I have already made a complaint regarding refrigerator, the technician (LG) guy came and saw and they told that compressor has to be replaced. we have complained 2 times till now and they said the same thing. and they said they will fill the gas when the compressor isn't working.

      I bought PL5 bluetooth speaker from flipkart on 25 September. 5w speaker with 10 w output. I expected a super good music experience from PL5. But a noise coming while the speaker playing music. I did a complaint on flipkart and replacement. Lg technician came my home and checked speaker. He realised my complaint was genuine. But he told me he can't approve my concern. Because speaker didn't contains noice always. I expected a good music experience from pl5 speaker. I need to replace my speaker. Otherwise I'm going to consumer court. I've 11 month warranty too. I need justice

        Purchased a LG Air conditioner, wrongly updated the information while purchasing saying within an year unit will be in warranty, including rat bites or any damage. When I reached to Baja Electronics Patancheru Branch over a call, instead of providing the correct information and when i asked for the executive, they are talking rubbish and responding very badly. When i asked why your executive provided wrong info while purchasing and asked to connect with him the executive said "What i have to do the problem in your home" later on he also slipped the same words saying "within 1 year if any rat bites or any other damage", then i immediately stopped and asked but he is saying no i didnt said like that.. I argued just said it, but in return he is said "I will see daily around 10-20 customers LIKE YOU PEOPLE" i shouted and asked what you mean about it. He again lied - i didnt said "LIKE YOU PEOPLE" and will send the call recording if I said it will resign immediately. This si the communication of BAJAJ ELECTRONICS providing in the name of customer service. I want a proper response on this communication and the call recording which they had with me. Not sure what kind of people BAJA ELECTRONICS is recruiting.

            @LGIndia hi, this is to bring to your notice that how badly customers in ajmer are being looted by your service centre named PRANGAN.
            I had a cooling issue with my double door side by side refrigerator for which I contacted a local service centre of LG named PRANGAN
            The technician, that came home to check the refrigerator, inspected everything and said that the issue is just with the compressor and he needs the bill to check if it’s still under warranty. For which I gave him the bill and they said it was still under the 10 years warranty.
            And so they ordered the part, i.e. the compressor. They told me that the gas charges of ₹3, 250 would be additional and won’t be covered under the warranty. Trusting @LGIndia I believed they wouldn’t be charging anything unnecessary, and so I asked them to proceed.
            Further they said that the service cannot be done at home and I have to get the refrigerator transported, at my cost, to their service centre for the same. I requested them for home service for which they bluntly denied. So, I agreed to that too.
            After they said they have received the replacement compressor, they asked me to get the refrigerator transported to them. I even had to ask them to generate a complaint no. before the transportation, to which they said once they receive the refrigerator, they would generate then.
            On my request they gave me the following complaint number RNP[protected] and then I got the refrigerator transported. They said it would take 3 days for them to complete the service. I also spoke to a friend at LG in the meanwhile.
            My friend told me that I am not supposed to bear the Gas charges as that is also covered under warranty. I was literally shocked on hearing that such a fraudulent activity is happening at @LGindia.
            On the third day, today 23.09.2021, when I gave them a phone call, they said the part has just arrived and it would take them time. I have no idea if they were lying before or now. I reconfirmed if the gas was chargeable, top which they said yes & it has to be borne by me only
            So, I asked them for a proper LG bill for both, the compressor and the gas, to which they said they have just checked and I don’t need to bear the charges for gas now. This was a complete shocker for me, as soon as I asked for the bill they changed.
            Now, in the evening today a guy from PRANGAN service centre called me and told me that the PCB and the compressor both are faulty and they have to change the PCB too. Now this got on my nerves as their behaviour was already quite dubious since the beginning
            I told them that the technician had said it was just the compressor that was faulty and nothing else. So, the guy tells me these issues cannot be diagnosed at home. What does this mean, was the technician not a trained person or does the @LGindia service centre wants to loot.
            They now have my refrigerator and I am scared if they keep on getting things faulty. This is shameless and ridiculous on part of @LGindia @LGUS to be treating there loyal customers like this.
            Kindly do something about it right away as it is not a cheap product And we are not stupid to deal with such behaviour. I will have to report it further if you don’t sort this out soon. @LGIndia @LGUS

