We want to make a complaint against your company executive mr. Sabir shaikh and Mr.Aftab . From the month sept 2021 we are doing follow up for water Purifere repairs but they always tell within 2 days we will come to home, but they did not come and this happened for 4times . Every time they promise to come but they are not coming . Our machine is also under AMC then also we are not getting the correct service please look at to this matter as early as possible . Other wise we will go to consumer court .for your referance we attaching photo copy of our service card .

    My washing machine is ringing/beeping continuously throughout the washing rinsing cycles. I've registered a complaint with LG coustomer care number, got a message saying they will forward it and someone will contact within 48hrs, nobody showed up. We repeated the same procedure, someone came up this time.
    After thorough examination for 5mins, they said it's board complaint, we have to change it. It will cost more than 5K. We had to pay ₹708 to know that.
    After spending 29K before 4years, now we are asked to spend more than 5k for the machine again.
    They don't even check the board properly, they don't try to reset to the factory settings. Just replace the board. Great survice LG. 10years warranty is the advertisement, but only for the motor is what they don't say out loud.
    So once you buy a LG, get ready to spend 5K in every 5years for the board, as it's very common complaint according to those survice guys.

      I have purchased a top load washing machine on 3/10/21. i complained there is an issue happen with machine's rat guard, "RAT GUARD BROKEN BY RAT" its purely quality issue of rat guard provided. thats why rat bite happen on rat guard. and also rat entered inside of machine and cut wiring kit wires.
      Sir, i have used this machin in only 2 days .. i brought this for an emergency basis using credits. only 10 days of purchase this issue will happen. i have registered complaint from 19th october 2021. hope LG can understand the situation of a customer.

      As company said we trusted rat guard as its real worth. but after this happen we are very disappointed.

        I bought an LG tv for 61000 rupees LG has pathetic quality of product it's not even been a month the tv has led light leakage I requested for replacement for the tv the support denied it and they said we will give a refund. I agreed I had been following up for the refund since last 2 weeks they keep saying u will get it next week I m sick and tired with their services I have filed a case in consumer court I just need my refund as soon as possible

          We have bought the LG OLED 65 inch OLED TV, All of sudden it stopped working, We contacted the LG service team & they checked & confirm that display module is faulty & need to be replaced. There is no physical damage to the TV.
          We escalated the case to LF CEO help desk & after rigorous follow up after 15 days, they confirmed that we can replace the faulty display module @ 50 % cost .Display module is most component of OLED TV.
          On enquiring from Branch service head of Surat Mr Vinay Sahu [protected] that my TV was used only for 1000hrs & why should i bear 50 % cost for replacement of faulty display module, he told that Display module can become faulty within 1000 hrs o[censored]sage also.
          This clearly means that no QC was done for high end OLED tv and inferior product are supplied by LG to Indian Consumers.
          My [Service Request No] RNP[protected] was abruptly closed by LG & TV is not working from last 25 days..
          This is the way LG is behaving with Indian customers & suppling inferior quality product.

            We bought the washing machine in 2019 and since the time we purchased the machine there has been issues and after a few complaints and engineer visits from the service centre I have been asking for a replacement since the machine was new and many complaints already. We were told that the replacement could happen only within 7 days of purchase which was bizarre policy. Every time same engineer came and gave us additional soaps and serums to use and we wanted his superior to get involved but the superior told us that the clothes we buy these days and not of good quality hence they don’t get cleaned well again a bizarre reasons. The front panel was changed and few other things. Still neither the wash quality nor the machine improved. Once the machine went out of warranty we got a call that they wanted to take the machine to the service centre for repair and I clearly told them to send me quotation which they did not bother to inform. After a few days they call me with a bill of 10k without even telling the quotation or the problem in the machine. I had already paid up few thousands and now this. This is clear indication of cheating the customer. When I asked for quotation on mail they reduced the amount by 3 k and said that they will not charge service charge. This is how the company is cheating the customer.

              LG TV was defective. After numerous attempts finally scheduled a technician to come and repair. The text stated it was my cable box. Cable box was replaced continued to have the same problems. Once again scheduled a technician to come and replace parts. Technician didn't even bother to show up!

