My complain no is RNP[protected] .

I have logged this complaint on 31st Aug. 2021 but till date my query is not resolved. My washin machine is not working since last 25 days.

Every time i called customer care or Sky Care they just tell that order for parts has been placed and we are waiting for the parts.

No one from LG or customer care contacting us, we every time call them.

I hope you will help me. my machine is not working since last 25 days it is under amc. but nobody is interested in solving my issue. We are facing lots of problems as well as harassments from LG.

Please do the needful.

      I have bought my tv in 2018. Right in the warranty period, there was display problem and I did not mind paying 3k something for the thing that was not covered in warranty and I repaired it through the LG service centre. Recently there was blue light issue throughout the display and the wifi switch cannot be turned on and smart tv functions were disabled by its own . So last month I again called the service centre and it took almost 5k rs for repair of blue light and for wifi adapter (RNP[protected] . Its hardly 2 months back and now all of a sudden I am experiencing a flickering lines on top portions of the display which comes up every 3 seconds .
      I immediately reported the issue to the LG service centre and they are saying that it is a display issue and need to be repaired again. I cannot understand this, 3 year tv has now caused me a huge total through service itself and all of a sudden a new problem has arisen. Wont the service team service the tv when they return after service or only check what the issue was? This is not a professional way to service a 44k rs worth product . Now I am not going to give a penny on this tv . I need to get this repaired free of cost as the last service was hardly 2 months ago. LG service centre Anayara, Trivandrum. Latest Tv models hardly cost above 30k₹ and there is no warranty that the repaired product won't be damaged again

      We bought 43 inch lg tv for me and my brother at 2018 October. After 10 months my tv screen had black lines horizontally. After a month half of the screen has blackened. After two months of this issue our remote stopped working. Cost of this smart tv remote alone comes around ₹3000. At the same period my brother's tv too had the same issue. We raised complaint to LG and they replied to have AMC. Why should I pay ₹48000 to buy a TV and for 10 months and continue to pay to the company in the name of AMC. We are totally dissatisfied with LG.

        Its been just 6 months we purchased Air Conditioner and it is malfunctioning ... 2 times we had to repair and change the parts. Customer Service is just Pathetic they only keep saying we are reviewing the complaint and get the needful done. LG shows to be brand in reality it is a worst experience for me where I feel cheated within 6 months ... Paid to get value for money however it turned into disaster where I am struggling to get the warranty clause use with 6 months ... Is this called services for money ? Absolutely, not worst experience.

        Pls look into this and I would urge folks not to fall prey for LG products !!!

          HI, i contacted the LG customer care number in india, about the issue of restart of Dishwasher after power failure. It was very important for me, as i was deciding to purchase LG dishwasher. It was all the more important, as i was with the dealer in bengaluru and was about to bill the item. But the call centre agent replied that he cannot give the required clarication or he does not have the technician who can clarify the same. When I insisted and indicated that i will complain to his authorities and he reluctantly confirmed that the dishwasher will restart from start again!, whenever the power is interrupted in between cycles .
          Surprisingly, how can LG allow this feature in its DIshwashers? This is an irresponsibility by design team of LG! How can they assume this feature is OK

            This is a written complaint against my Service Request No- RNP[protected] Lg- Model No-43UK6780PTE.
            The issue is related to a change in the TV panel and we have taken our TV to SKY SERVICE –ASC (Mira Road).

            We have followed up with the authorized service center for a long time and finally decided to repair and asked them to visit during weekends as we are not available during weekdays. But on 28.09.2021. when we have been following up with the service center guy he asked us to visit the service center.
            The service engineer has repaired the T.V. and showed us the T.V. for a glance of 1 minute and we paid 15999/- for our repaired T.V. panel. Now at home, the T.V. was not working, same day (28.09.2021) we have called the service engineer, as it was a Saturday night they send the service guy on Sunday 29.08.2021. Service engineered confirmed to us that the panel is cracked again. But now our question arises that while transit how come we can identify that the panel got damaged. If that was the case then why the service people who have claimed us 16000/- have not taken the onus to deliver the goods at our doorstep, nor even wrap the T.V. with bubble wrap. Surprisingly they have not informed us that the product might get damaged if you carry of yourself. This means that there is insufficient service that has been provided to us. We have not expected this from L.G. We had several follow-ups and calls and complaints, even we a word with the Area Sales Manager - Mr. Vishal Bhosle who is a heartless person coming up with a solution of 30% discount. We cannot take this. We are really frustrated and disappointed. Not even happy with the service. Hoping for a solution at the earliest.

