The request raised on 16.10.20.This is still open. They have replaced PCB and I had spent Rs, 4200/- & there is still problem persists. And they are not ready to give formal mail by declaring their inability to resolve the problem which going on since the day I had purchased this fridge in 2014.Did I made mistake by buying the product/brand.

    It's been 4 days since my fridge has been delivered. I have been calling LG for installation. They just say 48 hours without giving any specifc time.
    Today, I finally got the technician's number and he said he would come in the afternoon. When he didn't arrive, I called and he cut the call.
    LG Electronics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I have purchased LG TV 32 inch and I see vertical lines on TV after 10 days of purchase. I have raised N number of complaints and escalated to customer care N number of times no service engineer has visited till date . Now in a position can’t buy a new tv as it’s brand new and can’t get the service engineer Looking to file against LG India as it has given me mental stress and made my money trashed against a worst product from LG....

      We have purchased the most expensive LG washing machine for over 60, 000. Now when the time has come for service, we contacted the customer service number and registered a complaint. RNP [protected] on 1st October 2020. The nightmare started after that, no one responds from the service centre number provided by your call center. Even if you guys say this can not be helped, we can just move onn with our lives. Every day job is to keep calling the number with no response. Pls let us know how we can rectify the mistake of buying a LG product which we will not do in the future even by mistake

        Dear Sir Warm Greetings For The Day Hope You Are Fine And Safe This Complain Regarding LG LED TV Which I Had Purchased On 04/02/2017 From Reliance Digital Store In Vr Mall Surat. But After Use Of 1 Year I Found Pink Horizontal Lines Flicking On Screen Repeatedly. Since I Have Same Complain In 2018 To LG Customer Care. But They Are Delay And Excuse For The Same And Avoid This Issue From Their Side. So Now 2020 I Have Again Complain Regarding The Same. & Finally Now They Told Me That, There Is A Panel Defect And Need To Replace The Same Which Cost Me Around 22000/- Sir I Have Already Spend 35000/- ( My 2 Month Salary ) And Bought This LG - Branded TV.. Very Well Known & Trusted Brand Are Cheating With Me. In A Just 1 Year How Brand New TV Has Panel Issue And Start Screen Flickering. This Is Clearly Manufacturer Defect And Company Has To Resolve This Issue At Free Of Cost.. Please Do The Need Ful And Help Me. Because Me And My Family Work Very Hard And Spend 35000/- In My First LED TV In My Life And Got This Issue

          My refrigerator was not working since 10 days, i have raised a complaint with LG service and until today neither the technician has not come to look at the issue nor i have received any calls from service center.
          I have been chasing customer care EVERY DAY and If this is how a reputed brand like LG supports there customers, this is beyond pathetic. This is surely an eye opener to stay away from there products. Have never faced such issues from samsung or sony.

            Hi,

            I placed LG G8X mobile on lg website, it was in stock first. once the payment is done, amount is deducted but order is not placed. I have seen the message in website that " Your order is not placed due to out of stock. deducted money would be refunded" . This happened on Nov 3rd 2020, till now i didnt get any confirmation message from LG that money refund is initiated or nothing. It is also not reflecting in LG website. Amount deducted is 21, 151 rupees. Lg customer care sucks, no one resonds properly. Please help. email id is [protected]@gmail.com

              I purchased LG G8X from Flipkart on 17/10/2020. After 12 days I am facing switch off and on issue. I contacted Flipkart they asked me to approach lg service. I called lg service. They have given their local service Center phone number. I have contacted them and they said they won’t provide support as they don’t have kit to open my phone and asked them to take my phone and register complaint and send it to Chennai, where service available. They said this is not their duty and they are not responsible. After that I contacted lg service. They have again given Stephen, Lg area service manager, Madurai phone number. Initially during conversation with customer support he said phone will be fixed in Madurai and he will direct Trichy customer support to take my mobile and send it to Madurai. Later he directly called me and asked me to come to Madurai and he wants to share a phone number of lg customer support, Madurai. Finally I agreed to come to Madurai, which is 120km from Trichy. However, he didn’t send mobile number. Next day I called him. He didn’t pick up and after one hour he sent an mobile number of Raul, Madurai service Center. I called him and he said in Madurai also kit to open the mobile is not available and asked me to talk to Stephen again. I called him and I asked him to talk with Raul and provide a solution for this issue. Later after 3 hours he sent a message to me and he said Raul will call me and he will direct me. One day is over again no support received. I called plenty of times to lg customer care and they said they will forward this complaint to technical support. But it won’t happen, it will take at least 2 days and they won’t provide fixed solution to resolve the issue and they will ask me to visit Chennai in this covid-19 period. I don’t know what is the use of lg customer support in local areas. If they don’t have service at least they can accept the complaint and they can forward it to other customer service Center. But nobody is responding no one is taking responsibility. Kindly help me in this regard. It’s almost 7 day, I didn’t receive any proper response from LG.