                  In Oct’19 I had purchased LG 43” Jazz LED TV and exact after 2 yrs. in Nov’21 it’s display stop working. I had raised issue on very same day(complaint no-RNP[protected].
                  Their engineer visited my place and just see it from outside he said that it’s LED got damaged which needs to be replaced. I asked him about the reason of this damage but he doesn’t have any answer. He only said that just like LED bulbs TV LED also have max to max 3-4 yr of life but your LED got damaged earlier which means this issue will re-raised after every 2-3 years.
                  After this I asked the cost of that part then he said it’s around 6k but I will see and try to reduced at my level.
                  After all these things I had raised complaint and reported the same issue on LG website where I get complaint no-VCP[protected]. But no solution provided.
                  Then I have to raise the issue(service request no-GCP[protected] at LG MD desk where I got a mail confirmation that my problem will be resolved very soon and your area service manager will contact me but till now nobody call me.
                  After 1-2 days later I only got a call from LG engineer who earlier visited my place and he said “Sir your part is reached to us can I come to change it”, his supervisor was also on line then I informed him that I had already raised an issue with your higher authorities and I want to get the unit replaced or change the part without any cost as I am fed up with your services. Then he said no sir you have to pay the charges I said what are the charges then today he said price is around 3-3.5k. His supervisor also said price are changes he might be not aware.
                  Now question is that LG is a big brand but there staffs are not even aware about the costing of service, there was a huge difference between 1st and 2nd quotation.
                  Now I need a simple request that my unit will be replaced as I am fed up with the services and performance of LG. This type of services are waisting time of people and also giving a mental trauma after purchasing these high value products.

                    Have ordered tv on 4th Nov, tv has not delivered till today so went to store and took it, technician not reported yet inspired of many follow-up
                    No proper commitment from store.

                      Been waiting over a year for your service staff to repair a/C unit RPN[protected]. Have contacted 6 different no given to me sent messages to them and no answer.                         This is to bring the company's kind notice againts the person who run LG service center at Kathua(J&K).The person is not giving the salary of the employees to them.He always takes months to give them their hardworking pay.
                        LG company is a very good company and i always heard good about the company.But this is very heart breaking.
                        Therefore look into this matter as soon as possible.

                          I have a new refrigerator which has stopped working. I gave a complaint on 17 September. They haven’t resolved anything. I call the concerned person he says we are discussing with someone. Will call you back and he never calls me back. They want to fix the broken refrigerator instead it needs to be replaced.

                          You are not alone. I am having a very similar experience. We bought a new LG refrigerator in late August 2021. After our food started to taste bad, we realized that the upper compartment was not staying cool enough. We went out and bought a refrigerator thermometer to check the temperature. Turns out that the 36 degree temp displayed on the outside of the door means nothing. Inside the refrigerator, it was 50 degrees. We had to throw out a lot of food. We called for repair service on Sept. 12. Someone came out to repair, but he said that he didn't have the part. A day later, the repairman called and said the part was 'backordered, ' and they would have it by Sept. 26. That did not happen either. Here it is 2 months later and still nothing. Several times, Home Depot has called LG on our behalf and has suffered through many extended "Hold" periods, only to be disconnected in the end. One time, after being transferred to many different numbers, we actually got a real person on the line---BUT but the connection was bad and filled with static. So the LG Representative said he was going to hang up and call right back. He did NOT call back. About 3 weeks ago, one of the online LG Representatives said he was going to send a replacement authorization (RA) to Home Depot--so we could get a different refrigerator. That never happened either. So far, nothing ever resolves; nothing ever moves forward. This experience with LG has been nothing but stress and complete frustration. They don't care. The only thing LG was quick to do was take our money.

                            On 30/10/2021, I visited LG Brand Store (Adishwar India Limited), Rajarajeshwarinagar, Bengaluru and I explained my requirement of a 3 Star LG Double Door Refrigerator (2021 Model). The executive showed me a model and told me that it's a 3 star 2021 model LG Double Door Refrigerator. Further, believing the words of the executive, I booked LG Double Door refrigerator in LG Brand Store (Adishwar India Limited), Rajarajeshwarinagar, Bengaluru as per my requirement on 30/10/2021 through my HDFC Credit Card and requested the delivery of the product on 07/11/2021.
                            After one day, I verified the product number printed on the bill and it was GL-T292RPZY. Further, I verified the product number with the LG online store & few e-commerce website and I found that the product with the number mentioned on the bill is a 2 Star LG Double Door Refrigerator (2020 Model) and the price is also on the higher side.
                            Now that, I want to cancel the product, I contacted LG customer care and LG brand store for the cancellation of the product and they are telling that the product can't be cancelled.
                            I want to cancel the product and the entire amount which I have paid should be credited back to my bank account.