              मैं नीरज जैन दिल्ली उत्तम नगर में रहता हूँ, मैंने[protected] क़ो रेफ्रिजरेटर की कंप्लेन करवायी थी जोकि अभी तक सॉल्व नहीं हुई है, अभी तक डेढ़ महीने में इंजीनियर क़ो रेफ्रिजरेटर की प्रॉब्लम समझ में नही आयी है अभी तक डेढ़ महीने में हमारे रेफ्रिजरेटर में दो पार्ट बदले जा चुके हैं जोकि सही पार्ट थे औऱ हमें माँगने पर भी कोई भी बिल नहीं दिया गया है, लास्ट कंप्लेन पिछले हफ्ते ही करवायी थी जिसमें हमारा नयी रिले खराब बताकर पुरानी सेकिंड हैंड रिले ड़ाल दिया गया था औऱ बिल बनाने का बहाना बनाकर कंप्लेन क़ो सर्विस सेंटर से कैंसिल कर दिया गया था, सर्विस सेंटर से किसी कपिल बंसल का फोन आया था, पिछले डेढ़ महीने में 4 इंजीनियर 4 विज़िट कर चुके हैं, जो कि हर बार पिछले इंजीनियर द्वारा सही बताये हुवे पार्ट क़ो खराब बताकर चेंज करने की कोशिश में लगे रहते हैं, औऱ ऐसे करके डेढ़ महीने में कल ही एक अंकुर विश्नोई नाम का इंजीनियर आया अब वो तीन और पार्ट क़ो खराब बताने लगा औऱ उसने बायोमीटर क़ो खराब करने की कोशिश भी की औऱ आज दो ही पार्ट लेकर आया औऱ दो पार्ट डालकर जाने की कोशिश कर रहा था, मैंने पहले इंजीनियर मनीष औऱ कपिल बंसल से साफ साफ पूछा था कि इसमें रिले औऱ टाइमर औऱ बायोमीटर ठीक हैं तो उन्होंने क्लियर शब्दो में बताया था कि य़े पार्ट बिल्कुल ठीक हैं, कल मिस्टर अमित से मेरी बात हुई थी तो वो मुझे बेवकूफ बनाने की कोशिश कर रहे थे, इस फ्रिज में केवल हीटर प्लेट चेंज होनी थी जिसकी वजह से वॉटर ड्रेन नहीं हो पा रहा था लेकिन सर्विस सेंटर वाले एक एक करके सभी पार्ट बदलने में लगे हुवे हैं!
              अमित जैन, कपिल बंसल औऱ अंकुर विश्नोई औऱ साहिल ये सब कंपनी में डिफॉल्टर हैं ये सब कस्टमर क़ो बेवकूफ बनाकर उनको लूटने का काम करते हैं!

                Due to the engagement of non professional and unskilled technician at Jammu service center by the LG company due to which I have been beared unnecessary finicial loss of approx three thousand rupees.the company technician mislead me regarding my product.hope the matter be treated seriously so that the other people may not face similar hardship due the mistake of company technician.

                  I am writing today about an order that started back in August 25, 2021, well that’s when it all started then I was supposed to receive a phone all Sept, 4, 2021 through September 6, 2021 to set up a date for delivery, which I never received any contact from you, so then I called again on the September 10, 2021 to the shipping department and was told that it should be delivered by September 13, 2021 which was not delivered so I called again on September 15, 2021 and was told that they didn’t know where my order was so at this point I am not a happy customer and I canceled the order, and was told it would take 10 to 15 days for a refund, which I Still do NOT have, then I called back again September 28, 2021 which was Tuesday this week and was told that they were going to escalate the process to get a refund faster. Now as of yet I have NOT received any confirmation or response in any form about my order. Now I look online for the order status and it is showing that it has been completed and we have not yet received a refund or an appliance delivery. A very unhappy customer and I am going to post a review of how this has been handled and not handled. It is sad because I have all LG appliances in my home and will never order from LG again.                     I would like to draw your kind & urgent attention to the workplace mental harassment & bullying by LG Marketing employees ( Mr.Sanjay RMM / Mr. Ranjit BMM / Mr. Krishna RPT) from Patna Branch, India.

                    I have been associated with LG for the last 1year as a Branch Product Trainer. Recently I have been advised by my immediate reporting manager Mr. Krishna for upcountry travel dated 11th Sept, 21 I requested him that I cannot travel due to medical limitations like recently covid recovered & I have been vaccinated with 1st covid dose only. My immediate reporting manager verbally forced me every single day & mentally created pressure to travel to Gaya upcountry market anyhow despite knowing about my health condition & risk factors.

                    I obeyed my supervisor & agreed to travel somehow, however, I dropped one official mail, that I am traveling to Gaya though I have been vaccinated with 1st covid dose only as a safety measure so that in case anything happens wrong with my health due to weak immune system, I can get support from immediate reporting manager or concerning HR.
                    The whole retaliation & cohesive conspiracy started germinating through RMM / BMM/RPT after Gaya Tour mail.

                    First, they dropped mail as a revert that your base location from Patna is shifted to Gaya without any mutual discussion or consent. All decisions were taken internally in a paced way by Mr. Sanjay Mr. Ranjit & Mr.Krishna without involving me as the 1st party whose base is being shifted without any discussion.