              I have already put a complaint regardin my issue, complaint ID-2982381but have not received any response so far .
              I have booked LG AC Model- MSQ18-SWZD 2021, 1.5 TON, 5 STAR from RAHUL ELECTRONICS, Goregaon West,
              Mumbai-400104, Maharashtra, where I have paid booking amount of Rs-1000/- on 16th Aug21 but I have ot received the AC till now. The dealer is saying that the stock is only not coming from company, I don't know what is the dact.
              Therefore, I request you to please look into the matter and solve the issue.

                We bought this A/c of 2 ton and facing some issues with it quite some time. as it does not cool enough although it is of two ton and its cooling shutter does not move and also it does not turn on sometimes and remain off. very bad experience with the product of LG and I would also recommend people to think twice before you buy and always buy a good product.

                  I Given request on[protected] and i got call on[protected] from engineer and ask to check with local engineer,
                  Due to LG company refrigerator getting electric shock and its lead to life damage,

                  too many times contacted with LG service but technician disconnecting the call, and refuse to visit . till date no action taken by LG services .

                    Very very very worst service by LG for water purifier.. Almost two weeks crossed my purifier light turns yellow.. I have booked for service and the assigned service cancelled automatically.. Again I booked for the service.. the service person Saravanan told i will come by Wednesday evening.. but he did not come and even he did not attend our calls and messages also.. now it is Friday almost 3 days crossed when I have booked the complaints.. no response from that person too. Now we are using bottle water for our 11 month old baby.. I mentioned that we have 11 month old baby and we need it immediately to replace the filter.. but that person lethargically not attending the calls from past 3 days service person name: Saravanan +[protected]. The LG is responsible for our health condition got any issue by using this filter water..😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

                      Hi,

                      I had bought an LG washing machine from LG Best Shop - Bhawal Electronics (LalBaug, Mumbai) on 25th May, 2021. It was delivered on 28th May, 2021 after the installation we noticed that the touch display was completely scratched. The same was informed to the store via WhatsApp and call. He said they will look into it. They said they’ll replace the machine but didn’t do it for week. Then they gave me options of panel change and warranty extension. To which I accepted but the panel brought by Lg service guy was even more scratched so we stuck to only warranty extension deal where I pay more 2000 and they give me three years warranty extension. I paid the amount on 7th June, 2021. But till date i never received my warranty extension now they don’t even reply on message’s.

                        I purchased a LG SS refrigerator in 2017. In May of this year it quit working. When I called warranty and got a claim number they sent me to a third party repair company. The company came out and determined it was the compressor. They took my proof of purchase and set a day to come back and replace the compressor. They did not show, nor have they returned my calls. This was 4 months ago. Now when I call LG warranty they tell me it is no longer under warranty. I really miss having a refrigerator!

                            I have booked LG AC 1.5 Ton, 5 Star, Model-MSQ18-SWZD from Rahul Electronics (Sachin- [protected]) dealer of LG products from Goregaon West, Mumbai-400104 on 16th Aug21, I have paid Rs-1000/- booking amount and he had said it will come in 3 to 4 days but unfortunately after so many days I am not able to get my product, he is saying that stock is not available in the company or product is not coming from company only. I have already put 3 to 4 complaints online also but I am not receiving any response.
                            So I request you please help me to get my product as soon as possible.

                              I registered LG 32" TV service call on 03/09/2021(RNP[protected], Sill now (07/09/2021)your service Engineers did not visited my site but in your service tracking site they updated as re-appointment fixed with customer on 05/09/2021, so i informed this wrong updation to customer care on 06/09/2021 Morning, on the same day (06/09) i received the call from your service Engineer, just they confirm my address, product details and again they updated the status as re-appointment fixed with customer and parts have been ordered.

                              Without getting any confirmation from the customer how they can re-fix the appointment?

                              Without visiting the customer site how they can demand the spare parts?

                              Without any customer confirmation how they can order the spare parts?

                              Your service center is cheating customer and LG Head office.
                              I Think they are updating wrong status to LG Head office/Customer for their SLA and TAT

                              This is Creating a wrong impression on LG Service. Please look into this issue and provide a good service to customer.