                              Issue is with LG -Refrigerator that was bought on 22/11/2020.

                              After that it got Service 4 times along with Compressor replacement within a year.And on 13/10/2021 i.e 5 time it stopped working. Complaint has been raised to LG Srvice but till now no action has been taken.

                              We need replacement of LG-Refrigerator with New one.

                              Below is detail of Complaint nos. till now

                              2. RNP[protected]/04/2021
                              3. RNP[protected]/07/2021
                              4. RNP[protected]/10/2021

                              Reminder for Replacement of Refrigerator Model no GL T292RRS3 with below details.

                              It can be figured out with Complaint number that issue is pending from 20 days.
                              This is 5th time Refrigerator stopped functioning i.e. Cooling and Freezing stops suddenly within a year from date of purchase.

                              Compressor also got changed but issue with cooling is still there.

                              We are harassed and exhausted by complaining again and again.

                              After 20 days of complaint there is still NO PROGRESS, on confirmation of Replacement.

                              Local Respresentative has escalated to higher authority but Action is still awaited from LG.

                              We are facing issues without any Standby system that should have been provided by LG .

                              Requesting again for Speedy Replacement Process.

                                I bought an LG Water Purifier model number WW130NP on 24th August 2019

                                A few months before the water purifier, suddenly slowed down filtering and we informed the customer service. They sent technician and the technician, check into the water purifier and told us to change the filter outside the purifier and the RO filter which was inside the water purifier. However, we spent nearly rupees 3500 for all the expenses, including the parts charges, as well as technicians labor charge. After a few months, again the water purifier was not working properly. We informed the customer care and technician came and check the water purifier. Again, he is repeating the same thing that we need to change the outside filter worth Rs800, The RO filter, which is inside the water purifier worth Rs.1950 and the labor charge of Rs.512. So, nearly Rs.3500 again, the water first filter through a big water purifier pump. And then only it comes to the LG water purifier. I couldn't understand how they are saying that filter is filled with waste. So nearly we have to spend rupees 7, 000 for maintaining of LG water purifier.

                                The technician shared an idea to solve this issue that we have to purchase a plan of Rs.5000 per year for the maintenance of the purifier. So we can easily save R.2000 out of Rs.7000. So is that the plan of LG for punching their customers with their pre plans? How can an ordinary family afford this type of expenses?

                                The product only has a value of Rs.15900 and the maintenance is like we had to spend like servicing a luxurious car.

                                Why LG is attacking their customers with this pre-plans of robbery. They are actually forcefully taking away the money from their customers. Just note that the product is Hardly two years old. We just kept the water purifier by a side and we are not using it. Now I need Justise for the money I paid to buy the product. If things go by this, I had to pay twice the price of the product for maintaining the water purifier for five years. We had so many options for buying a cheap water purifier, but we went for a costly one only beacause of the trust we had in a brand like LG, but this was so brutal how they are providing service to their customers even in these pandemic situation where people go through such a hard stage in their life.