                    Even then, I also respected & agreed to shift my base to Gaya as per company decision, now they have planned to next level of internal gang politics & started accusing with the false allegation in a closed LG office VC room with lots of humiliation & mental torture which has started degrading my self-esteem & confidence & forcing to resign & submit assets asap or else they will hold the salary of sept month & others incentives.

                    After one day of the Gaya tour, I have started suffering from a serious illness due to a weak immune system. I have informed my reporting manager Mr. Krishna & RMM/BMM about my illness & submitted a medical document through WhatsApp & Email. They have denied all facts about my medical problem, laughed & joked about my health problem & then all of sudden asked me to put down the paper without any reason in writing on official mail on 26th Sept, 21

                    I humbly asked them to give me in writing about my concern. Every communication was made verbal in a closed VC Room with me as a targeted victim which was preplanned by RMM /BMM/RPT.

                    All of sudden my immediate reporting manager Mr. Krishna started excluding me from the official VC, con-call & regular official discussion for one week, I was officially alienated. I was intentionally targeted with a plethora of mental abuse at the workplace. It doesn't matter that I am right, the gang mentality is too emotionally, depress suppress & breakdown in a series of mental torture so that I cannot come to the office & they can easily put absconding mail as per their preplanning as a backup plan.

                    Adding to this my reporting manager intentionally removed me from the official WhatsApp group without my resignation or any information the moment I said that I had submitted company assets. He called every employee & asked them to remove me from the official WhatsApp group at the earliest. Surprisingly asking for my resignation on WhatsApp, Though I have declined to resign.

                    Mr. Sanjay the epitome of a gang based politics & the most contagious-tyrant person at Patna Branch with countless grudges in his heart for outspoken BPT like me, threatens to ruin my professional career if I do not resign on my own at the earliest in a closed LG office VC room dated 26 Sept 2021. Earlier, I have already suffered mentally & emotionally in March 2021 only due to his unethical & illegal behavior at Workplace. The same was reported in writing but the action was not taken due to the most important reason which is an extreme level of gang-based politics, where he pretends to be innocent but he is not. You can check with any TL/BPT about his unethical behavior.


                    In his gang, he is powered, nourished by two more people Mr. Ranjit & Mr. Krishna. They hate hard-working, honest, dedicated & resourceful people at the Patna branch rather they need puppets that must behave and respond as per their robotic tuning without saying anything even if wrong abusive or outrageous language is being used against us during con-call or office meetings every time. The way they use derogatory comments is very frequent & always saying to put down papers.
                    .
                    If a person who is outspoken shares his views/suggestions/opinions they always start harassing through a series of plotted conspiracy which happened with me. The good resources are churned down with their pre-planned gang-based politics where they apply a 360 degree finest approach to mentally emotionally ruin good people. Most important few people see but cannot raise voices against this wrong ethics due to their job security, however, I have raised voice under the RTI act where senior management must know the kind of politics, harassment in progress since Mr. Sanjay joined the Patna Branch- March 2020. It's not about reinstating me but paving a progressive path for good & resourceful people who give blood & sweat to LG electronics more than their families.

                    A day later they stopped me from coming to the office & later demanded to submit official assets. I have been mentally drained & zapped by RMM at every nook & corner which leads to an extreme level of workplace harassment, panic attacks. RMM & BMM always subjected me to negative abusive & unprofessional illegal words which is against LG ethics & continuously harming one's self-dignity with violations of human rights.

                    All the above contribute to extreme torturous & degrading treatment by employees Mr. Sanjay / Mr. Ranjit / Mr. Krishna who has mentally harassed, demotivated me to beyond the limit of once imagination & apprehension. I have full faith in your justice mechanism

                        Firstly, I'm aware about the fact that you literally don't care about the complaints because you all neither respond on time nor solve on time.

                        I'm from Jalandhar, the service centre here is pathetic in service and support. The head Yasir here doesn't respond on call, the customer care lady doesn't respond after 3 pm. This is the 4th complaint in last 3 months and I feel harassed and regretful to have bought LG product.

                        My AC is leaking and there is no solution provided for the same, the electrician came and did the service and went off but the problem still prevails.

                          I have an older lg refrigerator which is under an appliance contract with Sears. A component malfunctioned and is not made any more. Sears said LG would take care of it. Several service calls from LG with the same outcome. Nothing available. I’m told that a replacement or compensation would be coming and instead I’m getting passed from person to person. It looks like a let’s get rid of this guy. This started In mid May and still no resolution. My

                            Our washing machine was 11 month old still under warranty after the power issue we asked LG authorized service centre to attend the complaint after multiple visit they came out with logic that we have for the product repaired from 3rd party how on earth a sane person will repair his product from a 3rd party when its under warranty.

