On 30/10/2021, I visited LG Brand Store (Adishwar India Limited), Rajarajeshwarinagar, Bengaluru and I explained my requirement of a 3 Star LG Double Door Refrigerator (2021 Model). The executive showed me a model and told me that it's a 3 star 2021 model LG Double Door Refrigerator. Further, believing the words of the executive, I booked LG Double Door refrigerator in LG Brand Store (Adishwar India Limited), Rajarajeshwarinagar, Bengaluru as per my requirement on 30/10/2021 through my HDFC Credit Card and requested the delivery of the product on 07/11/2021.
After one day, I verified the product number printed on the bill and it was GL-T292RPZY. Further, I verified the product number with the LG online store & few e-commerce website and I found that the product with the number mentioned on the bill is a 2 Star LG Double Door Refrigerator (2020 Model) and the price is also on the higher side.
Now that, I want to cancel the product, I contacted LG customer care and LG brand store for the cancellation of the product and they are telling that the product can't be cancelled.
I want to cancel the product and the entire amount which I have paid should be credited back to my bank account.
Please help me out.