                                    मैंने LG split Ac 4 अप्रैल को लगवाई थी तबसे आज तक मैंने सिर्फ कंप्लेन ही कि है पर solution आज तक नही हुआ मेरी पिछली कंप्लेन 25 जुलाई को थी जो आप के सर्विस सेंटर के मो न0 [protected] से फ़ोन पे बात होने पे बताया वो आपके द्वारा क्लोज करा दी गयी है और में 21 अगस्त की कंप्लेन पे बात कर रहा हूँ 1 महीने डिले होने के बाद जब आपके सर्विस इंजीनर ने 3 4 बार विजिट किया तो भी उसका कोई solution नही निकला मेरे बार बार कंप्लेन और कस्टमर केअर पे कंप्लेन करने के बाद हर बार बोला जाता है कि आपको 10 बार विजिट कराना होगा और उसका वीडियो बनाएंगे में एक सर्विस मैन आदमी हूँ मै कितनी बार छुट्टी लेके आपके इंजीनर को विजिट karaun और आपके अजबके फ़ोन न0 [protected] से फ़ोन पे इतना misbehaive से बात की गई है जिसका कल्पना करना असंभव है मुझे धमकी दी गयी है कि हम कंप्लेन यही से बंद कर देंगे कुछ न कर पाओगे अब ठंडी का मौसम सुरु हो गया है पूरी गर्मी lg ने बिना ठीक कोई हुए ac के निकल गया मुझे आपके आज के कॉल से बहुत ही आहत हुन जो कस्टमर सर्विस के बांड से बिल्कुल अलग है मुझे मानसिक और शारीरक दोनों तरफ से lg के द्वारा प्रतारित किया गया है कृपया मेरी कंप्लेन को आगे फारवर्ड करते हुए आज के आपके execuitive के द्वारा किये गए कॉल और धमकाने जैसे शब्दों पर उचित कार्यवाही करे
                                    और मेरी कंप्लेन को क्लोज भी कर दिया गया है

                                      Wrt to above subjected complaint which was logged on 14-10-21, it is to be brought to your notice that we feel cheated as a loyal customer. the details of repair work undertaken are given below and matter must be seriously investigated by LG.

                                      the complaint was lodged as rinsing drum was not moving properly and its speed was slow..The visiting official sushil came first on day of lodging our request. He informed that the machine requires new motor as old one was burnt out. to this, in total faith, we accepted his technical prudence and as asked, gave him Rs.500/- advance to enable them to order the required part. He only told about motor and nothing else.

                                      thereafter today, two different engineers came. they replaced motor as well as three shockers. Shockers were surprise replacement and no valid justification for their replacement was given.

                                      but the matter which betrayed us was that even after replacing the motor, the wash drum moved at same slow speed as was before replacement. Secondly, the motor was not fitted as such.Plug of old motor was cut and rewired with new motor to fix it. Both engineers were baffled too and they called their officer telephonically. after their talk, the engineers removed the stabilizer and plugged the machine directly. this improved the speed of dryer and it seemed normal..Immediately, suspicion arose in our mind that the motor was alright while problem laid in stabilizer. We feel that we have been cheated by this service team and unnecessarily, expenditure on motor and shockers have been forced on us. the engineers also admitted that problem was in stabilizer. Secondly, they have rendered the motor impaired as plugs of old motor have been used by cutting new plug and old plug.

                                      Please look into the matter and refund us the unnecessary expenditure forced on us costing Rs.2054 /- for motor and Rs.159/- for shockers.

                                      On 15-10-21. this is for your notice, As per my initial mail, That my old motor was ok. Today Your engineer has visited my premises & I requested to fix the old motor & show me that it is not working. But he didn’t. Earlier engineers has damaged my old property ( Motor), I need it in original shape or refund the motor cost charged from us.
                                      till date no solutions has been given to us. Even no LG technical expert aswell as service manager visited my place to fix it

                                        Hi team
                                        We purchased LG Water Purifier(WW-170EP) on 13/11/2019 from Great Eastern Retail Pvt Ltd in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
                                        On the same day when the technician(Sreeram) arrived to install the purifier, we were offered with an option of AMC which would provide 3 years additional warranty on top of 1 year provided as default with the product purchase.
                                        We have agreed to purchase the AMC as it was pitched in by one of the LG certified representative and paid the amount of 15576/- as you could see in one of the attached job sheet. When we asked for a receipt, we were told the job sheet is the receipt since it mentions the amount paid for AMC and validity period on the LG letterhead with the representative signature on it.
                                        Later when we requested for the repairs/service we were told the AMC amount was never paid by the representative to the company and the representative left the company due to some conflict between the management and the representative. However, upon bringing this to the managers(Abishek) notice, we have been receiving service when ever the machine is due for service or repairs. Now even the Manager Abishek has left the organisation and the company denies to provide service.
                                        Now we are depending on purchasing water cans which needs to be carried all the way to the top of our building. This is all while we already paid 23, 000/- for purifier and 15, 576/- for AMC which is now not working and sitting idle while we are paying for water cans on the top.
                                        Could someone from the company look into the issue and provide us with proper documentation and send a technician immediately please.