              LG Madurai service center winsten electronic has taken my mobile and day before yesterday they said they solved the problem and they send mobile back to me. But the problem still exists. I saw videos in youtube, wherein some people informed that, it's is motherboard issue as informed by lg service centers in delhi. My phone number [protected] contact me

                Purchased LG monitor. Still it has on-site warranty. Now it is not working properly. Complained in LG website on 24.10.2020. And also contacted through different channels. But no response from their side. They are simply don't care about me.

                  I bought a new washing machine 15 days ago and after installation machine is noise and I Complane the service centre and service engineer take my machine 6 days ago but now my machine is not repair, now I don't want that machine, I want a new fresh machine or my money back in one day

                    My parents had complained that washing machine was not working. The LG service center sent a technician who had no technical knowledge. Now, no one is picking up the phone and by mistake if they pick up, they ask to send whatsApp message which they never check. My parents have lost all hopes that the machine will ever be repaired and are planning to buy a washing machine from IFB.

                        Dear sir/Madam, I purchased one 6.5 Kgs top loading washing machine model/year T65SJBK1Z/2020 on 27th October 2020 from Fair Deal International, Sonarpur.Invoice no.SN/CR/0285/20-21 dated 27.10.2020. It was delivered on 28th October 2020. Mechanic did come and just shown switch operation. But since then I find that the detergent dispensing box of the washing machine is defective. The detergent remain stagnant in the box and do not mix with water and reaches to cloth. Your mechanic told me water pressure is adequate. Yesterday I cleaned the detergent from the box and wiped water to make it dry. But today I faced the same problem. It appears that the dispensing box is either not properly fitted or faulty. Please send your Engineer to check it or else change the washing machine immediately.                           Recently i had a problem with my mother board technician not even tried to repair existing mother board and also enforced to order new mother board it's been 11 days for today but no response from them. I called so many times for customer care to follow-up but no use It's ridiculous process

                          Please do not buy LG products you will also face same problems at service time. Better go for other best products

                              Dear Team,

                              I Naveen kumar residing at Lakkasandra, Bangalore have bought a LG refrigerator from DEVI INTERNATIONAL on Nov 2019.
                              The received item was not functioning properly and we have raised the complaints multiple times to the LG Company and service engineer have visited the house multiple times, initially said some issue with the fridge and it has to be replaced, after couple of days he has come again and did a temperature check and told us that everything is fine, But the items in the fridge Veggies, fruits and milk packets are also forming ICE. We were continuously complaining from a month to the LG team but they were ignoring us. The service engineer has come with his supervisor and said us there is no issue with the fridge, when we asked them the reason that vegetables are getting spoiled they do not have an answer for that, they promised for a replacement of NEW FRIDGE and till today no call from them.

                              Request you to please look into this.

                                    My self is royal customer of lg and this is my 3rd product of lg but this is one of the disgusting exeperince from lg they have cheated me commited fraud with me they have charge me full amount and deliver refurbished pannel.

                                    Please get it replaced soon otherwise i will file case againt lg also post on social sites
                                    And know when i talk to lg care person they are conviencing me that refurbishe means is also a new pannel.

                                      I have purchased 2 new Fridge GC-B247SLUV in the festive season, we always dream to buy Side by Side, thought till now I only saw this fridge in people living in America and developed country, we wish to fulfill this dream, today we got 1 fridge, while unboxing by the service engg, we found that there is a scratch in the right front door and there are many tiny multiple scratches, a defective product so eng took a photo and said to contact seller, the seller said, they don't have other fridge and this is there display fridge they send us, not a new one from stock. First, he did not agree and blaming us that we did it but finally he accepted it and let us see .
                                      the service engg was not giving any report o[censored]nboxing after the hot talk, he wrote in a plain paper when I requested him 20 times that I need your report.
                                      We found to be cheated and feel sad at this celebration. We have a limited budget but we still manage to buy expensive to fulfill our dream to have LG in our life.
