Kindly inform you that, we buy refrigerator on 2nd Oct 2011, from Arcee Electronics stores, in nerul navi mumbai on EMI Basis . After 8-9 month machine starts showing problems like fan not working, back light issue, cooling problem etc... within that periode they never gave us any service report. After in month of may 2014 we called service engineers for refrigerator not working properly cooling stopped, in that time he refilled the gas in refrigerator and for that he charged at 2200/- Rs. After that same problem comes on month of jan 2015. Here we called again service engineer then he suggest to us that there is some internal licakge in machine so we can't do anything in that.so he mailed to company for this issue but after 2-3 weeks we didnt get any reply from other side.then service engineer suggest us, you take follow up from area service manager then u will get reply. After that we started to follow up with area service manager, then they again send one more service engineer for testing but this time he found same problem in refrigerator. After that he inform us that this refrigerator having manufacturing fault.then area service manager given one solution.they told us its manufacturing fault u can get new refrigerator from our side you will get it on original cost on at the time we purchase refrigerator.after that they send us one model number also for new refrigerator.but at last week they change there word and start to say, that you will get new refrigerator but for that u have to pay whole amount in cash and no installment.For this we request to them please gave us any mail or service document for that but they reject our request.
Please help us, and give proper solution on that