                                I am bound to write this complaint with sorrow and as the most dis-satisfied customer. I own a LG 55 inches LED TV, purchased on 12-Sep-2016 from LG outlet at DLF mall of India, Noida. It was just a long run trust created by LG till date which compelled me to spend ~85000/- INR for an electronic item. Add on to that I spent ~17000/- INR on AMC of that product directly from LG.

                                Within 3 years of warranty LED's motherboard has been replaced twice, but as it was free of cost we didn't lose our trust on LG. During lockdown on 27-Jun-2020, the LED started troubling again. We registered a complaint through a toll free number and the technician replaced the motherboard within a week's time. Again on 29th Oct, LED started lagging, the picture was blurry at the corner of one side then we registered a complaint in which the technician said LED panel will get changed and which will need week's time to procure the part.

                                We got a call from LG after a week's time that part is not available so they will try to repair the faulty part of the LED. An engineer visited from the service center and cleaned the connector which went good for 15 days and then resulted in a blue screen. Again a complaint log was followed by an engineer visit and this time they changed the connector but it didn't work and the engineer said we need to change the LED panel.

                                Mr. Ashok Kumar from LG service center, Patparganj called to inform us that the part is not available and the company would be providing depreciation value of 35% for our LED tv. We denied for this and asked them to consider it free of cost as the product is under warranty. He provided us with his manager number Mr. Anoop Madhesia for further conversation and approvals.

                                We thought of seeking help through twitter and sent email too but there was no response. After so many follow ups for our complaint, finally today Mr. Anoop Madhesia offered best from his side which is 55% depreciation value.

                                    Dear LG,
                                    I purchased an LG Q70 phone in Feb. From the moment I got the phone there were problems.
                                    1. The screen goes blank after you make a call or receive a call. In order to view your contact you need to push a button to reengage the screen. I was told it was a problem LG was working on and there would be an update to fix the problem. There was never an update!
                                    2. about a week and a half ago the phone did not allow to call out and all incoming calls went directly to voice mail. I spent hours working with Verizon, my carrier, they finally found out it was due to an update LG did and it effected the Q70 and other models of LG phones, there was no known fix. I then went to a Verizon store where they to spent hours working on the problem. They finally arranged for a new LG Q70 to be sent to me. It cost me $12.95 to have it shipped next day. I had been without a working phone for five days at that point and could not wait 4-5 days from ground fright.
                                    3. When I got the new LG Q70 the calls out and incoming calls worked. However, the icon screen would only scroll into place with GREAT difficulty and many attempts. The Verizon store Tech tried and had the same problem.
                                    4. I was then fed up and ordered a new Samson phone. I still owe about a $160.00 on my Q70 phone and will have to pay that off and then I will have to pay for my new Samson phone. Which I am still waiting for.
                                    5. I then called LG Customer Service and was insulted by the representatives not really listening to me, while they spouted the company line about their warranty policies,
                                    6. During this whole ordeal I was informed that LG is no longer making cell phones, which seems to tell me you were experiencing many problems with the product.
                                    I HAVE USED MANY LG PRODUCTS IN THE PAST (TV'S, APLLIANCES ETC.) AND HAVE ALWAYS FOUND TEM TO BE OUTSTANDING PRODUCTS. I AM HOPING THAT LG WILL STAND BY THE LG Q70 AND AT THE VERY LEASTY REMEBURSE ME THE $160.00. STILL OWED ON THE PHONE. i WILL COMPLY WITH ANY VERIFICATIONS YOU NEED FROM VERIZON TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN!

                                      I purchased with warranty 5 years back @ 55000 later realized this last model in LG seller cheated me. with in Two years I changed TV screen Price of 18 thousand and Mother board cost of 8000 from 3rd party service center.
                                      Noticed that if we purchase LG products ready to pay for service 50% of our cost!

                                      if you call LG service end they will charge and quote more than the actual.

                                        I purchase LG TV in 11 jan 2017
                                        And aftr only 3 years in jun 2021 i see fine lines in bottom of tv hence i complaint about it in LG LG customer care that please repair it and i have tv Amc too they replay me that they can't repair it and they give me option that you purchase new tv from us and pay 65% of Price of new tv which is not possible for me i request them that please repair my old tv we can't pay 65% for new one then tey stop replying me. What should i do now?
