then why I shall pay the charges, but he said that w/out payment he will do nothing. So I paid the amount to him. When I told regarding above unauthorised charge matter to LG Representative Ms Pooja Mathur, after her enquiry she confirm that party should not charge for the product under warranty and ensure that party will return the amount. Almost 10 days past, But regret to say that nothing happened in spite of repeated requests. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest. WHEREAS THE INDIVIDUAL HAS GIVEN ONLY JOB SHEET. BUT TODAY WHILE ATTENDING LG WASHING MACHINE, SOME OTHER ENGINEER DEMANDED AMC RECEIPT, AND I HAVE SHOWN THEM THE ONE AVAILABLE WITH ME. BUT HE TOLD THAT IS NOT AMC RECEIPT.BUT BASED ON RETAIL INVOICE GIVEN BY HIM BEARING INVOICE NO.1294 DT.[protected] FOR Rs.300/-+37 SERVICE TAX, I THOUGHT HE IS NOT CHEATING.                                 Respected sir i purchased a LG refrigerator (model no LG275VS5) ON 16/10/11 FROM great eastern trading co via tax cash memo no --c/08159/11-12 after wards the machine suffered a problem and was sent for repair via complain no RNA[protected] but at the time of delivery after repairing of the machine, it was found that the outer body was badly dented and damaged i subsequently called the service centre and talked with mr subir of (sunshine---83, golaghata road, vip tower, block f kol-48), he told me not to worry and will replace the refreigerator body and door which is damaged . but after that more than one and half year has passed but no action has been taken in the mean time i had a talk with a number of lg personnel, who only promised that the action will be taken to repair the same the complain no for the above conversation for talks are RNA[protected] RNA[protected] RNA[protected] RNA[protected] LATELY I HAD A TALK WITH MR SAMANTA (LG AREA MANAGER KOLKATA who told me that since the body cant be changed now, i can go for an exchange offer, whereby he will offer 80% depreciation for the old refrigerator, and i have to buy the new one at dealer price . but there is a difference of around[protected] between market price and dealer price when i ask him to consider the amt as the difference is big, there is no fault on my part for the damage caused to the product he simply refused telling that superiors are not agreeing pls help and tell what to do as there is no fault of mine, but i am made to suffer for the last 2 years, due to no action taken by the company looking for an early response thanking you regards ajoy kumar saraf [protected] [protected] [protected]

                                  Our Complaint # is RNA[protected]. We had registered the complaint on 28/9/2014. We were told a person will come within 24 hours. The person came only on 1/10/2014. He took away the Refrigerator on 1/10/2014. We called the mechanic on 4/10/2014 (Mr. Vipul Patel [protected]) he told to contact the service centre (Phone #[protected], the supervisor their said that it will take time. We were told that the refrigerant had leaked because of a cracked tube. We again called all the numbers & Mr. Shailesh (Service Centre Head [protected] ) on 6/10/2014 but no one is picking up the phone. Our Refrigerator is not available since last 8 days!! Our request was at least the phone should be picked & we should be told the status.

                                      We bought the said machine last year in September 2013 through invoice no 3271 from M/S HariOm Electronics, Khalapur Distt Raigad. Since right beginning, washed cloths has many dirty spots. So many times, we did complaint and comany' s representative attended but not able to resolve the said issue. Last week, again somebody from the company came, he apprised us that the dirty spot issue can not be resolved and assured us that company will give refund of the total amount paid by us for purchasing the said machine and collected from us ID and address proof, the refund is yet to be received.                                       Very bad experience, no solution to dirt coming at cloth. We can't expect from such a big company as to how you people deal with the customers after sale even for such expansive product.

                                        Sir, My name is varun malik (from baraut, baghpat, uttar pradesh) ([protected]) I had bought a LG top loading model (wf-t7239ul) 3 years back for around 14000/-. Now the problem with the washing machine is that it drain out water from pipe while washing. My understanding is, the issue with the machine is some error in the program. There is no mechanical issues with the machine. I called up the customer care and logged the complaint(complaint no-rna[protected] . The service guy came home and checked the machine and told that the issue is with the PCB. He told that there is no repair for the PCB and hence the PCB have to be replaced for a price of around 3000/-. My expectation was that the service guy will re program the machine and the issue will be fixed. It was a surprise for me to know that the solution that the LG service center provide for a program error is to replace the PCB. Its pathetic that after spending 14000 for a washing machine, I need to spend another 3000 with in 3 years for a minor program error. I would like to bring into the notice of the authorities and people about the poor quality of the PCB in LG washing machine and how much the customers are being cheated after spending their money on products like this.
