My washing machine is ringing/beeping continuously throughout the washing rinsing cycles. I've registered a complaint with LG coustomer care number, got a message saying they will forward it and someone will contact within 48hrs, nobody showed up. We repeated the same procedure, someone came up this time.
After thorough examination for 5mins, they said it's board complaint, we have to change it. It will cost more than 5K. We had to pay ₹708 to know that.
After spending 29K before 4years, now we are asked to spend more than 5k for the machine again.
They don't even check the board properly, they don't try to reset to the factory settings. Just replace the board. Great survice LG. 10years warranty is the advertisement, but only for the motor is what they don't say out loud.
So once you buy a LG, get ready to spend 5K in every 5years for the board, as it's very common complaint according to those survice guys.