                            When asked for service denial certificate they refused to share it.

                              Bought ac last year 8/26/20used it for a few weeks and removed it and stored it in my basement for the winter when it got hot here we reinstalled it and it don’t work
                              Called and set up service on 8/17/21 was told on several occasions that they had someone coming to service it just to find out they don’t service ac units after several attempts by them I was told they would refund me the cost sent them a copy of receipt no response from them I have the phone messages from them stated that they are giving refund yesterday was told they don’t give refunds but they also didn’t get the ac unit repaired
                              Yesterday I received a email regarding scheduling appointment for service and it was cancelled for what ever reason not by me
                              A supervisor was supposed to be calling me several times and never heard from them
                              Yesterday I was waiting for a callback from the supervisor never contacted me she did send a text telling me she was going to call today and she didn’t again

                                I've been dealing with lg since May. I bought a lg window ac in February. On the 58th day I had it it went out. The contracted company came out to fix it. Ordered the part 3 times. Damaged 2 times and 3rd time would not properly fit. Apparently the part was the right part number but it didn't fit. So the company said they're not going to come anymore. They've already wasted to much time and money. Contacted lg. Probably have spent 50 hours with customer service. I finally get approved for a refund, by the way, I said I would take a replacement, but they said they couldn't replace. That was August 28, 2021. I recieved the text from Steven to please provide my email address, phone number, full name, and address. Which I did that day. Vever heard back from them. Been calling and they hang up or send me to a recording, or I get to speak to someone who has no authority and says they have contacted their supervisor to get in touch with Rahsaun Fletcher. They gave me his email rahsaun.[protected]@lge.com. I've sent him 6 emails since. No response. It's like lg says you got approved for a refund but you have to fill out paperwork. Then they never send the paperwork. This has been such a horrible headache! And the customer service reps hang up on you if you tell them that you have already been told several times that their Supervisor will take care of it. It's happened 3 times already.

                                  Hello Team,

                                  We purchased LG 4k TV in Aug 2019.. and till then it has been well maintained. Last week suddenly while watching TV screen became blank.. Audio was working. We tried almost 10 - 15 times to call LG Customer Care # but executives were simply disconnected call after saying Hello..Hello couple of times.. We tested at our end and their was no network or voice issue at our end..
                                  Finally lastly one call got connected and Customer care executive replied.. We provided all details and we were informed that in 48 hours issue will be resolved and that we will get SMS of our Complaint..
                                  Next Day we didn't receive any SMS, we called again to Customer Care, where we were informed that our number was incorrectly entered in portal wherein the call was made from registered number and also had verbally verified number while logging Complaint... So if had not called not sure how Technician would have contacted us...

                                  Pain dosnt end here... after this after several local calls to LG service center a Free Lancer Technician was sent at our place.. he opened TV did some test ..half screen was working fine..and said Panel problem...

                                  But since he wasn't LG authorized Technician, we requested second opinion as it was hard to believe that in just 2 years around 50k TV panel is nonfunctional.. Again after multiple calls and follow up one Technician visited, tested and concluded same... We had no choice but to agree for Panel Replacement... Even we were informed that it was our Bad luck that we received this piece which got defected in 2 years... Which means it was manufacturing defect... but LG has no responsibility for Customer Satisfaction and Service... Till date there has been no call from LG to confirm if issue is resolved... what is the progress nothing...

                                  After agreeing for Panel Replacement we were informed that they don't have this model and it will come from Nagpur which will take one more day... fine again agreed as had no option again... THANKS TO LG... LIFE IS REALLY GOOD!!

                                  After waiting for one full day which is technically 4th day after Complaint raised... Again same follow up calls routine started...Firsr 12:00 clock, then 12:30, then 1:30 ... we were fooled constantly saying that it's bit delayed but should reach any moment...Finally after calling again we are informed that consignment was canceled so till this time LG was not aware that Panel has not been moved From Nagpur itself???...We were been given assurance for no reason... is this how LG fools its customers???

                                  Till now as I am writing this Complaint... there is no resolution to our problem... there is no Panel Replacement... there is no call from LG... nothing... Worsed and highly unprofessional experience ever...

                                      The new refrigerator of LG was purchased through flipkart in the month of Oct-2020. But regretting to say that LG has delivered a faulty product to me as the product needs to get repaired in every 2-3 months during the first warranty year itself. No proper response from the LG services. It seems I loss my money of Rs.21000/-

                                      LG should delivered the good product not a faulty one which cause the mental harassment to customers.

                                      Worst experience with Lg.

                                      Kindly help to replace the faulty product with new one.
