Bought LG Nexus 5X 32GB Variant for Rs.30, 000 via Flipkart on Dec 2015 with 12 Months Warranty Now Reached 13th month. While I using it switched Off automatically and not started till the Date.No Battery and none of issue from My Side and it has been accepted by the Customer Service People too. But they are asking Rs.13, 000 to replace the board. How it could be ?. At-least they could claim through warranty since because it exceeded for 1 Month only. For Past 15 years my Family members are using LG Products because of its Reliability and that is why i chose Nexus 5X instead of Moto Mobile Phones at reduced rates. So I need service to be happened quickly without any charges. How I supposed to Pay Rs.13, 000 for doing nothing in my Mobile. Was this information helpful? | |||

I purchased a LED on[protected] from the dealer M/s Mahindra Electronics, 76, Nangla Road, Faridabad, after sometime my LED was stopped working I made complaint but the LG engineers told me that this problem is not covered in the warranty. I got repaired it from out side paid Rs.2000 and engineers was demanding 4000, please help me.

My LG LCD TV automatically restarts and sometimes it goes to mute and sometimes to full volume, it is beep sound and shutting down.I found this default after I got a new Airtel DTH connection.
